Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Great location, with delicious cafés nearby especially ES Café, which had excellent breakfasts. Very convenient access to the ferry. The area was pleasant, modern, clean and quiet. The hotel itself was cozy and very clean, with daily housekeeping. We also appreciated being able to use the microwave, which was especially convenient when traveling with a child.
These are more recommendations than complaints. There is no bathroom exhaust fan, so the bathroom gets very steamy after a shower. A small magnifying/makeup mirror would also be a nice addition. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, it would be nice to have a few more complimentary toiletries beyond shampoo and soap. The pool area is also almost always in direct sun, and there are no umbrellas near the loungers, so it is difficult to relax there comfortably.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié que la piscine et le spa soient à l'extérieure. Avoir la possibilité de déjeuner sur la terrasse extérieure.
La piscine aura besoin d'un entretien, et on peut dire que c'est un spa.

Room size is tight and layout not optimized with very limited cloth’s storage. Electric sockets in room were not easy to connect to. All our phone plugs were very loose and kept disconnecting or falling off. Had to go to different floors to get access to an ice maker machine.

Lors de notre arrivée le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas ( pièce (Bouton) manquant) et cela a prit un moment avant d'avoir du personnelle a notre chambre pour régler la situation.

Localização fora da cidade com essa dificuldade de deslocamento, pois precisa da balsa. De carro é ainda mais longe.

Déçu que lors de la location il est mentionné déjeuner continental et que finalement on doit payé 15$ rendu a la salle du déjeuner. Nous étions dans pes premier a l'ouverture et a part des croissant foule crème sucre dessus il y avait peu de choix. Meme pas de pains pour les toasts et pas d'oeuf, tres déçu.

Salle de bain très bien, mais les joints autour du bain devraient être refaits. La machine Nespresso est une excellente attention. Petit gym bien équipé. Belle piscine extérieure chauffée (non essayée). Deux bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques, souvent occupées — en ajouter d’autres serait un plus. Ascenseurs spacieux mais un peu lents. Déjeuner continental correct, avec des ingrédients de qualité.

So Im here at a hotel with four adults and the managers is telling me that I have made my booking wrong. Not even willing to speak with me, just hid in her office and what I say is what I say. I feel like customer service here really need a review of how to treat clients better. I never ever received a call from them and now we are stuck with a queen size sofa because the manager said so. Very very poor management!!!! This is the second time a Sheraton had screwed us off. Will never recommend any Four Sheraton hotel to no one. Over price way iver price. Not even a mini fridge or a microwave!!!! Not a satisfied customer at all!!! Hey Im not even a customer to the wonderful management here. Wow just wow!!! Now i know how to not service customer. And Ive been in customer service for most of my life, 20 year of experience and I would of never ever answered one of an unsatisfied customer to way I was served tonight. Wow big flat zero for customer service!!!

The pool , breakfast was over priced. I had me and my 3 kids under 10 is it cost me over 50 for muffins, fruitloop cereal. They had a waiter who literally did nothing other than tell me where to sit and then bring me my bill. And still asked for a tip . Brutal

whole experience was terrible, we did not even had a proper bed to sleep. they did not provide what we paid for
