Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen! :-) Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Personal sehr herzlich sowie freundlich und das Essen enorm abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker! Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Danke für alles! :-)

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa. The hospitality from start to finish was outstanding: Check-in & Service: Warm and seamless check-in, accompanied by helpful staff who kindly accommodated our request for an extended check-out time. Luggage & Transport: Prompt luggage handling and smooth, reliable transportation arrangements. Dining: Fantastic food options with exceptional quality throughout our stay. Thank you to the team for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful resort, great food, super friendly staff and very nice Massages (Mary was really sweet and very professional). Great main pool and super calm adults pool. Very nice cocktails also!

Lots of rocks on the beach, not the best to swim in the sea. Wouldn’t go in without apropriate water shoes! Lots of algues and fishes also, so best stay at the pool if you don’t appreciate fish around your feet.

The resort is fantastic, very clean and well managed. Staff are very kind and attentive, always ready to provide help when needed. The food in all restaurants is absolutely delicious, can recommend steak night at Beach Grill in particular. There are many activities to choose from and not get bored for even a second. Special shout out to Deven who organised a special dinner for us when he found out we were on our honeymoon! Can definitely recommend this resort and will be coming back!

Tout, le lieu est magique. Le personnel accueillant ! Une dédicace spéciale pour Rahul, Lorven, Vedou, Adesh et Lutfee ! Ambiance tous les soirs génials. Au niveau des repas, nous avons eu beaucoup de choix. La chambre très confortable :), tout est mis à disposition !

Un personnel au petit soin et attentionné, respectueux et à l’écoute. Une cuisine très variée tous les soirs avec des produits frais ainsi qu’un chef cuisto au top. Étant allergique au noix, le personnel était très attentif à ceci. Hotel très propre et très soigné. Un décor paradisiaque et une envie de rester. Activités diverses et variées disponibles chaque jours. Ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Chambre 410.

Gesamtes Hotel top gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Personal mega aufmerksam. Service exzellent. Essen außergewöhnlich vielseitig und lecker, egal ob a la carte oder vom Buffet. Das Thai Restaurant Essen und der Service da waren echt herausragend!

Warum dann nicht 10/10? Ein Abend im indischen Restaurant war eher durchwachsen - Service schwankend zwischen aufmerksam und nicht existent. Essen lecker, aber unklar warum das sooo lang dauert in einem ziemlich leeren Restaurant. Und: kaum Liegen am Strand vorhanden. Am Pool reichlich....

Esküvőnk helyszíne volt, nagyon szépen sikerült itt, gyönyörű naplementék vannak. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, főleg Ryina. Gyönyörű a kert és a kilátás a szobából. Kényelmes ágy.

A szobaajtó alatt volt egy nagyobb rés, ahol egy gekkó bejött, éjszaka nem tudtunk aludni tőle.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est particulièrement accueillant et attentif notamment Shaldon et Hemkesh a l’accueil qui ont été toujours présents et à l’écoute.

Our stay at the hotel fully met our expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach, the excellent spa facilities, and the delicious food. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and the service was of a very high standard. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay. We would be very happy to return!

Tappanaki night was pricey but good. Chef Michelle was very entertaining. Nice reception hour with sega performance.

Cold adult pool. Long walk from room to gym. Why is kids club behind adult pool section and gym is in family section?? Kangan restaurant was not as well serviced as mystique or fusion. On first day of arrival could not get a decent dinner time slot to eat so had to get room service. Basin taps only had lukewarm water. Had to have maintenance come to sort the AC out. Evening music was very bland.

Personnel de l’établissement adorable, aux petits soins de la clientèle. Mention particulière MR Jameel et Mr Anas Excellents repas dans les différents restaurants de l’hôtel. Mention spéciale au restaurant Mystique (service, mets raffinés et délicieux).

Hôtel isolé, sans possibilité de se promener dans les environs à pieds car pas de trottoir, uniquement une petite route étroite et dangereuse pour les piétons.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre exceptionnel de l’établissement, à la fois élégant, paisible et raffiné. La plage est magnifique, les jardins sont parfaitement entretenus et l’ensemble du resort offre une atmosphère très agréable et reposante. Le personnel s’est également montré chaleureux, attentif et professionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Une très belle expérience dans un cadre véritablement privilégié.

The restaurant options, the variety of food, the team and the staff especially the guys in the pool bar and also the waiters, kids club, reception. Our room was very clean and nice, with unique towel art several times during our stay. Our cleaning lady Rosita made a great job and made our stay even better.

The hotel is right across from the beach, next to a restaurant with very good food. Great location.

Hotel piknie położony iłćakiem ok , choć momentami zdradza juz swój wiek . minusem jest obsługa ( szczeólnie w restauracjach) ) mimo ,że tych osób jest brdzo dużo i niestety obsługa jest choatyczna i wolna , choć bardzo sie strali i byli uśmiechnięci. Braki wynagrdza personel wyższy( buttler). ktory z nawiazka naprawi błędy innych

La stanza era ampia e pulita, i ristoranti buoni anche se difficili da prenotare e non con un’ampia scelta di cibo (3 ristoranti asiatici o fusion su 4). All inclusive vero dove quasi tutto era compreso (anche il frigobar in stanza)

La struttura ha solo 5 lettini in spiaggia e la spiaggia non è granché. Quindi l’unica opzione è stare in piscina. Un vero peccato per una struttura come bella e accogliente

حجزت الكثير من الفنادق و رأيت امور سلبية لكن ليست في غاية الاهمية للكتابة عنها لكن الوضع في هذا المنتجع كان مختلف تماما - غادرت غرفتي للمطعم لتناول وجبة العشاء الساعه 7:30 تقريبا وعند عودتي للغرفة تفأجأت بأنهم قامو بدخول الغرفة بحجة التنظيف و رأينا احدى الحقائب مفتوحة وفتحو الجيوب التي بداخلها و تفاجأنا بأن هذا الوقت ليس وقت تنظيف اساسا في جميع الفنادق والمنتجعات العالمية وعند ابلاغ الاستقبال بذلك قال نعم انه ليس وقت التنظيف ومن اثم اتى شخص الينا قال عكس كلام الاسقبال حيث قال بالعادة يأتون فقط لترتيب الغرفة ليس اساسا الغرفة لم تكن مرتبة بشكل جيد لم نشعر بالارتياح ابدا اتجاه هذا الفندق وعندما كنا نغادر الغرفة كنا نفكر بأن يأتي شخص ويفتح الحقائب ( لم نكن مطمئنين ) قالو انهم سيجرون تحقيق بذلك ولكن لم يتم ابلاغنا بأتاخذ اجراء ضد الشخص الذي دخل غرفتنا وفتح الحقيبة وما الى ذلك

La gentillesse du personnel pour l’ensemble des services : le nettoyage des chambres, le spa, les restaurants, la réception. Avec une mention spéciale pour l’ensemble du personnel du beach restaurant. Dans tous les restaurants, les repas sont exceptionnels.

الفندق جميل و هادئ يساعد على الاسترخاء ، طاقم العمل ممتاز جدا و طريقة تعاملهم جدا راقيه ، أشكر الموظف Keshav لا أعلم اذا كنت كتبت الاسم بشكل صحيح و لكن كان تعامله جدا راقي اقدم له و لجميع طاقم الفندق كل الشكر

Whenever you go for breakfast, being asked for the room number

The resort is beautiful, with spacious rooms, well-maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were warm and friendly, and several team members made our stay especially memorable, including Sanjana, Yousuf at Kangan, and an Adam working at the bar, whose excellent service and hospitality stood out. Food was one of the highlights of our stay. As vegetarians, we found plenty of options, particularly at Kangan and Mystique, where the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The deli was also excellent for lighter meals and snacks. The complimentary activities, including the glass-bottom boat trip and snorkelling, added great value to our stay. However, there were a few disappointments. Despite repeated requests, our rooms were not allocated next to each other, even though we were travelling with our children. There were communication errors regarding our booking for the formal dining restaurant reservation S, and check-in took almost two hours, which was tiring after a long journey. We also noted that there are no lifts, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. The balcony sofas in our room were not very clean on arrival. Requests for anything would take either multiple attempts to call or repeated request for someone to acknowledge and act on it. Japanese restaurant fusion is not included in your price plan and incurs a seperate charge (expensive) A thoughtful touch was the lovely room decoration arranged for our anniversary (but again communication errors decorated for birthday celebrations), which was much appreciated. Overall, despite some service and communication issues, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend The Westin for its beautiful setting, excellent food, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beach is stunning. The breakfast offered a great variety, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to the concierge team, especially Anas Jhouree, for his outstanding service and hospitality.

There was very little to dislike. The only minor issue was that some resort activities and dining experiences were quite expensive, but overall the experience was excellent.

Le all inclusive est complexe avec des choses non incluses. Ce n’est pas insurmontable mais il faut bien vérifier la facture en fin de séjour et les prix indiqués sur la carte des bars et restaurants

Property was beautiful.

Over all food was not good at all. And we had early activity and send off with worst breakfast box I ever had. Rotton apples and was offered juice but no juice. We brought this up to management and he didn't seem to care much. We will not recommend this place at all. Stayed many WESTIN but this was the worst.

Right from the start we felt very welcomed and made to feel at ease. The staff and service were exceptional- from reception staff (Tushita and team), Roshan and team, to room maids, to bar staff (Rajiv and team), to catering staff, spa staff and every staff we met. We were made to feel special. Thank you very much for making our holidays very relaxing and special. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Room was perfect, the staff was very friendly, the scenery was best. The complimentaries was top notch, the set up of the room was perfect. May, vishal, adriano were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable and accommodate our needs. Jameel reassured me on the halal food status.

The lighting was very poor in the room please include option for romantic and good lighting for the room. The ventilation was bad, the aircon was very hard to switch on and off , fan didnt have enough speed , we were very hot atimes. The basin opposite toilet , the flow of water was very slow. At kangan the 2nd visit our food got delayed, we received our order after 1 hour and that day staff was not friendly.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et le personnel est, dans son ensemble, agréable, souriant et disponible. Son emplacement permet d’avoir un magnifique couché de soleil. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les deux piscines, notamment la piscine réservée aux adultes, qui permet de profiter d’un véritable moment de calme et de détente malgré la taille de ce grand complexe familial. La salle de sport est également moderne et bien équipée. Les buffets et restaurants proposés étaient variés, de grande qualité et très bien approvisionnés, avec un large choix à chaque repas.

Seuls quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés : nous avons remarqué la présence d’insects autour de la piscine, probablement attirées par la nourriture. Par ailleurs, l’accès au spa nécessite une réservation et le nombre de places est assez limité, ce qui ne permet pas toujours d’en profiter spontanément.

One of my best stays in Mauritius, such wonderful and exceptional service from the staff at the front desk and in the main restuarant. The hotel staff was so caring, always checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we were always well catered to. It was a family trip to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday and she is wheelchair bound so the property was well equipped for her to be able to get around and most places were easily accessible for her. Plus the staff were so kind and took such wonderful care of us. Mr Doonum & his team went out of their way to make her birthday dinner even more special and unforgettable. We absolutely enjoyed all our dinners at the main restuarant. The variety of food options at breakfast and dinner was impressive and catered to all our tastes. Beautiful ocean views from the hotel, the grounds are prestine. I would highly recommend and we’ll certainly visit again.

There was building maintenance in progress on the block we were on so that was a bit of an inconvenience but I believe it was necessary upkeep, as our shower was leaking.

The staff was very good, especially the concierge staff! Shivam took care of us very well while we were there during our stay.

The resort is a beautiful place. I arrived in the evening and the first view was the magical tree right in front the place - stunning. I traveled in May and the hotel was pretty quiet. My room was right at the Kids club, which raised my concern upon arrival - but to my surprise no noise. I also enjoyed the Adults Only pool - a really nice place to retreat to if the main pool is too noisy. I would like to especially praise Yoan at reception - such a wonderful, warm soul. Nothing was too much of an ask and always smiling Pradeep at the Kangan restaurant - which made each dining wonderful - thank you Aartee at Mystique Restaurant- always in a good mood - no matter how hot the day Faadia at the Spa - for her warm reception each time I had a treatment And Ratan and Alwin - as managers never shy to ask for feedback

The main restaurant - way too loud, at times unorganized. It really depends on the time you go. I only went for breakfast once, dinner twice - but....you have a great option with the beach restaurant, the Mystique and Kangan/Fusion restaurant. No panic, there are enough dishes where you do not have to pay extra. The bar at the main reception area - you get a far better customer experience at the Mystique bar. To note as well and mentioned in other reviews - the resort is a bit isolated and if you need cash, the next ATM is 20 mins away by taxi
