Very clean and comfortable rooms. I was here for my birthday weekend and staff at the front desk were amazing!

Friendly and very clean.

There was nothing not to like. Woukd definitely stay there again!

The staff was very professional and helpful. The bus drivers to the airport were very helpful. Especially the driver that was originally from Iraq. He helped me carry my luggage.

There was an air vent next to my room that was very loud. The sound was literally like an old bus engine. I told the front desk. They fixed it. The sound came back one day later. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The soft was worn out and not cushiony I really wanted to come back and stay again. But I am afraid that I might have the same experience.

PARKING $46/Night they don't mention it, and when I was surprised how much it was, staff was rude.

$46/night parking that is not how you make more money. I will never stay here again, let your guests know about parking and fees in advance, we arrive tired and late and can't think of every detail

Ik verblijf redelijk vaak voor werk in Westin in Rosemont, maar ik zou willen dat mijn bedrijf Loews zou kiezen. Gezelligere lobby, restaurant. Goede gym! Betere locatie ten opzichte van restaurants en mall. Kamers zijn groot en stil. De bedden zijn echt heerlijk alsof je op een wolkje ligt. Grote badkamer hadden wij met apart bad en douche.

Misschien dat het wat gedateerd is kwa inrichting, maar dan ga je echt zoeken naar iets. Verder hebben we niks kunnen vinden en waren we heel blij met ons verblijf.

The entire hotel communicates quality. The upper floor room had a big, fun, view where we watched the endless aircraft lining up to land. Yet, the room was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent staff.

Location (free, frequent, 24/7 shuttle to the airport)… Nice rooms, eventually… My wife, who arrived several hours before me, had to ask for the first assigned room to be changed to a room with a bathtub and a decent view (the first room only had a shower, no bath tub, and the view was over the garage)… Very good breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The Seafood Restaurant close to the main hotel entrance served good food.

This review is based on the room service food. I ordered the gluten free goat cheese and mushroom pizza and thought it was delicious! I crave this again soon.

Was not as nice as one I stayed in Minneapolis a number of years ago.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay truly enjoyable.

I booked this stay for my daughter and her husband. I did not personally stay there. But they said everything was wonderful!!! It was a gift for them for their anniversary. Thank you !

Restaurant, that is connected to the property, it was the most poorly run restaurant i have seen in years. No host to great me, and the guy behind me. Then waited 15 mins for any one to attend to me for food..and drink. I had to look at them to motion them over. Then i order a drink that tooks more than 5 mins, and then they forgot my food, and the restaurant was about to close. I sat there for nearly 2 hours, and watched everyone else get served accept me, so i could raise some insendiary remarks...but no point. I am a United Premier Gold Member, nearly 2M miles travelling and have seen lots of places and stayed lots of hotels, but all the good that Lowes has evaporated due to this experience.

The bathroom was clean and spacious. Plenty of clothes hangers available. Front desk staff members were helpful. There was a convenient shuttle bus from and to the airport.

The room was close to the elevator, so there was some noise from it. There was also noticeable airport noise coming from outside. The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.

Shane made our trip good since we had issue with shower, she accommodated us with amenity. Front desk phone customer service was top notch! We appreciated the personal service from Yuisa and Daisy in the dining room. Also the evening service in dining room was terrific. We will return! Loved the Smooth Jazz venue there.

Very convenient shuttle for ORD. Runs every 15 min. Three restaurants on site gives lots of options for eat/relax before &/or after travel. Great outlet shops with food court next door. Very clean comfortable rooms and staff is always friendly & helpful.

I had a great stay at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont. The location was one of my favorite parts of the experience. It was a quick drive to O’Hare Airport, and I loved being able to walk to the nearby shopping mall, which made it easy to get out and explore without needing a car. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view of the street. The bathroom and shower were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The restaurant and bar area exceeded my expectations. I ordered the turkey club and soup, and both were excellent. Since I was dealing with some sinus congestion during my trip, I was especially grateful that they could make a hot toddy. It was delicious and honestly helped me feel much better. Another standout was the fitness center. This wasn’t your typical hotel gym with a few treadmills tucked into a corner. They had a wide variety of equipment for both serious strength training and cardio workouts. I also appreciated the thoughtful extras like fresh fruit, cucumber-infused water, and bottled water available in the gym. Overall, this was a clean, convenient, and well-appointed hotel with excellent amenities. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting the Chicago area.

A few minor things could be improved. The soap dispenser in my room was empty when I arrived, which was inconvenient, although staff quickly brought a replacement and fresh towels when I requested them. The bathroom felt a bit dated, and I would have preferred a glass shower instead of the traditional shower curtain. The bathroom floor also seemed a little slippery. My biggest issue was that the room never seemed to get as cool as I would have liked. The AC was working, but it didn’t feel like it was cooling the room efficiently, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. I didn’t like the breakfast buffet either. The breakfast was expensive and the food didn’t stand out I would have rather ordered directly from the cook.

THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS 10-15 degrees too hot at almost all times. I woke up in a pool of my own sweat 3/4 days here. The bedding and pillows are awful. Just horrendous. The conference rooms, despite being very large, were just as hot. Bright lights have been pointing right into my window at night and there is no real way to make the room darker.

The shuttle service to the airport leaves every 15 minutes. The driver helped lift bags and kept to the timeline. The restaurant in the lobby area had good beers after a long night of traveling.

The armchair and carpet in the room were a little suspicious, but the overall room was clean. The bathroom was spacious with good products and towels.

Sometimes the waiting time in the lobby is hugh if you happen tonbe in rush check out or in time with big groups

The staff was very helpful. Lobby was lovely. Parking was easy and cheaper than downtown Chicago.

There was some visible wear and tear of the room, some fabrics wear definitely worn on the lamps, hangers, etc. Nothing dirty.

The hotel is very nice and perfectly situated if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Bathroom was clean and spacious, which is appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a nice meal in one of the restaurants.

The property is beautiful yet unpretentious. It is so close to O’Hare and the free shuttle is a huge benefit these days. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I stayed here to go to a concert at the Rosemont Theater and it was right across the street. Very convenient.

Far from downtown Chicago.

One simple thing can ruin your stay - if you are booking through Booking.com they are not able to issue any invoice nor receipt. A bit carzy, isn't it ? Why they cooperate with Booking.com if they are not able to do a simple thing. And the staff at the reception is defenietly unfriendly. Never more !

The beds and pillows are so comfortable!!! Parking was average pricing and the staff were really nice!!!

There is a stain on the lamp shade next to my bed. Don’t really care just thought it could be replaced atleast!

The room and perfect location.

The staff at tge front desk. Not able to print invoice for the stay. Asked several times and it was always a problem. They say it is caused by Booking. So if they cannot deal with bookings done via Booking.com why they participate in the program ? I will never return !

Entire Staff has exceptional customer service. Entire property is impeccably clean. Parking was simple. I like simple. Always like Starbucks, but perhaps LaVazza in the rooms. Enjoyed the night meditation channel. I have trouble sleeping. Great selection of restaurants, shopping, theatre, and conventions.

Wish the pool was open. I would have extended my stay for sure. In the big picture, there was nothing I didn't like. Is it in poor taste to suggest a Reisling on the menu. Again, not unhappy.

We always use Loew's O'Hare Hotel park and fly when we fly out of O'Hare. The parking is connected to the hotel, there are plenty of fast elevators, the beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of eating options (including room service), their shuttle runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours per day, and the employees are very friendly! Today, 4/1/26, we boarded the shuttle at 5:00 AM and arrived at Terminal 1 at 5:15 AM
