Stayed with my family as a stop between Southern California and our trip to Monterey Bay. Was a great place! Rooms were really clean and spacious and the microwave helped with heated up leftovers for the kids. The breakfast was great and we were able to fuel up and get back on the road. The front desk employees were helpful and friendly at night and in the morning. We visited the little zoo before we got back on the road. The vibe of the place was chill and family friendly.

1st time staying in a Holiday Inn. The overall experience to value is excellent. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was great and helpful. It was also our family's 1st time traveling with our dog fro vacation. It was very good.

We loved everything. The hotel is so clean, it is unbelievable, which is nr 1 priority for me. Lady at the reception desk was so nice and helpful, we arrived on 30th June 2026 around 1pm. She found us a room and we could settle in before check in. Room smelled so nice, everything was spotless. Breakfast is good, you can find healthy food to eat. Pool was wonderful, spent there afternoon. We did laundry, the hotel offers quarters so you can use it anytime. One of the best hotels, and we have slept in. Thank you 🙏🏻

Clean, quiet and great staff. Our stay could not have been better. The staff is AMAZING. They are engaged with their guest and engaging! Safe for solo travel and great for families. Cozy beds and breakfast is perfect. Quiet rooms. The coffee is great but if you must you can walk to Starbucks in a minute....but really, why. Location is perfect. Near everything and if you go to SLO jut jump on 101!

Typical Holiday Inn. Clean facility, comfortable bed. But unfortunately, they had a problem with their sewer system, and it had backed up into our bathtub. Apparently, the staff was not aware of it. It had been there for a while and before we checked in. You could smell the backed-up sewer system in some of the rooms on the first floor. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

The staff was very friendly, and it was in a great location right off the 101.

I didn't realize that you had to cancel within 8 days of the stay, but I booked it 7 days before the stay, and tried canceling it 4 days before the stay, and I was unable to. I know rules are rules, but I think there should be exceptions to those sometimes. They would have still had 3 Days to book someone else in the room. I will be paying closer attention to cancellation policies now, so it was a learning lesson.

The staff is always so welcoming. Very professional swift check in. Beds are perfect. Rooms are clean, smell clean but not overly fragrant. Hot tub and pool were great.

Water pressue in the shower is a little low.

This place continues to advertise themselves as "pet friendly".. THEY ARE NOT! THEY ARE "DOG FRIENDLY"! As CATS ARE PETS, AS WELL(!).. This is misleading.. and not being familiar with the area.. I was routed to this place, twice(!), during the month and a half that I needed to book longer stays while I searched for a place to rent, in the Paso Robles area. The second time I ended-up at the same facility/recognizing the desk clerk - he wouldn't help me request a refund.. because it was MY mistake. Unfortunately, it's hard being completely accurate when you're looking at multiple places being suggested, to you, through an app, arriving at night.. Or in your car, on the road.. a gas station or a Starbucks.

The breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable for me. My wife felt it was OK. We had the same hotel booked for our return drive, but canceled the reservation for the return trip and reserved a night at the nearby Fairfield Marriott, which was very enjoyable for both of us. The Marriott room was a close equivalent, except the bed was comfortable for us both.

The location is excellent and very close to the freeway. There is a starbucks in the same complex, however we didn't go there because there was a costa coffee machine in the lobby. They also offer free water and breakfast is included as well. The staff is amazing and they try their best to keep the guests happy. Beds are comfortable as well and they offer both soft and firm pillows.

My only issue at this time was noisy neighbors and people who kept their cars running at 5 am but that is not the hotel's fault and I am sure this problem can be easily solved by using earplugs.

Received a warm welcome from Dameon, who put us in a quieter king room. We were there during New Year's week. We enjoyed 2 great morning breakfasts, and quiet evenings, even New Year's Eve, after long days of seeing the Central Coast. The bed was comfortable, the room sparkling clean, and the shower was nice and warm. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed the full service breakfast with eggs and bacon, sausage and pancakes! Beds were comfortable. Spa was nice and hot and very clean, pool was heated!

Walls were thin, could hear people in room above us romping on the floor. Doors were noisy every time they opened and shut! Pillows were too soft they went flat even when stacked 3 high!

Staff was kind and professional. Room was clean and nice. It's a small establishment but good. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. However, it was quiet with no issues when I was there. EV tesla charging is available around back but very expensive. Superchargers nearby are much cheaper and faster. I would stay here again if the price was right.

Hotel was conveniently located, rooms were very clean and maintained. Beds were very comfortable and warm, pillows also were soft and not overly stuffed.

Something has to be done with the pancake machine. Don’t get me wrong I love pancakes in the morning and the machine is very easy to use, but it kept malfunctioning, the poor worker whom was the only one kept having to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue all while balancing their other duties.

Clean and very comfortable with all the amenities and a fabulous breakfast. Fresh coffee available at all times. Dog friendly and pet area was kept clean. The staff was super attentive and helpful- ALWAYS working, cleaning, helping, etc.

לי המקטם היה מאוד נח, כמה דק הליכה מהמקום שבאתי לעבוד בא,צוות מקסים, נקי מאוד, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד.

בלילה הראשון ישנתי בקומה הראשונה בצד שפונה לכביש המהיר, היה מאוד רועש מהכביש, וגם מאוד מוקדם נשמע רעש מהמסדרון של ילדים.

We stayed her 1 night with our 2 pups. The hotel front desk staff are very warm and friendly. The hotel had a lot of action going on with workers staying here and doors closing/ opening a LOT with some partying activity in the back parking lot. Our room was clean and comfortable for the most part but the toilet seat had some drips on it which were not water and that was a bit off putting but in the interest of time and being tired after a long day of driving with dogs I cleaned it myself. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from for a free amenity!

Friendly and professional staff. All were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were clean. I appreciate that they placed us in rooms across from each other and how considerate they were to place us on the first floor near an exit to outside as we were traveling with 3 dogs. Thank you so much.

This was the BEST Holiday Inn express I have ever experienced! I wish that this location could teach every other location how things should be! Room was spotless, front desk was nothing short of excellent and very professional. Breakfast was fully stocked and perfect! (This is rare!) there was a charger for my car and the pool was clean and in great condition! I would not have asked for anything to be different! Please make your other locations mirror this one!!

From initial greeting to leaving the following morning our experience was very positive. Checking was a breeze and MNate made certain our requests were met. The heated pool and spa were a treat. Our room quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
