Nismo koristili uslugu doručka. Mirna lokacija hotela i frižider u sobi sa 2 odvojena kreveta i vl.kupaonicom je jedino što je bilo prolazno. Osoblje je bilo full uslužno. Busna stanica kod hotela, na 15-20min pješice je stanica vlaka (centar Londona 40 min.vožnje), trgovina i centra Ilforda. Valentin park preko puta hotela je zanimljiv, sa puno predivnih vjeverica i ptica..

Čistoća je jako loša. Hodnik i tepison je po užasnom miomirisu, i hvala Bogu nije se osjetilo u sobi. Trebalo bi SVE promijeniti. Mi smo dezinficirali površine koje smo minimalno koristili.

Is a very clean hotel, I will like to book it again.

I don't like when I was ask to pay another £100 using my card. I was told the money will be returned to my account three working days. This is not fair. I paid for my booking why asking for extra £100 . I want my money back by wednesday the 16th

In the room I was last staying in, the wifi didn’t reach so I couldn’t use wifi while I was staying there and it was really hot in the rooms and I couldn’t open the windows properly

Avoid this hotel at all cost. On arrival there was a weird smell through out the building. They also took £100 pound deposit which was not mentioned beforehand and still hasn’t been refunded . We got put into a small room that was dirty and bad smell in the toilet. We got moved to another room which didn’t even have a remote. And the tv was very old and didn’t work properly. Me and my partner did not feel comfortable as the door did not lock on the inside. Also inside the vending machine was very expensive might aswell been daylight robbery. The shower was dirty there was no body soap. The entire place was dirty.

Clearly understandable maze with friendly staff.

They need rise deposit to 200 GBP as both rooms were with damaged mattresses. That maybe helps to cover cost of washing bedding as mattresses were covered with tea and coffee stains and even turning other side will not help as even little sweat on hot summer night makes bedding to brown military camouflage or something.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff are second to none.

Just noise from the road because my room was just by the road.

The day I checked in my room was up two flights of stairs, and it was incredibly small my suitcase couldn't even fit comfortably in my room. I went to front desk and the young lady gave me a different room immediately with a fan. Daily housekeeping was also very nice

Some of the male staff were extremely rude & hostile.

The location was good and in front of Valentine park and walking distance to Elizabet line. Good restaurants on Ilford street.

Rooms very small and the bed not very comfortable. The fridge was good and very useful. There should be a big mirror in the room and some place to put your suitcases.

It's amazing experience for me due to staff's kindness, gentle and supportive behavior at far away from my home I feel like a home ,all facilities was available in good condition,so that's why whenever I will go around that Area ,I booked the room in this hotel and I also suggest to my friend as well for better trip experience.

The one thing is that the washroom conditions need to be updated not too much ,just little bit like doors and showers.

The first room I was in had a little rodent visitor but on reporting this I was moved to another room straight away The lack of coat hangers in the room was a little disappointing

No AC, the fan is very tiny and don’t do nothing. I was literally dripping of sweat and couldn’t sleep

For security reasons, it could have a small security box for personal items of some value!! Moreover, water pressure in the shower could be improved.

Room was very clean. Clean bead sheets,towels. Nice staff.

Tiles in the toilet were broken. Need some restoration. Tiles were slippery too.

The room had a nice desk and chair for using my laptop. I like so much nearby park and the lake. The staff is very friendly.

No kettle, coffee nor garbage bin provided. Carpet also in a very poor condition. Low ceiling inside that loft room could easily get me head bumps.
