La stanza è carina e pulita, il nostro balcone non affacciava sul mare ma tutta la struttura non è ben esposta. Buono il bagno che però necessitava di piccoli aggiustamenti. Colazione abbondante anche se prodotti non proprio di primissima scelta (molto vario il salato). In piscina ti offrono anche un cocktail di benvenuto. Molto comodo da raggiungere in autobus dall'aeroporto: la fermata della linea A11 è a 5 minuti a piedi. Vicinissimo anche alla spiaggia di ES Carregador

Niente di che: appunto alcuni dettagli del bagno andrebbero rivisti, portasciugamani un po' ossidati, il lavandino leggermente penzolante. Non c'è il bidet. una sedia in balcone era spaccata...

Allora alla struttura ho apprezzato il fatto che l’aria condizionata era funzionante, la piscina e la gentilezza della signora della piscina..

Purtroppo qui la lista e lunga: Formiche formiche e altre formiche da per tutto, sia in sala prazo che in camera al terzo piano. Altre cose veramente brutte sono il fatto che ogni hotel anche il peggio del peggio ti lascia in camera 2 bottigliette d’acqua e te e magari anche qualche barretta, invece qui se vuoi l’acqua o vai a comprarla al supermercato oppure scendi giu alla reception e la paghi 2,70€ (MANCO IN AEROPORTO COSTA COSI TANTO!!) Altro punto a sfavore il fatto della pulizia, in 7 notti 8giorni non so quante volte pulivano veramente la camera, piu che altro rifacevano il letto e boh, asciugamani sporchi buttati per terra e rimessi come nuovi, per non parlare di tutti i cappelli che si trovavano in camera, purtroppo non posso allegare video.

Colazione buonissima, camera moderna e giusta, staff gentile.

Difficiltà di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, cambio asciugamani non sempre preciso.

Servizio in camera, soprattutto assenza cambio di asciugamani (per averne di puliti sono andato a prenderli in reception). I ragazzi della reception erano tutti arrabbiati con il mondo intero...

Posizione eccellente per chi cerca vita notturna, ma anche tranquillità e spiagge nelle vicinanze. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Palmanova e dal lungomare, con altre attrazioni come il minigolf vicine. Colazione inclusa ottima, piscina molto carina e stanze accoglienti. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto buono.

Unica pecca, il condizionatore perdeva acqua e spesso trovavamo la stanza allagata, l'assistenza ci ha consigliato di mettere delle asciugamani a terra per limitare i danni, ma senza risolvere il problema (risolto solo l'ultimo giorno).

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserhähne verkalkt, WCs locker, Türen schließen kaum, Balkontür defekt. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten 4 Zimmer. In allen dasselbe. Frühstück sehr einfach und wenig Auswahl. Super hellhörig. Reinigungskräfte unterhalten sich ab 8 Uhr lautstark auf den Gängen. Man versteht jedes Wort. Beim Checkin wollte man einen höheren Preis berechnen und erklärte dies durch die Touristensteuer. Uns war klar, dass wir diese im Hotel entrichten müssen, jedoch sollten wir deutlich mehr zahlen. Nach Diskussion und Nachweis über unsere Belege wurde dann doch nur der tatsächliche Buchungspreis in Rechnung gestellt.

Personal etwas unfreundlich, zwei von dennen waren echt lieb und hilfsbereit. Beim frühstücken wurde man während dem Essen raus gebeten. Nicht Jedes Personal, was beim Frühstücken dabei waren, waren unverschämt. Die Reinigung ist auch nicht immer gut gelaufen.

L’hôtel est bien situé près de 2 plages et proche de la ligne de bus vers Palma. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. La piscine est ouverte tard. Les chambres sont de belles dimensions avec un grand balcon.

L’hôtel est mail insonorisé. On entend les portes claquer, les bruits dans le Couloir et dans les chambres voisines.

Great location, everything within walking distance, however small incline to walk up on return. Hotel was clean, great breakfast, great pool area no one keeping sunbeds and pool bar good. Staff friendly. Only negative arrived at hotel at midday - reservation aware of flight time. Room not ready which was not a problem. However lead to believe it would be ready earlier than 3pm check in time. Called at 2.50 still not ready. Then again 25 mins later. Reception staff were not helpful or bothered about contacting team to tell them we were waiting. Eventually room ready at 3.40. I would of thought it was more important to get rooms ready of guests who had arrived- did not make us feel valued just bothersome

Die Zimmer zu laut obwohl wir ganz oben waren, Nachts bis 1uhr oft krach/laute Musik. Pool wie Wanne viel zu warm.

Excellent Hotel – Would Definitely Return We had a fantastic stay at the Azuline Blue Excellent Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant throughout our stay. We booked breakfast for two adults and two children for just €24 per day, which was excellent value. There was a great selection of food, with plenty of choice for everyone. Our apartment was clean, spacious and had excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The pool area was lovely and quiet, with plenty of sunbeds available, even though we stayed during the school holidays. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended

Despite short incline to hotel - 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants & shops - excellent location for Palma Nova. Buses all the time into Palma (20 mins away). The staff are so friendly & helpful. Very relaxing pool side 🤩

I never write reviews but feel this needs a review for its pros and cons so hopefully this can be changed for the future as I would love to come back with my family. Firstly this was a great deal for 6 weeks holidays we can never afford to take the children abroad in the 6 weeks and this gave us the opportunity. We fell in love with Palmanova it is a stunning place with a perfect balance for everyone in the family, the hotel is small and quiet and laid back and I loved that it wasn’t regimental it was so chilled and we did everything at our own pace the rooms were big and the balcony was large and lovely to sit out on at night watching the sunset. Staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful and the pool bar did some really nice snack food and priced well. The life guard Dominica was so good with the kids and made us feel safe around the pool she was always busy looking after the pool area and the safety of everyone in the pool. But here’s where it lets it’s down the room was unclean firstly the sofa bed was filthy marks all over it and underneath full of dust you could see it as soon as you walked in the room, the floors were dirty bits all over them it was like it had been just swept not hoovered at all, the bathroom would be lovely but it is mouldy and the windows and mirrors had finger prints on there was foundation on the wall near the mirror the whole room felt grubby we didn’t want to be in there. It didn’t get cleaned the whole time we was there and the toliet smelt so bad I had to buy a bottle of bleach from the shop just to put it down ourself. This is the the only negative and it is a shame as this would be a gem of a hotel if the room cleanliness was up to standard

Zelo slabo je bil očiščen apartma. Da ne rečem da smo dnevno spricali po apartmaju ker smo imeli mravlje in so bile vse povsod. Posoda je bila katastrofa.

La piscine, le petit déjeuner et la taille de la chambre. Très belle structure et très proche du commerce, plage, supermarché etc. la climatisation c'était super et la salle de sport aussi.

We like everything

The room was spacious and was exactly what we needed with a mini fridge. It was very clean. Breakfast each morning was lovely with a huge selection of hot and cold items as well as breads and pastries, juices and coffee. I loved the variety of fruit at breakfast! The food deck was great and always had sun lounges available. The snack bar on the pool deck was reasonably priced and provided good service.

When housekeeping came to make up the room, they took off all the sheets and folded them up everyday and didn’t make the bed. I didn’t love the location and Palmanova was not the spot I would choose again but not the hotels fault.

Het hotel ligt vlak bij zee. De kamers waren behoorlijk groot. Alles in het hotel was erg schoon. Er is een fantastisch zwembad waar je de hele dag kunt ontspannen met heerlijke drankjes. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Het enige minpuntje voor mij was het balkon met uitzicht op de snelweg, waardoor het 's nachts lawaaierig was. Verder was alles geweldig.

Dejlig rummelig lejlighed med en gratis babyseng til rådighed. Rigtig god pool og barområde. Dejlig stille hotel med få minutter til stranden.

Manglede service og glas i køkkenet og selvom vi efterspurgte flere gafler og glas i receptionen, kom det aldrig. Sparsomt rengøring og vi sov i de samme beskidte lagner hele ugen. Rengøringen kommode meget sent på dagen

Good location and good for the price. Short walk to the beach down some steps. Lower budget hotel so it wasn't amazing but fine for what we wanted it for

Rooms were only cleaned every three days, not the end of the world but having fresh towels every other day would have been better

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était vraiment au rendez-vous : le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible, ce qui fait toute la différence. Le lieu est très bien situé proche du centre de Palmanova. Le buffet est varié et de très bonne qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine est également très agréable, bien entretenue. Enfin, le logement était spacieux, confortable et très appréciable.

Petit point à améliorer : l’isolation n’est pas parfaite, on peut entendre du bruit le matin. Cela dit, cela reste peu dérangeant, surtout si l’on a l’habitude de se lever tôt.

The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear everything through the walls, and there’s constant noise from the balconies and corridors. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Il personale e il fatto che ci hanno dato una camera nella quale la porta non funzionava, ce ne hanno data un’altra dove abbiamo fatto una brutta figura perché c’erano dentro altre persone, ci hanno ridato quella con la maniglia della porta rotta, tra l’altro con le scale e avendo un passeggino per un bambino di meno un anno non era molto comodo.

Some staff were amazing, but there was one lady who was rude to us for our entire stay and would raise her voice at us. On top of that, we were meant to receive an extra sofa bed as stated in our booking, but it was never provided (we paid for it). The cleanliness was also terrible when we arrived — there were bugs in the bathroom and stained bedsheets. There's a mini fridge in the room, but it doesn't work properly; our water stayed at the same temperature the whole time instead of getting cold.

Tv and partially ventilation wasnt working. Nobody didnt react the whole stay. It was even worse because football world cup started. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean and just what we needed (a kettle would have been nice though), all the staff were great, the breakfast had a wide choice and was all nice food. It was the best value at our time of booking.

La zona no está muy frecuentada por españoles, pero de eso no tiene culpa el hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was not cleaned once on our 3 night stay here and when I explained this situation to the receptionist, he proceed to excuse me of hanging the ‘do not disturb sign’ on our door. Which was not true. Receptionist staff are exceptionally rude and not welcoming at all. Our air con was not working the first night we arrived and was told that the engineer would be coming in the morning to fix it and he never turned up. The pool area was quiet and it’s a short walk to the beach but that is only positive. Even if you are looking for a ‘budget’ stay in Palmanova, avoid this hotel.
