Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade

We were staying overnight splitting the journey between Redwoods National Park and Yosemite. We also caught an A’s game while we were here, which is just a five minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is excellent, roomy modern, comfortable and great service including an early check in. Really great stay would highly recommend.

The location is fantastic. Very convenient for the riverfront. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a great size. The omelets at breakfast were delicious.

Location, food, staff, comfortable beds. Overall, room was good for our family. We liked that the bedroom was a separate room so we could watch a movie while the kids were sleeping.

It was noisy every night since people were chatting and laughing while drinking at a bar. The good thing is that you mostly don't hear that in bedrooms due to white noise. This buzzing sound can be disturbing but we were tired and fell asleep without difficulties.

I love the location of the room. The staff was amazing.

I don’t feel like you should have to pay for parking when the room was already pricey. And I wish my room would have been dusted because it was very dusty.

The location, the amenities, the room was so spacious and comfortable . Again location! You could walk to old town Sacramento, jump on train or boat to do river tour or do a stroll along the river. Less than a mile down the road is the states Capital. Will definitely come back.

It was a good stay and exactly what you would expect. Good value for money, with a nice breakfast included.

The breakfast each morning was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room on the 6th floor did have a lot of generator/airconditioning unit noise so that made it hard to sleep but other than that our room met our expectations.

The location is great. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well. Old Sac and the ballpark were walking distance

Couch was stained so I used a towel to sit on it. There were dust bunnies floating around the furniture.

The valet, nowhere was there mention of "valet only" for $47 per night. Valet staff unorganized and lengthy waits were noticed. Then, the park your vehicle upon checkout the opposite direction and you must drive thru the entry driveway. Plus, they park retrieved vehicles in the right of way so your access is blocked and you have to wait for guest to leave. Some guests I overheard complaining of a card only property. The show could use more attention.

Very clean and the staff was very nice

The staff were warm and inviting. The room was fantastic with lots of storage, unlike most hotels. The bathroom was nice but wish they had a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was good with made to order omelette. Happy hour made quite a few people happy with a free drink before heading to baseball game. The elevators are quick. The hotel is right by River Promenade and easy walk to Sutter Health Stadium where we attended a game. The walk to stadium is not far and it is flat. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a couple museums nearby. My husband enjoyed purchasing a bag of salt water taffy at one of the nearby candy stores.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Every staff member that we spoke to was super friendly and helpful. The indoor courtyard was amazing and comfortable. We felt safe there.

It was extremely close to everything. Right across the street from Old Sacramento, maybe 1/2 a mile from the Golden One Center. Everything was in walking distance.

The price for parking, we already pay a lot to stay there and then to pay $47 to park is ridiculous. There was a good spread of food for breakfast but it was cold and did not taste good.

The location is excellent. We all loved the evening bar and snacks. The breakfast was much more than expected and very good. The staff were very helpful

I was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of the room. The pool was just okay, but the boys had fun using it.

Staff were superb room overlooking river excelent. Good breakfast, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel management left a loveley gift of wine and cheese, very good quality. A very thoughtful gift. Would definately stay again

The walkable proximity to all kinds of things is excellent. We take advantage of being able to walk into Old Sacramento, walk to sporting events and also the River Walk. The made to order breakfast is a wonderful start to our day there. The rooms are comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were great!! We will continue to stay there when we have a need to be in the area.

I'm hopeful that housekeeping/Lost & Found find and send the jacket I left behind in room 816. I had a Fed Ex label created and sent to housekeeping as requested when I called. Package does not look like it has been mailed.

Free happy hour, bar tender was very accommodating. This is our favorite place to stay. Got half a dozen visits. Everyone was top notch. Location was perfect for watching the fireworks.great memories we made.

Just so dang expensive. And parking your car on property was twice the going rate.

There was so much noise coming from the lobby/dining area, it was not a restful experience because of all the noise that echoed into the room. It ruined our stay. Not enough accessible plugs for charging devices, near beds.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at about 8:30 AM, to see if we were ready for housekeeping. That was unnecessary. Check out was not until 10AM

We had a last minute travel change, and this hotel was booked very last minute. They accommodated us, asked which side of the hotel view did we want, and even assisted us with dinner plans and toiletries that we forgot. My son enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed a walk on the treadmill. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved making our own omelets. The drink variety was great as well.

Very clean safe perfect for the A’s game perfect for walking downtown. We walked everywhere beautiful location right on the water. The view was excellent. We loved watching the Fourth of July boat parade.

Cocktail hours should start earlier than 5:30 PM. That’s dinner time.

I didn’t like the security Sunday 6/14 he was very harassing towards my husband and nephew; constantly questioning them and following him even when we were awaiting our valet attendant getting my suv. It was very uncomfortable And I made mention to the valet attendant whom was assisting me.

The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, checked us in before the official room check-in time. She also gave chocolate to the children and was a perfect example of excellent customer service and professionalism.”

There was also a male receptionist whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He was very rude, unwilling to assist us, and spoke in an arrogant manner throughout our interaction. His appearance was quite distinctive as he was a very large man. Based on the way we were treated, I felt that we may have been treated differently because we are Arabs, which left us very disappointed and uncomfortable.”

My family and I have been staying with Embassy Suits for years! I have always loved them and the comfort of their Suites. Happy Hour is a Win Win along with breakfast being five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Did I not mention the indoor pool?

This hotel provided an excellent home base for a 5-day work trip. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of space to set up for work. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated good pizza at the onsite restaurant.
