Really recommend this hotel we stayed for just 1 night as we was visiting harry potter studio for a joint birthday gift for my daughter and partners birthday we got breakfast in the morning included in the price which is really good as we have never had that option before when we have booked other places so it's really ideal if you are a breakfast person

This was my fourth stay at this hotel. Always find the price, staff and location great.

From when you walked in the staff was very polite helpful like you had always known them. Breakfast was fair location was fine.

Room smelt a bit damp but was fine when opened window.

Air-con in room very noisy and not sure it was working anyway, so just opened window ( very quiet outside) Accessible room had 1inch lip to access the bathroom and then a glass shelf on the left side of the doorway just at eye height. ( not sure why it's there ) The entrance door to my room was very heavy and once through would slam behind me, perhaps an automatic door to accessible rooms would be more helpful.

I had an accessible shower. Room was very clean. Bar was able to give us a bucket of ice. Breakfast very good. Provided a fan in the room.

There was an alarm or a phone that kept ringing in the room next door or above which kept disturbing me. The AC was also quite noisy.

Staff were very friendly. Coeliac options on request at breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a dual purpose door that either separated the bathroom from the bedroom or the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Location was super, I would happily stay again.

There was some litter around the rear entrance.

the room was spotless, and the beds comfortable with a view of the canal. The young man on reception who checked us in was excellent, friendly, efficient and helpfull. The surrounding area was interesting with a choice of restaurants/pub within waling distance.

The buffet was breakfast was not good. Most food was gluten free, cold and tasteless. the plates were also cold

The quality of the hot breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled egg was tasteless, possibly made with powdered egg? All of the food was not hot enough. It’s great that breakfast is included in the price but the quality was not.

Overall friendly staff and helpful, very quiet , everything you need in the room. Water hot. Breakfast was adequate with all the basics hot and cold you required.

Perfectly located for what we needed, breakfast included was a bonus. Asked about a cheeky early check in, lad on reception was lovely, allowed us to check in early and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

No hand soap in bathroom, used body wash from shower instead. Room is in need of a refresh but minor. Breakfast on day 1 & 3 (7am) was lovely and relaxed, not the best selection/quality but it’s free so that’s no drama. Day 2 breakfast (9am) was chaotic, staff who I assume was manager barking orders and telling people to leave whilst she replenished therefore people stood waiting with half of their breakfast going cold - this feels more a spacial issue that needs looking into.

Ubicado delante de unos canales muy bonitos para un paseo agradable. Fácil de aparcar. Muy cercano a Harry Potter studios.

Desayuno muy inglés, pocas opciones de fruta o algo de queso o pavo si quieres albo más ligero. La habitación de cuatro era la doble con un sofá cama muy estrecho para 2 personas y casi no nos podíamos mover. Por suerte sólo fue una noche.

It was a nice room with a mini sofa. It was clean and modern with good lighting and thick curtains for the sunlight.

The air con was not working in the rooms during my stay and it was around the 30 degree area during the day. At night when I entered my room it was 25.5 degrees so it was difficult to sleep. A fan was provided but on the 4th floor it makes little to no help.

Ideally location for easy access to London. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Always seemed happy to help and available to support.

Vom Hotel aus sind sowohl die Harry Potter Experience und der Flughafen Luton schnell erreichbar. In unmittelbarrer Nähe gibt mehrere Gastwirtschaften.

Klappcouch sehr unbequem, Zimmer war für vier Personen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) eigentlich zu klein.

Loved the location everything we need was a walking distance sainsbury the lovely by the canal. The staff was so nice and friendly. Room could be abit more updated but over all a very pleasant stay.

Amazing location, friendly staff definitely would stay there again had a good sleep and a good time there.

Room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The shower lacked power but very hot. Parking was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Some of the food was cold and coffee did not taste very good.

I stayed in room 119 which is on the ground floor so there was lots of doors banging especially early hours of the morning when people left their rooms. The front door in the room needs some oil as it was creaking when opening and shutting. Otherwise no major complaints.

We love that it's only 39 minutes from Euston, via train. And the staff have been great, both times we've stayed here.

Zu keiner Zeit waren Hotel-Trolleys verfügbar. Das Kühlsystem der Zimmer war defekt und wurde durch einen Ventilator ersetzt. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön.

My wife and I stayed for four nights at Hemel Hempstead, and I have to admit that it couldn't have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really couldn't do enough for us. We were very pleased that we were given a choice of rooms when we first arrived and that all the rooms had air-conditioning as it was particularly hot during our stay there. There was a choice at breakfast and the tables and area were very clean and well presented. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

I suppose the only thing that we didn't like was that our stay came to an end all too soon.

We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early but they were able to accommodate us with one of our rooms so we were able to freshen up before heading to Wembley Stadium. Very helpful indeed including giving advice on local transport. Would highly recommend.

Family room just big enough for the four of us on our mini break. Clean and tidy property with friendly staff throughout the stay.

The hotel room wasn’t very clean. We had someone else’s hair on the shower walls, the bed sheets felt crusty and it was generally dirty and smelly. The breakfast wasn’t very nice either.

The breakfast is very varied and tastes delicious, the beverage selection is extensive and includes alternative teas. The vegan option is available upon request. The rooms are very clean and accessible, the bathrooms are adequate whilst being practical and efficient.

The lights beside the bed are not as easily movable and a little noisy. However they’re still useful and not a downside just an inconvenience.

The staff were all brilliant and nothing was too much. They greeted us on arrival and we're friendly and kind. They let me store my breastmilk in the fridge and collect it at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Parking was at a premium when I returned late at night. Breakfast was tolerable but not the greatest over cooked croissant burnt. Over cooked bacon. Poor quality juice Orange and Apple. Once bitten and all that.

The WiFi was excellent, easily accessible and decent speed. The hotel is right next to an external restaurant. The English staff were excellent.

The prices for the drinks were airport prices. The air conditioning being out for at least a week (I have no idea how long it was out beyond this) is not particularly acceptable when we’re hitting a heat wave. The car park is a bit of a safari. Buffet breakfast was a little poor but acceptable. But it was free

De kamer was schoon, en de badkamer was ook goed.

Het bankbed was dramatisch, de ruimte in de kamer was ook schadalig. we konden amper in de kamer rondlopen met 4 personen. Echt belachelijk klein voor 4 mensen. Sardines in een blik.

The aircon was broken, but we warned in advance and fans were provided. We have a ground floor room and it was ok. Breakfast is average but plenty of it.

Staff at check in desk were friendly, lovely, quiet location near to the canal, free parking, beds were comfy, staff were happy to provide extra tea, coffee and milk, fan in room which kept us cool (put it on window ledge to draw in the outside air) as air con wasn't working.

Receptionist Jordan made us feel really at home. There was good WiFi and plenty of free parking. The breakfast bacon was good.

We booked the hotel because it's HOT (July 2026 heatwave) and it advertises Aircon in rooms. I got an email after booking to say the Aircon was broken but there'd be a fan in the room instead. It was uncomfortably hot.
