El excesivo ruido (muy muy fuerte) del aparato de la calefacción/aire acondicionado. Que la ventana de la habitación no se podía abrir para ventilar. Que cobraran por la plaza de parking a los clientes. Y la mala calidad del desayuno. Tanto la calidad como la falta de servicio y lo de comer en platos de cartón y con cubiertos de plastico en un hotel de esta catergoría no lo veo bien.

Bed was a little hard, not much area or seating for social areas inside. Additional parking charge of $6.

The location was close to downtown and the bathroom was big and accessible with a walk in shower. The breakfast was substantial and included protein and carbs in a balanced way.

The beds were not as firm as we like.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff were super friendly. The hotel is situated perfectly if you wish to be close to NAU. The hotel is modern and well-kept and we found it to be very clean! The breakfast looked quite good but we actually went out to breakfast so we can't rate it...but the coffee we did have was very good - no complaints! The exercise room looked good and the pool and jacuzzi were very inviting but we didn't bring our suits but I woudl recommend you do so.

It's kind of weird because my wife and I don't watch much TV but we did wish to watch a Netflix movie and the TVs are not Smart TVs - they only have cable. Normally I couldn't care less but this one time...I did! Secondly, and it's not a big deal, but the place is a bit tricky to get in and out of. Finally, we were on the second floor and unfortunately, we could hear those above us every time they walked around but I guess that is to be expected to some degree in a hotel.

Very bland decor, very little character in a beautiful setting. Huge missed opportunity. Was disappointed with the lack of atmosphere, and frankly a cold and bare minimum staffing business model.

The lady at the desk was very friendly & was absolutely helpful when we arrived sadly, i don't remember her name but please let her name she is awesome!

There isn't anything I didn't like about the hotel, if I was to ever pass by or visit Arizona I would stay there again.

The bed was like sleeping on a board and rocks. It was terribly hard. The front desk lady played headgames with me. Kids upstairs kept running back and forth across the floor even till way after midnight. I kept calling the front desk but nothing seem to ever be done to stop it. The pool area was terrible and no towels available. This hotel was terrible and Ivan probably going to end my 24 year run with Choice Hotels because of it. I was in such pain from that bed that it ruined my whole next day at the zoo in Litchfield. We had to have staff bring me back up front and we had to leave. That bed left my back on so much pain.

Front desk staff were downright hostile. We had two visits, and both experiences at check-in were disappointing. Basic kindness is necessary.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly.

Fantastic location with a coffee shop right across the street and plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a decent size, clean, and feature highly comfortable beds.

Upon arrival at 6:00 PM, the check-in experience was highly disappointing. The reception staff member was blunt and unwelcoming. When I asked basic questions about the amenities, she treated my inquiries as an inconvenience. Even a simple request to purchase laundry detergent and get coins for the washing machine felt like a major bother to her. The customer service was so poor that the hotel would honestly benefit more from an automated check-in system than having this staff member at the desk. The morning reception staff and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and polite - thank you!

They had a breakfast in the morning, and the rooms were clean.

We checked in late at night and the person working didn't not tell us we had to pay for parking. I asked if we needed anything for the dashboard and he said no we were fine. Then another front desk person asked us and we told then what we were told. She was like nope its $6 and they will tow you.

The rooms did not even have a microwave.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC seemed to stop working at night. I had to get up twice in the night to get it going again. The staff were very flat and no eye contact. I will not be staying again.

Staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. Horrible parking situation. Couldn't park 2 vehicles there. Threatened to tow one and had to park on street outside facility. Twice tried to talk to staff and was directed to talk to next days staff that they couldn't help me.

We did not experience the breakfast. The staff at check-in was extremely helpful and I had absolutely no trouble regarding my service dog.

The only complaint is that the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. As such, I had very little sleep.

Easy check-in. Breakfast was nice - fresh coffee with flavored creamer, plus I loved the Nutella & peanut butter for my banana. And the walk to downtown was easy.

The location is ideal for being close to attractions in the city and the staff was very hospitable. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

I am publishing my review here on TripAdvisor as well because I noticed the management is very active in responding to guests, and I truly hope this message reaches the right people. We booked our stay through Booking.com and stayed here for the night between May 25th and May 26th. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! While it might not be a luxury property, it absolutely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, and most importantly, the bedsheets and towels were absolutely pristine. I’m highlighting this because, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience regarding cleanliness just two days prior at a famous, historic hotel located a bit outside the downtown area—which we had chosen based on its high reviews, but they turned out to be completely inaccurate. Finding such high standards here at the Country Inn was a breath of fresh air. The location is also exceptional. It’s in a very safe area, and just a 2-minute walk away, there is a fantastic brewing place that serves great food, with a pizzeria right next to it. Everything here is kept meticulously clean. The internet is super fast, which was a huge plus. On top of that, the hotel offers great amenities like a guest laundry room and a gym. A special note for the management: The included breakfast was fantastic, but what truly amazed us was the staff managing it. They work incredibly hard, keeping everything immaculate, clean, and well-stocked at all times. Their dedication does not go unnoticed and is one of the main reasons this hotel deserves such high reviews. Access to the property is difficult and being charged for parking when I’m paying $150 for a room. I booked a handicap room for a reason, yet it was the furthest room down the hall.

Property was modern, clean, and in a great central location in the historic district. Breakfast was delicious and well maintained. Facility was incredibly quiet and comfortable.

We waited approximately 12 minutes upon arrival because no one was attending the front desk. When the you g main finally arrived, he was unenthusiastic, noncommunicative, and appeared to not be pleased that he was working. Went back down to desk 20 minutes late and same individual was again leaving desk with his Tupperware container to take another break. A sign was placed on counter which said, “Be back in a moment - helping a guest”. No. He wasn’t helping a guest. We spent two night there and only on last day was there a friendly front desk attendant.
