Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé. Vše co potřebujete tam máte. Služby a restaurace jak jídlo tak nápoje i výběr naprosto unikátní. Není absolutně co z toho vytknout. Určitě se tam s rodinou chceme vrátit!

Není co vytknout, ale pokud bych musel něco malinkého vytknout tak jen bylo, že vstupní dveře od pokoje byly už od příjezdu až po odjezd lehce špinavé od prstů a podlahu na pokoji uklízečky neumývali. To by mohli uklízečky zlepšit. Ale jinak bylo vše dokonalé.

Calista delivered exactly what you’d expect from a great all-inclusive resort. Everyone was very nice, and although a hotel this size naturally feels less personal, they even followed up on WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. We chose this kind of vacation for our 3-year-old, and she loved every minute, especially the Cali Kids Club with activities from kite flying to mask making, plus the evening theater. Resort vacations aren’t really my thing, but honestly, I can’t think of anything Calista could have done better.

I had a few nuances, but I told customer relations on whatsapp and it was all fixed from that point.

duplex room was horrible, 2 floors, small beds, no privacy, a curtain separates the bed from the rest of the duplex, deff not worth paying so much for something so basic and unpractical. Check in was 1.5 hours late. support were responsive on the spot but were not able to support or help with anytyhing, reception staff was borderline rude

We had a wonderful stay at Calista Luxury Resort in Belek. A true 5-star experience with excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional cleanliness throughout the resort. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices under the all-inclusive concept, and everything was of a very high standard. What really stood out was the staff — extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the entire resort was very well maintained. Overall, an excellent family resort that delivers the quality and service you would expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Calista and consider returning again.

The place had everything and the staff were very kind and helpful. Specially the Spa staff I would like to mention the names Asel the therapist and spa receptionist Zeyneplb they were very attentive and did a great job.-

Kids club, facilities, entertainment, and how guest relations handled concerns. The service and food at Timo on our last night (with Raziye as our server) was amazing! Yener, the restaurant manager was also very receptive to feedback and was able to end our experience on a high note.

Food quality, drink preparation/taste and service was inconsistent.

Отличный подбор музыки, топ детский клуб, вкусная еда, особенно на ужин, красивая ухоженная территория. Места асем хватает при том что отель заполнен на 100%, приедем еще, хороший кофе

Очень зеленый и красивый отель! Начиная от встречи в холле прекрасной и элегантной Элиной до последнего дня все было прекрасно! Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда. Видно, что за этим очень следят. Каждый завтрак, обед и ужин руководство, шеф-повар лично все контролируют! Очень внимательные официанты, которые реагируют очень быстро на любые просьбы! Хочется каждому сказать спасибо! Бассейн идеально чистый, пляж прекрасный. Лежаки удобные с мягким матрасом. Вечерние шоу и анимации тоже очень занимательные и интересные! А какие красивые девушки каждый вечер готовы общаться, танцевать с гостями! Ни один гость без внимания не останется! Марианночка, Элина, Таня, Ева - всем-всем спасибо! Имена не все запомнила)) У дочери пошла аллергия непонятно на, что! Служба поддержки отеля моментально отреагировала и очень быстро помогли заказать лекарство и доставить. Эльвира (Инфодеск) спасибо большое! Также хочу поблагодарит Бусру за то, что поняли нашу ситуацию с болезнью и бесплатно продлили время и перенесли на более поздний час выезда.

Resort de excelente qualidade, staf, limpeza e realmente all inclusive. Clubinho excelente, alias o clube kids mais completo de atividades que ja estive.

Great service, impressive pool and a resort design that makes sense and significantly improves the experience. Good balance overall, not too noisy, and a bit of everything for everyone. Kids club and staff were awesome.

A la carte restaurants require extra payment, and it’s not really worth it (though we do appreciate the complimentary service we received for a birthday)

They gave us a room relatively quick. Service at pool pavilions and team of people there was excellent.

It was my second time in this hotel. Last time I was there in 2022. Hotel is a little bit outdated. For the price $7300 the room should have more light in the room. With all lights on, it is still dark. In the bathrooms it is extremely dark. Cleaning people are slow. From 9 am to 12 noon room wasn't clean, I had to call and remind, one water supply in the fridge was missed. You have to call guest services many times to get anything you need. They are not on top of things. They totally screwed up our reservation for beach pavilion that we booked in advance. We were promised 3rd row in writing. First day they put us in 5th row, after hours on conversations with management they put us for one day in row one, one day in row 4 and last two days in row 3. Asked for bellman to come and help with luggage at 5 am, but nobody came, if I will not do it myself I will miss transfer to airport. Entertainment kind of poor. I don't think it worth the money.

Hotel has a very Russian vibe. The staff is 99% Russian almost always talks in Russian first instead of English/Turkish which is very annoying when you’re in your home country. The food is below expectations. We don’t understand the high ratings and prices, very much overrated and overpriced.

Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse! Vi blev dessutom uppgraderade, vilket uppskattades enormt. Hotellet hade en lugn och mysig atmosfär, och allt kändes otroligt fräscht och höll hög kvalitet, från maten och snacksen till alla andra detaljer. Personalen var också väldigt trevlig, hjälpsam och serviceinriktad. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer gärna tillbaka!

La menage de la chambre a été fait très bien par la femme de ménage Nejla.

The service was absolutely impeccable. Staff were friendly and caring. Drinks arrived promptly when ordered. We spent a lot of time in the kids club which our two girls really enjoyed, particularly the art classes. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean. It's a shame the train which goes around the resort wasn't working during our stay, that would have been the cherry on top!

Отличный выбор блюд и ресторанов (на вечер). Разнообразие спортивных мероприятий и вечерней анимации, живая музыка. Отдельно отмечу спортивного тренера Эльвина (индивидуальный подход даже на групповых, отличная подача и разнообразие упражнений).

В отеле (внутри помещения) ходят кошки, залезают на диваны, ходят по подушкам. В платных ресторанах залезают на гостей. Персонал в отеле отвечает, что это зеленый регион и нужно смириться с этим, потому что кошки мигрируют из отеля в отель - я был шокирован таким ответом. Кошки грязные, залезают на подушки и диваны в отеле, запрыгивают на колени и просят еду, отель при этом говорит, что этот факт нужно принять и закрыть на это глаза (у меня имеется переписка с отделом по работе с гостями).

Big room, green terrace at first level great for kid

Cleanliness missing, had to ask repeatedly for room to be cleaned and they ignored me. Kids playground never cleaned. Sometimes had to go through 5 plates to find a clean one without food remains. Taste of vegetables lacking. Maybe they were fresh, but at 5 star level? No way. Taste of food disappointing most of the time. Cooks add 4 spoons of oil to each scrumbled eggs cooking, afraid of burning their pans. Just all weird things like that. Not to mention you are constantly harassed by some photography guys to get them 15 euros for a picture, and they operate inside the hotel. The pressure was crazy.

Location and services

GYM closes early in the night and opens late in the morning. I think it should be 24 hours.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with small children. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. One thing we particularly appreciated was their WhatsApp guest relations service — responses were always extremely prompt, and most of the time whenever we requested something, someone would arrive to help or bring what we needed within just five minutes. It made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a great kids’ club, heated pools, and a compact layout that actually worked perfectly for us as we were traveling with our baby. Everything was close by and easy to access, which made getting around with a little one much less stressful. The food at the buffet was really good, with plenty of options. A very useful detail for families that isn’t mentioned in the listings: they have lots of high chairs, and they are good quality too. The beach was another highlight — very clean sand, plenty of sunbeds, and a really relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the live music after dinner around the main bar. The music was lovely and created such a nice atmosphere, and it was especially great to see so many parents able to enjoy the evenings comfortably with their little ones. Overall, a very well-thought-out, family-oriented resort with excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

The only small adjustment for us was the lighting in the room, which felt a bit dim at times. This may have been specific to our duplex room layout, but slightly brighter lighting would have made the space feel even more comfortable and practical, especially in the evenings.

Еда могла бы быть лучше для такого уровня отеля. Еда много но реально вкусных блюд на обед ужин 1-2, иногда 3. Куча каких-то непонятных блюд в соусах, которые видимо ставят для массовости. Уборка тоже очень странная, они просто заправляют кровать и выбрасывают мусор и не делают больше НИЧЕГО. Чашки продолжают стоять грязные, пол никто не пылесосит, пыль не вытирают Мин бар почему-то пополняет отдельный человек, не горничные

We really enjoyed every minute of our stay here at the resort! Everything was been wonderful-the facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. Special highlight for us is the Cally Kids CIub. Our 5-year-old had a lot of fun with all the activities, and her favorite teacher, Martina, was truly exceptional. She and all other teachers at the club pay much attention to curate interesting activities for the kids. They all provided so much care and attention, which we really appreciate. We also wanted to mention the excellent service from the concierge. We needed diaper rash cream for our toddler; the team arranged for it to be delivered from a pharmacy within an hour. This prompt help was a huge relief, as it saved us from having to leave the resort to find a pharmacy ourselves. The food has also been great-we are enjoying the large spread and the fact that there is something for the whole family to enjoy. Definitely going back.

Мы отдыхали семьёй с ребёнком, и нам всё очень понравилось. Отель оставил только приятные впечатления. В ресторане большой выбор еды — каждый день можно найти что-то новое и вкусное, всё свежее и разнообразное. Персонал очень внимательный, всегда готовы помочь, создаётся ощущение заботы и комфорта. Отдельно хочется отметить мини-клуб — ребёнок был в полном восторге и совсем не хотел уходить. Сам мини-клуб очень большой, много развлечений. В мини-клубе есть отдельные комнаты для самых маленьких деток, которые ещё ползают, а также отдельные комнаты для сна, что очень удобно. Мы были в начале апреля, поэтому ресторан в мини-клубе ещё не работал, но видно, что в сезон там всё продумано до мелочей. Рядом с игровой зоной есть большая крытая площадка — это огромный плюс, особенно если погода не совсем летняя. Лобби в главном здании уютное, по вечерам играет живая музыка, атмосфера очень приятная и расслабляющая. Очень понравился азиатский а-ля карт — роллы действительно вкусные, что редкость для отелей. На пляже тоже отличное кафе-бар, где можно комфортно провести время у моря. Отдельно хочется отметить современную систему «умный дом» — очень удобно, что двери в номер можно открывать прямо с телефона. Также понравился спа-комплекс: хороший хамам, уютная атмосфера, есть тёплые бассейны как на улице, так и внутри — можно отдыхать в любое время года. В целом отдых получился замечательный, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. 💛
