Esta é minha estada anual e tudo é especial. Comida variada, uma das melhores academias de ginástica que conheço com shopping e estação do metrô dentro do complexo .

The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and we couldn’t hear any noise from outside or from neighboring rooms. The view of the city skyline was amazing and the bathroom even had a Japanese-style toilet. The location is extremely convenient: there are many delicious restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away and having a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel was incredibly convenient. A special mention goes to the gym: not only does it offer a wonderful view but it is also spacious, very clean and equipped with a great variety of machines.

Hotel was in the perfect location right next to the china world mall and the facilities were great, especially the gym. One of the best gyms i have ever attended, had everything you could need. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough.

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay at JEN Beijing by Shangri-La. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent – very rich and varied, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel is modern, well maintained and comfortable, and overall we had a very good experience. We would gladly stay here again!

The swimming pool is Olympic-style and mainly designed for swimming and training, including for people coming from outside the hotel. We would have preferred a more relaxing pool area dedicated to hotel guests, with sun loungers where you could sit and relax by the pool.

I stayed here for the first time and can highly recommend it. The hotel is in a great location, connected to the China World Mall with a massive range of great restaurants to choose from, plus a huge toy store, an ice rink, a cinema, and lots of other facilities. The room is well-designed, clean, and all feels very new, and the gym is massive (two floors of the building) and world-class. It’s also great value compared to most of the other 5 star hotels in Beijing. Overall, strongly recommended!

Absolutely loved JEN! beautiful view of the city and cctv building. Room 45 is more spacious than it seems online! Shower pressure is very nice and water is very soft! Room amenities are also very good, not to mention the gigantic sofa near the window is super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping are all super friendly and always refills towels & water for us when we asks. Floor 1-3 of the hotel connects straight to the China world mall, super convenient. Beersmith is located on the first floor with super authentic quesadillas!! And the Philly’s sandwich during lunch is a MUST TRY! there’s also very good live music from 9:30PM-2AM. (Soul shake band) 三五堂(breakfast/dinner buffet) is located on the 2nd floor. Offering not only nice view and a variety of food options! From salads, sashimi, fresh fruits and juice machines to traditional Chinese/beijing breakfast, hot foods, fried rice, chow mein, eggs, waffles, coffee/milk/tea/soy milk (my fav), super delicate and delicious desserts/pastries, along with cereals, ice cream, yogurt and so much more! Floor 4&5 are a combination of trainyard gym, and spa. Floor 5 is super large gym with so much equipments! There’s also free water/towel stations throughout the floor. You can also sign up for classes for free. A large swimming pool with beautiful views as well. Floor 4 is where the classes will be. Dedicated rooms for Pilates, yoga, cycle class, boxing, workouts etc. There’s also sauna room available as well as massages for a fee.

The only thing is when I checked into the hotel, the lady who handled my check in was super rude, no smiles and had an attitude and proceeds to tell me that there was only a end room available (I asked to not have end room) however, when I got to my room and saw the floor map, there’s technically no end rooms since all rooms wraps around the outer layer of the floor. The corner room next to mine was the room 75 suite, so there’s technically no end room.

I stayed here 2 night in March 2026 but only for credit for 1 night. Not sure why. It was an ok place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is ok too

The gym is awesome (my reason to book here) and the room was also very nice and big. Breakfast not the best but with sufficient choice also for westerners. Overall a great stay, and amazing price quality. Best of all: amazing gym.

The hotel is ideally located, only a few minutes walk to the subway for making your way around Beijing. The hotel is also connected to a mall with numerous restaurants serving food from local dishes to Thai and European . Used the gym a few times, has to be biggest gym I have ever seen located in a hotel!! Breakfast was great with an amazing choice of foods and good service provided. Beersmith bar also served great food and beer and the happy hour that lasted for about 3 hrs from half past past 3 with buy one get one free on beers, wines and spirits made it even better. The rooms weee a good size with plenty of space and cleaned daily with bottled water replenished each day. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we get the chance to return to Beijing.

For an international hotel group, didn’t have any English related movie channels. All were news in Chinese and English. Only drama channels in Chinese.. made the experience a little less than perfect.

I’ve been staying at the hotel since 2018 when I visited Beijing. The service level from reception and room service remains very good. The buffet in the restaurant offers excellent food.

The service in the beer bar is rather disappointing!

Где только мы не останавливались в Пекине: 4 Seasons, Ritz, Kempinsky, и другие. Множество раз. От сети Shangri-La: в World Summit Wing, Kerry. Но наш лучший - JEN! Вид на развязку и CCTV всегда! Можно сидеть часами и наслаждаться! (с высоких этажей в World Summit Wing такого не увидишь - там скучно). Лучший отель и расположение! Первый раз я был в Пекине 22 года назад. После этого бываю здесь часто. Знаю все окрестности и хожу пешком так, что местные удивляются. После пандемии всегда останавливаюсь в JEN!

Много крутых баров и ресторанов рядом. Хочется все посетить и много выпить.

Потрясающий отель! В номере чисто, очень удобная кровать, прекрасный вид, есть все необходимое. Еда очень вкусная, разнообразная

The only thing I think can be improved is the western version of breakfast, though it is okay.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, quiet, and located in a very convenient area right next to the China World Mall. The only minor trade-off with the location is that it leans heavily toward upscale dining options; if you are looking for local, authentic eateries and hole-in-the-wall shops, they aren't as easily accessible right outside the door. The property itself truly had everything you needed for a comfortable trip, and you can count on the staff and amenities to be exceptional. The front desk team went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost luggage. The concierge (Paul, Marcus, Leon) were all incredibly helpful, assisting us with booking a Great Wall tour, ordering take-in food, booking our Tiananmen Square tickets. I initially booked this hotel specifically for the fitness facilities - it is easily the best gym facility you will find in any hotel—completely comparable to a high-end, private luxury gym that you'd normally pay a steep membership fee for. Spanning two floors, it features a massive swimming pool, a massive selection of weight machines and free weights, and just about everything else you could imagine. Highly recommend this hotel for both its outstanding service and top-tier amenities!

Очень понравилось расположение отеля, прямо в центре современного Пекина, рядом с торговыми центрами и метро. Номера стильные, чистые и комфортные, с потрясающим видом на CCTV Tower. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Отличные завтраки и приятная атмосфера в отеле. Особенно понравилась современная и молодежная концепция JEN. Также внизу был очень классный бар, атмосферное место с отличными бургерами, куда хотелось возвращаться вечером после прогулок.

Серьёзных минусов не было.

The staff at this lounge are truly attentive and provide excellent service. Cherry, in particular, is especially dedicated and welcoming. The lounge is very clean, and it’s a perfect place to relax and spend time comfortably in China. I would love to come here every day.

CCTV 건물을 볼 수 있는 뷰가 있는 방을 확실하게 예약할 수 있었기 때문에 Booking.com에서 예약을 했습니다. 다른 사이트에서는 시티뷰 등 애매한 표현을 썼기 때문입니다. CCTV뷰 하나만으로도 이 스위트룸은 충분이 예약할 가치가 있었습니다. 낮에도 밤에도 그 압도적인 크기는 보는 즐거움을 선사합니다. 그 외 스위트룸을 위한 룸 서비스, 직원 분들의 친절과 원활한 영어 소통, 수영장과 짐나지움 시설 등은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 디너 및 조식 부페도 훌륭합니다.

디너 부페의 스시는 밥 부분이 맛이 아쉬웠습니다. 스시에 쓰는 쌀이 아닌 쌀을 사용한 듯 합니다.

The location in the CBD was a winner for me. Connected to several upscale malls, you’ll be spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafes. Our room had a view of the iconic CCTV HQ, so it enhanced my Beijing experience. Well organised and spacious room layout. Arguably one of the best bathroom layouts. 2 sinks on a very long counter with equally long shelves below. For once, I had more than sufficient space for my toiletries and hanging my towels and clothes. The Jap toilet was another plus. We didn’t have the breakfast but there’s a supermarket in the connected mall and a bakery not to mention the coffee and tea joints. My favourite Gaga cafe can be found there as well. This is going to be my base the next time I’m in Beijing.

我们是香港游客，住的是套房，两大一小，加床给小朋友。小朋友的床也十分舒适，有一定承托的力度。房间空间感足，夜景很漂亮。清洁的小姐姐也很贴心，会在床边放一樽水，房间也整理得十分整洁；其他职员服务也很好，走廊遇上的餐厅的接待的，非常友善亲切。地理环境很方便，旁边便是大型购物商场，很多餐厅选择，如果需要做美容美甲也有很多店铺。餐厅早餐及晚餐食品选择多，如果没有充足时间去吃老北京地道小食，建议可以在餐厅吃晚饭。整体也让人非常满意，除了家庭旅游，也适合商务客。
