I’ve stay at hundreds of hotels. This was the first hotel that wouldn’t allow me to check in an hour before check in time. So keep that in mind if you’re arriving early.

The hotel staff are great. The breakfast was better than expected and they had a huge variety of options. The hotel itself is really clean and well kept up with. I’m a snob when it comes to cleanliness and the room was perfect.

The only thing that made our stay hard was the bed. It was so uncomfortable my husband and I couldn’t even sleep through the night. I am 7 months pregnant and eventually just went to lay sitting up on the sofa because of how uncomfortable the bed was.

Room had some issues, a dripping ceiling, pipe noises when the shower was on. The room was mostly clean but we found some dirt and debris in the living area. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but maybe that's hard to avoid.

The room and building were clean. Rooms were updated. Policies were very clear and the stay was mostly peaceful. Checking in was seamless.

Having to pay to park in a garage across the street. Validation and including the price in the cost of stay would have been nice. The restaurant on the premises was open for a short time 4-9 and room service was not available.

Was only there one night, but the ability to walk around all over National Harbor from the hotel was awesome. So many restaurants and shops. I do recommend the Bar Harbor restaurant in the hotel, great food and great service.

My stay could have been longer. I wish there was a service that ran to the MGM for gambling fun instead of having to drive over. Otherwise the place was great.

I woke up and was itching went to the front desk to ask for a new room the overnight staff took a picture of my arm gave me sheets and guaranteed that I would be placed in a new room. We slept on the couch the whole time. No one ever changed our room. We were stuck in the room even thought we were promised to be moved the next day. No one ever came to check on us to address my concerns.

It was clean, everything we asked for was completed like room being freshened, extra towels and speedy service.

It was convenient to stay at the harbor, but then again it’s a tourist attraction, so at night it was very loud and the walls are extremely thin lol

The hotel was perfectly located near the attractions and places in the national harbor. The parking garage was very near as well.

The request low level floor that was close to an elevator with a view of the water was was provided as requested....perfect

No valet parking....my boyfriend is handicapped...was very difficult. I had to drop him or bags off at the hotel first... then park..walk back to the hotel..each time we ventured out.

The property was clean and easily accessible. The room was cozy and provided much needed respite. The staff were very polite and helpful. They greeted us and even went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and celebrated.

The breakfast was great, tasty and fresh. It was well matched with the ambience of the dining area. We loved the showers, they drained well and with glass anti-spill to take of any splashes.

In the toilets it could help if there was air suction to quickly get rid of bad odor after rest room use. For a deep sleep the dark thick curtaining to cut out any sun can be of great help.

I like the location and the cleanliness of the Hotel from facade to inside the lobby and rooms.

It’s a nice location and neighborhood. That night lil bit noisy because of the groups of young teens guests. But it’s alright I still slept good that night. Thank you for accommodating me!

I love everything! There’s nothing to complain about, but only compliments on how well the staff were. They greeted us with warm welcomes each time we came through the doors to head to our rooms. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable! I would definately stay again.

I didn’t like how you have to pay $25 for parking each day or each time you left the parking garage for the day. I also didn’t like that the garage was a few blocks down from the hotel. It was good we could load and unload in front the hotel, but at least give your guests free parking pass for the stay. We ended up paying over $100 just to use the parking garage😩

Location is deceiving because you assume the property will be immaculate. Only thing that was clean 9/10 was the bathroom.

Room was dirty I could’ve stayed at a lower tier hotel and it would’ve been better like the Hilton garden in Woodbridge.

Came to celebrate my mans 40th birthday at the MGM friday, after a bad experience wjth Residency Inn right up the street we came here luckily had a reservation that was not canceled by mistake thank goodness .The staff was amazing even stayed an extra night without warning last min they were accommodating kept us in the same room with breath taking views where we enjoy dinner from the in house bar. Clean friendly and all around great stay for my mans 40th birthday!!!

I love the quiet spacious room.

The bed was uncomfortable and the AC unit in the room didn't work.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t decorate but it’s ok overall the room was exactly what we wanted

I stayed at Hyatt Place National Harbor for my birthday getaway, and it was an amazing experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful river view. Assistant General Manager Michael and his staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. They truly made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

I liked the central location to all the attractions. It was a very nice place to just walk around.

The only complaint we have is in the room, there was not a room darkening shade. The lights of the wheel were shining in all night.

The exterior of the building is beautiful also like the interior.

You cannot be outside past 10pm or security would try to lock you up or send you on your way. Then the hotel staff are very rude and disrespectful. I’ve gotten kicked out of this place my after only spending 1 night in the hotel when I had 3 days and 2 nights for “loud music”. Even tho we was playing music we made sure to keep is professional and not to cause a disturbance. While other people were blasting music down the hallway and nothing was said to them. They didn’t give me a refund anything and was told to leave the property or I would be arrested.

That i thought u had a room with a view. Thought that meant water view, but it only meant a glimpse of the water. Not sure why I had to pay extra for that view. It wasn't worth it.

Hotel was very nice and our rooms were great. Staff was very helpful and nice, loved our view of the river and our overall stay.

I never like paying for parking but I know that's not always up to the property. Also the snacks in the lobby are wildy expensive. We bought 1 soda, 1 water, and 2 bags of chips and it came out to $23....I was pretty blown away
