La posizione e la possibilità del parcheggio.

Camera decisamente datata nell'arredo e quindi nella cura dei dettagli. Il bagno e la cucina necessitano veramente di una ristrutturazione. Spazi comuni stretti e decisamente caotici. Colazione claustrofobica, sceglierei altro per un futuro soggiorno.

Flott beliggenhet nær jernbane, buss og kort vei til gamlebyen. Romslig, alle ting man trenger i leiligheten, god frokost, godt personale, hjelpsomme.

- très bonne emplacement - parking de la gare juste à côté et moins chère que celui d’adagio, possibilité de prendre des forfait sur 3j - salle de sport : tapis de course, rameur, vélo, quelques haltères et un banc

Nice apartment hotel close to the train station and old town. Very comfortable pillows and bed.

We arrived at 2.30pm and they are very strick making you wait until 3pm to check in. Other places we have stayed in France have let us check in if the room is ready earlier

Parkgarage geben Gebühr vorhanden. Intelligente Abtrennung der beiden Zimmer im Apartment durch textile Schiebetüren. Wendbarer Fernseher zum Genuss von Sofa oder Bett aus. Kochgelegenheit, ausreichend Geschirr, Bügelmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Ordentliches Frühstück.

Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist schwer zu finden und kann schnell mit der zum Nachbarhotel verwechselt werden. Adagio Hotel-Einfahrt hat ein rotes Schild und wird direkt vom Kreisverkehr aus angefahren. Sehr enge Einfahrt. Der Kühlschrank war nass.

Apartamento funcional con fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad y junto a la estación de tren. Mantienen la cafetera disponible para tomar un café en cualquier momento. Un pequeño gimnasio con variedad de mancuernas pero sin alardes.

Nada que objetar, cumplió con lo que esperaba. Por señalar algo, el espacio dedicado al desayuno del hotel es muy reducido dada la dimensión del establecimiento.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Annecy! L'accueil a été au top avec le personnel, l'appartement est propre, bien agencé et les équipements sont en bons états. Un lit bébé a été demandé, il était en très bon état, tout simple à monter et à replier. Les informations essentielles sont claires et les nouvelles informations sont bien communiqués en amont.

البلكونة خطيرة مشكوفة إذا كان معاكم أطفال انتبهو لهم الشيء الثاني سعر المواقف في الليلة ب 16 يورو حيث ان الموقف خاص في الفندق والسعر مرتفع ولاكن أمان

L’hôtel est propre et très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, à proximité de la gare ferroviaire et de la gare routière. Nous avons pu visiter tous les principaux sites d’Annecy à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Le studio était propre et climatisé. En revanche, les lits n’étaient pas très confortables. Malgré cela, nous avons réussi à bien dormir après des journées bien remplies et riches en activités. L’emplacement est également très pratique : il y a plusieurs cafés et fast-foods à proximité de l’hôtel, ainsi qu’un supermarché Monoprix dans un centre commercial situé à quelques pas, regroupant plusieurs enseignes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fontaine d’eau fraîche et le distributeur de café, mis gratuitement à disposition des clients à la réception de l’hôtel.

The hotel was perfectly located, car parking was also good. Staff were very friendly and explained all. Room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Our iPhones weren’t able to receive WiFi signal inside the room. No problem with connecting with our iPad and laptop.

Emplacement idéal proche du centre historique, parking en sous sol, centre commercial a proximité.. Forfait parking pour une semaine 14 euros par jour, 16 euros par jour pour une journée supplémentaire. Chambre spacieuse, sauna de l'hôtel mis à disposition sur demande. Local poubelle à chaque étage avec tri et possibilité de jeter les bouteilles également. Laverie avec sèche linge vraiment pratique .. Accueil et réception chaleureux..

A noter que si vous séjournez plusieurs jours, la chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours.. En revanche possibilité de demander serviettes, draps de bain et gel douche supplémentaires si besoin...

Le personnel est accueillant, il cherche des solutions en cas de demande particulière. Le logement est très agencé ( mobilier moderne). L'emplacement est idéal, en 10 min on peut rejoindre le lac et en 5 minutes le centre d'Annecy.

Precio desorbitado para un hotel de esta categoría. Cerca del centro histórico pero eso no justifica el precio. La ducha mal, se salía el agua del plato porque no tragaba con lo que el baño se inundaba en cada ducha, agua sin presión, la cafetera de abajo rota (no se arregló hasta el día siguiente) cuando se supone que el café es gratis, el personal muy poco interactivo, gimnasio con 4 pesas, el servicio de limpieza maleducado e impaciente..todo ésto a un precio por noche de 280€ sin desayuno. Estamos muy acostumbrados a viajar y sin duda ha sido una estafa.

The one bedroom apartment was cramped, the shower was installed right in the corner of the cubicle when it ought to have been in the centre - as if the architect got the measurements wrong. Not just an aesthetics thing but a practical one - as you can easily knock the tap with your elbow and scald yourself. The showerhead also kept falling off its bearing I had to tighten it before every attempt and got bashed on the head more than once. Aircon was set far too high and couldn't be changed, if you pay the premium for a hotel with aircon you expect to be able to get the temp down to 23 or 24 at night. I love the Adagio set up and have stayed in plenty throughout France - this was overpriced and not up to standard I'd expect.

The property was in a great location. Good size room. It was clean

The staff were not welcoming. They were very unfriendly and not very helpful in fact they were pretty rude. One of the beds wasn’t made up ready for us which we had to do ourselves and wasn’t told this when we checked in. For the price of the property all beds should have been made or at least told this when we arrived and told us where to find the sheets etc.

Abbiamo trovato un armadio con tre camicie del precedente occupante ed il terzo letto non era stato preparato. Abbiamo dovuto farcelo noi con la biancheria che era nell'altro armadio.

J'ai apprécié la situation de la résidence à proximité du centre commercial Courier, de la gare SNCF, de la vieille ville.

Špína na pokoji, otřesně špinavé WC, spáry na podlaze na WC opravdu fuj. Systém přistýlky, kdy je na ní hnusný potah a pod ním prostěradlo s chlupy a vlasy - bylo to odporné. Ve sprše strašně slabý proud, nešlo se ani sprchovat. Ve vaně nepořádek. Nefungovala lampička u postele. Už nikdy nechci zažít takový pocit jako v tomto hotelu. Drahé to bylo a odporné.

this hotel needs renovation… it’s like 100 years old 🫣 i’m shocked. gym was empty with 0 machines.

チェックインの際、スタッフの方が笑顔で気持ちよく対応してくださいました。お部屋も十分な広さがあり、快適に過ごせました。ホテルからショッピングモール、バス停（主要な都市や空港に移動できるバス）や電車の駅も徒歩10分程度の距離にあり非常に便利でした。

客室のメイン照明が点かず、付属の間接照明もソケットが壊れていたため、夜は部屋が真っ暗で不便を強いられました。チェックイン直後にフロントへ修理を依頼したものの「対応は翌日になる」とのこと。翌日はこちらも観光で不在にするため、入室を断る「Don't Disturb」の札を出していたところ、やはり修理はされていませんでした。（不在時の入室に抵抗があったため仕方ない面もありますが、初日に対応していただければありがたかったです。）室内は調理ができるタイプのお部屋でした。食器類は揃っていましたが、まな板がなかったので、事前に何が備わっているか確認しておけばよかったと感じています。なお、片付けやゴミの分別はセルフ対応が必要である旨が記載されていました。最後に、エレベーターが2台ありましたが、速度が非常に遅く、移動の際に毎回かなり待たされた点が気になりました。チェックアウトの際はお気を付けください。

L'emplacement, le parking, la machine à boissons chaudes, les animaux acceptés.

Nous avons attendu 25 minutes à l'accueil pour récupérer nos cartes d'accès à la chambre. La chambre n'était pas nickel ( poussières etc...) manque quelques casseroles,l'ascenseur trop d'attente, petit déjeuner trop cher.

Un ascensore su due non funzionante che ha creato disagi e lunghe attese. La posizione non particolarmente comoda per raggiungere il centro città

De ideale ligging vlakbij het station. We hadden een hele studio voor ons zelf. Men kon er ook koken maar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ook was er een vaatwasser en een magnetron. En voldoende servies. Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd voor ieder wat wils. Erg uitgebreid!

De lift die er wel was zelfs 2 stuks waren vaak in gebruik terwijl je naar beneden wil op bepaalde tijdstippen. Niet handig met koffers of kinderwagens buggy’s voor andere reizigers dan ikzelf geconstateerd.

Posizione molto comoda vicina alla stazione, in 10/15min si raggiunge il centro storico della città. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio a pagamento dell' hotel che ci è stato proposto quando siamo arrivati in quanto avevano dei posti liberi. Colazione continentale buona.

We loved the fact that the hotel was a few minutes walk from the station and a short walk through the Old Town to the lake. There is a shopping centre with a supermarket and cinema complex directly opposite. The room was comfortable and quiet, comfortable bed, and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the August heat!

The TV is an old cable TV with access to a few French channels. Because of the price of the room I expected a Smart TV.

One lift being out of order was a hassle especially at checkout time

We really enjoyed our stay as a stopover on the way to our final destination in the South of France. The location is excellent, within walking distance of a surprisingly beautiful and lively town that is definitely worth exploring. The room itself was simple but had everything we needed for a short stay. It almost felt a little like camping, but in a fun and comfortable way, with all the necessary facilities at hand. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stop on our journey!

The staff were polite and helpful, though somewhat reserved and not particularly warm or enthusiastic.

Non benissimo la pulizia: le stanze vengono pulite ogni 8 giorni e quindi non vengono nemmeno cambiati gli asciugamani e le lenzuola prima. A colazione spesso abbiamo trovato tavoli e banco con residui di cibo che non venivano puliti.

L'ascenseur, ça prenait trop de temps. De plus un ascenseur était en panne. C'était galère pour monter et descendre surtout nous qui sommes situés au 4ème étage.

Chambre bien décorée et agréable. Une salle de bain assez grande. L’emplacement est bien, au calme. Je n’ai pas utilisé la cuisine donc je ne peux me prononcer sur l’équipement. Je n’ai pas utilisé le parking de l’hôtel qui était payant mais on trouve des places de stationnement en zone verte à proximité.

Spacious room and good sized bathroom, kitchenette had a stove, dishwasher and fridge which was very useful.

No cleaning service at all, not even a change in towels. Bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaned better.

Only one lift was working which was highly annoying due to the volume of people needing to use the one working one.

The hotel is excellent. Itnis right next to the train station, and close to the city center. There are plenty of restauarants in the area. The room is spacious, AC works and noise-free.

Breakfast is good, but they need more people. Food goes missing often and it takes too long to replenish. They need a bit more attention to detail.

مصعد واحد والثاني عطلان وعليه زحمه وقت الذروه معي طفلين ولم يتم تجهيز السرير لهم علماً انهم مضافين بالحجز من قبل ، تجهز الاسرة بنفسك ولم تكن نظيفه الخدمات بشكل عام ومرافق الغرفه ليست كامله التكييف سيء ولا يوجد بالغرفه الا فتحة تهويه عند مدخل الغرفه فقط خصوصاً ان زيارتي بالصيف والأجواء كانت حاره

Pretty central

Arrived at 2 pm . Was then told room wouldn’t be ready till 3 pm. Fair enough but wasn’t offered a 2 pm check in for 30 euros which clearly states on website . We were abandoned with 4 other couples also waiting to check in. The 4 staff were at reception having a laugh and a giggle. There was a dirty mop and mop pail sitting at reception also. We were pointed to a coffee machine with no cups and a water dispenser with no plastic cups.

Location was good, they had a kids corner near the lobby with some activities for the kids which was a nice touch.

Room felt like a dorm, the shower filled up quickly after starting and leaked on the bathroom floor. The beds were not very comfortable. The kids sofa bed was not made up and we had to collect the pillows and duvets in the closet and remove a cover from the sofa. This did not feel like a four star hotel stay. Breakfast was ok, very simple.
