Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était très bien le personnel aux petits soins le repas du soir gastronomique excellent ! rapport qualité prix très bien.

Piscine un peu froide, lieu moyennement adaptés pour les enfants.

La chambre mérite un rafraîchissement

Staff went over and above to look after us, especially after my son left something quite expensive in his room after we checked out. They were happy to organise couriers for us to have it shipped home and we were very grateful. Also they upgraded my parents into a better room with a spa pool that they were very grateful for! Much appreciated!

Très bien situé à 2mn d’une magnifique plage , restaurants, bar Accueil chaleureux avec des petites attentions ( cocktails 🍹, bouteille de vin , nougats offerts ) nous avons réellement appréciés Personnel très avenant que se soit pour commander un taxi , porter nos valises jusqu’au taxi 🚕) Franchement adorables

Rewelacyjne jedzenie (obiadokolacje) jak w najlepszej restauracji. Super miły personel. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska. Blisko plaży. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju.

Średnia jakość hotelu, bardzo mały pokój. Niemiły zapach z łazienki. Możliwość przychodzenia ludzi z zewnątrz i korzystania z basenu oraz leżaków. Personel przyprowadzał psa który cały czas szczekał.

Friendly staff, welcoming and flexible, accepted to let us use their facilities (swimming pool, towels and shower, after we did the checkout. Good isolation, we slept well despite we were closed to the airport. Very nice restaurants around the area. The beach is fine but mostly private .

It was our last night, we were spoiled during our stay, so the external environment was not as nice. The hotel is located near a big industrial site.

Très bonne localisation qui permet d’aller à la plage a pied. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, ce qui permet de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Le coin de verdure est très apprécié pour avoir un peu d’ombre et de calme. La chambre était correcte, assez pour y une déposer une grande valise. Le balcon est un + pour y mettre de s’y poser le soir en rentrant de la plage. La qualité des repas du soir est excellente : 5 plats qui vous permettent de découvrir les différentes recettes de Grèce. Très généreux.

La climatisation qui était un peu faible à notre goût. Fonctionnelle mais pas assez puissante.

Le service au restaurant, un peu hésitant et long alors qu'il y avait très peu de clients. Le petit déjeuner en formule buffet, du standard moyen de gamme.

Het voelt alsof ik Review schrijf voor 2 locaties., want we verbleven in Vaya (door een upgrade) en ontbijten in Georgia's. We moesten 5 min lopen naar Georgia's voor het ontbijt en zwembad. Vaya is prachtig en nieuw sinds 2025. Super mooi appartement met hottub. Het is ruim, heeft een keuken, zithoek, terras. Goede WiFi en smart tv. Het voelt aan als een bunker, stil, donker en geen bereik op te telefoon. Kwa ligging is het goed. Je bent zo op het strand en zo met de bus in Heraklion. Soms gingen we in het huisje ontbijten/lunchen aangezien we een prima keuken hadden. 10 min lopen had je een mega Supermarkt met alles! Aan de overkant is een mini Supermarkt met bustickets en de basics. Ook hadden Vaya 2 huiskatten die heel lief zijn en iedere dag je kwamen begroeten.

Personeel is vriendelijk, maar als ik een late check out wil is dat heel lastig en niemand wilt me helpen. Ik word van de een naar de ander gestuurd en er is nooit iemand bij de receptie van Vaya. Tot de laatste minuut kwamen ze me vertellen dat ik uit de kamer moest en late check out geen optie is, terwijl ik een week geleden, dag van ten voren en ochtend had aangevraagd, toen leek het geen probleem en vertelde ze dat het goed kwam. Dat is geen fijn gevoel voor dat je gaat. Uit eindelijk, na veel gedoe, moest ik uit de Vaya Suites en kreeg ik ter compensatie een gratis kamer tot 17u (dan was mijn pickup) in Georgia's. De aardige receptionist heeft de laaste dag soort van gered. Gelukkig hadden we de upgrade naar Vaya, want toen we de kamer zagen bij Georgia's SCHROK ik echt. Het was erg lelijk, meubilair was zeer oud, daar had ik nooit een week verbleven. En dat voor die hoge prijs die je betaald! Het Georgia's hotel is oud en versleten. Het beeld op de foto's is te vertekend en niet de realiteit! Vaya mocht schoner, met name de vloer. De schoonmaker is heel aardig maar maakte de kamer niet brand schoon. We hadden twee tv's een er van deed het niet. Je hebt nooit bereik op je telefoon, gelukkig wel wifi. Ontbijt was basic en prima. Dagelijks is het net wat anders, maar veel het zelfde. De muziek tijdens ontbijt is afschuwelijk, meteen soort duitse fouten house muziek. Kan niet relax wakker worden zo. Eigenlijk over Georgia's heb ik niks goed te zeggen, zo blij met die upgrade!

Nous avons été surclassé et nous nous sommes trouvé dans une suite annexe un peu plus loin de la plage, très bruyante et obligé de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel initial. Toujours aucune notice pour utiliser la télévision qui dans ce cas ne sert à rien.

L’ambiance générale agréable et reposante. Le personnel avenant et efficace. La proximité du bord de mer. La saveur des plats. Le jardin inondé de verdure qui garde la fraîcheur.

Le manque de soin à la propreté de la chambre.

Christina and the entire staff were amazingly nice and welcoming. The room was a decent size and clean, matching the 3 star rating.

The beach is so close (we couldn’t swim because of the waves) The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is fine.

The room is old and there is some smell in the bathroom. There is no mosquito net on the door of the balcony so you cannot ventilate the room.

El desayuno, de tipo buffet, resultó my completo. Incluyen opciones sin gluten (limitadas) pero hay que solicitarlas. Hermoso jardín, y una excelente barra de tragos.

La habitación tenía muy mal olor, proveniente de las cañerías. El aire acondicionado se reiniciaba solo en medio de la noche. Algunas terminaciones estaban en mal estado o mal realizadas.

Labai gera vieta, iš Herakliono oro uosto (važiuoti apie 40 min.) galima atvykti su visuomeniniu autobusu Nr. 1 ir Nr. 6 (bilieto kaina1,30, pirkti kioskelyje prie oro uosto, parduoda taip pat prie viešbučio parduotuvėje). Jūra 2 min. kelio, papludimyje nėra akmenų. Aplink yra restoranų, parduotuvių. Personalas labai paslaugus. Kambaryje, buvo sugedęs kondicionierius, bet personalas be prašymo pakeitė kambarį. Kambaryje yra kavos ir karšto vandens aparatas, padėta kavos kapsulių, arbatos, cukraus. Vonios kambaryje plaukų džiovinyuvas ir geros prausimosi priemonės. Labai jaukus sodas su baseinu. Turi aikštelę automobiliui. Lovos minkštos. Maistas skanus ir įvairus. Pusryčiams yra karštų patiekalų, vaisių, daržovių, riešutų, jogurto ir visko ko užsimanytum sumuštiniams, galima išsispausyi šviečių apelsinų sulčių. Ačiū už puikią viešnagę.

L’accueil du personnel est incroyable ! ils sont très réactifs quand vous voulez avoir des informations par message sur booking, nous avons eu la possibilité d’avoir 3 petits déjeuner à emporter pour nos excursions et c’était super ! Nous avons adorer ce séjour en Crète, la gastronomie est incroyable et encore une fois merci pour toute la gentillesse du personnel ! Je recommande ! La plage est au bout de la rue et pour ceux qui ne loue pas de voiture un arrêt de bus est à 1 min à pieds c’est génial ;)

Ce que j’ai le moins apprécier mais rien de très grave c’est la douche il n’y a pas de parois donc ça mouille un peu partout mais rien de méchant ça sèche vite.

Was in a really lovely spot right next to the beach. Hotel had a lot of amenities: pool, spa, bar, restaurant and table tennis. Room was a good size and equipped with everything you need. I’ve seen some reviews about the location. I thought it was great! It was a quieter area but had everything you’d need and there’s also now a metro bus service which takes you to the city centre (or anywhere you want to go) and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Very convenient for getting around.

We had a lot of mosquitos in our room that we just could not get rid of. Room needs a bit of updating.

* the room was nothing like the reference photos * bathroom had moldy spots * bathroom had no countertop, nowhere to store toiletries. * the bathroom door got stuck in the middle of the night and we could not open it. Turns out you need to use the AC, otherwise the door frame expands from the heat and blocks the door.

We really liked the pool and restaurant area. The location was also very good. It’s very close to the beach.

The rooms could be more modern and clean. All in all, it was okay. Breakfast was alright, but it would be nice to have different options every day.

I really enjoyed spending my vacation at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly to all guests, and you can tell they work from the heart to make sure everyone is happy. The rooms look great and have been recently renovated. The location is amazing, just a 2-minute walk to the sea, and you can even see it from the room (not all rooms have a sea view, but ours did). The dinners were excellent.

The only downside I noticed is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear what's going on in the corridor.

Nettes hotel, ruhige lage, schöne frühstücksecke morgens draussen am pool. Das Restaurant personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist inkompetent.

NICHT ROLLSTUHL GEEIGNET! Angeblich ein angepasstes Hotel aber die Rampe für den Haupteingang ist nur für schmale Rollstühle und agile Begleitpersonen geeignet. Das WC bei der Rezeption ist komplett ungeeignet für Rollstuhl, es hat nicht einmal Haltegriffe, der Rollstuhl ist zu Breit für die Tür zum WC Abteil. Zum Frühstücksraum und Pool gibt es eine Stufe ohne Rampe, sodass man immer Hilfe braucht (Personal an der Bar aber sehr nett und hilfreich!). Darüber hinaus habe ich ein "wheelchair accessible room" angefragt, was bestätigt wurde. Bei Ankunft haben wir dann jedoch ein normales Zimmer bekommen, wo gerade so der Rollstuhl durch die Türen gepasst hat aber es hatte keine angepasste Dusche/WC/Waschbecken und das Zimmer war extrem klein. Da wir drei Tage später noch einmal eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten, wollte ich wenigstens für die zweite Nacht ein entsprechendes Zimmer bekommen, aber dies wurde anscheinend schon vergeben (obwohl auch das vorab per email reserviert und mir rückbestätigt. Die erste Rezeptionistin bot an, beim Schwesterhotel nachzufragen. Am ende musste ich drei tage immer wieder nachfragen, jeder neuen Person an der Rezeption erneut und mehrmals die Situation erklären - nur um wieder ein normales Zimmer zu bekommen bei der zweiten Nacht. Sehr unprofessionelle Rezeption, ohne Übergabe zwischen den Schichten und keine Entschuldigung für ihren Fehler.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié j'ai retrouvé le goût des croissants francais. Les serviettes sont changées chaque jour.

Lovely gardens in the sun with lots of sun beds. Breakfast room and food was good.

Room was very basic but comfortable, balcony overlooked a derelict building. It was a standard room so I’m sure the better rooms were smarter.

We did like the breakfast, it was tasty, warm and everything was healthy. There were different options, so it was super.

The coffee was quite poor and it could be newer. It lacks a little renovation. The walls are thin, so we could hear everyone while trying to sleep.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der schöne, einladende Garten- und Barbereich sowie das nette und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets bemüht war, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Badezimmer war modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Für 1–2 Nächte ist das Hotel dennoch gut geeignet, insbesondere aufgrund der praktischen Nähe zum Flughafen.

Weniger überzeugend waren für mich die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer sowie die recht weichen Betten – das ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Auf meinem Balkon befanden sich zudem zahlreiche Taubenhinterlassenschaften, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Im Badezimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, was langfristig hinsichtlich der Belüftung problematisch sein könnte.

Nous avons eu la chambre de la honte !! Le miroir rouillé était maintenu par le mobilier en plastique. les équipements sont rouillés balayette toilette , le miroir. le porte papier toilette cassé . le sèche cheveux est positionné à côté des toilettes et pas à côté du lavabo . Les piles de la télécommande tv étaient hs Enfin, un tableau électrique est dans la chambre avec une lumière rouge toute la nuit . C’est la première fois que je laisse un commentaire aussi négatif !

Das Frühstück hat gepasst - wir waren ja nur eine Nacht hier und somit war es für uns in Ordnung.

Leider war manchmal nicht mehr alles vorhanden - lag vielleicht daran, dass wir etwas später immer zum Frühstücken kamen

Bon accueil. L'hôtel est beau et propre. La chambre confortable. L'espace restaurant est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et de très bonne qualité.

La chambre est petite. La clim ne fonctionne pas. Il faisait très chaud. Les éléments de salle de bain (porte serviette, porte papier toilette, grille siphon de sol) ne tiennent pas et tombent au moindre mouvement. Plus de réservation possible au restaurant à 18h30.... plus de place.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben, am Empfang und ganz besonders der Service im Restaurant (10*+). Vielen Dank dafür. Das Essen der Halbpension war ordentlich, schmackhaft und ausreichend. Die Außenanlage befand sich eher noch im "Winterschlaf", was aber der Jahreszeit geschuldet ist. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren spielte es für uns auch keine Rolle. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden und somit war unser Auto gut aufgehoben.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix, la gentillesse du personnel, une salle de restauration très agréable et un petit déjeuner très copieux et varié . Nous n’ avons pas pu tester l’ extérieur à cause du mauvais temps.
