the breakfast was good. the room was great and the location of course was in a good area. Quick to get to where you need to go. The staff was great. I did like the grounds. Flowers was pretty.

The community was very clean.\nEvery restaurant or pharmacy store that you walk to everyone.\nWas nice , speakable and make you welcome 🙏 the taxi ride. I liked it. Take you to one side to another around trip to see something else. It was gorgeous. The jazz festival was wonderful. I will visit again.

The location was perfect, I was close enough to everything but not right in the middle of all the traffic .

The air conditioning system it would cut off when you leave the room so the room is warm when you come back from being in. Heat

Confusing parking in the beginning. We were in the back near an alley. Although it was explained which way we should go, we didn't realize we had to turn around first.

The pool was closed, the water bottle station did not work, and many toilets (men's and women's restrooms) did not flush. For the amount of money we paid we expected daily maid service. We ran out of toilet paper and our trash cans were overflowing.

The king suite was spacious, breakfast was plentiful

The friendliness of the young man that checked us in. The location abd the hotel was super clean and the rooms very spacious and clean.

The pool was under renovations.

We stayed here for a conference at the full Gaylord Convention Center next door. The room and breakfast were fine. But... no safe in room and you need to pay $25 a day for parking, plus the pool was closed indefinitely.

The location and staff was polite

Smell. The lobby smells like sewage. The front desk said that it was a grease pan nd they weren’t allowed to clean it. Made me physically sick. I had to email the GM and didn’t get a response. There wasn’t a desk in the room, they had a workspace downstairs on the lobby but it stunk so bad that I wasn’t able to work the entire weekend. Hallways were muggy. The pool was closed.

Light Breakfast in the mornings. Comfortable beds. Clean amenities. Helpful staff.

The placement of the soap dispensers in the shower. A little too close to the body. I almost scratched myself on the pump. It could be a bit higher on the shower wall or in the front or back of the shower.

I loved the cleanliness and how well located we were.

I booked this vacation for my daughter who is turning seven. Due to the rainy and cold forecast I knew there wouldn’t be much outdoor activities for us to enjoy, but my daughter loves the pool so her heart was set on going to the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed with no prior warning to guest. Though this is a good location I would’ve picked a different hotel if I knew the pool wasn’t working. It really hurt my daughter’s feelings because she was so excited and pretty much set our vacation around her enjoying the pool. The pool looked in good condition so not sure what the issue was , but we were highly disappointed. Also, during my stay housekeeping never came to grab trash, bring extra towels or sheets. I also had a small plumbing issue and instead of maintenance fixing the issue they sent a man with a plunger in a plastic bag. I really couldn’t believe it .

I liked everything about it except: 1. there was no hand sanitizer in the food area. Guests just walked up (some in pajamas) & began lifting lids & helping themselves to the food. 2. The meat offerings were only pork. Having turkey or chicken sausage as an option would have been nice.

The staff was wonderful, location is excellent for National Harbor night life and restaurants, and the area was clean and felt safe.

I like the location at the National Harbor.

I had planned my son’s birthday in the National Harbor and had planned it around this hotel because it had suites and a pool. Once we checked in, went to dinner and got back and changed into swimming clothes, that’s when we found out the pool is closed for several months for maintenance. So I spent $800 to stay here for the pool to find out 3 hours in that there was no pool. I would have picked any other place. I didn’t know when I booked it. Even check the pool hours. No one told me at check in. Very annoying. Then the staff was less than apologetic. Told me “well it’s on the website”. But was in when I booked it two months ago? Was it on Booking.com where I booked the rooms? I will know to check for next time, I guess.

The employees were nice. It was also easy to get to from the convention center.

The breakfast meat was undercooked. The shower water had no pressure and I had to keep turning it off and on just to be able to get the soap off of my body. The room was not well cleaned, and I had to clean it before unpacking my clothes. The area was filled with degenerates and drug addicts. (we actually saw what it looked like a prostitute and her john exiting the building after a tryst) The Carpet on the seventh floor smelled disgusting.

Location is great - very walkable to the convention I was attending. Breakfast was very good for a hotel.

The sheets are a bit scratchy and the pillows were too soft.

The breakfast was stocked very well. Location was perfect for us. We took a shuttle which was provided for us at the Gaylord Hotel right next door. Close to downtown.

It was all a great experience

Breakfast was the best buffet we had ever had at a hotel. Also, the staff went above and beyond our requests.

I loved my stay @ The Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor. The location was perfect and the Shuttle made it very easy to get around.

If I had to share something I didn't like I would have to say there was no bacon for breakfast. 🙂 Never the less breakfast was delicious.

We had a lovely time here. It was very cold and the heat in our room the first night didn’t work. Foday from maintenance came the next morning to check our heat and personally moved us to another room. He treated us like we were his parents. He got a cart and helped us make a smooth move. The hotel is very clean and the people are exceptional. We will stay here again.

The clean room and spaciousness, as well as the proximity to all the activities. Breakfast was really good also.

A very small detail, but the pullout did not have linens, and none were in the room, so I had to visit the front desk twice to get some brought to the room.

We loved the size of the room, very spacious. Everything was clean and updated. Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly.

The pool was very cold. We had two young children that were very excited to play in the pool but the water was very cold. It appears the bathroom was recently updated which was great except that the faucets were on the end of the shower that had a fixed door pane so you could not turn on the water to let it warm up without getting very wet. Would like to see parking fees included with room stay

The aicon / heating system was so loud couldn't sleep. The maintenance guy said that's just how their system is so all rooms are noisy. He found a heater so i was OK but if staying here in winter I would check they have a heater available.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and inviting.

The coffee maker in the room could be updated to a Keurig maybe.

I was surprised by how spacious the room was. Requests for room refresh were honored, and the complimentary hot breakfast buffet was great.

Located near everything you want to do while down at the Harbor. You can catch the shuttle at the hotel across St to access Tangler outlets and MGM

There’s a peculiar smell when you enter the lobby. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning solution that’s being used or the smell from the indoor pool water
