Room 209 .many functionality issues bathroom flush wasn't working .shower head is touching door .shower area safety handle is coming off .room full of dusty. Thru our stay including full night .stone cutting machine work n noice .u don't have a bell staff or valet parking .how come booking.com well such property in 4* rating. Particularly the Sales manager Sudha Rani provided the necessary support and was always approachable. Thanks to her help our event was well appreciated by all the guests and they had a very good and comfortable stay.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2026I’m currently a guest at Royal Orchid Bangalore in room 214. I had given two suits one Boss and One Zegna, for dry cleaning by hotel laundry service. The service has been grossly negligent-completely destroyed both suits,likely washed with water instead of dry cleaned?? The service recovery being offered by the hotel manager Fayaz, VP Vikas Kulashrestha and VP of south India Mr Saravanan is an offer to buy a Raymond suit and Rs 15000 cash which is 2% of the cost the replacement for the suits. #Nobrandcredibilty #Noregardforcustomerexperience #Noleadership

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Visiting India from the States, our family landed at 3:30am in Bangalore and royal Orchid was a relatively short drive from the airport. Are the three night stages of the perfect antidote to jet lag. We stayed in one of the cottages. Rooms have very comfortable beds . WiFi was really good (rooms have wifi6 routers). Rooms were kept clean. Staff was super attentive and nice. We were well taken care of and felt like they knew us well by the time we checked out. You can't miss the breakfast, it's so good, authentic South Indian breakfast food. Our 3 year old son who is a very picky eater was thrilled to have chocolate donuts and watermelon. All the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Punam!!

3泊したが、そのうち2泊はタオルがバスタオルのみ、1泊は1枚も無かった。ほとんどのスタッフはとても親切で礼儀正しかったが、フロントの女性から部屋に電話があり、声が小さく何度も聞き返したところすごい勢いで電話を切られ、とても不快だった。部屋の掃除は行き届いておらずホコリだらけ、シャワールームはドアが歪んでいてシャワーの方向に気を付けないと水が大量に漏れる。電話をかけてきたフロントの女性以外のスタッフはとても感じが良かったのでもったいない。

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Booking.com team: I would like to bring to your attention that, for this booking, the hotel denied that they have no such booking confirmation in their system. I really had a tough time at the time of check in as booking was not there. How come booking.com didn't check whether booking is confirmed with the hotel or not. I was stranded for almost 1 hour at hotel reception. Finally, they could manage one room for me & I could check in. I need to give a second thought for using booking.com as a trusted partner for my hotel booking needs.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Overall, we had a good experience with Royal Orchid entire Team.The one point contact with Sales - Mr. Sajith, later Mr. Waseem, Mr. Sunny and from Banquets - especially Mr. Lalit personally took care of our needs for the two day event based on our requirement and well dedicated towards his work always with a smile. Appreciate Master Chef - Mr. Abid, took care of the menus and the food was good. The entire banquet team was really co-operative. Last but not the least, GM- Mr. Vikas personally guided the entire team to make the event to happen as per the expectations and a big thanks to the higher authorities who was behind the show.
