SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero

no vegtebels at the breakfast

Helpful staff

Had issues with the key card. The person at the front desk solved the problem

és net i esmorzar bo

Great room! Comfortable bed in a large room.

Camera ampia e bella, ottima colazione, ottima posizione per visitare I dintorni.

Rooms were clean and neat. Facilities were great and easily accessible

Great property but missed having a safe in our room

Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Nett ausgestattetes Zimmer.

excellently styled, rooms and lobby have modern comfortable, classy design and furnishings. room suites well laid out, with great furnishings and styled fixtures and decor. bathroom is spacious and clean. breakfast is quite good, with excellent seating areas, using restaurant & bar space. Pool is nicely sized, good scene. Overall, excellent property with all the right amenities. Front desk staff performed perfect customer service, even switched to excellent Spanish when a Hispanic patron asked a question. Every star.

Wallpaper in bathroom needs some regluing work.

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Schön gestaltete Bereiche (Pool, Fitness).

Spacious, comfortable rooms.

Had a water leak that never was resolved.

Very nice hitel

The hotel is always fantastic, and I always enjoy staying here. This time, the only issue I noticed was that the air conditioning in my room was not working. It wasn’t a major problem for me, but it is something that should be checked. The bigger issue was the restaurant service. There was only one waiter serving all of the hotel guests, which resulted in slow service and made the dining experience less enjoyable. I believe the restaurant would benefit from having more staff available to provide the level of service that guests expect. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

Convenient, clean, and friendly staff

Road noise in the room as it faced Hwy 101.

Locatie

Wel heel erg stil en geen sfeer

I loved the room

It was rather spendy. We stayed at a place in Hawaii on the beach for less.

Clean and spacious!

Rien

Everything was good.

Confortable

Friendly staff. There were not enough towels in the room. There were red stains on the sheets (the bed near the window). We had to change the sheets ourselves using the ones that were in the closet. We also noticed red stains on the floor near the window. It was a little frightening — was it blood?

Duży, przestronny pokój

The actua.\nL breakfast was excellent and the ambiance was exceptional beautiful grounds

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The maintainance is lacking and cleanliness is subpar. The rod for the curtain was just laying down instead of on the curtain. The shower floors are EXTREMELY slick. The shower doors leak water onto the tile floor which can be deadly on the tile floors. The room has no conditioner in it so the cleaning girls don't check them. Shower had some water stain it it and it looks like there is just paint over parts of the tiles in the shower. Also I didn't like the way the food buffet was layed out because it's just a big open room and then people are just walking aimlessly everywhere and there's no order.

Location

No water and no coffee

We reserved the room for an over night stay for a wedding in the area but when we finally got to the room we found that the room was above our expectation. It was very large with a large pull out sofa, table to conduct business, small little bar area and an extremely spacious bathroom. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows.

The carpets, I am assuming were shampooed before we got there. Some parts of the carpet felt wet. I normally walk around in slippers, but I happen to take my shoes off and then walk over to my suitcase. That’s the only reason why I noticed.

Hotel is nice but some of staff particularly the mangers are rude and not customer oriented.

Great night sleep and breakfast

Poorly maintained: bad door locks, lamp didn’t work well. Poor breakfast. C

We stayed one night over the weekend. Family of 3 adults. The beginning of the stay was no problem. The next morning, the toilet was clogged. Called the front desk around 7am and they said that they'll send someone over to fix it. Waited for about 45 minutes, when no one came, we called the front desk again, to be told that no one will show up before 9. Supposedly the needed material (plunger) is in the engineering room and the front desk clerk doesn't have access to it. We asked, so... what do we do? we need to get ready and we have 3 adults! nothing except "I'm sorry, I'm the only one here"... I said that we paid $350 for a night and expect to have a decent stay and that answer isn't acceptable. We finally decided to have breakfast, hoping that by the time we're done, that the problem is fixed.  However, it wasn't. Someone came and checked and determined that it was a plumbing issue and the disgusting water started overflowing from the toilet on the floor. we put towels on the floor and closed the toilet door. And asked for another room, which was granted to us. My complaint is that:  - for a large hotel as this one, there should always be someone to help with any urgent issue like this one 24/7 - they should have offered us to switch rooms immediately instead of saying nothing and basically not doing anything. I'll never go back to a Marriott- high price and bad service! not worth it! There was not even any offer for a voucher or a discount to help alleviate all the inconvenience! Was told by the Front Desk that we'll need to talk to Booking.com, not the hotel! I’m now bringing my complaint to you, Booking.com hoping you can make things right.

Location, friendly staff

Even though I requested a room with a king size bed for our stay, when we arrived we were told that they only have rooms with 2 queen size beds. After a small discussion room with a king size bad miraculously was found :), but on first floor. Air conditioning was not sufficient, shower head was probably not cleaned for a while, resulting in harsh even unpleasant shower experience. Coffee machine did not work, no teas were provided. Breakfast was a joke, for example oatmeal packets with no milk and microwave to actually cook the oatmeal. Extremely small selection of breakfast items. Comparing with other hotels, this breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.

Freundliches Personal beim Check In.

Rooms amazing and staff too.

Breakfast was poor.

The air conditioning in my room did not work property. I had a horrible nights sleep. Very disappointed in that.

Mostly everything

Sink could have been wiped down and facet just a little bit better. Bridgewater and freezer didn't work.

Great hotel for families.

Overall, the say was very solid. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and helpful. We stayed 2 nights over the weekend and had a great time. The price to value ratio is solid.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, and I wish the bar was open for longer for a weekend night. It seemed like there were a decent amount of people at the bar area and we were only able to order one drink on Friday and zero on Saturday. It was not super late either, around 1030pm. Some people may find the location a little far, but for us, it was not a problem.

Breakfast has variety!

The room was perfect. Updated, clean and comfortable. And a great price.

Nothing.

Very clean, a lot of amenities. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Conveniently located close to the freeway. The room was clean and spacious. Pool and outdoor amenities were well-maintained. Breakfast was ample.

Great location!. Right by the highway but far enough to not hear any trucks or noises. Nice facilities. Comfortable and clean. Always the place to stay coming to Atascadero

Everything was great!

Very nice

The set up and how it has everything.

Nothing

Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety and good quality. Did not like to location. Close to highway, but far from the downtown area. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. Layout was nice.

Internet was difficult to connect and stay connected. Wifi speed was just average. These were the biggest concerns. Restaurant had good hours and the food was OK but nothing special. Bathroom door was difficult to open. Shower water pressure was low. Location was near a shopping center, but far from downtown where other shops and restaurants were located. Room rates were relatively high considering location.

Very clean, easy freeway access. Clean bathroom with nice shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, coffee very good.

Like the suites

Restaurant was awful. We have stayed there many times and delicious food. This time poor menu and like old, everything was “hot” or spicy and not much selection. Very disappointed and not many customers on a Friday or Saturday night like in the past.

Property was clean pads were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Nice rooms, soft beds.

The room was comfortable for a family of 5

They sell the water in the room

Newer decor. Spacious. Great patio.

Limited breakfast, there were multiple choices but missing key ingredients.

Very upscale and clean room. Good breakfast, too.

The room itself seemed pretty clean although it did smell pretty bad. Luckily the window did crack open a tiny bit so we tried our best to air it out.

Clean room, friendly staff

Everyone was very helpful, and nice…
