Sea view, clean, good value, good location.
There wasn’t air con and the windows didn’t open very far to get a breeze, there was a small fan.
Thought expensive just room only
Extra costs.... £20 eve. M. £15.breakfast
Ideal location for the Spa & South Beach ⛱️ The Staff are so friendly & obliging. If you have a query or problem they go above & beyond to solve the issue. 10 out of 10 for the staff. The Breakfast is really nice. Would definitely recommend this Hotel 🏨

Very clean great staff and location
I've stayed here many times. Staff are lovely. Great location.
Central to everything
Nothing
Location was fabulous for the beach we even had a lovely sea view from our room, staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, room was clean and perfect for our stay
We felt the hotel was more tailored to the older client and thus was reflected in the corridors smelling a little fusty and looking a bit worn, however this did not impact the room which was fresh and well maintained
Very clean 👌it was a nice break
The location is ideal for us. Friendly welcome and staff. Clean and well maintained rooms.
Stayed two nights but each day the bacon at breakfast was over cooked and dry / hard.
Great place to stay
Nothing
The location was great and though the room was small everything was clean and all we needed for a short stay. Enjoyed the sea view. And very friendly staff.
The wait for the lift and breakfast was just ok.
Everything was on par, staff, the room was furnished brilliant, Breakfast lovely. Needs to be upgraded to a 3*

The bed was comfy and clean. Liked the sea view. Located near the beach, but also not far from the train station.
Nice clean

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice
There was nothing to dislike with anything
Great location, friendly helpful staff and clean decent room.
It was slight pricey at £110 for one night room only. But it is by the sea and it was peak season.
The location is ideal, and central for the harbour and south side of Brid. The room was good, we were on the 5th floor with a sea view, Thought the breakfast time's of 8-840 was a rather small window .
A longer breakfast window, say till 9-30.
We had a lovely seaview room on the fifth floor which was very clean, And there was a lift we could use,We was only Bed and Breakfast, but enjoyed our meal and the service was really good, We also stayed for the entertainment which was Ok,
Everything was fine,We had no problem with the hotel,But it's a pity the Land Train did not go to the North Side from where we were staying.
The Location. Seaview, so close to the beach and 15 mins into town. Brilluant
Lift not going to the 6th floor.
Great hotel the receptionists were very friendly room was a good size exceptional clean.
Its me but the quilt cover and pillow cases were polyester and im allergic to it, but I had my own pillow in the car, so that was some of the problem solved, having said that I booked for the following Saturday while eating breakfast.
Easy level access into hotel , lift to all rooms ,cozy seating area with tv ,or a quite lounge are ,seating area outside the hotel …. Cross road to the beach and walking distance to local amenities. Easy parking on road when not too busy ,very comfortable bed ,with great power shower ,hand towels provided. Staff were friendly polite..
The location was perfect to access the town and local restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable
The only problem for us was the fact that the lift only went to the 5th floor ,as a disabled person I found it difficult to get up to the 6th floor.
Absolutely spot on from moment we entered the room lifts ro room room was perfect

Location
The room was a bit warm.
The location was perfect for my needs, spotlessly clean, comfortable , elevator a must when traveling with children . I would definitely stay here again. Plus the price was very reasonable for such excellent accommodation
Cannot think of anything . 😊

Staff where very good very informative. People that had come to stay made us feel very welcome
comfortable easy check in kind helpful staff always smiling and friendly couple travelled independently one disabled parked outside with badge good entertainment didnt eat but excellent drinks prices comfy spotless room as were all communal areas really impressed
First visit but we'll be back. Excellent location in quiet part of Bridlington, friendly staff and very clean rooms. We loved it. Travelled independently by car but stayed as part of an Alfa Travel holiday and the excursions were great.
Our 'double room' was barely big enough for the King sized bed, the view looked over the back of adjoining properties, however the bathroom was clean even though the wash basin was incredibly small.
The staff were generally very polite and helpful and the location ion the hotel was close to all amenities .
Nice food nice staff, value for money
Lovely staff, nice views. Clean and smells fresh. I enjoyed staying here
Perhaps better room facilities, more coffee, note pad etc
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable.
Nothing. I will certainly stay there again
Rearly pleased with this hotel, very clean, pleasant staff, we had a lovely room with nice compact bathroom. breakfast was fine in nice dining / entertainment room. Nice lounge.
For a 2* it was very good indeed, friendly staff, we had a good sized room overlooking the bay that was very clean, good shower in compact bathroom, comfortable bed, breakfast was adequate, nice good lounges
Restricted meal times but can understand why,
The staff were very friendly, hotel was clean, the food was good, and served very quickly
Nothing it was being used as a homeless hostel. It should not be being advertised as a hotel whilst being used for the homeless. I left after 1 night out of six. Left out of pocket due to no refund. Extremely disappointed
It was being used as a homeless hostel. It should not be being advertised as a hotel whilst being used for the homeless. I left after 1 night out of six. Left out of pocket due to no refund. Extremely disappointed, avoid at all costs
Comfy bed shower was good coffee and tea facilities
The room was smelly ie nicotine even though a smoke free hotel
good value. good staff
No parking
The lady receptionist in the morning was more welcoming. The location was good.
The staff were not too friendly. The room had a musty smell to it. It was not like described on booking.com site the pictures make it look better than it was. The breakfast were cold and you could only have it between 8am and 8.40am. I have never had that before. Very uncomfortable stay. I will not be going back there. Too overpriced.
Cleanliness, nice breakfast, bar and entertainment, centrally situated for all other amenities, lovely friendly staff.
Location was ideal for an event we attended. Comfortable hotel and friendly staff.

The staff, location, restaurant, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and the whole experience was excellent value for money. You can even pay as you go in the restaurant on a day-to-day basis which makes it very flexible.
There's nothing I would have wanted done differently or better.
Lovely across from the sea front. And was a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable.
Nothing
Helpful & cheery staff. Really knowledgeable with directions. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds. We literally used the hotel for sleep from 11.30pm to 10am.
Other than the cost & the £10 early check in charge, everything was fine. The shower wasnt great. The water trickled out.
Well done Monarch Hotel!! We spent an excellent week-end at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We travelled with Coopers Tours (and my I say our tour guide and driver John was first class!) and from our lovely welcome from Dan (manager) to the lovely farewell from him, our stay was faultless. Our room was bright and clean, with very comfy beds and new furniture. Shout out for the 'Housekeeping' staff. We were served a varied menu that was very tasty and catered for my allergy very well, Our waitress Sydney was very kind, thoughtful and helpful as indeed all the dining room staff were. I was helped with my mobility difficulties and the 'charging of my scooter'. All staff were 'on the ball' with this. The nightly entertainments were great and I even managed to win at Bingo.....twice. The bar staff were excellent, always cheerful and smiling. We have stayed at a few Leisureplex hotels and we have never been disappointed but Dan and his lovely staff seem to go the 'extra mile'! Well done. We will be back.
Great location. Lovely staff. Overall extremely clean and lovely throughout. Brilliant!
2nd visit has good as ever given lovely twin room with slight sea view Daniel new manager very good talks to all his guests staff friendly food very good served quickly always feel home from home here great cafe opposite In spa and good cafe in boyles get to old town and priory
Breakfast was good staff friendly
Room spacious and comftable, location great, breakfast was lovely and so we're staff.
The attic room was very noisy but only because we were in the middle of a storm. I'm nervous in storms. Of course, that is not a hotel issue.
Perfect location, bar including is a bonus, great sea view.
For the price of £83 for one night in winter is too expensive and having no heating in the room on a stormy rainy night was unacceptable I really should have or expected a refund or reduction or at least help to use the washer dryer,I had to wear wet clothes the day after.
really comfy bed, smooth check in and the man who checked us in was so nice! perfect location too and very clean room
breakfast was quite slow and food wasn’t amazing (we had the full english) but they were understaffed the morning we had breakfast so wasn’t representative of the hotel as a whole! but we did still enjoy parts of the food :)
Staff very welcoming. Lovely comfortable warm room. Breakfast great.
Close to all amenities didnt have breakfast
