They didn’t have reservation. The booking.com reservation wasn’t pushed through they said. The property thankfully had a room Available and was able to rebook me on their end.

Ein tolles Hotel, neu sauber und das Personal freundlich, fröhlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und der Manager Empfang abends, sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer groß, sauber und alles vorhanden. Betten neu und toll.

We liked every aspect of our experience at this hotel, and we intend it to be our regular hotel whenever we travel to Flagstaff on vacation.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

We booked at the last minute. We had not expected to stay overnight, so we had nothing with us; the front desk gave us free toothbrushes and paste. The location is perfection. NAU is across the street and all the downtown cafes a seven minute walk away. Our room overlooked the university campus, and the beautiful forest and clear sky beyond it. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was large, the bed comfy, and the towels fluffy. We'd definitely stay again.

Ich habe festgestellt, dass die Drury Hotels, das in Flagstaff und auch das in Amarillo in jeder Hinsicht gut bis sehr gut sind. Frühstück reicht vollkommen aus, Zimmer sehr sauber, und vor allem ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ausserdem sind kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

The facilities were extremely nicely maintained and clean. The room had a GIANT bathroom, which was really nice. The parking in the main lot is really limited, but the garage was easy to access.

Breakfast seemed short - I was bummed that I missed it! Everything else was fantastic. Even the wifi was decently fast and easy to sign into.

Good location, next to NAU campus and close to downtown.

We enjoyed Dinner, Breakfast needed bacon & our room was great. The only thing I would have added - I sent a note ahead saying it was our 46th wedding anniverary. It would have been nice to have had that acknowledged in some way. It would have given our visit a more personal touch.

Breakfast , happy hour(I forget what y’all call it) was more than I expected and truly wonderful. They told me about it….yeah yeah I’ve seen it before but honestly it what a treat. The staff were so nice and charismatic. Lol seriously!!

I can’t think of anything that I did not like. I liked the staff. I liked the room. I liked the parking I liked the location I was there with my son attending the film festival and was so impressed that we are heading back in September and are planning booking are stay with them again.

Close to town and NAU

This location needs some TLC. The handrail 2nd floor to 1st floor needs painting. ROOM #236 needs attention, 1) shower wasn't hot, 2) the ac needs adjustment didn't cool the bedroom. 3) would be nice to have Lotion.

Great breakfast and evening food and drinks. Good location to walk to downtown area and campus.

Gated parking structure, spacious room and lobby,beautiful views from balcony. Free dinner and drinks in the evening.

Very large room to the point of feeling a little empty. Comfortable. Free drinks with the happy hour was a fantastic surprise at the end of a long very hot day!

This is thre 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. My grandson is going to School at NAU and this school sits at the Northwest corner of school grounds. Literally, one school food hall is across side street of hotel. Staff is always courteous and eager to help. Hotel is well kept, clean and has many amenities, especially breakfast and late afternoon light supper buffets available at reasonable times. Popcorn always available in popcorn cart at check-in, smells so good. I tell everyone I speak to if they are coming to area to stay here at Drury Hotel.

You have done it RIGHT! Other hotels should take note.

The property is close to the NAU campus. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Each time we stay, our room is always fresh and clean. When I book a room I know I will never be disappointed.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

Location! Excellent!

The staff was amazing. Breakfast, drinks and evening food is a fantastic perk.

2 things... one elevator was down all weekend and that was unfortunate and time consuming. I wish the rooms were better sound proofed. We were on the 5th floor and could hear people outside late at night. People walking down the hallway and slamming doors woke us up at night as well.

A very nice hot continental breakfast offered every morning; as we were there for 5 nights, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Very clean and staff very accommodating. We will continue to make Drury our first choice when visiting Flagstaff.

Convenient to what we needed

The location isn’t easily found the indoor jacuzzi wasn’t very hot nor was is clean I still went in because we drove for 8 hours so it was nice to have access to one but it was kinda gross

this hotel has the best proximity - walking distance - to college campus and downtown Flagstaff.

The carpet in our room had a few big stains, but we realize this is also a hotel used by hikers and skiers.

There is limited parking out front but a parking garage attached by a walkway to the hotel can be used. Very helpful friendly staff. Lots of luggage carts. We had a suite, very large room with a balcony, spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Beds very comfortable and quiet A/C which does not blow directly onto the bed. Dinner buffet was included and very tasty. Also included a very complete breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay at this chain again.

This is the second time we've stayed at a Drury Inn. We are seniors on a tight budget so initially this seems like a splurge, but if you consider their "Kickback" which includes a couple drinks on the house along with enough bites to make dinner, plus a good breakfast it is worth it! Not driving around to find dinner/breakfast and it more than makes up for higher cost of room. Great staff and service, comfy bed and great location.

As a midway point to the Grand Canyon, we chose the Drury for a one night stay. The staff was VERY friendly; check-in was quick and the room impeccable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get to Flagstaff.

Clean, beautiful room. Excellent customer service! Easy, free parking, so many different enjoyable locations to see within walking distance. Really enjoyed the hot tub/pool and complimentary breakfast and happy hour! Margaritas on point:)

This hotel was across the street from NAU. We visited to explore the campus for our son as a college option. All of the staff here were amazing! So, kind and very helpful! Offered great suggestions for local restaurants and places to visit. We used the pool every night too! Great visit - love the Drury Inn!

We always enjoy our stays at the Drury Inn in Flagstaff. The staff is friendly and very hospitable, the food is good, and the rooms are clean. We love the indoor pool and hot tub too.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We loved having a balcony. Our view was gorgeous. Fresh coffee and free sodas throughout the day were greatly appreciated. The seating areas for eating and lounging were all clean and comfortable. We visit Flagstaff 3-4 times a year and have stayed at other hotels. The Drury Inn will now be our "go to" accommodations!

There is so much to compliment. We were pleased with every part of the time we were there. Parking, food, employees—we couldn't find a fault anywhere.

We were traveling through with a U-Haul trailer and very very happy with our stay in Flagstaff! We were able to park in a safe visible spot and had a nice comfortable room. Free breakfast before we got on the road again too! Highly recommend

Every staff that I encountered was so nice and friendly. Always had a smile on their face and always greet you. Food was amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel. Everything was flawless. It feels like hotels used to feel before. They are truly interested in you having a comfortable stay. The included buffet every evening makes your life so much easier especially with kids.

An upscale hotel with all facilities working (there is nothing more irritating than arriving at a hotel after a long drive only to find their jacuzzi is out of service). The evening Kickback dinner & drinks are a welcome feature ... eliminating the need to go find a restaurant after a day's drive. Cooked fresh, and a reasonable variety. And drinks!!
