Location and parking was excellent as was the room. We booked a junior suite and this was well worth the money. Breakfast was great, served to the table, plentiful and very fresh. I booked a treatment and this was very professional.

No comfortable seating in room. Shower heads needed cleaning. Tiling poor especially in splash areas.

The location right outside the old city walls is hard to top, and surprisingly quiet to boot. The property is beautiful and caters well to travellers looking to rest up while also providing great opportunities to explore the old city and the area around it.

The first room we were checked into was unfortunately not up to par. There was a constant sound emanating from one of the walls. It took us quite some time to get them to move us to a different room. Also, the breakfast was not up to the standard we have come to expect during our travels in France. Overall, i think the price was too high for what we got.

La posizione è eccellente per visitare la città pur resstando lontani dalla ressa.

La camera era piccola, buia, afosa, e affacciata sul passaggio della clientela. Questo ci ha obbligati a lasciare costantemente le ante chiuse e le luci accese con conseguente effetto claustrofobico. Il bagno necessitava di doti contorsionistiche per entrare in doccia o sedersi sul WC. Per quanto riguarda il bar, i cocktails, per costare 9 euro, dovrebbero essere fatti da barmen/women capaci. Il prezzo del parcheggio andrebbe specificato nei dettagli al momento della prenotazione. Con i prezzi che l'albergo ha ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più che la semplice, ottima posizione.

Propreté des canapés et coussins de la terrasse tachés par endroit. Paiement du parking que je pensais inclus dans le prix global de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner : fruits et viennoiseries manquaient de fraîcheur.

Beautiful hotel, room, pool, lounge, at the foot of spectacular Carcassonne. Very attentive staff, with magical views of the fortified city.

Lack of air. Conditioning in the reception area. The staff was lovely at reception but they were clearly suffering from the heat - and it was very uncomfortable for us as we checked in. We missed the entrance due to GPS instructions - it wasn’t well marked.

Le personnel manque malheureusement de professionnalisme. L’attente au bar est extrêmement longue et le service manque clairement d’initiative : il faut constamment interpeller le personnel, qui ne vient pas spontanément vers les clients pour prendre les commandes ou s’assurer que tout se passe bien. L’hôtel est agréable et familial, mais les prestations et la qualité du service ne correspondent, selon moi, pas au niveau attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles

Lovely hotel. Welcoming friendly team and amazing view of the chateau, which is literally over the road. Clean comfortable rooms, with a very good shower. Pretty bar where breakfast is also served. Bar is open 24 hours as is reception.

Couple of little things. The intercom at the pool doesn't work, so you have to walk around to the bar. Breakfast could be better. Would have liked to see a buffet, so you can chose your own food. We saw a lot of tables with bread and pastries that were not eaten. I understand giving everyone the same, but I only ever want a little. Not a real gripe, but don't like to see waste.

事前の連絡でお願いしていた通り、城塞都市カルカソンヌの城壁を臨む部屋を割り当てていただき、大変ラッキーでした。希望通り窓からの眺めは最高で、夜景も素晴らしかった。ストランもまずまずでした。

ホテル名にスパをうたっているものの、ホテル敷地内にはスパというほどのものはなく、プールサイドに子供用かと思うようなジャクージがあっただけで、しかも落ち葉が浮かんだ最高にシャビーなものだったのはがっかりでした。

The location.

One of our rooms was painted in deep red. This is quite awkward. The same applies to the bar and inside dining area. At last, half of the outside seats are sofas which is very uncomfortable to take the breakfast.

L’emplacement est parfait, dans un beau jardin au calme mais à deux pas de la cité, on donc peut tout faire à pied ce qui est très appréciable. Le parking est un vrai plus ainsi que la piscine qui offre une pause « farniente » . Le personnel est charmant. Le petit continental est copieux et propose des produits locaux.

Un détail : la douche de notre chambre était assez étroite

Emplacement idéal, au pied des remparts et à deux pas de la Porte Narbonnaise. Accueil et déco sympas, très bon petit déjeuner. Le parking fermé est apprécié.

Notre chambre, bien que petite, était confortable, en revanche les WC sont vraiment exigus, on ne passe pas son temps là dedans mais on aime y être à l'aise et ce n'était pas le cas.

La situation de l'hôtel , à côté de la Cité. Le salon à l'extérieur Le personnel à l'écoute et aimable.

La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient trop petites surtout pour 3. La douche était trop étroite et les toilettes trop proches de celle ci. Pas d'intimité !!! Pas de vue et chambre trop sombre.

L'emplacement au pied de la cité de Carcassonne, avec l'accès à tous les restaurants en 2 mn à pied. Accès au centre ville rapide également à pied. Hôtel de charme avec piscine, tranquille, reposant, parking privé (payant) sur place et quelques places pour l'accueil des visiteurs. Personnel très souriant, serviable, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux. Service de ménage très bien. Coin bar très agréable. Chambres bien équipées avec une climatisation très efficace (appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs actuelles).

Tout était appréciable pour notre séjour. Nous suggérons de rajouter un petit frigo (si c'est possible) dans les chambres pour pouvoir y mettre une bouteille fraiche pour la nuit (par exemple).

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis just outside the really tourist-heavy, (during the day), city.

I didn't need to use the pool/hot tub, but they were covered and were ok to nice, but the hot tub wasn't warm and the facilities weren't spectacular.

La chambre qui ne répondait pas aux critères d'un 4 étoiles

Terrific location a manageable walk from the major gate to the walled city and with easy auto access. Front desk staff were helpful in recommending local restaurants and automotive related questions. The bar was accessible round the clock and breakfast was served there and in the surrounding garden.

Our room was awkwardly located behind the front desk and down a narrow corridor. The external hotel parking required luggage to be carried up a flight of stairs and while staff were willing to help if they were available, they were often very busy. Finally, our parking spot in the 15 euros per night lot attracted huge avian interest which meant that after checkout our first stop was to a car wash.

The property location could not be better ! Beautiful ! Lovely stylish property with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Whilst the bedroom was very stylish and well equipped it was extremely small hence a lower mark for value for money. I would actually call this a boutique bed and breakfast spa rather than a hotel, as there is no dinner /lunch available. That said plenty of food options a short stroll away. So overall not an issue.

Tolles Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf die mittelalterliche Stadt. Das Hotel liegt direkt vor den Stadtmauern, also perfekte Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Die Zimmer liegen zum Teil in Nebengebäuden, sehr hübsch eingebettet in die Natur.

A few food offerings at the bar in the evening would be helpful - Carcassonne is so touristy and food offerings are very much targeted at tourists, we just needed simple charcuterie - simple bar snacks would would have made it perfect!

Die Lage: sehr dicht an der Altstadt. Im Mai ist der Verkehrslärm (das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Zubringerstrasse für die Touristen) absolut ok. In der Hochsaison könnte es arg laut werden. Der Garten ist schön. Der bewachte Parkplatz ist ebenfalls gut, allerdings für heute übliche SUVs etwas eng.

Das Zimmer war schön, allerdings nur über eine sehr schmale Treppe (Hühnerleiter) erreichbar. Wir haben die notwendige Kleidung am Auto in eine kleine Tasche umgepackt. Das Badezimmer hatte in der Dusche überwiegend schimmelige Fugen und das Wasser in der Dusche lief nur sehr schlecht ab. Es wurde leider nichts gegen sehr laute Hotelgäste unternommen, die um Mitternacht betrunken auf der Terrasse gesungen haben.

Location was amazing, Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make us welcome. Breakfast was superb and the whole place has a friendly and open feel and it very much became a perfect base to explore the amazing medieval city. Being a stones throw from the main gate of the Medieval city makes wandering in and out for meals, exploring etc a much more relaxed affair. We were able to explore every inch of the place at our own pace, in no small part to the hotels proximity to the city.

The Room although stylish and well set out, was smaller than expected for the price, and missing a few basics, for example: Coat hooks for the outside coats, and a few more drawers/surfaces to be able to keep it tidy when accumulating items from exploring. Accept that there is limited space to work with, but there were for example, two leather stools which although looking very nice had limited use as storage.

Located right at the city gates. It really made the entire experience even better than planned. The room was super fun, colorful and cozy.

Not having a giant pillow on the bed that we couldn't figure out why it was there :). Seriously, that was all. Great experience, and even the giant pillow added some fun.

Locatie is uniek, zo dicht bij de poort van de middeleeuwse stad.

Might be a bit style over substance! To be fair it was an overnight stop and perhaps we didn’t have time to appreciate its greater charms. Expensive but possibly worth it for location.

Le site arboré de l'hôtel est lui même situé à proximité de la citadelle de Carcassonne. Personnel à l'accueil charmants et efficaces.

Ayant été logés à la chambre N°4 nous aurions apprécié une meilleure insonorisation avec la fréquentation couloir d'accés et la chambre.

Cet hôtel offre de très belles prestations avec une équipe très sympathique, disponible et efficace. Juste au pied des remparts a 100m de la porte principale, c'était parfait.
