The staff were wonderful, very kind and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate.

Using the lifts was not optimal as they were very slow. The hallways were very hot with no cooling system throughout...the carpet needs changing. These are esthetics. I like the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and everything is near, except the main train station but it is not that critical. The interior is old-school but i had a charm to it. The staff is very friendly so Kudos to them, especially the lady when we had breakfast Stefania, she was so nice and friendly with us and that is exceptional.

It was nice, but we expected our room to have a third bed not a sofa bed and the lightning needs to be improved it was very dark in the room, and be a bit more specious.

Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppichboden ist sehr stark verschmutzt.

Кроме приветливого персонала и месторасположения отелы не понравилось ничего. Отель расположен в узкой грязной улице, в жилом доме. Номер грязный, особенно ванная комната, ощущение, что в номере не убирают вообще. Было неприятно пользоваться душевой кабиной и туалетом. В отеле очень странное расположение, не сразу можно понять куда нужно идти. Добраться до номера можно с пересадками на этажах в двух лифтах. Грязный ковролин, на террасе, где проходят завтраки не мешало бы подмести мусор. В этот отель я бы не вернулась и точно не порекомендовала бы.

Witam , niestety niemogę wypowiedzieć się na temat pobytu i lokalizacji ponieważ ze względu na wybuch Etny, mój lot został odwołany i nie dotarłem na miejsce , ale w tej wyjątkowej sytuacji hotel zachował się bardzo elegancko i zwrócił zablokowane pieniądze za rezerwację. Myślę że przy tak dobrym podejściu do swoich klientów hotelowi należy się najwyższa ocena, polecam i pozdrawiam.

È un butique hotel ubicato all’Interno di un bellissimo palazzo storico a due passi da Via Etnea e asant’Agata. La struttura è un pochino datata, ma ben mantenuta e sono stati realizzati interventi di ristrutturazione che, assieme ai bellissimi soffitti affrescati la rendono molto charmant. Le camere sono grandi e molto comode. Impagabile il comodissimo parcheggio interno al chiostro, gestito benissimo dallo staff dell’hotel. Aggiungo poi che questo boutique hotel è dotato di un’anima, ci ferita dal meraviglioso staff che vi lavora. Oltre alla grande professionalità, non manca mai un sorriso, una gentilezza, la cortesia e disponibilità. Oltre al personale della reception, che offre un’attenzione quasi personale ad ogni ospite, la signora Stefania alle colazioni è una persona che con la sua gentilezza e carineria fa iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto. Quando tornerò a Catania, cercherò nuovamente posto in questa bellissima struttura, che è stata una bellissima sorpresa

Not sure where to start! Absolutely amazing staff, every single one of them. Communication amazing, ensured they met our exact needs.It was a very last minute booking as our flight home was cancelled last minute. I always wanted that authentic Italian experience within a town environment and WOW we got that. Breakfast on the roof terrace was unbelievable, again the catering team could not do enough for us (a family of four). The architecture in the rooms is out of this world. It is like something out of a classic Italian film. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We only stayed two nights until our flight was re arranged, but i am now looking for an excuse to re visit for another break 😁.

Buen desayuno, sugiero completar un poco las opciones no-dulces.

L’établissement est très bien situé dans la ville, dans le centre historique de Catane. Le personnel est excessivement gentil, bienveillant et à l’écoute (merci à Giuseppe et Stefania !). Les chambres sont très jolies et chargées d’histoire.

Le climatisation dans la chambre n’était probablement pas assez puissante pour la taille de la chambre. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec un lit double et deux lits simples. Un des lits simples était le canapé … Manque de variété et de quantité au petit déjeuner (produits non renouvelés)

Doesn't look like hotel from the outside, but once on the fourth floor it is very quaint. Were able to park and leave our luggage before check in time. 24hr reception. had a lovely breakfast outside on the patio. We had a beautiful room with original floor and ceiling

Hotel centrale ideale per visitare in tranquillità Catania. Staff gentilissimo, camera molto bella con un affresco del 400 sul soffitto (vedi foto) che da solo vale il prezzo pagato. Buona la colazione servita in terrazzo. Inoltre la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio privato nel cortile della struttura lo rende un'ottima scelta.

Colazione straordinaria servita in terrazza da Stefania che ci ha fatto sentire come ospiti amati a casa sua. Qualità delle materie e livello di servizio da 10 e lode. Massimo alla Reception ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua con consigli per visite, ristoranti, curiosità della città. Ti fanno proprio venire voglia di tornare!

Lo stato del vicolo davanti all'ingresso non rende giustizia alla qualità complessiva dell'ospitalità.

Ein ehrwürdes Stadtpalais mit großem Garten hinter einer hohen Mauer. Man muss etwas suchen, bis man den unscheinbaren Eingang gefunden hat. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Parkplatz im Hof gebucht, denn Parkplätze in der Innenstadt von Catania sind reine Glückssache. Das sehr gute Frühstück genossen wir auf der Dachterrasse. Um die Ecke liegt eines der besten Restaurants: Im Il Cumpari Turridu gibt es ein köstliches Filet vom Nebrodi-Schwein – ein Genuss!

My nephew and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a Superior Room, which was incredibly spacious. It easily accommodated all of our luggage and gave us plenty of space to unpack and spread out without ever feeling crowded. On of thee highlights of our stay was the highly efficient air conditioning. Being able to control the room temperature directly from our room made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Unparalleled hospitality from Stephania!! Our breakfast experience was absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to Stephania. She is exceptionally attentive and possesses a rare gift for hospitality that sets her apart from anyone else. Stephania didn't just serve us, she anticipated our every need before we had to ask, brining a warm genuine energy that instantly brightened our entire morning. Her flawless memory and perfect timing made us feel incredibly valued and cared for. Each morning, Stephania remembered my dietary preference for cappuccino with soy milk and lactose free yogurt. If you are lucky enough to have Stephania hosting you for breakfast, you are truly in for an unparalleled experience. Thank you Stephania, for making our stay so special! Our concierge Guiseppi was equally warm and welcoming as Stephania. Following his excellent advice, my nephew and I ended up dining at Street 54 restaurant for 3 out of our 8 day stay . Disponibilità e cortesia del personale.

Le rifiniture nel bagno ( box doccia, fuga delle piastrelle ecc.) potrebbero essere migliorate. Il condizionatore si è rivelato un pò rumoroso.

It was advertised with parking and I had requested parking in a message to which there was no response. When I got there the reception staff said the parking was full so I parked legally on the street. She said I should pay via an app in the morning (which sounded pretty complicated for a non Italian speaking person). Anyway that was not even needed as I got a ticket the same evening I arrived at 22:08 which was a Sunday night. Anyway good place to stay but parking was a poor experience.

Great hotel the staff were really welcoming. We booked last minute due to flight cancellation and they were ready to greet us. The room was lovely and clean, the aircon was cold and breakfast on the terrace was lovely.

The service was exceptional. My flight was delayed and I was allowed to check back into my room for the remaining hours. The breakfast was also great with many choices.

The facilities are quite outdated. The bathroom, in particular, feels worn, with noticeable limescale buildup and peeling finishes, which creates an unpleasant impression despite being clean. Although booking states that on-site parking is available, we only found out on the morning of check-in—when we contacted the hotel to ask how to access the parking—that it had to be reserved in advance. We had not received any information from the hotel beforehand about the check-in or parking procedures. Parking is available at an additional cost, and because the number of spaces is very limited, availability cannot be guaranteed. In addition, accessing the parking requires calling the reception on the fourth floor which makes the check-in process a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manganelli Palace. The hotel is located conveniently close to all the major sightseeing highlights of Catania. Staff was very friendly and the room spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Catania.

Everything!! Do yourself a favor and book the suite room. Great value and beautiful architecture. The staff could not have been more lovely and accommodating and the breakfast on the terrace was fantastic. All this and in the best location you can ask for in Centro Catania

Rue de l'hôtel sale et couverte de tags. J'avais réservé un parking à 14 € la journée, il a fallu que l'on vienne m'ouvrir une cour intérieure immense où il n'y avait que notre voiture. Le checkout de la chambre étant à 11h on a demandé à laisser la voiture jusqu'à 14h, ils nous on fait payer 7 euros de plus ..... Réception au 4ème, mais pour aller à la chambre au 3ème nécessité de reprendre un autre ascenseur dans un dédale de couloirs. Chambre vieillotte avec une climatisation bruyante et en fin de vie. Accueil hyper obséquieux qui ne se justifie en rien. Petit déjeuner en terrasse correct sans plus. Le réceptionniste a voulu m'empêcher de garder ma clé de chambre prétextant qu'il n'en avait qu'une ce que j'ai refusé etc, etc ...
