Al reeds 15 jaar klant. De Engelse taal blijft een groot probleem. Iemand aannemen die 100% Engels kan spreken en begrijpen zou toch eens moeten lukken. De “luxe” van het 24e verdiep is ook lang passé. Geen ontbijt meer en het s avonds is het ook vrij beperkt en smaakloos.

Отличное расположение, рядом находится торговый центр. У нас на этаже был клаб лаундж, где вечером можно было поужинать и выпить вина или других напитков без дополнительной оплаты. Это нас приятно удивило.

с нами было 3 детей и мы бы хотели, чтобы они жили в соседнем номере. Как раз у детей оказался номер с дверью в другой номер, но она была закрыта. Могли бы нас туда поселить. Но у нас был номер чрез 2 номера от них.

It is a great hotel, room is fantastic The swimming pool is O.K - probably around 25m long, but more meant for playing in the water than swimming. Breakfast is one of the finest I have ever eaten, with Hugh selection of Chinese and western food, and great coffee, whish is quite rare in China

The room facing the street was not completely quite - if you are very sensitive to noise (like me) ask for a room not facing the street - you will lose fantastic city view, though. ( see picture taken from room in the 14th floor) The concierge team English is generally poor, they are trying to be helpful, but are generally pretty useless.

La réservation faite était avec demi pension comprise, il se trouve qu'à l'hôtel ceci n'a pas été prévue. Il a fallu insister pour finalement obtenir un accord auprès de l'établissement pour demi pension pour seulement 2 personnes, alors qu'on était 3 personnes.

The lobbies and the restaurants are nice. The fitness center, lockers rooms, and pool needed renovations. The first room checked in on the 12th floo, AC not cooling below 25°C, overhead shower won't turn on, and water leaking out from the shower door. Moved to the other room on the same floor at 3AM, but smelled cigarette smoke. Eventually moved to the 16th floor, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great facilities, fantastic comfort, spotless clean, no smoke smelling rooms, good breakfast (even the non-chinesse options were limited), good AC.

A bit far from downtown, still it is a easy walk to the subway station.

Had a nice time, breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

It' a great hotel, perfect location close to the Subway line 10, very spacious rooms, the breakfast buffet you-have-never-seen-before, great service, the frendliest staff ever. The furniture might have seemed old to some people (based on the reviews), but was quite ok for me. We had an executive lounge access which was a full gourmet dinner with a great selection of beverages.

The location is excellent - lots of local restaurants within easy walking distance and a huge shopping centre across the road with a supermarket in the Basement. The nearest subway station is only 10 minutes walk away.

The wifi was a bit variable but I suspect that may be partly due to Chinese internet restrictions. TV channels very limited - only a few international ones available. No option to stream to TV from device.

We stayed at this hotel for 16 nights. We had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One chef was hand wrapping wontons in the breakfast buffet. Having a bowl of hot handmade wonton soup to start off the day was truly the best part of my stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The club lounge had a fantastic view for Beijing CBD and also provided the great happy hour with a variety of Chinese and Western cuisines. Breakfast was impressive to provide ten types of Benedict eggs and fresh fruit and vegetable juice. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Gym and pool were in the top floor with great overview.

Room is hugh. Clean. Only thing not enough hooks arround. Hugh selection at breakfast. Staff were helpful.

The last review from Michael S. was right on the mark. Everything he said is what I would have written. Yes the G.M., Pearl is a down to Earth person and very detail oriented. One can see her walking the halls and checking everywhere with her pen and notebook daily. If possible try to get a room that allows access to the Executive lounge and all its perks. The rates are so much lower than many other countries, but the pluses are in the stars. They have a working steam room and sauna, pool and gym. Breakfast is great and ALL the staff are great and its service with a smile. We spent more than 40 days over a 60 days period there. We shall surely go back every time we’re in Beijing. I’ve been coming to the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel since 2018. Previously, I stayed at another Marriott property nearby, but when the GM Pearl, transferred, I followed. I’ve stayed at other Marriott’s in the Beijing area including the JW Marriott, but prefer this property for many reasons. The Executive Lounge at this property is by far, one of the best I have ever seen and I have been to Marriott properties all over the world. The staff there speaks great English and is very knowledgeable of the Beijing area. Being a Marriott Lifetime Titanium, one of the benefits is the breakfast. This used to be served in the Executive Lounge and when I arrived for this stay I was told that the breakfast is now served in the restaurant downstairs. As I have mentioned before, I have stayed at many Marriott properties all over the world. This breakfast is absolutely one of the best I have ever experienced at any property. The evening “dinner” is also more than enough and changes daily. The lounge is spacious and quiet for those who want to wind the day down. If you ever are in Beijing, you ought to try to stay at this property and I am sure you will be as please as I am with the property and service.

Very beautiful, modern with great decoration, the rooms were very clean and regularly cleaned, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was varied and excellent for every taste, overall we had a unique stay.If you are looking for cleanliness, beauty, and a great pool, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed four nights at the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. This is our favorite hotel in Beijing. It is modern and in the Central Business District. We have stayed here three times a year on average in the years before the pandemic lockdown. Our last visit was October 2019. This recent visit has been our first in 5+ years. The door to the hotel is on the 1st floor, but you take the elevator to the 4th floor to check in. The main lobby is huge and has an art exhibition in place. This is the floor that includes the main restaurant, the onsite Chinese restaurant and an art exhibition. We had a room on the 10th floor overlooking the city. The hotel has many higher floors, however they are being renovated five floors at a time. (There are plenty of renovated rooms.) The standout feature of our room is the bathroom. It is the central feature of the I’m and has floor to ceiling glass windows. You can relax in your tub, taking in the city skyline. If you find a bathroom with floor to ceiling windows lacking in privacy, a wall switch brings down louvered blinds, creating privacy. There is an excellent amenity kit in the bathroom. Certain room categories and tiers of Bonvoy rewards club membership give you access to the Concierge Lounge. This has two benefits. In the evening they,put out a great Dirac of food. They also have wine, beer and cocktails. These, along with soft drinks and coffee are complimentary. The lounge is laid out as you would expect, with two and four person tables. They also have three cozy seating areas with sofas and cocktail tables. These three walked areas are ideal for small groups. The lounge is on the 37th floor. The views over the city are spectacular. The large gym is also on an upper floor. Breakfast is usually available in the lounge, but during our visit it was served in the hotel restaurant on the 4th floor. The breakfast selections are organized in five areas, this includes gourmet coffee, fruit and juice drinks, a bread and cereal section, hot food in the western style and a large Asian hot food area. The standout feature was the selection of ten variations on eggs Benedict. Some examples were the Truffle version, the salmon version and the Thai fish cake version. Because of our Bonvoy level, breakfast was included in our rare. We met up with outside guests for breakfast and asked for a separate bill for their meal. Are there negatives? The hotel does not have an ATM in the lobby, but there is a large bank branch with a 24 hour cash machine section in the next office tower. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The room is too hot!

A wonderful hotel with helpful front desk staff. Breakfast has many options, including coffee station, juice station, western and Chinese foods, amd fresh fruits. Has a nice fitness center. Walking to distance to fast food options, like KFC and a mall with upscale stores and Wumart, which is a grocery store. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had originally booked a three-night stay from January 31 to February 3, but I had to cut my trip short due to the poor quality of the hotel. First, we requested a birthday room decoration, and the hotel emailed us saying they could arrange it. However, when we entered the room, there was nothing. Second, the floor and bathroom were dirty. The hotel claimed to be a non-smoking hotel, but there was a strong smell of smoke in the elevator and the room. Third, the mirrors were dirty (everything was dirty). Fourth, the dishes were dirty, which was the most intolerable part—it was absolutely disgusting. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not return to this hotel.

Had a warm and comfortable stay. Despite it being only a short stay for a night,, the staff made sure they were courteous and also very hospitable. The breakfast spread was very good and one could manage and it served all tastes and even had amazing vegetarian options for my friend. Decent size rooms and good amenities

Service is top notch. I stayed in two rooms. Shower temp adjustment doesn’t work well. There is a smell in the lobby sometimes that’s not pleasant. Also the street leading to the front always has a sewage smell. Once you pass the spot the smell is gone. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

Pros. - the high-end gym at 27th floor with 360 degrees view of modern skyscrapers + most ergonomic Technogym Kinesis equipment - stunning breakfast buffet with huge choices even with free squeezed juice from different vegetables and fruits - close to shopping mall with food court Cons. - the main traffic road is very noisy at night, without earplugs I couldn’t get into sleep

- perfect location (next to the shopping mall, 10 mins from Beijing metro) - very kind and willing employees - excellent food, I definitely advise you to buy also breakfast (there are also gluten free options for the breakfast) - huge pool for swimming - the views from the pool were amazing - the place is clean as it should be - I definitely recommend this hotel when you are visiting Beijing

This was a very nice hotel for the price. The beds were very comfortable and came with down pillows. One of the rooms was a corner room with 2 windows. The hotel has a very nice pool and hot tub, but you must wear a swim cap in the pool. Consider ordering your own rather than buying from the hotel as they are pricey but can be ordered via local stores for very cheep. The breakfast buffet is wonderful but quite pricey. We only had it once due to the price. The daily room service crew was top notch. The hotel could use a bar area that is easier for non-Chinese speakers to order from.

Beautiful, a touch of luxury - everything you expect from a Marriott Bonvoy-brand. It was an oasis at the end of my trip (I never left the room).

Depending on your plans in Beijing, it may not be ideally located - but everything is just a taxi-ride away in this city!

Executive floor, facing south is very noisy due to their window was not properly fix with sound proof. Manage to change to west which is better. Couple of times without refilling hair conditional and all tissues. Breakfast is getting worse by days, as they refry the bacons and sausages.

Excellent hotel. Location: right next to the Guo Mao CBD area. Walkable distance to metro line 10. Could get to major attractions under 15 mins by metro. Room: great and comfortable room with good view. Breakfast: I think it’s the most outstanding area of the hotel. Great selection, with omelette, a cafe bar, and western/Chinese options. Staff: very friendly and helped us with everything we need. They spoke good English. Overall, a great hotel and thanks to the management team.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options and some especially refreshing fresh juices. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, with the subway in a walkable distance. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Really nice spacious rooms and bathrooms, with powerful shower and nice toiletries. Bedrooms are modern and beds very comfortable. Breakfast had an amazing selection of fresh and diverse food items, and a lovely fresh juice station. Air con worked really well. Italian restaurant was a bit expensive and menu a bit boring. Would highly recommend - also good shops and restaurants very close by.

The breakfast was outstanding. A large section and foods are fresh and warm. The staff were friendly and professional. The gym is very good and surprisingly a good size with plenty of equipment. The lounge was nice with plenty of choices. My only complaint was people were allowed to smoke in the lounge. The hotel's location is very convenient.

Everything was perfect. You have to pay all the uniqueness of the place but it is worth of it.

For 15 years a loyal customer. Very nice hotel with a good location. But it is also 15 years exactly the same. Had a top diner downstairs with the Italian, good wine and food.

I didn't have the room I booked. The Club Lounge (24th floor) was totally full. And the food and drinks are less and less quantity and quality each visith we have there. Breakfast at 24th is also finished. Downstairs breakfast is amazing, one of the best in the world, except the bread. The English language is still the biggest problem to communicate.

Staff were great. Cleaners, laundry, lobby, taxi management, check in. The room was rather dated with a very complex ighting system. Cleaner challenge for all the surfaces but they did really well.

Fantastic hotel. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. Worth the room rate alone. The only issues I had was that the HVAC couldn't be lowered to my preferred setting (on winter heat throughout?) and coffee not available before 6:30am (challenging for international travelers). Staff were friendly and competent. I look forward to staying again for that breakfast experience in the restaurant!

The hotel is ok, the “suite” is a regular room, the hotel charged for the extra bed, eventhough we indicated that we were 3 adult guest, maybe the lady at the front desk thought that we could sleep together in the king bed. The extra bed was horrible. Most of the staff at the restaurant didn’t speak english, there were not too many foreigners. The Club lounge was ok, but the western food had no variety, cold cuts, cheese, salad, fruits. The chinese food was great though. The buffet breakfast was excellent but the coffee was too strong and bitter for an americano. Great location
