Use this location as it handy for us for visiting our daughter who lives in Norwich. Also its not too far from the city centre
Nothing, everything with in easy distance
Clean room good size
The impression from the website talk about gym swimming pool photos but there was no swimming pool and mini gym. There was no water bottle in the room . One biscuit provided for 2 people. No tolerating items . The parking is not free . In the morning and around 10 am one of the staff members opened the door of my room while my husband and I were getting ready to go out!!! The price outweighs the experience and the service.
The room was good view
The a/c not working
Lovely hotel, great location
The location, it was near the station & areas we wanted. The staff, everyone was really polite & helpful. The room, it was spacious, clean & the bed was very comfortable.
Hotel is very clean and welcoming. Staff is very attentive.
Great location. Always have a good experience at a Holiday Inn.

Excellent hotel location for station
Great hotel ,lovely staff and restaurant, but the room was very tired and is in dire need of a refresh
Location
Everything was very good no complaints
Close to where I work when norwich play at home
The conjoining room wasn't told about this
Comfort of the room, the location to the city centre.
Lovely and clean
No spa ;)
Nice room
Breakfast was a little expensive
Comfortable
Difficult to navigate in and out of site if not familiar with Norwich
Rooms and cleanliness
Restaurant different menu in room to what was in the restaurant, very frustrating.went somewhere else.
Bed was comfy, room very spacious, bathroom facilities very good
Pillow was too soft for my liking haha but that's just me.
Nice room great view of stadium
Convenient
The receptionists and all the employees in the breakfast and restaurant are so polite. It is an experience to stay in a hotel with an all day view to a football stadium, so you should choose a room with a pitch view. The room is spacious and clean. Very nice breakfast. It is very important that the parking is easy, safe and spacious.
The A/C system didn't work properly.
Clean room
No issues
Location was great for the football ground and the bars/restaurants on the riverside. Close to some great shops and only 20 mins walk into the city centre
The soap and shower gel is 'parsley stem' fragrance. We didn't like it very much 🤣 but this was the only downside
Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location, safe and comfortable. We arrived in the early hours of the morning at 1am but had informed the hotel of this beforehand. There was someone there waiting for us and was super friendly and accomadating. I did call the customer helpline line in the morning before getting to the hotel and they again were very helpful in double checking our check in request
Rooms could do with a redecoration, looks a bit old and worn. My room viewed the football pitch and i could understand why there is a lot of wear and tear and obviously you don't want to have a really nice and expensive room when it could be damaged by football fans. So i can understand why the hotel chain hasn't updated them. Small car park at the rear of the hotel. The car park is very small and cramped, we did get a space but can imagine it being difficult on match days and city events
Perfection completely flawless. We stay here a lot.
Good location, lovely staff
Parking should be included in price, i dont think guests should pay
The rooms were spacious and the twin beds were a good size and comfortable. The location was excellent for walking into the city and for ease of getting out of town by car. The rooms were clean and we had inter-connecting rooms as requested. Lifts worked efficiently and the hotel had a nice feel.
Not a big fan of the Holiday Inn liquid soap and shower gel - the scent isn't that pleasant - but that's a comment for the hotel group, not this hotel specifically.
Granted free parking, due to having a blue badge and using one of their disabled spaces!
Room temp was either hot or cold, no happy medium.
Blue Badge parking at main entrance and not charged. Reception Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and polite. Fab view of Norwich Football Pitch.
There was a constant sort of humming noise I think coming from an outside generator. I was too tired to ask to move room. Next time I will.
Clean and friendly
The bed squeaked really loudly - everytime someone moved in the night you knew about it
Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful. The hotel was very well maintained ,comfortable and clean. The stadium view was a lovely addition to the experience, and it was a pleasure staying there.
Slight confusion over the breakfast options. The price of the continental was cheaper than the cooked breakfast, but the staff quickly rectified the issue. The breakfast was excellent, none the less, with an extensive choice.
Great location and always seem very happy with the Holiday Inn product, compared to similar.

Had the brunch it wax lovely did not have breakfast

Friendly staff
That mu stay didn't include B&B for the price!
Location close to the railway station hotel staff very pleasant Management resolution was good Breakfast is always well run and organised
There were a few real cleanliness issues at the hotel which management said they were resolving The price is becoming a little too high, and the hotel needs an upgrade or renovation it’s looking very tired in the rooms.
Staff was friendly and kind, check in and check out was very quick. Location was near the train station and city center. Room was clean and comfortable.
The location was central with easy access on foot to the city centre. The room was spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect- good food, well cooked and varied options.
Unfortunately we didn't report the bathroom sink plug as it wouldn't close and the room could have done with a dust round!
great difficulty checking in and no parking places available
Clean and modern Breakfast good Location
Car parking very expensive
We stay here a lot and never had problems before, food/ room service, staff were brilliant
The window wouldnt open, the aircon was jist blowing warm air on the lowest setting, hardly slept, woke up at 4am and couldnt sleep again due to being too hot, room 506 if you do want to check the aircon system
Close to a wedding venue we were attending. Quiet area. No noise at all on the night. Lovely welcoming decor and staff. Good quality breakfast.
Good breakfast and comfortable beds
Room was nice and cleaned, single beds were quite big which was really good, Breakfast was good, and staff was always ready to help
Rooms don't have a fridge but if you ask at the reception, they'll give you one for £10 per night
Camera grande con vista sul campo da Calcio del Norwich
Breakfast was well.
The room never cleaned. The bed unconfortable. No change of towels. We asked three times for replacements.
All you require from a hotel comfortable stay
Run out of some breakfast items, is it too much to top up some cereals
Good sized rooms, well located

The receptionist during my check in was great! Furthermore, the lady managing the restaurant was excellent and she was flexible to provide Dinner as soon as we arrived
Hotel fantastic great location
Break wasn't long enough 😆
Convenience
It was fine and good value
Location close to the rail station helped us choose rail over car
Remote control for TV kept malfunctione
Very nice welcome Reasonable car parking charge Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds
The bathroom needed to be cleaner
Staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. We were close to the City so could get there easily.
It was quite expensive to stay - for 2 nights.
Goede ligging en mooie kamer

I had an issue with a buzzing noise outside my room at midnight. Emmanuel & Asar jumped straight on it meaning I could swap rooms. Emmanuel even helped me with my luggage. Thank you very much.
Coolness and space of the room.

Room extremely dated. Sink cracked.
Location helpful staff and food
All good
I booked the wrong dates but the receptionist , sorted my mistake out , brilliant
Clean and tidy and well maintained.
We went out of football season so nice and quite, during match days I guess a lot busier but overall nothing we didn’t like, a nice stay
Central, clean, comfortable
Cleanliness Iron and board Storage facilities in room
Indifferent/unhelpful staff Noise from trains and seagulls Lack of drinking water in room
Having stayed numerous times over several years and having familiarity with the location, initially we knew what to expect but were let down as described below
I had to reset the air conditioning several times during tne night, at 05.50 I went to Reception personally to report this, the gentleman on duty kindly gave me a fan from the office which was a kind gesture as when I returned to the room the a/c had tripped out again. I had mentioned this to Reception the previous day, they promised someone would look at the problem whilst we went out for the day, even when the "green light" was on the unit was operating very noisily, I did inform Rception when checking out in case they could reallocate that room to anyone booked in there.
Modern hotel, attached to Norwich City Football Club stadium . It's about 13 mins walk from the town centre : station, cathedral, restaurants etc. (Note: most restaurants are closed Mondays). Good sized rooms Nice linens. Excellent buffet breakfast.
It was during the heatwave. The main reason. I chose to stay here (and pay more money) was for the advertised aircon. The aircon in our room didn't work : it would run for ~15 mins (even then not particularly cool air) and then switch itself off completely. You then had to switch it in again (and again and again). The room had sealed windows - so no alternative fresh air) Complained shortly after checkin (around 4 PM). I was told "system would be reset". That did nothing to improve it. Complained again and was offered a small table fan. That circulated the warm, close air. No change of room was offered. One of the worst night's (no)sleep ever: constantly having to get up, soaking in sweat , to turn "aircon" on again and again and... Complained again next morning and got a room change. Aircon still was not up to much but at least bedroom window opened a few inches allowing fresh air and a better sleep. Housekeeping / cleaning needs improvement. First room had mildew/ mould around bath edge, bathroom counter not wiped down (glass rings visible), and an uncollected used wine glass. Second room : glass tumbler in bathroom had caked on "grodu" on rim. Complained about Room 1 at the time; I had given up by Room 2. In site parking is expensive (£7.50 / night). Management (none in evidence during our stay) needs to get in top of Maintenance and Housekeeping
Good bar, good selection of food, breakfast was well worth it. Very clean.
Lack of working air conditioning, mentioned and where give a couple of fans, however this did not cool the room, just moved air, but better than nothing. Bed quite squeaky when you rolled over.
Aircon did not work and was very loud had to move rooms at 5 in the morning having no sleep the first night
Basically we just chose it because it was dog friendly and wasn’t too fussed about the hotel but it ended up being a very pleasant stay. We had a very comfortable night and slept very well.
I bit far from the city center.
Basic hotel. Clean but very basic room. Requiring refurbishment. No extras available in room/ bathroom e.g glasses for water, vanity kit, mini bar. Toilet roll very very thin. Body wash dispenser was empty. Breakfast was adequate. Again, very basic. However, staff were very friendly and attentive.
The bar area is good. Good air conditioning in the room.
The room decor and furniture is very tired. No bottled water in the room. No coffee beans in the machines in the breakfast area on the first morning. There’s a supermarket across the road. Go and buy some coffee beans! Breakfast was diabolical.
Location- right by my daughters graduation ceremony
A little pricey
Hotel is central for the city, you can leave your car in the carpark, and walk /bus into city centre, also near train station ,like us going to somewhere else , food / breakfast is really good and value for money , having a pitch view was lovely as well ,very quite round the back ,air conditioning and a nice cool room
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel
Room was quiet and comfortable. Gym was small, but had what was needed and water was brought up when the machine had run out. Fairly close to the city and a reaonable walk along wthe river to get there. Got a good deal on the room rate.
Breakfast was expensive and no other options were offered or explained when we checked in. Nothing else was a problem
Very friendly staff
Common parts and bedroom are a little used
Friendly helpful staff, very clean room
Met by friendly staff. Room was lovely and very comfortable
Nothing
Lovely hotel close to the railway station. Great staff
The price of this hotel in particular has been rising to almost double the normal room rate a year ago this is driving me to book elsewhere
It was spacious, clean, had parking, good breakfast and helpful staff
It was a little far from the centre of town
Having used the Premier Inn a number of times in the city, which is looking very tired e thought try this. Room was twin bed overlooking the pitch. Bed comfortable, ood shower and clean. So happy with room. Restaurant used for breakfast was very good. Decor not tired like Premier, good service. All butbthe scrambled eggs But everything else, very good, Location. nice in terms of near the river. so nice to walk along into town but if you have intentions of being within the town, for shopping and entertainment, then it's a qood 25 mins walk involving steps. Not unpleasant at all iust need to factor in. All in all, very happy and recommend.
Only complaint would be the usual scrambled egg which comes out of a packet.

Air conditioning could have been a bit cooler but very hot on our visit
We stayed in this hotel for several nights as part of a group tour. Breakfast was excellent for this grade of hotel. Rooms are spacious and there is plenty of communal seating. We had included evening meals which were only just OK. We had housekeeping and A/C malfunctions and had to move our room. There is a supermarket nearby but the nearest pubs etc are about 1/2 mile walk
Location to city centre & riverside area, good room size with comfy beds perfect for are overnight stay. Decent Bathroom facilities.
Breakfast wasn't offered at a cheaper price, didn't book breakfast as cheaper alternatives nearby.
I have stayed there a few times and I am always pleased with the staff and the rooms. Always very clean and the staff are all helpful.
Nothing to report.
Location and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioning a bonus. Very quite area

Most aspects
Hard to work out how the bath and shower controls worked as no labels. Handle on the bath soap dish appeared to me to be the wrong way round Beds in hotels these days are always too high for me!!
Best accesdible room i've ever experienced. Bathroom very well designed. Spacious bedsitting room
Power socket beside bed was very low down, near the floor under the bedside table. VERY hard to access for someone with disabilities.
Funcionários, instalações, pequeno almoço, as crianças não pagam.
Da distância para o centro. Para quem não tem carro torna se longe.
Location and late checkout
It was convenient for where we were going on Saturday evening. The staff were friendly and bar service and breakfast was very good.
It was expensive and not value for money. Over £180 for the room, B&B, and the car park. The room could do with an update and refresh. The room was looking tired. There was mould on the grout and sealant in the bathroom, the place was boiling hot. The ventilation in the room did not keep it cool and we were literally sweating whilst getting ready to go out
Staff were friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The air/con was a welcome relief. The lounge area was very inviting. Good breakfast, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Even a variety of pillows to pick from! Good location for getting around Norwich sights.
Can't think of anything.
Staff was ceey nice
Noise at night - works continued at the statdoum till 10 pm. We had to call reception to get it stopped..
The staff are fantastic! The receptionists, restaurant and bar manager and the waiter in the restaurant both in the evening and at breakfast. So polite and helpful. Food OK. Very close to the stadium.
The rooms look tired and need a refit. It also smelled of cigarettes. Not the most attractive location.
Aircon was brilliant on the hottest day of the year! Staff gave me early check in too which was appreciated

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff
The room was fine and a good size. Staff we interacted with were great.
Badly let down by housekeeping - we stayed two nights - bed unmade, dirty cups not washed, no shower gel, no milk on second day - a great shame given the positives
