Les vitres sales du restaurant ( quand on a une vue aussi magnifique, on fait les vitres tous les jours) la poussière sur la machine à café et le loquet de la porte qui n’est pas du tout bien fixé.

2 éjszakára 320 euróért egy belső udvarra néző, kisméretű szobát kaptunk. Kevés rakodófelület volt, nem volt hűtőszekrény.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Ottima posizione. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata. Il parking privato sotterraneo è ben protetto e al fresco, con largho spazi per le automobili. La posizione è eccellente, tra la cittadella medievale et il centro città. Piccolo rooftop simpatico per un aperò.
Vago odore di tombino proveniente dal bagno. La colazione è sufficiente ma il caffè è terribile.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Hotel très bien situé entre la ville basse et la ville haute, juste a côté du pont vieux avec une vue imprenable sur la cité médiévale depuis notre chambre et le rooftop. L'accueil à notre arrivée était très chaleureux ( hôtesse charmante et très avenante qui nous a tout bien expliqué). Bon petit déjeuner ( varié et de qualité) dans une salle très lumineuse avec toujours cette vue magnifique sur la cité.
Tout était parfait pour nous qui y avons passé une seule nuit . Pour les personnes qui y passent plusieurs nuits, la chambre, qui est pourtant une chambre supérieure, me semble un peu petite et manque de rangements.

The "wardrobe" space was minimal with only three hangers available for two guests to hang up any clothes over a two night stay seemed ridiculous. Also, a minor point, when two staff members,l are walking towards guests in a narrow corridor I expect at least one to step aside so the guests can pass by rather than forcing the guests to squeeze through a tiny gap, it's just good manners!

Pool opened only at 10.00, so not possible to have a pre breakfast swim. Better if opened at 8.30! No lift from garage to reception so you have to carry up stairs.

Etage serviert, auch mit Blick.
Unser Zimmer war SEHR klein und minimalistisch ausgestattet; das Bad war winzig und das WC war selbst für kleine Leute so klein, dass man im Sitzen mit den Knien fast an die Tür reichte; ein Handtuch war föllig morsch; im Frühstücksraum müssten die Lampen dringend mal abgestaubt werden; alles in allem kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

There were better rooms available on other floors, but they put us on the first floor—initially in a very small room 120 with a broken toilet and a very noisy air conditioner. The receptionist did move us to a little better room on the same floor, was good , but it wasn't worth the price we paid

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026On a positive note, the location was great, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable after a long trip. But that was all.
The hotel was very dirty, and the lock on our room door did not work properly. The bedsheets had numerous stains, and the chair in our room was also visibly dirty. Even the yoghurt bowls at breakfast were not properly cleaned. The breakfast was very poor and, in my opinion, nowhere near the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. I am pregnant, and at the rooftop bar I ordered a mocktail but was served an alcoholic cocktail instead. I took a few sips before the bartender realized the mistake and replaced the drink. This was extremely upsetting and made me worry about whether it could have harmed my baby. There were also serious issues with the room keys. My friends were given a key to a room that was already occupied. After they went to reception to change rooms, they were given new keys that did not work for the new room, so they had to return to reception once again. Overall, I did not feel safe or comfortable during our stay. I also felt very uncomfortable sleeping in a bed with visibly stained and dirty sheets.

Je m attendais, après un long voyage , à avoir un cocktail sur le roof top et à dîner au restaurant de l hôtel mais l un et l autre étaient fermés car c était dimanche Il manque un frigo dans la chambre Le petit déjeuner minimaliste et certainement pas à la hauteur d un 4*: pas d œufs , pas de pain aux céréales ni complet , pas de toast, pas de jus de fruit pressé , pas de plat chaud ( à 9 h il y avait les croûtes restant d une sorte de quiche ) Mais surtout l attitude arrogante, à la limite de l agressivité du prestataire des petits déjeuners qui s est permis des propos tout à fait inappropriés quand j ai fait part de mon insatisfaction à l accueil à mon départ

Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre, il faut réclamer une deuxième carte, qui n'est pas fournie automatiquement, quand on est en couple, et il n'y a pas constamment quelqu'un à l'accueil. Ces services sont habituellement fournis dans les autres 4 étoiles que nous avons fréquentés.

Un aspetto che andrebbe sicuramente migliorato è la pulizia della zona d’ingresso dell’hotel e degli spazi immediatamente esterni, che avrebbero bisogno di maggiore attenzione. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, con qualche margine di miglioramento.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Kind staff, convenient location, beautiful view, especially from the rooftop level where it is an amazing experience to chill in the evening.
The toilet room is very small, so tall people need to be aware of this, as it can be pretty uncomfortable for them. Also, not all the rooms with medieval town view have the actual view, it depends on the floor and the exact location (from some rooms the trees or walls block the view partially or completely), so better to check it with the reception before booking/paying for it. Luckily for us it was more or less good.

El cuarto de baño es de tipo francés, es dos espacios, resultaban pequeños e incómodos

La colazione non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. E le aree comuni non erano sufficiente pulite.

Precio caro leoninos con el pago, copian los datos de la tarjeta. El desayuno es muy caro en relación a lo que te dan, el pan parece de un super, malo. Te cobran 18€ y no vale ni la mitad.

部屋のコーヒーマシンは使い方がわからず、謎でした。普通に湯沸かしポットの方がよかったです。
