The location was good, considering we had a lot to do on the west side. The hotel and room were clean, and considering how expensive hotels have become, this felt like a deal

Katherine, at the front desk was amazing. The bed was comfy, breakfast was good, wasn't loud

The remote for the TV didn't work. The curtains on the windows don't close all the way...yes there is a pull shade, but it doesn't make the room dark enough. The coffee pot being in the bathroom is unsanitary to me

The fridge in room could have been colder, felt like it wasn’t on.

I liked that the room was pretty clean and close to an exit to our vehicle.

I thought the location was hidden and wasn't sure where to park and where the front entrance was located. The breakfast was ok but again hidden. The water pressure wasn't good and the shower head was to high to reach to adjust. The room could've used a small microwave.

The staff that checked us in was very friendly. The room and pool was clean. The breakfast was very good.

Did not like that there was no microwave in our room. It was inconvenient to have to keep going out of our room to microwave our food.

Very disappointed in the bathroom. Shower doors needed a good cleaning. Shower walls had pieces of something hanging loose. Needless to say we did not use it. Expected a lot more from Hampton Inn. Riding on reputation. Won’t stay again.

The room had a musty smell. We had to wait on the breakfast items we wanted to eat and there was no seating available.

Beautiful hotel and room for a reasonable price

Wish it had been closer to highway I came in on. Very tired from 16 hours of driving and heavy traffic that slowed things down around outskirts of Chicago. But everything was wonderful and kudos to the young lady at check-in . She was very helpful with figuring out out my tv

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The property felt safe and generally well kept.

There were several service gaps that were disappointing. The room did not include basic items such as shower caps, and toothbrushes were not available for purchase or at the front desk. There was also no pen or notepad in the room, which is a small detail but inconvenient for business travel. At check-in, the POS system was down, which made the arrival process disorganized and inefficient. The most frustrating issue was billing related. I paid $139 for the room and an additional $37 for a late checkout, which I approved. However, I was then charged an additional $37.75. When I called to inquire about the duplicate charge, I was told it would “drop off” because their system sometimes does that. As of March 3rd (for a February 21st stay), the charge was still pending on my credit card. When I attempted to express concern about the charge, I was told that management (Alex and Lauren) were about to join a Zoom call and did not have time to address the issue. The tone on the phone felt dismissive and unhelpful, which added to the frustration. Unfortunately, due to the billing issue and how it was handled, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Nice location. Coffee was hot. Best part was the make your own waffle. Tasted great but, wish powdered sugar was also offered with the syrup..

Eggs, potatoes, sausages were bland and barely warm.

The staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were clean. Location was great for what I was there for.

I didn’t see anything posted about breakfast times. Only on the room where it was. A small area with cardio would have been nice. I got a knock on my door from hotel staff before 10:00 in the morning, seemingly checking to see if I was still there. Unexpected since checkout isn’t until noon. I didn’t have the door tag on because I didn’t think I needed to.

Pool was awful. COLD, filthy, definitely cleaned 6 months ago. 2. We woke up to fire alarm ~6:30am. Got outside. Not fun. Apparently it was false alarm. Bed was so loud. Every turn was a chance to wake my kid.

Staff was fabulous

Bed was too hard. Didn’t tell us time of breakfast nor where pool was and didn’t tel us we weren’t on the first floor. Also could t find salt and pepper anywhere at breakfast.

I've been to this hotel a few times now and the front desk staff is superb. No matter the hour or the person... I've always been greeted with a smile and have been treated with politeness and a willingness to help. Excellent customer service. Aside from that... I come for the pool.. My grandkids want to stay in it the entire time we are here. A great shallow pool designed for families. The clean rooms, great location and continental breakfast are just added bonuses

Love this hotel except for ran traps right inside door to lobby. Those should not be there.

Not only were staff very helpful, but they even called us when our room required maintenance and found us another with handicap friendly equipment. I was impressed that they went the extra mile to be sure we had the room we wanted.

Very helpful staff; good breakfast, good room and parking. The only recommendation I would make is for better lighting in the room for reading.

Easy check in friendly staff. Rooms were decent and clean but seemed maybe a little outdated.

Check in was fast and any time I spoke to a staff they were extremely helpful and nice. Even got a text when we arrived and settled asking if we needed anything. That was nice:) room was big and comfy!
