Nothing went well because I stayed in the wrong hotel, though the stay in that hotel was good. I spoke to Becky the receptionist To went to the trouble to find out that I had stayed in the wrong hotel. I have some problems and my memory is one of them, and my anxiety is another.

I do not have any complaints' , except I made a silly mistake in remembering the wrong hotel, because my printer is not working with my computer. Then there is no excuse, because I can write, but I didn't.

Location was close to an event I had there was Asda petrol next door for supplies which was handy. I had a very quiet room and beds were comfy and dog friendly. No water or food bowls for the dog but I had my own. Great breakfast and shower

It is great value for money basic but good quality. Could be a bit more dog friendly offer a bowl or welcome treat. Breakfast was great but with pets you sit in an allocated area I wish there was an option for a higher table to eat breakfast more comfortably. There was only 1 which was taken the rest were coffee tables or breakfast bar stalls high up. A couple more dining tables in that area to eat better would be great

Staff were excellent. Super helpful. Property was very clean and bright. Breakfast was efficient and plenty of very hot water for a nice cup of tea.

We have used budget hotels from a number of the main brands available in UK and found that this was definitely one of the best. The room was well designed and clean the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

You need to appreciate that this hotel is not in the actual town of Ramsgate, you need to have access to your own transport or use of taxies. Signposting could be improved, we twice missed the entrance off the adjacent roundabout making a detour along about a mile of dual carriageway necessary.

The hotel was clean. Some staff friendlier than others. Personal preference the bed was to hard giving my wife a bad back. Breakfast was reasonable.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were lovely the hotel was super clean and modern. Really comfy beds. The place has air con which is amazing. Cannot fault this place at all. The location requires a car but there’s everything you need opposite the hotel there’s an Asda petrol station a restaurant and mc Donald’s

A fridge in the room would have been good but that’s it

Good contemporary hotel a short drive from Ramsgate or Broadstairs. Good sized room and bathroom. Had air conditioning which was bonus with heat. Breakfast had a good selection.

We attended a wedding at The Chapel House Estate, the location of the hotel was perfect for us

The vented system in the bedroom was extremely noisy and caused a significant disturbance throughout our stay. We followed the instructions provided on the wall, but despite doing so, we were unable to properly control the temperature in the room. Because of the excessive noise, we were eventually forced to turn the system off. We then opened the window to try to get some fresh air into the room, but this resulted in the room becoming extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. What was particularly unacceptable was that, on the second night, after we had deliberately switched the system off, it turned itself back on three separate times during the night. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep and made it impossible to get a comfortable night’s rest. Having exhausted the available options, I eventually had to remove the key card in an attempt to prevent the system from switching itself back on. This was not a minor inconvenience. The combination of excessive noise, an inability to regulate the room temperature, and the system repeatedly switching itself back on significantly affected our comfort and sleep and detracted from our overall experience. We should not have been placed in a position where we had to choose between enduring an extremely noisy ventilation system or sleeping in a hot and stuffy room. The fact that the system also repeatedly restarted after being switched off suggests that there was a fault with the system or that it was not operating as it should. I would therefore expect this issue to be taken seriously and investigated, and I would appreciate an appropriate response and resolution given the significant impact this had on our stay.

Our dog was welcome and, despite his mobility issues, he was able to move comfortably to and around our room. He wasn't upset by any noise. WE weren't upset by any noise! The room.was comfortable, the hot/cold breakfast buffet was enjoyable (though I wish English venues could make as much of an effort as on the continent!) and plentiful. There was adequate and convenient parking and we had much surrounding area to exercise our dog.

More/different tea bags in the room. There was rubbish and old clothes outside the bedroom window.

Lovely spacious hotel, very clean and plenty of free parking. The staff were welcoming as we arrived. We had a standard bedroom which was fine and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Nothing in particular we didn't like but can I suggest that a slip mat be provided for the shower please. Also it would of been nice to be greeted with a "good morning " from the staff when we arrived for breakfast.

Pint of Guinness £7.20. Not surprisingly the bar was empty. Shame really. Think about bar prices, too expensive, very few customers.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. The location wasn't to worry about as it's just off a very busy road and we had stayed before. All in all very happy with our stay.

Clean and comfortable stay, ideal for those who plan to be out during the day and need a cozy bed and a great shower to unwind, or for budget travelers. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast offered was very good. They are dog friendly.

My only suggestion would be for them to use bleach to clean the shower to prevent mould from accumulating, as I noticed it was starting. This is a pity because the bathroom was otherwise super clean.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very little traffic noise even though it's by a main road. Dinner options were also available and there was a bar in the evening which created a bit of atmosphere. The staff worked hard to make the hotel feel welcoming and not too impersonal. It's just a few minutes' drive to Margate and Broadstairs, so the location is fine. There is also a retail park opposite with a petrol station, Asda, Costa coffee and some restauarants.

Typical Holiday Inn Express, clean nice room and a very good breakfast. Plenty of free parking and easy to find. Not a lot more to say, exactly what you expect nothing to fault.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were so soft that we needed at least two. The bed sheets didn't appear to be clean, with several dirt marks and a red stain on one of the sheets. The bathroom sink tap was also blocked, which made it difficult to use.

When you get that late night craving for something sweet and you search reception for a vending machine and find nothing… do not be disappointed! Head for the bar and look at the specials menu and if you’re lucky enough they might just have the most delicious decadent tiramisu cheesecake! When I say these is the most naughtiness late night treat ever !

Ruhiges Zimmer, trotz der Lage an der Schnellstrasse. Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und bequemen Betten. Ausblick in die Natur mit Tieren direkt vor dem Fenster.

Lichtschalter für Badezimmer nicht praktisch angeordnet. Frühstücksraum, der kein Raum ist, ist sehr ungemütlich mit starkem Luftdurchzug. War nicht einladend und man wollte nicht länger als nötig bleiben. Essen war unappetitlich angerichtet und machte keine Freude. Kein Ambiente und sehr lieblos eingerichtet.

We immediately contacted reception and they moved us to a different room. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room didn't work and what followed was a very sticky night without much sleep which was concerning as I had a presentation to give for work the next morning. The hotel staff were apologetic but did not offer a discount on our room or other concessions. We won't be returning.

Location is perfect for visiting other areas. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Our room has always been clean, and breakfast is the perfect start to our day.
