LOCATION IS GOOD AND VIEW FROM THE ROOM IS GOOD. STAFF SERVICE IS GOOD. RECEPTION IS NOT TAKING LONGER TO RESPONSE. THE STAFF HELPFUL FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER TO WALK.

BUT VERY POOR MAINTANCE. ROOM IS SMELLING, WATER LEAK ON THE HALL WAY, BATHROOM TAP BROKEN, BED FRAME IS DAMAGED. COCORACH SMELL IN THE CUPBOARD.

T.V. is there, but chanel is not working. A Specially cartoon channel is important to keep the children happy in the apartment. Or smart T.vmust be there to connect our phone and play the programs relevant to children.

Staffs were good, Based on my request they had allowed for early check in as per my flight timings and also got a sea facing room.

At this price breakfast could have been complementary.

I was attend a workshop there and Service we got is very good. Environment and the facilities are satisfied. Morning and Evening snacks are good and tasty. We had lunch and the buffet is good and tasty. Staff is reachable and quick response. I recommend Global Towers for the conferences like functions.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far from acceptable. From the moment I arrived, the problems began. The room wasn’t even ready at check-in, and when I finally got in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority—dusty surfaces, an unpleasant smell, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The overall condition of the facilities was below standard, with broken fixtures and outdated furniture. On top of that, I did not feel safe during my stay. The property lacked proper security measures—poor lighting around the hotel, unsecured entrances, and no visible staff presence at night made it very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value cleanliness, safety, and a smooth check-in experience.

Staff was very efficient . Rooms are clean and good view. The whatsapp inquiry line was very proactive with providing required information. The room rates are value for money . Overall it was a good experience for a business travel. I would recommend it for any traveler

location is excellent being across the road from the beach and you can see it form your room if it's a sea view. KFC beautiful fancy one is just on the corner of the hotel right next to the outdoor hotel bar. very nice pool it cool you down with comfortable beds to relax in.

Place was not clean, airconditioning unit started leaking and made floor wet. We requested an iron and took 5 hours to get it. At first they told us breakfast was included but then charged us after we ate.

The pictures do not reflect very bad and old conditions of rooms. In the pics you have either super creative photoshopped pictures or these pictures are 20 years old. You have to make an extra effort to enjoy sea view which again is not as on a photo. Things are old and in main corridor it stinks.

Large condo with excellent AC. Bathrooms poorly maintained. Could use a deep clean. Washing machine wasnt working. Can hear outside noise from traffic. Great view of the beach past road and railway.

My family was in colombo from 3rd to 15 may as we plan to move our hotel from 10th may to 15 may. We want global tower hotel we did direct booking from the reception staff. He confirmed us the 3 room apartment and 1 double room in same floor. All so will get best room from the hotel with sea view to enjoy my family. But when we check in the hotel staff change our apartment to deferent 8th floor and we got double room from 6th floor. We was waiting in lobby for 30 min as they mention room is not ready all so they will not allow without full payment. ROOM. First our room v bad condition. Birth room are v old. Water leaking from toilet, Room door locks broken, balconies door no locks, when we on the A/C full all the room are vibrating different to sleep. After we compline we cannot sleep in night they move our room to 7th floor next day told us this is better apartment. Bug our first apartment they have washing machine, electric burner for cooking if needed. When we ask they said we can wash clothes from main laundry. ( later next day they mention we have to pay for laundry service) If the hotel some guest getting free laundry in the apartment others need to pay its not worth that we pay. House keeping We was waiting staff come and clean the apartment but 2 days no come to clean the apartment. After next day we complain front office staff come see the apartment send cleaning staff. Something we feel we all ways need to complain for everything to make perfect no senior staff is checking. I work all so maldives 5 staff resort we know what will happen when guest complain regarding the any service our manager and everyone toke to the guests to make them happy. But in-this hotel senior staff they don’t care. Actually i don’t want complain but my family is not happy with the stay how much we pay. I-have mentioned this front office staff all-so. Next day we got 15% discounts to wash our clothes. We don’t want any discounts we want good service. Since first day we told them our family want stay same floor room as us to enjoy together but till departure they couldn’t help us. They only want money to take from the guest after they don’t care about them. Pool Our family was in pool only one-day they mention staff on duty will be on pool from 9 am to 6 pm. but no one was there till 4 pm to 6 pm on that day. All so no towel available after pool. We have to go apartment with wet. Restaurant They have v big restaurant in ground floor but no menu is available in room, or room service all so we don’t know opening time of restaurant. We all ways buy food from other restaurants.

I put a booking for a city view room on high floor. When I go there they told me that they can give us a sea view room on 4th floor.i told them that I don't like to stay on a sea view room and also I want to stay on a high floor coz I'm really like to see the night time city view.after that they provide me a room on a high floor with a zero city view and two single beds.Then I directly went to the GALADARI HOTEL.they provide us a super service. Staff behavior is not acceptable

No Wifi was working in room. They said , they will provide router but they did not provide. AC in 1 room was not working we booked for 6 adults and 3 kids, no arrangement for kids .

So i went there on a Friday night , I got a room with a sea view and the view is amazing , Soo relaxing to watch I enjoyed my staying at global towers the staffs are really friendly and great service totally recommend 10/10 if your looking for stay with a great view this is the place

No hot water after 1st day, didn’t clean the room for the first 3 days. Started cleaning after I asked the reception about cleaning but never locked the door after the cleaner left. Worst experience at a hotel

Very bad maintenance and the place was filthy and not clean, they showed me 7 bedrooms to begin with and all of them were filthy and not clean, the bathrooms and bedroom was not clean the bed linen and towels had stains on them and specially the bathroom were filthy, dirty and not cleaned properly and the whole place is filthy and needs cleaning. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Rooms are spacious, the location, rooms with a balcony and a sea view were valuable after walking around Colombo city. Bed is comfortable. Wi fi was good Breakfast was amazing.

The furniture could be modernised. It's a old hotel. But for the price and a one night is perfect. Totally worst it.

We booked this apartment over 8 months ago and was looking forward to our family holiday. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks and they had given us a 3 bedroom apartment. We thought that they would have upgraded us and left it at that. After a few days, a staff member came into the apartment and asked us why we are using all 3 bedrooms when we have paid only for 2! He summoned us to to the reception as if we had done something wrong. We explained that nothing was communicated to us about using the additional room. The receptionist and the front office manager was so rude to.us. We were interrogated for a.mistake they had done. We asked to speak to the General Manager and he did not have the courage to face us. They asked us to vacate the 3 bedroom apartment and to move into a 2 bedroom because they made a mistake allocating the room! We insisted we are going to stay where we are because we have settled in already. They shut one of the bedrooms! It was advertised as a fully functioning kitchen but no kitchen equipment or crockery or cutlery. The apartment and overall building is neglected. The day before checking out, I settled the bill as we were leaving early morning. The bill had an additional charge of Rs8000. When I questioned the Front Office Manager, he had no clue about it and said not to worry about it. Next day when we were checking out, we were told of the Rs8000 outstanding amount again and the receptionist did not allow us to leave. There was no handing over from the previous shift! He was trying the get hold of the gront office manager but was not successful. He has to eventually let us go. The location was good and house keeping staff were friendly. The view from the room was also good. That is the only positive thing I could say about our stay. Left Sri Lanka with a bad experience and would never stay in this place.
