Bed linens were poor quality

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Nach einem langen Reisetag konnten wir uns hier erholen und al nächsten Morgen ausgeruht unsere Rundreise starten. Das Frühstück war unerwartet gut. Sehr viel Auswahl und geschmacklich vollkommen in Ordnung.

The air in our room was sticky. Some fresh air in the room would be nice. Plastic cuttlery, paper plates and cups produce a lot waste.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, well stocked with nice coffee and reasonable toiletries. Staff were nice particularly the shuttle bus drivers

Breakfast needed more staff working to keep up with demand. Pool was a bit cloudy

Mattress and towels it’s like rag Look closer to the edges of the towel, for the money that they charge is insane Just for one night we pay $455.00 and we get this. And this hotel was mostly cheaper than others. It’s crazy what they charge in Nova Scotia for hotels.

The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, quiet, carefully temperature-controlled, and staff were lovely. The main comment I'd make is that the breakfast quality doesn't match the rest of the hotel or the prices charged. Scrambled eggs were very overdone (tough little lumps), all the bananas were green and inedible (though apples and clementines were also offered) and the bread products were mediocre - mostly white and processed. Please put a bit more effort into providing a quality breakfast. Also, a coffee maker was provided in the room but I'm a tea drinker - a kettle and range of tea bags would have been appreciated.

Big room and amazing food and drink facilities in the wider hotel. Bed was really comfy. Helpful staff. Airport shuttle was driven by super friendly and helpful man.

Dass Angebot war gut aber nicht überragend. Alles nur Einweggeschirr, also sehr viel Abfall.

Airport location is great - the only reason to stay there, really. The shuttle driver was really nice!

This hotel is noisy and old. The windows don't provide very much noise protection from the highway, and the hotel room doors are very old and clunky, meaning when people close them, they really slam. I was woken up from 4am onwards from people leaving, presumably to catch early flights. This hotel is great for an overnight stay for an early flight out of Halifax, but WAY too expensive for what it is.

We stayed only for a few short hours but during that time - check in was absolutely seamless, the rooms were one of the best we have seen over this trip. I loved the gym area and the coffee station. They had the biggest little market to purchase extras which was sooo helpful.

A lot of people come and go from the airport. I believe breakfast is included in the price but half the guests leave before it’s served which sucks but they offer a grab and go breakfast. I’m not sure what I expected but I do wish it was more than just muffins and granola bars.

Planned a quick overnight stay here when we had a late-arriving plane. Check-in was friendly and easy, and the room was clean and very comfortable. We really appreciated the 24-hour shuttle!

The room was nice and the complementary breakfast was great, lots to choose from.

I was a little disappointed that the front desk clerk didn't inform us we had two bookings. We booked a room not knowing that the airline that screwed up our flight also booked us a room.

Convenient location for early airport depature. Shuttle service was very efficient and driver very helpful. Room had basic amenities and was in a quiet corner of the hotel which we appreciated.

We thought it was over-priced for an economy hotel. Air conditioner was noisy.

The price felt like tourist gouging, way too high for an airport hotel

We stayed here to catch an early flight (like most people, I’m guessing.) Clean and comfy. Good shuttle service - 5 mins to terminal.

Didn’t have its own restaurant but you can use the one next door - which we did. I imagine it gets very busy though.

Pickup at airport needs improvement. No signs near luggage exit to contact Holiday Inn Had to ask different people where to go for pickup. We were not told that the Hilton bus was our pickup vehicle. The Hilton bus had small signs for the Holiday inn. We had to go from post 2 to post 32b for pickup. A long walk during inclement weather

Location was perfect for when you need to stay close to fly out. Room was huge with easy to control heat/air system. Nice breakfast to start your day. Management was very cordial and responsive to any question or issues .

Close to the airport and it had a shuttle bus for a ride to the hotel.

They don’t care. Paid almost 800 for a few hours before a flight. Only 2 small towels, faucet not secured. Stale coffee in the morning. Impossible to get human service.

First, we have NEVER stayed at a Holiday inn before. Your property totally exceded our expectations. I think that you need to consider advertising to upper middle class travelers as well as you U?C adds. Between the gym, room, food and most importanly the cleanliness of your property should not be overlooked by travelers. My wife and I thank you and your staff for our brief but very pleasant stay.

Nothing really. I was very tired when I arrived (late at night) and I didn't appreciate there was a food that could be microwaved. The concierge man was really very nice and gave me a bottle of water

It is a little pricey for lodging well out of town. All Halifax area hotels, for years, are similar. It does not have an insight restaurant for evening meals.

Breakfast was exceptional. Loved it. The bed is comfy and clean. The ability to use the free shuttle was absolutely wonderful. We were both pleasantly surprised at the accommodations because when we stayed there several years ago we both left very disappointed, and that we were never again use Holiday Inn Express again. So this time we were absolutely delighted with the staff, accommodations and the whole atmosphere was such a pleasure. Thank you so much for the improvements you have made. Well done. We will definitely use this hotel again.

That I had to go to another hotel to have Supper. But really that wasn't much of a compromise now was it. However, the other hotel meal pricing was outrageously expensive.
