There was no elevator and a long confusing walk to the lobby!! Staff was very helpful in pausing their work to help us get to the front desk

We had a for the disabled, we're not disabled. It would have been good to have had some kind of mop/wiper for the shower as the bathroom was a wet room

Même si l’accueil a été plutôt froid à notre arrivée , les employés nous ont invité à mettre nos vélos électriques en sécurité à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, ce que nous avons très apprécié.

L’emplacement n’est pas vraiment agréable et situé dans un quartier industriel en arrière d’un voie ferrée.

Breakfast was great. Staff was exceptional. In particular the maintenance guy, I think his name was Reg, saw us coming in and with no elevators he helped us get our luggage up to our room on the second floor. He greeted us every time he saw us on our two day stay there. Also, Leanne at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful.

No elevators and no towel bars to hang anything on in the bathroom. Just a small one on the sink for hand towel. We were hanging face cloths and bath towels over the shower curtain rod as there was no place to put them.

Our booking was not Honored ! We did not stay at Days Inn . Had to rebook at a different Hotel Costing more money !

Room was divided into two sections and there was only a very small table in one section with a credenza that had the refrigerator, microwave and coffee setup. Would have been nice to have a couch to sit on and there was plenty of room for one. Bathroom needs to be closer to the bedroom side than the living room side.

the breakfast food options were great...if there was some available. my son and i went down for bkft around 8 o'clock or so. limited hot food options. we waited for 10 to 15 minutes for staff to "refill it soon" as per the front counter staff. We left because we couldn't wait any longer. The time we sat at the table eating our muffin and egg we never saw any kitchen staff attend to the bkft options to monitor if things were running low or that people were finding things easily. multiple customers would bring attention to the kitchen staff in the room behind the bkft set up that stuff needed refilling but no one every came. definitely didn't get our monies worth here

floors in our room were dirty. first time i walked bare feet i ended up washing them then wearing footwear in our room for the rest of our stay

Hall lighting needs to be improved around rm 220 hall and could use a carpet clean upgrade. breakfast was not very good. Coffee was not good and pancakes from the machine were uncooked inside.

Sad there wasn’t an elevator for our pregnant friend tho not the end of the world. Also pool towels are not in the pool area. You have to go to the front desk to get some, which is not advertised or stated.

C’était un labyrinthe pour circuler de la chambre à l’accueil, stationnement et aucun ascenseur. Le déjeuner manquait de tout et le personnel absent pour le ravitaillement. La salle de bain était désuète.

L'accès proche du ferry, la piscine intérieure avec le jacuzzi bien chaud! La chambre était assez spacieuse et propre.

La literie était bonne, simplement la taille des oreillers un peut petit.

Hôtel très propre et confortable, il y avait des oreilles hauts et basses, ce qui est rarement le cas. Le personnel est très gentil.

La localisation était un peu inquiétante au début (quartier un peu louche), mais rien d'anormal est arrivé.

The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. The location wasn't great. I have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

The location was not great.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was kept in wonderful condition - very clean and comfortable. The facility felt very safe and welcoming, and the room itself had everything that I needed.

The TV kept losing connection or turning off so it was a little hard to relax and enjoy a show before bed. Also one of the stairwell doors to the outside had a very loose latch plate. Easy things to fix!

The pool and hot tub were working when I arrived

The breakfast buffet. It was under staffed the food was sub par. Pancake machine was broken one morning and when it was working the pancakes were terrible. Location is sketchy. Staff were friendly enough and did help when I had an issue.

Ptit déj Ok, mais répétitif....pas d'option sans porc, même les omelettes avaient du bacon..pourtant il y avait des clientes portant le voile/foulard. Il y a des clients musulmans, juifs ou adventistes et autres ne mangeant pas de porc (bacon dr dinde, jambon de dinde, boeuf ou poulet ça existe!) 2/ Mettre des anti-chute dans la baig oire, ça coûte pas cher sur Amazon et ça fonctionne, faut juste les coller dans la baignoire.

Le personnel était courtois et empressé. Le déjeuner est assez complet mais les mets chauds proposés n'étaient pas particulièrement bons, mis à part le bacon. Alors que l'établissement ne paie pas de mine à l'extérieur, la chambre avait été rénovée et était confortable.

Le ménage n'a pas été fait dans notre chambre, j'ai dû demander à avoir des serviettes de rechange. Aucune excuse ou compensation n'a été offerte. Le wifi était excessivement lent. Le prix payé pour la chambre correspondait à celui d'un bon hôtel alors qu'on était dans un motel correct.

We had the family suite and it had lots of space. It was nice that the bedroom had two queens while another queen bed was in the main room. It was good for an overnight stop on our way to our destination. But not sure if we stay here again.

My kids accidentally got some water on the floor (laminate) so I took one of the towels and wiped and it was really dirty. Not sure how often they mop the floor but it was dirty. The hotel looks like they tried to renovate but too cheap to fully renovate as the quality of the rooms and main area is not good. Also, the hallways and other areas of the hotel doesn't have AC so it was hot. Also, there are no elevators so carrying your bags up the hot stairways and hallways was not fun. The man at the reception office when we checked in was not really pleasant - just not welcoming and seems bothered when you ask any questions. The man the next morning was much more welcoming. The breakfast was not good at all. There was a staff member pretty much emptying all food for some guests that according to her own words "I don't want them to go hungry". We asked if the food will be replaced because it was pretty much gone and she just said, "I don't know" and kept doing her thing.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Lots of good amenties, clean bathroom. Fresh sheets and nice decour.

The door latch was broken, the room smelled very strongly of cleaner, it was VERY noisy. You could hear everything happening in the hallway. It made sleep very hard as well as feeling a little unsafe due to the door not latching properly.

The reception area had a weird smell. Luckily it was just in that area. The outside looks a bit 'tired'. I didn't like that we couldn't cancel the reservation. Plans change.

Die Lage zur Stadt ist super. In der "Hafencity" ist man in ca. 10 Gehminuten. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und der Pool ist super. Hier konnte man bis 22:00 Uhr rein. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Auch wenn ich das Frühstück allgemein in Kanada nicht wirklich gut finde, so muss ich hier herausstellen, dass es im Hotel Bagels und Pfannkuchen gab. Auch gab es viele Säfte.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The heat wasn't working in the first room I was assigned, but the staff responded promptly, checked the issue right away, and quickly provided me with a replacement room. They were courteous, professional, and made the process hassle-free. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent customer service.

The breakfast selection was good and offered a nice variety of options. One suggestion for improvement would be to clearly label items that contain meat, especially pork. This would make it much easier for guests with dietary restrictions or religious preferences to identify suitable choices and enjoy breakfast with confidence.

The pillows were very soft and bed was comfortable. Show had lots of hot water and the pressure was good.loys of towels. The front staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Both gates at the back connecting parking lot are dead, we needed to make a detour. And soundproof is just nonexistent, I could literally hear every word of the couple were speaking next door.

It was basically fine.

Die Unterkunft hat ein schwerwiegendes Problem mit dem Karten/Schlüsselsystem. Die Codes fallen immer raus und man muss verschiedene X an die Reception gehen. Es ist ja wirklich nicht normal dass mein Handy den Code ausradiert wenn zusammen in der gleichen Hemdetasche getragen wird. Warum passiert es bei allen anderen Hotels die dieses System haben nicht??!!

On prend le déjeuner dans le même espace que le check-in; le plancher était très collant, vieux mobilier et une verrière qui n'a pas été nettoyée depuis des lustres. Les lieux communs sont très vieillots et démontrent leur âge! La distance de notre chambre à l'accueil/déjeuner était à bonne distance de marche. Manque d'éclairage dans la chambre.

Piscine est de bonne dimension et avec un bain tourbillon chaud pour la détente. Près du quartier restaurants du port et du traversier pour Digby. Lits confortables.

Par contre, les deux douches de la piscine sont défectueuses: une pas de manette donc pas d'eau et l'autre pas de pression d'eau. Frigo de chambre pas assez froid et bouton de contrôle manquait. Déjeûner varié, à volonté mais qualité très moyenne.

It was clean and modern. A good breakfast was included. I used the self serve laundry facilities and the gym….appreciated both.

The sink stopper in the bathroom sink wasn’t working so water in the basin took a while to drain. I didn’t report it until checkout and they apologized and said it would be fixed. My internet connection would sometimes go out.

Já fiquei noutros Days Inn e este foi até agora o melhor. A localização era boa e tinha estacionamento amplo. O hotel no geral tinha bom aspecto e era limpo. A cama era confortável e o pequeno almoço variado. Gostei bastante.
