Smy Bologna Centrale

Utmärkt läge, nära till buss- och tågstation. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad hotellpersonal och jättebra frukostbuffé.

locatie

Comfortable and clean room. Great location. Old tow is close by. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall - satisfied.

Freundliches Personal

Leute Lage, laute Klimaanlage, die nicht funktionierte

The location, next to the station and bus stop, was very comfortable. The staffs were very kind & helpful.

The overall hygiene of the room was low. The bedspread & electric kettle was not clean and did not look properly washed. Had stands of hair.

Good location. Great staff.

The shower was slightly damaged and could not be used without wetting one's hair.

Staff was very helpful with check-in and check-out. Parking facilities close to the property!

Friendly, helpful and solution-oriented staff, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is relatively central, and the air conditioning was very effective throughout the property, including both the reception area and the rooms. They also offered us a very good rate for an additional night, including breakfast, which was enjoyable. We also appreciated the spacious walk-in shower in the room.

Tudo

Convenient location, all necessary equipment and facilities

Price Breakfast

No aircon in one room

Nettes Personal

A szoba tiszta, légkondicionált.

A parkolás plusz pénz, kicsit drága.

gute lage

Great central location with everything you need for a course or of days stay. Good breakfast selection and coffee

Advertised as having a bar but bar was not open on both nights we were there.

Good location, smooth check in, clean room, good bathroom I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was perfect for a one night stay

Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza dello staff.

Rumorosità della stanza.

Tutto perfetto ottimo hotel vicino alla stazione

Tutto perfetto

I loved Frank who finaly gived us a other room as the air conditioner dident work and the bed wasent double bud 2 single matrasses . He did very good thank you Frank

When we arrived at 21.30 on the 30.08.2026 The girl at the reception wasent friendly at all. We told here the aircon fident work ...but she wasent very helpful.

It’s comfortable, looks good, and it’s well positioned

There isn’t any grocery shop nearby.

Tutto

Niente

This hotel has a very good location - 5 min walk from the Central Station. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not very tasty, fruits and vegetables did not look fresh, hot meals were not hot (scramble, sausages).

Pohodlné pokoje s opravdu velkou postelí. Každodenní úklid a čisté ručníky byly milým překvapením. Personál byl velmi příjemný a snídaňový bufet nabízel velký výběr včetně bezlepkových jídel.

The staff

Air conditioning was poor and it was very hot and we could have done with a cooler room.

A breakfast at the hotel was beyond expectations.

The bathroom and actually everything in the room is to be renovated. Our room was on the 1st floor and had windows accessible from the inner side of the street – not very comfortable.

Good location, good staff, nice comfortable rooms

Bathroom covered in water after shower. Badly designed shower cubicle which lets the water go everywhere

Camera molto carina e accogliente

My flight from Luton was delayed by 3 hours Finally arrived at hotel 02.00am... Front desk super friendly and helpful... Left early next morning to travel naples.... Coffee and breakfast ready for me..... All no fuss and professional... 100% will stay again For unfamiliar travellers bologna is spring board via rail network for Rome... Pisa... Naples... Florence... start at this hotel station 5 minutes away.... You won't regret it Happy travels Thank you for staff at hotel Marco

Nothing

Clean and equiped

Restaurante no local. Elevador funcional.

Posizione centrale, camera confortevole

The staff was super friendly and kind. And the location is great.

The breakfast hall was a bit lackluster but otherwise no issues at all.

Ottima posizione. Accogliente, camera pulita e comoda.

Niente da segnalare

Location is great, walking distance to the city center and public transport

There is no room service and you cannot even buy water when the bar is closed. When i wanted to buy milk from the hotel the receptionist Tina gave me only a glass of milk and she told me there is a supermarket in the main train station but closes @ 9 pm!!! It was very dissapointing not to be able to get even water when you are out of it

Tutto la struttura pulita e l’ho staff molto accogliente

Perfect location, very clean!

Soundproof is not good and the noice from the traffic can be very annoying. Plus the bathroom needs a renovation.

Simpatia dos funcionários, localização, conforto do quarto.

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet

Room stayed very hot, even with air con.

Freundliches Personal, reibungsloser Check-In und -Out, Lage (nahe Zentrum und Bahnhof)

viele Gebrauchsspuren, unfeine Matratze, nicht schalldicht

Very good location for the train and bus station. Very clean and air conditioning was great. Lovely, helpful staff and great shower!

The location is good for the price. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the main square, which was fine for us but might not be for everyone.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the railway station, which is extremely convenient for travelers. It takes only about 15 minutes to walk to the historic city center. We are especially grateful to the Ukrainian woman at the reception. She was wonderful, very friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations on what to see in Bologna. She made us feel truly welcome.

The only downside was the room price, which was very high due to a concert taking place in Florence.

Great location and staff were helpful. Checked in early and then stored luggage after checkout so we could explore Bologna for longer

Great little hotel, 3 minute walk from the train station. Easy walk into the centre of town. Staff were great. Manage to check in early and they sorted our suitcases the next day until we got the train. Breakfast was fine. Would definitely recommend and return if we visited Bologna again.

Konumu cok guzel. Kahvalti secenek az. Temiz oda ve guleryuzlu calisanlar

La posizione

Il ristorante molto scarso. Colazione … latto acido

The aircon was a delight during our stay when Bologna was north of 35 degrees. A clean, spacious, modern room where we spent a lot of time relaxing when during the heat of the afternoons. Great location as well, just a five minute walk from the train station.

W lepszą pogodę było by ok. ściany czy łóżko, można by odświeżyć go.

Smart, modern, clean and good location

Very good. Almost excellent

Konumu gayet güzel 20 dk yürüyüş mesafesiyle merkeze, 10 dkda trene gidebilirsiniz. Havalimanına da taksiyle oldukça kısa sürdü.

Great location for station. Clean & check in staff lovely

Locatie

Bedden

The bed and location.

Size of the room is too small. Bathroom floor and room walls were not clean. The toilet did not flush well. The minibar was too small. TV sound was horrendous.

The breakfast was good, the location to the train station was excellent and the staff were wonderful. We didn’t arrive until 3am and the staff member on hand was very welcoming.

Convenient to the train station. Rooms were relatively clean.

Cost of breakfast seemed to vary between 10 or 15 euros depending on the day or contents. Odd that there wasn’t a set price.
