Modernes Hotel an bester Lage. Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und mit toller Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist stylisch und ideal für einen Drink am Abend, ein unkompliziertes Mittagessen oder ein tolles Frühstück.

Ótimo atendimento e localização. Ótimos restaurantes na região. Gostei da cama, mas meu marido achou um pouco mole.

O café da manhã era servido num local no piso térreo. Era muito bom e com ótimo atendimento. Porém, numa das manhãs houve problema e não conseguiram servir nada. Esse local também não tinha café expresso.

My friend and I were in town for just one night for the BTS concert, so being able to relax before and after was the priority. Eurostar Mag Mile delivered. Check in and check out was smooth, the room was lovely, and the staff were wonderful as well!

Great central location, nicely styled, industrial vibe, clean rooms, staff were polite and helpful

Balconies were locked and inaccessible, the listing on booking.com advertised balconies and this was a major selling point for us. Staff offered no reason for the lack of balcony access.

The location was great. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue where all the shops and restaurants are at. Plenty to do. The hotel was really nice. We arrived early in the morning, and they had a room available which was awesome. The guy at the front desk was so pleasant to work with.

The only complaint was the constant toilet running and having to shake the handle. The bathroom door would not close all the way. The air conditioner was a bit loud when running. These were small inconveniences and not big deal breakers for us.

I was nervous about the stay because I saw mixed reviews. But it was good - room was clean, beds very comfy, location great, and staff very nice, and there is room service (i saw a review that there wasn't, but it actually was delicious). I was able to store my bags after getting off a very early flight + we got a room upgrade from 1 bed to 2.

Only things are: rooms are quite dark (rely on natural light and a few low-light lamps), the shower has a completely overhead nozzle (a little inconvenient when I don't want my hair to get wet), and the shower wall that divides the shower and beds is kind of see through/just foggy glass. I was traveling with family, so we had to make sure we faced away when someone was showering cause the bathroom had the most light, so any person in the shower would be quite backlit. Just kind of a weird design.

The staff were absolutely delightful - friendly, helpful, and efficient. GREAT location, within easy walking distance of Michigan Ave, Oak Street / Oak Street Beach - we even walked back from Millennium Park and the Art Institute. The in-house restaurant was also perfectly suitable, and plenty of higher-end options are very nearby (highly recommend Quartino, Petit Pomeroy and Sofia Steak!)

The property has aged fairly well - it seems most of the design / decor was retained from its initial life as the Dana - but it could use a bit more upkeep and a few updates (like, Lighting - the room was fairly dark, even with all of the lights on!) Also - State Street can be noisy with sirens, but that's fairly typical of any big city downtown - juust bring earplugs.

Some of the blackout blinds didn’t close completely, there was no trash can in the room and the AC didn’t cool enough.

A nice hotel in a great location. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and just fine for working, which I spent several hours doing. The bathroom was nice and very clean with ample counter space. The restaurant downstairs was good and the staff there were helpful too.

The best feature of the hotel is its excellent location. It is minutes walk from the CTA and you can walk to most of the key sites. The room itself is spacious and has the amenities you expect, with brilliant views! The staff we encountered are always on hand and friendly.

There were a few things I didn’t like about the property - the beds are very very soft and you sunk into them and the pillows were the same. This is of course personal preference but you could see the bed sag which doesn’t make for the most comfortable night. The aircon was highly effective but it was also very loud and made cranking/clicking noises every so often in the night. There’s a lot of light in the room - the blinds are split into three so you get a lot of natural light between the gaps. The bathroom also has a glass panel into the room so if you turn the light on in the night it lights up the whole bedroom! I was also disappointed to come back to the room to find my facial spray had been dropped and the lid smashed in two - this wasn’t mentioned to me but I noticed all my personal items had been reorganised and it was broken. I would have preferred to be notified as I understand accidents happen.

The noise from the Club upstairs, the poor lobby area and the lack of quality amenities. The second floor lobby was not ideal either its lack of space to relax and conduct some business. Not a business friendly hotel.

Clean modern room and a no pet policy. I like dogs as much as anyone else, and I don't care how much you clean, I can always smell when dogs have stayed in the room.

I would've liked to have a free breakfast as they have at Eurostars in Europe.

This is a lovely hotel. The city views from the 24th floor were great! Very comfortable bed and 4 great pillows! Breakfast in the resturant was included in the package we booked. EXCELLENT made to order breakfast! A perfect stay!

The hotel itself was beautiful. Plenty of staff and security around to navigate you where you need to go.

Just like most places in Chicago parking was a nightmare. Valet was expensive. The previous guest before us had plugged the toilet so calling down to the front desk at 11:30 to ask for a plunger was not very convenient.

I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. I didn’t catch his name but the tall black guy with the glasses checked me in and he and the security guard (braids) were the most pleasant ppl I encountered.

My air conditioning didn’t work (it was 79 degrees inside my room) on a 95 degree day in July. and it took them 7 hours to relocate my room after two calls and a visit to the front desk. My stay was for one night so all of my plans were derailed because maintenance couldn’t w tee the room without me being present. I didn’t get my room changed until after 8pm. I checked in at 1:30pm

I got extremely ill from the heat and was in the lobby bathroom with my sister. We almost called an ambulance. Meanwhile, staff came in twice (within 2 minutes of each other) saying they needed to lock the bathroom, not offering any services or help. It just came off as very rude. It was either stay in the bathroom getting sick or throw up in the elevator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon checkin. Location is fantastic! Right in the middle of River North, very easily walkable to Streeterville, Michigan Avenue, and the Riverwalk.

Eurostars Magnificent Mile has the single best hotel shower experience I have ever had. An overhead waterfall shower that rivals the best hotels in Las Vegas, Miami, etc. I’ve long dreamed of building an overhead waterfall shower in my own house. Eurostars Magnificent Mile showed me it is everything I’ve imagined. As a taller person, a directly overhead shower is uncommon. Most are cramped, craned off to the side, this was perfect. Can’t overstate my appreciation of this shower experience. It was like having a fine sushi, wine, or dessert. A rare delicacy.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff

Clean, close to everything in downtown Chicago. There is an amazing restaurant in the building. The staff are the beat I have ever encountered when traveling. I will always stay here when I am in Chicago

El desayuno es en un lugar público donde si hay mesas reservadas de fuera tienes que esperar. No funcionó el l televisor durante 4 días La habitación si no pides que te la hagan específicamente te la terminan limpiando a las 3 de la tarde

I had high hopes for this hotel. It’s in a great location and the room is nice with large windows. Housekeeping was done daily and very well.

Unfortunately the TV did not work and despite numerous contacts with the front staff, it was never fixed during our 4 day stay. We wanted to watch the World Cup when we were back at our room, but had to do that on our laptop. Not ideal. The staff did not offer any alternative or compensation. I’m also pretty sure there were bedbugs as both my partner and I woke up with bites on our faces.

Couldn’t open the balcony doors to get some fresh air. Pillows were too squishy.

The location was walkable distance to many restaurants, local attractions and the lakefront.

Very noisy.. poor sound damping. I was awakened every morning by the guests next door laughing, screaming, talking in the middle of the night and early morning. About every 25 - 40 minutes, the police cruisers were having a symphony of their alarms screeching down the street below. The television didn't work 80% of the time of my stay and would default back to ABC no matter what channel I had on when it was connected to the Internet and functioning. Housekeeping knocking on doors before 8AM!

No microwave in room or safe and curtains need to be replaced because they don’t cover windows fully at night. Bathroom door was a barn style and was about 4 inches open when fully closed.

We received a large, clean room on a high floor, with a comfortable king-size bed. The shower was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If we return to Chicago, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was relatively clean, great location.

The glass in the shower facing the bedroom felt very odd - I was there with a friend, so kind of awkward. The shades didn’t fully block out sun either so it got bright pretty early.
