I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean and well-decorated, which was great. The location is excellent, too.

However, it didn't make up for the fact that certain things were not up to basic standard: no bedside light (or switch) - I had to ask a LOT for this and finally got it late at night; the shower head had no hook so needed to be handheld, as well as having no indication of temperate adjustments; I was on the ground floor next to the street but didn't have adequate blackout for privacy (it was difficult to make the single curtain do the job comfortably); the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. I read before booking that they had vegan breakfasts, but it turned out this was only on request, which no one mentioned until I arrived for breakfast in the morning. I am sorry I am so negative, but I expected better.

Light bulbs in shower room probably need replacing. Seemed a bit dim and flickering. Very low ceilings on the top floor. Full English breakfast was more like an Indian twist so not really accurate. Should be aware no on street parking during the day and night limited but £9 a day parking in lower Clarence road.

We liked the size of the room and the bed was comfortable

We had to wait for our room to be ready for more than 30 minutes after 3 pm.

Location was great, close to the train station. We were able to check-in early and were next door to a friend staying here also which was ideal for our group.

Breakfast was disappointing and had a narrow window (8am-10am). Room was fine for a short stay but there was a noticeably big dip in the bed.

Lovely hotel just minutes away from the railway station. Good continental breakfast as well as a cafe, pub and Indian takeaway nearby. Attentive staff, I have gone to Revado Hotel over the years.

Convenient for football, stadium short walk away, close to train station and Riverside bars and restaurants.

Shame the restaurant has closed, had stayed previously and was good food, breakfast was very basic do it yourself

The room was cleaned on daily basis. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, few minutes away from toen centre.

The only downside was the quality of maintenance - walls in room in poor condition (dirty, the room needs to be refrrshed), broken towel rack.

Poor first impression as not greeted but instead told via intercom how to get a key to enter and little else. Reception desk was never staffed. Breakfast room not clearly labelled and not staffed either.

Friendly receptionist and super clean and equipped rooms - couldn't fault it and the price was amazing!

Revado Hotel is located close to the town and is very clean

Really well appointed & large bathroom with a very powerful over bath shower. There was a separate cupboard for luggage/storage that meant the relatively compact bedroom stayed clutter free.

'Continental breakfast' was simple,edible, but incredibly basic. At the least provide plates and cutlery. One guest mentioned he'd eaten cereal with a soup spoon for 3 days. Very simple to fix.

Nobody at the property when we got there and no reply to the phone number. The bedrooms ( up a lot of stairs only had a small window each and the window covering would not stay up so it was gloomy.

Reasonably close to town

The bed was dangerous, very low to the ground, the slats kept coming out and my partner hurt his back. Staff were non existent and difficult to get hold off. No change for towels or bedding

The room was clean, having all the usual entrapments one would expect.

The staff were less than friendly, and there was no food available. The windows had condensation between the units so you couldn't see out if them.

Bang in the centre with an excellent cafe opposite and fine local pub just down the road. Rarely does 'five-minutes from the railway station' mean five-minutes while here even possibly just four... The room was airy and very clean, the coffee and tea generously refilled daily, and the staff courteous and kind. Most excellent value for money

Curtains in room 10 were torned big holes in them. Carpet needs replacing stains all over it. Walls in bedroom and bathroom need repainting marks all over them. Towel rack had more rust on it than chrome. Shower head leaks and shower holder doesn't hold shower head so you have to hold shower head to shower. Mattress needs replacing big dip one side. Very Dusty. Such a shame because the building its self is lovely. Got a nice outside patio to front. Fantastic location just needs some attention to rooms.

No staff seen, only spoken to via a button at the main door. Heavy doors that slammed with a loud BANG when people went in & out of their rooms. No tv remote to watch the tv in my room.

The room was modern, we could park outside, the location was central, a pub and restaurants close by, the staff were super friendly, the night rate for a Friday was the lowest for this standard. The breakfast was perfect for us (toast, cereal, tea, juice, fresh fruit, etc).

The room on the top floor was inhabitable was at least 30 degrees+ with a very small window and fan which made no difference granted it was a warm day out side but it was genuinely cooler outside than it was inside the room was so unbearable was forced to sleep in car which is not ideal but shows the severity of the situation and once spoken with the staff the next day was made out like I was lying about the situation, all in all be wary of staying here during hot weather seasons and especially on top floors

There was somebody at reception to greet me and talk me through my room and the accommodation. The room was EXACTLYas described “ Affeodable luxury “ Mattress was great and had a lovely night sleep. Modern tv to watch Netflix etc on A lovely little compliment seleection with teas coffees chocolate bars and cartoned juice. For the price they offer, this place is the REAL DEAL. After trying a lot of the other local hotels close to the train station and seeing there quality. I don’t believe there was a single thing I disliked about the property or stay.

Felt a little unsafe as there was no lock on the inside of the door. No chair, no plug near the mirror to see while drying hair, light above the mirror in bathroom didn’t work. Had to ask for hairdryer. Had to pay £9 to park in car park near by

I like the location and staff

The smell of the fragrance, scent in the room, was too strong and my pillow case was dirty nasty stain on it.

The location was good and the hotel was fantastic value. Friendly and helpful on the reception desk. Comfortable rooms.

Revado Hotel is a great value-for-money choice, especially if you’re visiting Norwich for work or a short city break. It’s only about a 5-minute walk from Norwich railway station and within walking distance of the city centre and Riverside entertainment area. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent Wi-Fi.

Shower room built for smaller people in the roof, poor lighting so glass shelf above toilet not visible till a 5'10" person has nearly hit it. Breakfast poor and a teapot for milk? Staff hanging around as if they needed to be seen.

The staff, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, it was clean the city centre only 10 minutes walk away.

I've had better breakfasts, but it wasn't expensive.

The location was perfect to access the Riverside area. It is located on a quiet side street so there was no noise or disturbance.. There were plenty of hot and cold drinks and some chocolate which was a nice touch. Just be aware that you will either park on the street which they will help you with or in the riverside multi story which is where I left my car. It was £14 for 24 hours.

On check in they could not be bothered to open the door so was told instructions on how to get my room card key through a doorbell camera, not very secure as people passing by would hear the combination to the key lock safe. The temperature of the room was far too hot not enough ventilation and provided with a fan that needs cleaning. Need a proper blind for the window not a stuck on velcro piece of material. Other guests slamming doors as they came back from getting their fix of toxic juice (alcohol) also the lighting in the bathroom was basically like having nothing and when trying to use the mirror light it was very temperamental to get it to switch on. I had a poor couple of nights sleep and will not be returning to this so called hotel.

the room was very hot, 32 degrees and there was no ventilation, one window would not open and the other only opened 10mm. I paid for breakfast but none of the breakfast provided was edable as I don't have milk. there was only cereal, toast and fruit. there was no cooked breakfast unless I paid more and it was vegan anyway. there only seemed to be one member of staff and they were not always present. it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Faccio presente che Booking lo segnala come 4 stelle, mentre l’hotel sulla porta ne ha tre: anche troppe! Neanche rifacevano la stanza, se non veniva esplicitamente richiesto

Un caso di scorretta pratica commerciale. Le informazioni sul sito di booking.com sono incomplete e non corrispondenti al vero: Revado non è un hotel ma un bed-and-breakfast. All'arrivo il check-in avviene davanti a una porta chiusa, da remoto con microfono e telecamera in assenza di personale, la chiave è in una scatola con un codice. Il personale non è presente in struttura. C'è un cartello con gli orari di presenza ma non vengono rispettati. Aggiungo che manca la luce ai lati del letto. Nel complesso non raccomandabile.

Fantástica opción de alojamiento en Norwich. Es un hotel con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad. Nosotros desayunamos fuera (los típicos desayunos ingleses contundentes y deliciosos), así que el tema del restaurante no lo podemos valorar, pero el resto muy muy bien. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

Quizá la limpieza de la habitación, no era diaria.

Very basic. The breakfast was shocking - slice of toast, slice of processed cheese. Make your own instant coffee with a mini kettle. Better not offer breakfast at all.

Clean but very dated. Bed base torn, carpet not the best. Whole reason for staying was for a family party to get ready there was no mirror or dressing table in that room to be able to use. No hairdrier provided. Very basic room. Shower gel and shampoo provided but no conditioner. Breakfast was extra and advised by other people staying there it wasnt in operation. Tried to use bar facilities in evening on first night but all locked up. Tight stairs to first floor so doesnt cater for disabled. On street parking

It's my 3rd time at this hotel and I love it. Would always go back there. I'll recommend to everyone.

Nothing, the staff are rude when I turned up. I was up all night by a guest playing having his TV on full volume. All the contact numbers on Booking.com are incorrect and they just go to voicemail when you call the front desk. There’s no one at the front desk, didn’t get one bit of sleep because of the guest next door. I want my money back.

The staff weren’t polite when I was let into the building to check in also there was no staff in the entire night and no contact number to get in touch with somebody.

Comfortable room, easy parking in the same street, a very quiet place, I could have an excellent sleep even with the window open. I came more than one hour late for checking in: the hotel staff was very helpful, couldn't be better, and with their indications I could get the key and access my room easily.

Not many eating places around. The hotel's phone number was difficult to find on Internet, I really needed to get it to arrange my unexpectedly late arrival.

Hotel is located around 5 minutes walking distance from the train station which makes it convenient for short trips if you want to drop your bags before check in or after check out. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

We mentioned our arrival time (12pm) during booking as it was earlier than check in time (3pm). However, there wasn't anyone in the reception so we needed to ring & call and wait to get in the hotel. This was eventually sorted but it would have been better if they have a receptionist present especially at the times guests are arriving.

I've stayed in a lot of 'budget' hotels and this is one of the best. Clean, good shower, tea & coffee facilities, great value for money.

A bit noisy.

The bathroom was warm, very clean towels and extremely clean. The cleanest bathroom ever seen.

Unfortunately I found the shower very difficult to turn the cold water on. I was getting hot water all the time which was a bit annoying Secondly the areas near the table need a bit of wiping the stains off the wall. Then the grubby, stained and old pillows should be thrown away. When you look at them they put you off your sleep and your divan beds are really very old. When you put up the top cover the sides of the bed are torn and very old. Please do not make your beds to hide that. Very helpful and kind staff. For the amount of money I paid I was not very happy to say the least especially the distance from the city centre

The location was very good 😊 The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and cosy and all the facilities in the room worked as expected. A small coffee table would have been nice.

The breakfast was very underwhelming as it was not as it was stated on the listing both in terms of presentation and variety. There was a coffee machine placed there with coffee sachets on top, however this was a display as it was not in use and instead the host made it for us which was very tasteless and weak. This is very strange as in most hotels you make your own coffee the way you like it. Also there was no hot food for breakfast despite it being clearly listed under the food and drink section of this listing, this is extremely misleading. The breakfast room looked cold with no music or warmth and pin drop silenc as if we had walked into the local library. The way the cutlery was given was in an old tin which likely stored something else, normally this is provided in a box with knives, fork, and spoons in their slots. The bread was just slapped there in the packet as if it had come out of the shop. No microwave or kettle for you to use. The milk was also rationed into a jug, you could ask for more but you didn't feel that comfortable to. The host also never checked on us if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. The day bar restaurant also is closed whilst the sign is still outside and the bar is still in the pictures, once again this is purely misleading as they think they could eat a dinner downstairs whereas they actually have to run out to the local takeaway across the street. The host needs to update this listing immediately as it has been mentioned by others and they have acknowledged it and done nothing about it. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming or smiley when we arrived and was not too informative. The room also lacked information as well like when breakfast is, WiFi password etc which is usually displayed in the room alongside the reception. He only seemed interested in the money and giving the key card and where the room is. When I booked the room there was an option to pay at the property.

La colazione pessima. Probabilmente c’erano pochi ospiti e non c’era nulla.. giusto pane da tostare, servito nel suo involucro di plastica ( iniziato) , qualche marmellata confezionata, burro e nient’altro. The, caffè, succo di frutta . Peccato .. si sono persi in un bicchiere d’acqua.. spero vivamente che non sia sempre così..

Location. When I saw the owner he was friendly.

The breakfast layout. Cereal but no bowls, milk or cutlery. Microwave porridge meals, but no microwave. Coffee maker but no cups. No lamps or light switch beside the bed. The shower head wasn't even attached to the wall in the cubicle.
