Terrible experience. Cold, robotic check-in with no warmth at all. The mini fridge in my room had a disgusting smell. Worst of all, my key card kept failing — I made 3-4 trips back to reception the first time (once being told to wait while the receptionist finished his cigarette), and it happened again that night, costing me 20 minutes just to get into my own room. Another guest on my floor had the same issue. On top of that, the mattress was so worn you could feel every spring. Poor service, poor maintenance — wouldn't recommend.

Malheureusement, il n’y a pas de places de parking dédiées, c’est donc un peu la chance qui décide. La personne présente le soir semblait également assez perdue et peu informée. Le principal problème reste toutefois les clés des chambres : aucune ne fonctionnait correctement. Arriver à 2h du matin et devoir attendre devant la porte pendant plusieurs minutes en essayant de faire fonctionner la clé n’est vraiment pas agréable, surtout après un long trajet. L’organisation et l’accueil de nuit sont clairement à améliorer.

It wasn’t necessarily dirty, it had the basic needs eg walls, roof, bed, tv and bathroom, it was close to a tube station and the service was alright and reception was helpful and open 24/7.

When checking in we needed a £100 deposit, we didn’t even get situated in the hotel, they took us to a house two doors down with a janky front door which doesn’t properly shut, the key to the room stopped working after one successful attempt, when entering the room you are met with a very psychiatric ward esque look, the bed was super hard and our double bed room was actually two single beds shoved together with a lovely crack in the middle, on the side of one bed there is a literal hole in the floor which you can feel beneath the carpet. That cannot be right. There was a cigarette filter in the tea and coffee stand and all the sachets were covered in coffee at the bottom. Our two person stay gave us only one key for the room which was rather inconvenient, the listing also states there is breakfast available which doesn’t actually exist. Ideally would’ve done with a clothes iron but there was none, we felt like we could hear multiple households being very loud around us, mainly through the window which pointed to a strange courtyard like area with a door and a window to another building.

Нас разместили в другую гостиницу, объясняя это тем, что в гостинице где мы бронировали технические неполадки. Перед въездом в номер , взяли депозит в размере 100 фунтов , деньги вернулись только через 1 месяц.

Były bardzo gorące dni podczas naszego pobytu, lodówka mocno grzała co nie pomagało. Wiatrak był słaby, mało wiał w pokoju nr 10, ciężko było wytrzymać pierwszego dnia. Karta do drzwi codziennie nie działała i trzeba było ją na recepcji poprawić, żeby otworzyć drzwi u siebie. Mimo wszystko polecam.

Neighbours were screaming and shouting for 3 days. Despite complaining to reception nothing was done. Very loud hotel. Can hear every door close people screaming and stamping. Daily housekeeping was always ready to help

Customer service was poor from some of the staff. It was really hot 34 celsius, staff could only supply one fan, which was small and very slow so had to suffer in the heat and perservare through the nights. Hotels should be prepared for climate changes and supple decent working fans for all customers.

I really like the staff. They were supportive and helpful. I can't say anything bad about them. Rooms were clean and fine.

Rooms which we received were bad climatisation. The air conditioner didn't work as well as it can. Temperature in rooms was high, what affected our sleep.

This hotel was very uncapped dirt and weed smokers

Everything you could not work on it the cleaner to live outside for the two days floor was absolutely dirty. Couldn't walk on it with your socks due to sticking on the floor. Bed is absolutely disgusting. Hotel absolutely smell.

Varasin bookingin mukaan hotelli huoneen Britannia Inn hotelliin, kun saavuimme paikan päälle, ohjasi respasta mies meidät ihan eri hotelliin koska varaus oli hänen mukaansa siellä. Hotellihuoneemme oli Park Hotel nimisessä hotellissa. Hotellihuone ei ollut yhtään kuvien mukainen, huone oli kooltaan sopiva kahdelle mutta huone oli todella ”epäsiisti”. Huoneessa ei ollut mitään viilentävää ja oli koko reissun ajan kostea ja epämukavan kuuma. Yhden yöpymisen jälkeen aloin oireilla ja epäilykseni homeesta osui oikeaan sillä oireet vain paheni siellä ollessa, olen altistunut homeelle aijemmin ja altistun sille herkästi ja myös ystäväni ilman mitään home taustaa tuli kipeäksi. Myös missään ei lukenut että hotelli perii 100£ deposit summan ja kertoivat sen palautuvan heti kun kirjautuu ulos, lähtiessä kysyimme miten sen kanssa tehdään niin ilmoittivat henkilökunta että palautuksessa menee 2-4viikkoa.

Cuando llegamos, 01:00am, habían adjudicado nuestra habitación y nos dieron una habitación en otro hotel que era horrible,pasamos un calor horrible ya que nos metieron en un ático con 2 camas a ras de suelo...al día siguiente nos fuimos.Booking nos reembolsó el dinero,pero el hotel se quedó con un depósito de 100£

It is my worst hotel experience ever. How do you tell a customer their booked and paid for room is not available only when they arrive after they had spoken to during the day to let you know they would be arriving late.

Inizio con gli insetti sul tetto(ragni zanzare ecc), la moquette a terra era sporca. Una stanza minuscola, con un bagno dove per sedersi sulla tazza dovevi ruotare perché non entravano le gambe. Il letto, visto che la camera era piccolissima, era di una piazza e mezza ( non matrimoniale). Mi hanno chiesto 30 sterline per un check in di due ore prima ( la camera costa 30 al giorno), nessuna possibilità di colazione. Quasi invitati a fare il check out prima delle 11 quando alle 9:30 ho riferito che avrei mangiato e poi sarei tornato. Insomma: senza dubbio il peggior hotel dove sono stato nei miei viaggi per distacco. Tra l’altro volevano 50 sterline di cauzione per il fumo in camere: spoiler, nemmeno fumavo

Ci sono stati prelevati come cauzione 100 sterline che non ci sono state mai restituite. Non è stata fatta una verifica al check-in nè al check-out, per cui qualsiasi affermazione di richiesta di risarcimento da parte della struttura (che peraltro a noi non è stata notificata in nessun modo) non è verificabile dal cliente. A richiesta di informazioni sui tempi di restituzione del deposito la struttura non ha mai risposto. Struttura da evitare

Overall check in and check out process was smooth. Staff were helpful and location was good. Room was clean.

The shower in the washroom was broken but still was usable but it can be improved, there should be a bath mat in the washroom as it keeps on getting wet if you take bath or use the washbasin.

Not bad, but we had to walk around from one property to another near 5m walk But place was clean.

We had to submit a £100 deposit and were told that the money will be in our account in three days; however, it has been 20 days and we still have not received the deposit back. I contacted them, but they said that because I purchased using a Monzo card, it takes longer, but 4 weeks for a £100 refund is a joke, and I am not satisfied!

Les lits parce que on sens les ressorts des lits et j'ai eu mal au dos, on entend les bruits de la personne qui est dans la chambre à côté, les cartes pour ouvrir les portes elles ont des problèmes pour ouvrir les portes, il fait trop chaud en été dans les chambres.

Location was in Ilford, does have parking on site (if you can find a space), does have breakfast for a small fee but wasn’t offered it until we asked about it. This is about park hotel as we were shifted from Britannia to park hotel.

Hotel was not even Britannia Inn. When we got to the hotel we were told to drive to Park hotel which is their sister hotel. A hotel we have been shifted to when we previously booked Cranbrook hotel. When we got to Park hotel our two rooms were very far from each other meaning they were in separate buildings altogether. She the receptionist took us to one of the rooms it was felt as if I was in an American movie (not in a good way) more like the hood. Where you get metal staircases to get from one room to another of a motel and rough looking people loitering on the steps smoking. Felt very sketchy and intimidating. My 4 children slept in one building and us parents in another. An absolute shambles. They said because it was short notice which is why we had rooms far from each other. We booked back in February for May! It was so confusing getting from one building to another. The unclear signs and and the hundreds of stairs and metal corridors. Felt like the crystal maze (without the treasure) The quad room was like a sauna. When requested a fan, They did provide a fan for one room which barely did nothing but better than nothing. We asked for pillows as the pillows were so flat you may as well have your head on the mattress. However they didn’t provide and extra pillows. Mattresses were very springy and need replacing. No iron or iron board. Fire alarm went of twice in the night and my poor kids frightened dragged each other from their beds half asleep. Horrible experience. Need to facilitate families better.
