The stay was excellent overall. The renovated rooms are beautiful, comfortable and modern. The location is great, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast was very good. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. We initially had an issue with our rooms, but the reception team went out of their way to find a solution and eventually arranged two renovated connecting rooms for us. We really appreciated the effort they made to accommodate our family.

When we first arrived, we were given two connecting rooms in the older, unrenovated section of the hotel. Having stayed at the hotel before, I knew that the renovated rooms were much better, so I asked to change them. Initially, the only renovated rooms available were far apart, but the staff continued looking for a solution and a few hours later managed to arrange two renovated connecting rooms for us. I would recommend making sure that the room booked is in the renovated section, as there is a noticeable difference between the older and newer rooms.

الشاطي كان به مخلفات بترولية عبارة عن نقط زيتية بسبب حركة السفن علي مدخل قناة السويس ... بتطلع من الشاطئ وهتلاقي أثار البترول علي جسمك خاصة القدم والموظف هيساعدك تنظف البقع الزيتية علي جسمك باستخدام مناديل مبللة بالكيروسين

호텔시설과 룸 컨디션은 매우 만족합니다.

호텔의 명성에 비해서 수영장이 하나인 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 해변 역시 너무 좁아 즐기기엔 충분하지 않았으며 해변의 성게로 인해 맘 놓고 수영을 즐길 수가 없었습니다. 또한 저녁, 아침식사의 종류가 다양하지 않았고 맛있게 즐기기엔 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

اماكن كثيره من أرضيات الفندق تحتاج صيانه ، السيراميك بيتحرك من مكانه مع الضغط عليه أثناء المشي وده في اماكن كتيره ، غير كده كل شيء فووووووووووق الرائع باذن الله الاجازه القادمه هناك 🙏👌

. Breakfast quality was not good . Soap dispensers in rooms needed changing . Room sound isolation is not the best . Sea water was dirty, there were plastic bags and plastic wrappers floating in the water

فى العموم أنا بحب المكان جداً البول ومناظر الجبال

حصل موقف مش لطيف كلمونى. فى التليفون الساعه 7 صباحا وانا نايمه صحونى وقالوا ان فى راجل عندى فى الغرفه وان ده غير مسموح وان الكاميرات مصوره قولتلهم مافيش حد أصلا وانا بتكلم معاهم لاقيتهم بعتوا امن وفضلوا واقفين على الباب يتكلموا بصوت عالى ومزعج جدا ان لسه الراجل عندى ماخرجش ففتحت دخلوا دوروا فى الغرفه ما لاقوش حد نزلت و حصلت مشاده وطلبت انى اشوف الكاميرات اللى مصوره وبعد ساعه او اكتر منتظره طلع ان الكاميرات مصوره الراجل اللى فى الغرفه اللى جنبى وهو داخل لمراته غرفتهم وبعدها فضلت ساعه مستنيه المدير وطبعا كان قليل الذوق وماجاش أصلا وبعدها جت استاذه ندى اعتذرت وخلتنى اعمل مغادره الساعه 5 عشان اطلع انام شويه قبل السفر وعملولى نص مساج ببلاش بس كده ومضتنى ورقه انى خلاص ارتضيت ومشيت بعدها

Location is good, pool and overall outdoors aerea are nice. Rooms are pretty nice, bed is comfortable.

As a 5 stars hotel, we were expecting some toilet amenities such as, tooth brushes, extra tissue and toilet rolls, but there was not even a full one but half! No slippers, no bath matt. This are things that should be already present in the room not that I have to request for it and tip the housekeeping each time. We paid a huge amount for only one night and were expecting it to be like normal 5 stars hotel. Dinner is poor, no drinks were available, only water. Any other drink is chargeable a ridiculous amount.

renewating works were ongoing (noisy); even the room i had was renewated but the water in the shower did almost running away; moskito door to the balcony, was not movable, only several electric plugs didn't work in the room 2221

The room is excellent, clean and comfortable Thanks to Ali who prepares and cleans the room perfectly. The food and restaurant service was amazing

The room was nice, with newly renovated bathrooms.

This location is suitable for families only. There were no child free areas besides a small indoor bar, with no child free areas outside, by the pool, or beach. In addition, there was loud construction we were not warned about and the masseuse was not good.

حد من الstaff كان هيخش عليا الاوضه من غير ما يخبط اول يوم اقامه ليه والغرفه فيها باب داخلي على اوضه اللي جنبي وفي اسره ساكنه تانيه ومفيش عزل صوت ولا راحه

Well maintained hotel premises. Not far from Cairo for a weekend getaway.

The food, the staff, the way everything is handled has no connection to the expectations you have when you book in a Swiss international hotel. The only international connection were the other two expats and the Camembert cheese that was occasionally on the cheese plate at breakfast. If you want to experience a truely local Egyptian buffet and hotel management you are at the right place if you seek classy Swiss quality and 1st class service and management you will not find it there.

فندق رائع كل شيء حلو جدا

Food was good , beach was clean and sandy the view is incredible , staff was professional, very friendly and polite, the room was clean and bed was so comfortable. We had so much fun and relaxing vacation and thanks so much for the complementary cake it was delicious.

Drinks are included only in breakfast not in the dinner. Nudity: a girl take off her bra on the beach and this is against the rules, disrespect and not comfortable for us noting that she is coming from a gulf country which have very strict rules regarding clothes so kindly more supervision on the beach is needed.
