Hampton Inn By Hilton Monterrey Apodaca

Łóżka wygodne, pościel świeża i pachnąca. Kosmetyki w łazience dostępne i dobrej jakości. Żelazko, woda, sejf i inne udogodnienia w pokoju.

Stayed for 2 nights for business and was very happy with the hotel. It is clean and well appointed. Friendly staff, solid breakfast options with local food as well as standard Hampton Inn options. Happy hour every night includes 2 free drinks. Diamond members get an additional drink coupon to be used at any time. Located right next to a small strip mall with dining and shopping options. Very safe to walk. I would stay here again.

Bueno

.

Muchas gracias

The place is very clean. The free breakfast is delicious and the shopping center is very secured with multiple shopping options.

Although it was a short 3 nights and 4 days, I had a comfortable stay.I'm not sure if it was a hotel mainly for Koreans, but the staff was very friendly to Koreans.I liked that the hotel had a laundry room, restaurant, and breakfast service, and I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.Thank you.

Good

Was very good staying just the breakfast wasn't that many options.

Good

The shower was not draining the water and the toilet neither.

Esta muy tranquilo y seguro

Very convenience place to stay with shopping mal at one side.

Excelente servicio

The property was in a perfect location. There was a small shopping center in walking distance. Also a KFC, little Caesar’s pizzeria. Breakfast was excellent many options to choose from and was kept very clean . The staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool was also very nice I love that there was a restroom with shower to use on site.

Lugar agradable si volveria

there were flies at the restaurant, over the food. installations needed maintenance. gym was on the side of restaurant, sweaty people walling through while you are having breakfast.

Excelente

Good central location

Super clean and close to other stores.

It was fine

It was great

Excellent location and customer service

A great place to stay, it has all the necessary amenities to rest and relax after a long day of work. Special praise to Obed who always gives an excellent service and is willing to hear and help in any way he can. A truly wonderful person who helped me a lot while I was there. I stayed at the hotel for over a month and have nothing but gratitude for him and everyone who works there for making my stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely come back when I have to work in the area again.

Excellent service specially Obed Banda excellent experience 5 stars!! he was very helpful and polite more employees like him make the difference. If you go to the bar ask for him!! He is the best. % recomendado

We loved the attention to detail as well as level of courtesy from the staff. Very attentive to our needs, excellent hotel. Will book again for next visit.

Very convenient to shops and restaurants.

I left the property on Friday, 7/23/2021 and returned home to Atlanta, GA. I noticed on my first flight that my back was starting to itch in several spots. When I got home my wife said that I had multiple insect bites on my back. I had not slept anywhere except my room at the Hampton Inn Apodaca since Wednesday, 7/21/2021. I received these bites during my stay in room 608. Not what I expected from a Hilton property.

I was helped 100% at Hampton Inn by Hilton. I had just checked in at another hotel and was having a very bad experience. I was trying to transfer hotels and came across Hampton Inn by Hilton on the internet. I called Hampton and explain to them my situation. They were able to help me on booking the rest of the days I was going to be there. The hotel is Beautiful. The rooms are kept super clean. The staff is very friendly. The prices are also great. If I would of known about this hotel from the very beginning I would of reserved it immediately. I will be going back in a couple of months and can say for sure I will be staying here. Great experience overall!

Excellent facilities , very clean , complimentary breakfast is great!

Lovely place to stay.. The rooms are spacious and the staff were very nice.

We stayed here one night before driving to Laredo. This is a new property and everything feels new and modern. Our room was nice but very small. Next time I will pay the extra $30 US per night to have a Homewood Suites room which is part of the same building. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Oralia and Jorge at the front desk are excellent, very very helpful. The property is very nice, modern & clean. Breakfast is amazing.

10 minutes distance from Monterrey airport, safe area and very beside of shopping area, plaza Sendero. Hotel provide good Breakfast and reasonable price of dinner with good taste food. Many good Mexican restaurants nearby.

I liked everything about this place would stay there again if I would need too. There's restaurants near by and is very clean.

My family enjoyed the free breakfast and free parking. The ladies at the front seat were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Well located for the industrial areas. Helpful staff. Meal options were a little limited.

lobby was nice and outside where the swimming pool. husband enjoyed a beer at bar n loved the atmosphere and bartender was polite and cheerful. Breakfast was so good and waitress if that's what you all call them where so attentive to us and everyone there. We have stayed at other Hampton Inn in the US but never like this one. you all get more that 5 stars from us.

We had a 3 day stay at this hotel. When we got To our room the second night the door was wide open. Room was not clean. There was hairs on the carpet upon arrival. Receptionist didn’t try looking our reservation she w

Great location from the airport without the noise. Very clean and modern.

The hotel was in an awesome location, the staff was very profressional and friendly, and the breakfast was pretty darn good too. Overall one of the best stays I've had at a hotel, let alone a hampton. I was very pleased with this stay.

Excellent hotel, very quiet to rest!

Very clean, great location. Helpful service. 24hr airport shuttle

The shuttle to the airport was excelente and I can left my car there

Fantastic hotel by Hilton in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. This property is located adjacent to a shopping complex with restaurants, a supermarket and a Starbucks. If you are looking for a hotel with extremely easy ingress and egress access that is close to the airport you might want to give this Hampton Inn a try.

Superficial nice. Building fine. Appearance nice.Breakfast for Europeans disappointing. Always something is finished. Rooms are very clean and good equipment. Wifi free-of costBed covers not comfortable in winter

It is brand-new hotel..clean and comfortable, and close to the big market in 5-10 minutes walking distance. I love it except the front man receptionist. He does not smile.

Great hotel but poor service. This is a beautiful, new hotel in a good location close to the airport. Extremely poor shuttle pick up at the airport and ineffective desk staff will keep me from staying here again. Was not recognized as a Diamond member.

Very clean and great ambiance. Very profesional and family friendly.
