The location was great and the beds were comfy. The staff were pleasant and the facilities were clean.

Something at breakfast made me quite ill. The food tasted fine but didn't agree with me for some reason.

The air conditioner was very loud when turned on. Pillows were too dense Bathrooms/shower could use an upgrade.

Our stay was great overall. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The only issue was with the pillows. Unfortunately, they had a strong unpleasant smell, possibly from the previous guest. I had to spray quite a bit of perfume on them just to make them tolerable. Hopefully, the pillows can be checked or replaced more thoroughly for future guests.

I would have liked a room safe. I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Expresses in Europe; the breakfast buffet has many more options and better quality food and coffee. I did not like the plastic utensils and paper plates.

Room was not clean. Had to call housekeeping to change the sheets as soon as we checked in. Bathroom has was also not clean and had what looked like mold around the tub.

My kids enjoyed the pool and we liked the flexibility of the 10pm closure so they could go for a swim after dinner. The breakfast was also really solid.

The pull out bed was really uncomfortable. It was lumpy and creaked constantly. My kids who slept in it had trouble sleeping and they can sleep anywhere.

We stayed here on our trip to Kingston. It is not close to downtown but it’s not a long drive. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. It was very clean. We had the complimentary breakfast. It had good options and was a good start to our day. Our room was quiet and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again

We required an accessible room as my husband is in a wheelchair. The shower was a wheel in, with a bench provided but the floor needs to be sloped better to the drain to avoid water running out towards the door. We were told that would happen but it really needs to be looked at. Also being an accessible room the bed is very high. Our daughter was with us thankfully, or it may have been hard for him and myself to get him in bed

Amenities available, cleanliness of rooms, spaciousness of rooms. Cleaning staff was SO friendly and polite in the morning. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast/serving staff was very quick and responsive in maintaining a clean and sanitary area.

Selection of breakfast food could be improved (ie. conniving looks old and dry, and there should have been a greater selection of fresh fruit). The floor we stayed on smelled of very strong weed when we arrived. Walls/floors are THIN - our neighbours above sounded like a herd of elephants.

The staff were courteous, hotel was clean, good variety of food items at breakfast, very centrally located to other shops, restaurants etc........We have stayed here before so we know what to expect.

The parking situation was okay but very crowded on the night we were there. We had to parking in behind not adjacent to the main door. However, it was not bad.

Breakfast was decent. Availability of Laundry was a plus (detergent is owner responsibility, which is fine). Two lifts was good.

I was charged for parking - 6$ per day - not that it's too much, but they could've easily adjusted in the room itself. Staff didn't have a clue what MAT was. There were kids jumping in the pool and causing nuisance, none of the staff bothered. There's heaps of dust below beds, now that's pathetic.

Great location off the highway. Breakfast was great, lots of room. Room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience.

Nothing could have been better. The small issue was lack of parking. But certainly not a big deal.

We had stayed at the hotel with a hockey team for a tournament in Kingston and there was a mix up and the hotel called and went over and above to ensure we had a room and didnt lose our reservation. Owen from group sales was professional and very helpful. Thank you for making this experience great for us and the team.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub and the pool. Both the pool and the jacuzzi had COLD water with an excessive amount of chemicals in it. We were offered to use a pool in next door hotel that I could have booked if I had known that Holiday Inn has troubles with their thermostat.

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged $6 a night for the parking , I think this should be included with the stay like all the hotels that I stayed in , this was the first Holiday inn that I was charged for parking on it’s premises.

We booked this hotel over the others because of the pool and the breakfast when we checked in our room key didn't work had to go all the way back to the desk to get it again. Then we tried to go swimming about 35 kids on the loose in the gym and the pool my daughter got hit with pool noodle and then jumped on in the 5 mins we tried to staff the parents of these kids were outside not supervising their kids going bananas it was awful. Then of course the breakfast was gross cold pancake machine wasn't working honestly probably my worst hotel stay ever!

I like the location and the staff working during breakfast are friendly and attentive.

The people who checked in infront of our room are noisy and keeps banging their door.Only one elevator is working too which is not so helpful.

I like to prepay for my stay online. However with the IHG rewards app this is not an option. You have to pay at the property. I lose my rewards when I pay and book thru booking.com

The property was up to date. It would’ve been nice to have an updated tv to access things like Netflix for the kids ect. Pancakes were good.

The pool & hot tub heaters were broken. We were not informed before hand that these amenities weren’t working. We came here to literally just swim with the kids and use the hot tub. We were very disappointed.
