The staff are very helpful, especially the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mokbel, who is extremely cooperative, professional, and always willing to assist and resolve any issue promptly. When you visit a place for leisure, and find yourself thinking about drinking water, then this place deserves ZERO, I give it 4 points only because the location of the hotel is truly premium, I think the top management should revise their policy.

It was enjoyable stay, Mr. Mokbel the receptionist manager was a great and humble person and made our stay even more enjoyable

Customer service, reception staff, the room need maintenance, bathroom smells bad Two situations happened 1- once i did the check in and entered the room i found the save box closed and called the reception staff 4 times to send someone to open it for me after 90 minutes 2- i asked for 2nd key for the room but the reception staff says not available and he has an instruction not to give more than one key for the room even if there are more people in the room

Most of stuff frindely and the night event was amusing.

Check in time was too long, pluming issue at the room and did not solved and food was horrible.

Hotel and the view is perfect

The reception staff could changed to more professional. Same breakfast and dinner everyday. The beach is not the one we like. Its far away from the hotel. They charged us for extra beds for our children However we paid almost 200 USD per-night for the suite 2adults and 2children.

The view from everywhere was incredible and Mr. Moustafa from the front desk, he is a magic person makes life easy for you

I love the staff and how they welcome you there. Specifically Ahmed Rashad he was very polite and helpful he made sure that I understood everything such as all the events that take place there and everything else that you can do around the area.

تجربتنا في الفندق بشكل عام كانت مميزة جدًا، وفيها نقاط قوية جدًا، لكن في نفس الوقت فيه بعض التفاصيل اللي محتاجة تحسين. أكتر حاجة مبهرة في الفندق هي الـView؛ المنظر فعلاً خرافي ومن أجمل الحاجات في التجربة كلها، وخصوصًا من الـSuite. والـSuite نفسها كانت ممتازة جدًا ومساحتها ضخمة، فيها Master Bedroom، حمامين، بلكونتين، وسقف عالي بيدي إحساس أكبر بالمساحة. الأثاث كان شيك ومريح، وديكورات الحوائط معمولة بذوق جدًا. الملاحظة الوحيدة الغريبة بالنسبة لنا إن مفيش ثلاجة في الـSuite رغم حجمها ومستواها. طاقم الفندق كان من أفضل أجزاء التجربة؛ العاملين محترمين جدًا ومتعاونين، والاستجابة لأي طلب كانت سريعة ولطيفة. وشكر خاص جدًا للأستاذ طارق على تعاونه واهتمامه وحرصه إن تجربتنا تكون مريحة قدر الإمكان، وده كان له تأثير واضح وإيجابي على إقامتنا. كمان فيه بعض الخدمات المريحة داخل المكان، منها سوبر ماركت وToy Store، ودي إضافة عملية جدًا خصوصًا للعائلات والأطفال. حمام السباحة كان جميل، لكن كان زحمة بشكل واضح في أوقات كتير. بالنسبة للشاطئ، فيه باصات تقريبًا كل 30 دقيقة لنقل النزلاء من الفندق للشاطئ، وده منظم ومريح. أما الـParking فكانت بعيدة جدًا عن الفندق، وده ممكن يكون مزعج خصوصًا مع الشنط أو الأطفال، لكن الفندق موفر Golf Carts للتنقل بين الـParking والفندق، وده بيخفف المشكلة بشكل كبير.

النقطة الأضعف بالنسبة لنا كانت الأكل. جودة الأكل في الـOpen Buffet كانت أقل من المتوسط من حيث الطعم والجودة بشكل عام، والأهم إن طريقة عرض وتقديم الأكل ما كانتش Hygienic بالشكل المتوقع من فندق بالمستوى ده، ودي كانت أكتر نقطة سلبية في التجربة وتحتاج اهتمام جدي.

الفندق ممتاز لكن ملاحظه المسبح والبحر يفتح متاخر يعني كيف الساعه 9 دخول البحر او المسبح المفروض من 7 اقل شي يكون في البرود قبل طلوع الشمش القويه والإفطار مثل أغلبية الفنادق العالميه من 7 إلى 11 والعشاء من 8 إلى 11 هذي وجهة نظري

الفرش قديم ومراتب السرير قديمه مستهلكه المفروض يتم تغيرها والمخدات ايضاً ماهي نظيفه كفندق 5 نجوم وايضاً الحمام البانيو جدا سئ غير نظيف الرجاء الاهتمام بالتفاصيل هذي لانها مهمه لاي عميل شكرا

مسؤول فاكرني غافلة في اول كنت حاجزة عن طريق بوكينج ليا و بناتي اثنين لما وصلت عندهم قالي بناتك مش حجزالهم فقالي شوفي ادفعي سعر 150 ارور و بعدين قالي حعملك خصم ادفعي 120€ بس وبعدين لما طلعنا غرفة قلتلو ناقص سرير للبنت فراح قالي لازم تدفعي ثمن السرير 30€فالمبلغ الي نقصهولي في اول قالي ادفعيه في سرير فأنا بصراحة جاية اجازة و تعبانة قلت خلاص مش حابة أناقشو بس ايه رايك في كومنت دا

The staff was very helpful and cooperative, I checked in early . The view was great and the beach facilities as well

- the wardrobe was very old and I requested the maintenance to fix it - all refrigerator is only for keeping the temperature not mini refrigerator as booked. - some sockets in bathroom and the main room is not working. - no variety in food ( breakfast or dinner). It’s the same food i ate in the whole of my stay.

Issues solved!!

Location and view were amazing, especially I booked a plaza room which had a great terrace with panoramic view of the sea and a swing. The beach was great as well, you need to go by bus but it is close and the trips are frequent. Staff were helpful espically mr Mokbel although there were some delays in fulfilling our needs but he tried his best to make our stay as enjoyable as he can. The sofa bed was broken but they offered a free-of-charge extra bed instead. The shopping area and pharmacy inside the hotel were great add-ons and not very expensive. The room was spacious and clean. Cable car trip was amazing which was included in the booking. Overall it was good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Food can be improved in terms of variety and quality, especially dinner. More activities need to be added to the program and night show should be improved. The animation team should put more effort into entertaining the guests. I felt they were very lazy. Pool area needs more attention; the water needs to be cleaner and the showers were not working.

1. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and decorum. 2. The hotel's market offers a commendable selection of goods at competitive prices.

1. The illumination in the room was insufficient. 2. The restroom in the room was not equipped with personal hygiene amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrushes. 3. The selection of food items was not satisfactory.

The room is spacious and we liked it so much, it has quite great view. The food was good and clean but not super diverse. It was kinda repetitive after our 3rd day. The pool is just ok, there is no deep areas which i did not like. The Marina beach is nice the facilities there are a joke. The oriental restaurant food quality is amazing. The prices overall is cheap compared to other hotels which is great! The spa and massage is super cool!

The snacks restaurant is poor. The pool music is so nineties and does not suit beach vibes at all. Animation team are so amateurs and their shows is poor. I am not happy with the toilets cleanliness nor the customer relations i got. i had a problem with my personal data gotten leaked but got zero response about that. I only got promised day after day by different employees that someone would reach out and during 6 days i got none! (The clients personal data here is very questionable i wish that anyone responsible would have discussed it with me instead of just ghosting)

Los espacios comunes son agradables , las piletas y restaurantes a la carta también

El comedor común y la comida. Los espacios exteriores falta de limpieza,así como las habitaciones sin aspirar. Estaba tapada la cañería de la ducha y se inundaba todo, salía agua hasta la alfombra de la habitación. Me quisieron estafar en la farmacia por ser argentinos y me cobraron los productos aún marcados a más del doble del precio. Aunque al reclamar, el personal del hotel intento resolvió reembolsándome el valor de los productos, la estafa, la falta de respeto y el mal momento nos arruinó la estadía

The room was super comfortable. Duplix was luxurious and to the wxpectations and more.

Wifi is practically non existing. Very slow connection . And even the 5G signal was very week . So internet conmection was a big problem. The resturant is not very well organized, which resultes in busy uncomfortable experience.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the room was very spacious. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The food was good, and although the beach is a bit far from the hotel, there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. The shuttle driver was especially kind and friendly. The beach itself was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay as well as the Cable car "تليفريك".

Amazing Hospitality The staff in general and Mr Mostafa in particular were very friendly and respectful The room even though it was standard size, it was very roomy even though I had a baby cot. The pool, the guards, the beach, the staff, the food everything was super clean. Hotel bathrooms were very clean as well. There is a small supermarket and a pharmacy at the hotel which was super convenient.

I wished we had a small fridge instead of the minibar. I couldn't find any instructions for a prayer room. Also was a bit frustrated that every room has a quote of maximum 2 small bottles of water. After a little argument, they agreed to give me more for my x2 children! Still we had to buy extra as it wasn't enought. Drinks are not included in our stay! I wished there was an option for full board. The food was good but I felt it was a bit repetitive and didn't have a lot of options. There aren't much activities for adults to do except for the beach and dinner. There are kids parties every night but as an adult, I didn't feel much can be done.

The staff ere very rude, I requested a baby crib during checkin however i spent the whole day calling the reception to bring it for me but they told me by the end of the day. By 10 pm they told we have no free baby cribs and we have nothing to offer you They were very rude, I had a bad vacation because of them. Really very bad experience and the staff are totally unprofessional
