Wir haben mittlerweile diverse Reisen in den USA unternommen und daher verschiedenste Unterkünfte gehabt. Aber Home2Suites gehört für uns zu den Favoriten. Große und saubere Zimmer. Toller Service. Und ein vernünftiges Frühstück. Hier hatten wir noch ein separates Schlafzimmer. Dazu 2 Zugänge zum Bad/WC - gut durchdacht (man muss also vom Schlafsofa nicht durch das Schlafzimmer um in das Bad zu kommen).

Everything was so clean and nice. The pool was heated and perfect.

I think the only thing I could imagine changing would be bigger pool towels, other than that everything was amazing.

The breakfast was not restocked during breakfast, some items like the French toast, egg bites, hash browns, potato wedges and some bread items were not restocked after 9am even though breakfast was not over until 10am. Many hotel guest did not get any

The hotel, while 5 years old seemed brand new. Lovely large room, convenient location and helpful friendly staff, offering dinner suggestions that were excellent. Pleasant experience all the way around!

Breakfast was very poor for the price I paid and the sitting area dirty not clean at all.

The hotel itself is just okay, but we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that the sheets and pillowcases on one of the two beds were so wrinkled that they looked as though they had simply already been used. The contrast was all the more striking because the bed next to it looked perfectly normal. We raised the issue with the manager, who gave us an explanation about the way the sheets were washed, which we found rather unconvincing. He apologized and gave us a fresh set of sheets so that we could remake the bed ourselves. I’ll let you judge the level of customer experience for yourself! Breakfast is decent, but many items run out very quickly because the service simply cannot keep up with the number of guests and how busy it gets. The attendant is unable to restock the small buffet areas quickly enough. In short, you either have to give up on getting what you wanted or wait for it to be replenished. It becomes frustrating very quickly. We had stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but I have to admit that this latest experience was genuinely disappointing. It simply did not live up to expectations.

Breakfast was terrible and no utensils or plates ever, bad customer service and the pull out bed didn’t work and it was dirty.

I was impressed with this facility well taken care of. The amount of amenities where excellent and we wished to have had more to to enjoy them.

There was just a small hiccup with one of the staff members who was working our first night she was a little grumpy. But we didn’t let that stop us from having a good time.

Lots of freeway noise from multiple sides of hotel. While the hotel looks new and compelling, the construction quality is disappointing (electrical shorts, can't run AC on 'high' or 'auto'- only 'low', bathroom sink clogs, shower door half curtain-half door like something was broken, etc). Very disappointing from a Hilton property as a long-time Hilton traveller.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and the accommodations were a great value for the price

Great location, nice pool, comfy beds. We were able to check in early and check out late. As we were traveling with young children it was fantastic that we were able to be accommodated. The kids especially loved the pool.

This hotel was overpriced. The beds were very hard had a hard time falling asleep. I do t recommend staying at this hotel. The hide a bed was more comfortable that the king bed. They need softer beds.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, spacious and quiet in the room although I could tell the hotel had quite a bit of people staying with them. Jules was a gem of an employee! She was working so hard keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked, while also taking care of the check in desk. She was friendly and helpful (showed me where I could fill up my water bottle once breakfast area closed). She deserves major recognition because employees like her are rare. We have stayed all over a Hilton Diamond Members, and really enjoyed this hotel as a one night stay to break up our road trip.

The hotel staff was incredible. Lovely. Breakfast, undercooked, over cooked, cold, room temp when it should have been hot, grits, (which is a novelty for me) were barely flavored...no salt, very 'unfinished'. Coffee great, good and hot and good. You need to keep more help in the dining part. Even if it's just for breakfast. It was beyond boring, cold, and unfinished.

I was impressed by the variety of food available for breakfast. I expected the waffles and cereal, but the eggs, bacon, potatoes, quiche, and sausage were a nice surprised. My dad loved the coffee, which was hot and fresh 24 hrs a day.

loved EVERYTHING about this place! newer & super modern intdoor/outdoor spaces. super clean & scrubbed. room was a large suite with nice spaces definitely designed by someone who travels frequently! tons of counter & usable surface space for all of your items. kitchen area was well-equipped with anything you would need for any type of meal prep or casual dining. a pull-out oval table from under one of the counters that could function as a game table or sit many family members for a comfortable meal together. lots of open cupboards that would make space to keep countertops clear of clutter. larger apartment refrigerator was a plus. large, comfy king bed, lots of pillows that were soft & clean. there wasn't anything missing from this room. very well designed & thought out plans for a hotel suite that is more than a 10+. thank you for "clicking all the boxes" on an amazing stay! I will definitely be staying at a Home 2 property as my first choice of hotels! thank you for the wonderful stay!

Location, spacious, clean quiet room. Staff is exceptional here. I came back to this hotel when in the area because I liked it so much the first time. Easy on/off fwy. Gas, groceries, great eats either across street or very close.

The place smelt fresh and clean, and overall, a relaxing vibe. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the adjustable large shower head. The refrigerator was cold when I arrived.

In spite of requesting a "QUIET ROOM", we were given a room facing and close to US101. The soundproofing wasn't bad but still could hear the traffic. No stove in suite/room, only microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The huge room we booked, in error, only needed a standard room.

Great value and quiet place

It didn’t have a hot tub. Would have liked to have had an exit in the middle of the hotel on the north side. Also, Sunday’s breakfast was extremely crowded and there wasn’t a lot of food left.

Everything was easy to get to. The layout was very inviting.

This hotel is definitely for families. It’s not a nice clean hotel for a single person. Try to stay at a nice place.

Noisy. No double bane windows. Thin walls and floors. This is a future motel 6. Fairly new hotel and many signs of wear and tear. Bds were nice though.

Location was excellent for wine tasting! Hot breakfast was great. Items were replenished throughout breakfast. Facilities were clean. Only downsides were pillows were not great and AC fan was super loud.

Pros: - Newer property - Beautiful lobby - Friendly and helpful employees - No parking fees/plenty of parking near the front entrance - Lots of full sized luggage carts available - 2 elevators - Spacious room - Good lighting in room - Quiet Cons: - Low flow shower head - Not as much wall-mounted storage as other Home2's - Refrigerator is not full-sized Great location just off of US 101 and surrounded by grocery stores, a 7-Eleven, and a few chain restaurants. A unique lobby for a Home2, very cozy and welcoming. Paso Robles is a 15 minutes drive away. I would absolutely stay at this Home2 again.

Tech issues plagued the stay. From the phone key not working to no way to pause television made it frustrating to watch tv. Coffe was disgustingly muddy.

My stay was good except, for the running children above us. I love kids but, in a hotel, should be based to the lower floors. Also, breakfast was great but an area to eat, an area to just sit on your phone an another to play with your kids. That way we would have a place to eat. Most people are kind enough to move on when they are done. But not this time. Most of all TV Buffering, Ugh

The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. I also appreciated they had board games available for families and some toys for kids.

There was no proper staff there. They were not having proper break fast even . price was high compared to what they provided . Even in the breakfast , breads , basic egg and potatoes ran out and they had no concern about that. It was simply not worth of my money what I paid for this.

The breakfast is terrible. The set up of breakfast was even worse. We have stayed here three times, and due to the flow of people it always gets edgy at breakfast. The site needs to reconsider the way people move through the food area.

Breakfast was great and it's a big room with plenty of space to unpack and unwind.

The smell of either mold or cigarettes was overwhelming at the room's entrance. The room seemed very clean but the smell was awful. Also the TV is in a weird spot where you can't really watch it from bed. Not a huge deal though.
