Dirty curtains with holes in on approach, dirty head board, carpet corners full of dust, room door didn't lock, no staff on hand to deal with problems. Waited outside for 20mins before ringing owner who then told us the key was in the key box outside.

Stayed before great helpfull. He helpe me get my bike in. It was a struggle but we got there. Will stay again next time.

It smelt of stale smoke when we arrived at property and we got given room 8 with 2 single beds the springs in the mattresses was coming out. Me and my partner had to leave we couldn’t sleep on the beds. I wouldn’t rate this as I would not be booking to stay here ever again

The room had peeling walls, a hole in the net curtain, stained bedding (hairs on pillow cases), thick dust, cobwebs everywhere, we couldn't put any clothes in the drawers as they were filthy. It was that bad we went out and bought towels to cover the pillows and duvets, we covered ourselves up with our coats to try and get some sleep whilst actively looking for alternative accommodation, which was proving virtually impossible for the first and second night. There was black mould on the bathroom ceiling and also very dirty. Nobody came in to empty the bins, leave clean towels, or replenish the tea and coffee facility, we cut our stay short and checked out after the second night before breakfast. In short, this accommodation was inhabitable.

Staff were lovely and friendly and we were near to sea front only 5 minutes walk.

The shower was in need of cleaning. And the room had paint flaking off the wall next to single bed. mould on the ceiling in the shower and the sticky back tiles were hanging off the wall. The hotel takes pets so smells very strongly of dogs and could do with a good overall clean.

The location

The room wasn't very clean, the carpet was very dirty. There were stains on the curtains and the bed base was ripped. The duvet cover zip was broken and the clothes storage was a disaster area, a converted cupboard, was never putting our clothes in there. The bathroom was better, but not great. The whole establishment smelled of dogs, which is okay as it is doggy friendly, but it needed to be masked with air fresheners.

Great place, really convenient. Very friendly.

breakfast was fantastic and we were so grateful you were able to accommodate the dietary preferences of two children with challenges and accommodate out doggo.

very minor but my daughter found the peeling paint which she tried to chew on. I dint mention it as im sure it would have been sorted and wasn't a huge thing that effected the stay.

Brilliant little guest house. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Really goid home cooked breakfast !!! Great loacation both for north and south beaches. Old town lovely and quaint , new town lots of shops aĺl open. Great fun fair and lovely fish and chips

Really enjoyed two nights in Bridlington and would go to Jasmine again !!!

Location not bad, spa and a few restaurants, plus costcutter shop less than 5 mins walk away. Other shops, eateries, beach further but still within short walk from guest house. Big room and bathroom, shower very good, breakfast very good, John is an amazing host.

Very little- only small gripe (and we did not advise John of this), my husband found inside the shower cubicle a bit slippy underfoot, whilst he was using shower.

The host was a friendly man. Great breakfast Fridge in foyer to get water and pop.

The room was a little tired. Marks around shower unit. Towels thin There was no bar so on arrival had to look for somewhere to grab a drink.

Advertised as outside parking ??room not very clean at all, toilet seat falls down causing difficulty as a male, duvet filthy under a ill fitting cover, breakfast served between 8/8.30? Not good if you’ve had a night out ?? You go away for a rest, early breakfast and out by 10am not for me , fair to say very Dated ??

It was ok for a night, not what it says on the tin, won’t go again ??

Second time of staying, stayed in the family room. Provided everything we needed. Lovely staff Good breakfast Good location, close to seafront. Really appreciated the ceiling fan. Will definitely stay again

Shower was a bit tricky to work

The friendly owners and how helpful they were. The location which was good for the seafront and in a Central position. The bedroom was lovely and the beds comfortable..

The bathroom looked tired but it was clean and tidy. It would be better if more modern.

Quiet, peaceful area, great hosts, short walk to one of the beaches. Little bit of a walk through the town to the other beach and funfair. But it helps walk off any food.Room was as you expect, clean, welcoming. Bring your own shower stuff as nothing was there. But then you want your own anyway. Breakfast was epic, only ten minutes to the train station. Not sure about parking. Ta muchly

Room (8) was hot, and because people had nicked them, no fans, but once the breeze came in from the sea it cooled down nicely

Great value.... Parking included! Breakfast included! No charge for the dog! Friendly welcome from the owner. A pleasant establishment. Maisie ( dog) was allowed in the dining room which proves it really was 'dogs welcome" - I've stayed elsewhere where I had to have breakfast earlier or after other guests had finished. She also got a tasty breakfast sausage, which doesn't happen often. My breakfast was nicely cooked and tasty...just enough to set me up for a nice day walking. Owner quickly accomodated me in a different room, when I explained why I couldn't stay. The owner manages mostly by himself, with help from a friend, so he does well.

Issues with my room had me go downstairs, with my bags, ready to leave BUT owner offered me a different room, and then brought my bags up for me. 8.30 was the latest for breakfast, but it worked out without a rush - I was in shortly before then, after a dog-walk and owner immediately attended to my breakfast requirements. There's a small charge for extra tea/coffee/ milks, but I always bring my own, do that was fine. The owner's friend came into my room at 9 - even though I didn't have to vacate til 10. I would've knocked, but just a reminder to lock the door.

Friendly staff. Room on first floor front. Large room with en-suite shower room. Bed comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Full English.

Great dog friendly guest house. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely. The location was perfect, very close to South Beach. We would definitely stay again.

Well 3 bed rooms thought we would have has a family room all together the my daughter went to get in bed and its broken plus tv was notvwork are switching on they was mould on the ceiling and I payed 170 which i thought tht was bad for every one and lose tht money not happy

The breakfasts were brilliant and plenty of it. The owner was very helpful and friendly and really, really obliging.

The rooms were a bit tired looking and the furniture had seen better days but they were clean and tidy with a TV in each room. We had the top floor to ourselves which was great as the four kids were ‘contained’ with a safety gate at the top. Plenty of clean white towels and plenty of hot water with a washbasin in each room.

greeting was wonderful, told me best place to have a chippy tea.

Friendly staff that helped wherever they could and the morning breakfast was a bonus.
