Best Location !

Best location ! Amazing staff 🫶 good continental breakfast ☕️

Excelente hotel!

It was my second time to stay, a year apart. The breakfast was tasty and eaten in a beautiful dining room.

The background music, but the reception staff turned the volume down. I just wanted to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and peace. There is no need for background music. If l want music l go out to enjoy it. In my hotel l like a quiet atmosphere.

👍

The sweetness of the staff is the number one highlight of this hotel. Then the rooftop with incredible views of Sancris and the location that is unbeatable

Thin walls which made it uncomfortable and awkward one night where all the hotel could hear what was going on in one room at 3AM. Also, the carpet in a hotel room with not much exposure to the sun and in a town with a lot of humidity: my allergies and asthma attacks kicked off and I was sick after I came back for 2 weeks. Lastly, it is a bit of an issue not to be able to get even a soup at night in the hotel as the restaurant only offers breakfast and closes after that.

Breakfast was included but was a v light breakfast , I would not call it breakfast included It location , staff are v good

My window didn’t not open and the window looked right on to the restaurant. Y room was hot and stuffy because no window to get fresh air in Restaurant staff not so friendly and good at offering me a little more coffee.

Convenient

Clean, excellent location, staff were super nice

Wonderful: staff was superb. The hotel was super clean, decorated beautifully. Great location. Lots of places to relax outside the room. I particularly liked the veranda/gazebo on the ground floor: nice music, a fountain, and plants.

Breakfast was great, bit maybe a few more options for the breakfast included.

Beautiful space, clean, with excellent service

Nice place and very friendly staff in the center of a beautiful town

Old school style in the heart of San Cristobal de Las Casas, very helping and friendly staff, ok breakfast. I would jut request a room away from the street because there is a bar right across the street and street sounds can be a bit loud.

Excelente lugar. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Lots of space y charm.

Room was a little cold. We got a space heater and that helped but still cool.

Excelente lugar y servicio

Just perfect

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of lovely space and details. I would recommend you book it where breakfast is included.

The toilets are very low.

Buen servicio

Prior to visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas we were in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. The contrast between the two cities is stark. Posada Real is just a short walk from the zocalo as well as many dining and shopping options. The room we had was beautiful and very quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

The place was very classy yet comfortable.

Internet connection was not good in our room 306

Really nice place to stay, very close to the center and even when there is so loud outside in the room you can’t hear anything

The location, the swimming pool, the staff

Location was great , close to everything. Lots of restaurants, and even though there was a lot of work been done in the area , it was a very nice visit

The room was very small , very small bathroom, small bed Not very comfortable and not very good insulation, I could hear the people in the next room talking. The people in the garden etc

Pousada Real de Chiapas is a beautiful colonial structure with beautiful art in the dining room, halls and the rooms. There is a lovely interior courtyard with the dining room and a lovely sitting area with a fountain. A ample Breakfast was included and served. The coffee was excellent.

The rooms on the street were dark because of the wooden shutters. Of course it is a very old building and the shutters are authentic so We adjusted.

Nice cozy hotel...only problem is you have to communicate via WhatsApp to the front desk

Centrico

Autentic, great location, very clean

All was according expectation

Excelente.

The staff was very friendly and hardworking people. We enjoyed the traditional Mexican setting. We are very upset and disappointment how local government shutdown the hotel in the order of hours left staff without a job. We appreciate the staff's effort under this situation to relocate quests to other hotels. Our thoughts and sympathy are with the hotel staff.

Hotel is beautiful and rooms were perfect with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful on everything. The location is perfect, close to La plaza, shops and restaurants. I felt safe and can’t wait for my next time and will stay here again.

Our family experience in this hotel was amazing from the very beginning when we checked in till our check out. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Amenities are great with a great location in the heart of the Centro historico(historic city center). Everything is walking distance from Hotel. Parking is completely complimentary and is very close to the hotel. A special thanks to all the staff which make this hotel very attractive. (Isabel & Karen at Front desk, Antonio & Tomas at the restaurant, and Leonardo which took the time to walk me to the parking structure and shared his knowledge on all the attractions Chiapas has to offer. We felt welcomed and at home here. I highly recommend this Hotel to friends and family or anyone in general looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in San Cristobal. Thank you, for our great experience.

The only problem I find was some Boucher they said they make for the food to eat the restaurant it was a little pricey, And the doors are not seal the noise on the hallways the doors need more sealed around so no noise going inn to your room, You can hear clearly what people are saying outside on the hallways, maybe more insulation. That’s all I got to say thank you 🙏

todo perfecto

Lively staff

near of everything, shopping and restaurants, bars

wakable and safe

Excellent hotel in a quiet zone. Many delicious restaurants. Our room was amazing. The staff was very helpful...our room was very large, clean, warm and really accommodating

It's clean, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, cute hotel

Súper recomendable The employees were very friendly, the hotel is quaint, the beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, excellent location. I would come back again.

We arrived on 3rd Sept and stay for 8 days, The hotel was at one block from the center of town were everything happens, lots of restaurants and pubs, Amber is a must to buy when arrived, looks great and can beat the price. Great service and even with no concierge the information and the service was accurate and with the best choices with the tourist in mind. the breakfast was very good and the choices several and the time was from 7 am to 1pm so you can sleep in and have breakfast, Tomas, Leonardo, and Lupita will help you with any request that you have. Great Job Guys Thanks. and the room was well keep and very comfortable Yoli, Hdri, and Paty always keeping the room immaculate, always preparing the room after the guest goes out, the from desk with the bellboy, wow this guy do anything to pleased, well all the employees were excellent always with a smile and willingness to help. If you travel to Cancun or Vallarta the prices for traveling and tours are 1/10 of the cost in those places so your dollar goes a lot farther. this town have so many different restaurants, from Yucateco to Jewish to Korean, wow so many to choose. Well my spouse and me were so impress and satisfied with the experience during this past 8 days that we are planning another trip in Jan 2023 now for 10 to 12 days. If you decide to GO you will not regret the decision.

Location was great right near downtown and all the staff was wonderful 🙂

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. My booking through Expedia was not wonderful since they did not have a reservation for me. Thankfully Natanael front desk receptionist was able to get me a room at the same price I had originally booked with Expedia which I was very thankful for. Leanardo then showed me around the hotel which was very pretty very clean a lot of beautiful paintings and greenery. All hotel staff was welcoming and very helpful.Alejandro nighttime receptionist was so helpful in giving me suggestions around the city and also booking taxi ride home to airport. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff, super clean throughout the entire place.

The staff was so nice and helpful. All if the expectatins wete met. Tomas and Dulce were great in attending to us.

Great hotel!

The only bad thing it’s the bars noise property need beret window Against noise

Great place to stay, staff was nice and helpful. Hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location

I spent two weeks at the hotel. Great service for a great breakfast. Perfect service from all staff members. Thank you, Tomas. Absolutely perfect location, one block to the plaza, one block from the shopping district and close to many, many restaurants.

Standard rooms very small, treat yourself to a corner unit like 216. Beautiful old hotel, excellent professional staff. Great location. The bed mattress should be taken out back and shot

everything was wonderful. i was upgraded free too master suite from junior suite. i just wished there was a heater in the room. we had one cold night. the next night was fine. cristobal de las casas is very cold in January

Perfect location to stay in San Cristobal, including convenient access by car. Rooms appear to be no-frills but are spacious, clean and do have everything you need. Our room was noisier than you would expect for this downtown location, but other than that had a great stay.

Great service

We had a late check-in because the highway bus was quite late. The hotel knew we were coming because he called me by name when we arrived. It then took a further 15 minutes before he gave me the keys. And that was only when I told him it was 11:30 p.m. I was exhausted. This hotel needs to be prepared for their clients. I would not stay here again.

I will stay here again. Staff and front desk attention is very good. Convenient location. Very clean and comfortable beds.🙏

Close to everything Central all the shops and restaurants Stayed on the street side bit noisy but hey it's a holiday Rooms great just strong smell from disinfecting Slept with windows open. Cool but great Very nice check in and facility very clean

The most caring and dedicated people. All of the staff was always willing to hempnand answer all of our questions and requests.

Lovely, charming, little boutique hotel in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas. You're literally within walking distance of every landmark in town. But the best of the best, is their service. Believe me, it's par to the level of service you would expect at the most luxurious properties in Dubai or London. I want to thank specifically to Isabel and Leonardo that went the extra-mile to make our stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. I'll definetely be back!

Great location, good breakfast, basic rooms, but extremely noisy!! You could hear all the people in the hallway and your neighbors like they were inside your room!!

Check in was easy. Concierge was very helpful. Room was very small and cold. Don't eat at the restaurant, mediocre.
