One of the most glorious hotel I’ve ever been - majestic!

The hotel is located in the second-tallest building in Beijing. Thirty-story residential buildings like little buttons below.

Arrived very early in the morning and could use the Health Club to shower and change. Reception managed an early check in for me afterwards. Rooms are clean, spacious, very well equipped and offer a stunning view. I didn't try the breakfast buffet, but would say the hotel is definitely worth the money.

Ubicación excelente, desayuno variado, tanto en sus opciones orientales como occidentales. Habitación de tamaño medio a grande, techos altos, cama muy cómoda. Muy buenas vistas. Silenciosa y cómoda. Sala de baño muy completa y de tamaño cómoda. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas en el complejo de edificios en el que el hotel está ubicado. El hotel tiene ese gran atractivo: muchas tiendas de lujo en las cercanías y excelentes restaurantes abiertos casi todo el día y noche, con todo tipo de opciones y precios.

Tal vez le falte calidez a las habitaciones, pero entronca con el estilo chino sereno y moderno. En todo caso, el desayuno (versión occidental-europea) está dentro de los límites estádares, sin sobresalir, pero es correcto.

Tout était parfait dans cet établissement. Je regrette seulement que le personnel de la réception ne parle pas l’anglais. Pas d’informations sur le fonctionnement de l’établissement et l’emplacement et l’horaire du petit-déjeuner.

Las vistas, el desayuno, la amabilidad del personal, el open bar de cada noche,...mi marido y yo fuimos a celebrar nuestro 20 aniversario y nos decoraron la habitación con flores y bombones.

Algunos empleados de la recepción no hablan buen inglés.

La cama, la bañera, la comida, el personal amable aunque no entiendan tu idioma y siempre buscan la forma de ayudarte.

El personal debe mejor su inglés, muchos no hablan inglés y la mayoría que sí lo habla, me costó entender. Pero siempre buscan una forma para apoyarte y resolver.

Hands down the best view in Beijing. Must try if you are visiting for the first time.

Schönes Hotel mit mit Lobby im 64.Stock, freundliches Personal. Kleine Snacks und Getränke tagsüber im Lobbybereich und abends von 18-20 Uhr Happy Hour in der Atmosphere Bar (Kleinigkeit zu essen und Sekt/Wein), jeweils mit tollem Blick über Peking. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles war perfekt.

It seems that is common knowledge for them that you know that you have to buy a cap in the swimming pool . I found this policy a bit off when the room price is at least 250€ per night.

Best breakfast with a lot of choices!

The whole package was fantastic! The breakfast. The rooms, tbe care of the staff. Special thanks to Dirk. I felt very welcomed and taken care of as a guest! I had an issue with my Airline and the Hotel specialy Mr Dirk jumped in snd solved it for me !.... they go beyond! I will be Back ! Thank you

The tower is so high and the city around it is so flat that you can see earth's curvature. It is a sight to behold. The bathtub with glass wall overlooking the city is a beautiful experience. I was in china for just leisure so I pretty much was looking for best panoramic views. This one satisfied me. I am traveling there again so I will probably book the same.

The best location, the best breakfast, the best service!

Staff attitude and friendliness. Good security and very good breakfast lounge.

The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The carpet was visibly dirty with noticeable stains. Additionally, the room lacked basic toiletries such as a toothbrush and other essentials. There was also a strong mouldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.

All of the staff were polite and helpful. There was fresh juice, and all the food was fresh. Better than the buffets at Las Vegas. April & Mandy were very attentive.

Nice environment and service!

Excellent location in the CBD connected to a mega mall. Lobby lounge was comfortable and provided snacks and drinks throughout the day. Room and bathroom was spacious. Great water pressure for rain shower and toiletries had wonderful lavender and citrus scents. The desk was large allowing multitasking between a laptop and in room dining. On the latter, it was delicious and 24 hours - a lifesaver. Laundry service was good with same day turnaround. Breakfast was good with a la carte selections and a buffet spread. Gym was well equipped with many machines. Cable machine had many types of attachments. Power rack available and dumbbells went up to 50kg (very rare for hotel gym!). Barbell and ez curl bar also available. Yoga room had various bands and foam rollers too. Wifi was stable and relatively quick.

With high temperatures, this is a hotel great for a short escapade or if you want to do a staycation. It’s in the XBD, located not too far from the BJ Capital international airport, has many facilities like a huge equipped gym, pool and an attached huge mall with restaurants and cafes to keep you occupied. The rooms are modern, chic and yet has a traditional feel with beautiful pieces of paintings. Located at a tall building, it has sweeping views of the city. Service is efficient and pleasant. Breakfast, the lounge has good vibes and overall food is great too.

Arrived to the hotel through its airport transfer and was immensely impressed. The hotel arranged for someone to wait for us when we disembarked the plane and escorted us all the way to the car. They even upgraded the car for a more comfortable ride. Niki was waiting for us at the car porch when we arrived, and promptly scooted us up to the room immediately. Check-in was done in-room and she gave us a very good brief on everything. Super impressed by the service excellence. Tea at the lounge was average, and the happy hour at Atmosphere was really nice. The view on a clear day will be very good. Breakfast is uber impressive. There is a good variety at the buffet and there is even an ala carte menu! As a Singaporean, I am exceedingly impressed by the nasi lemak and satay! Service was prompt and very polite overall. Gym is superb. The place was huge and the staff were friendly and provided water and towels immediately. There is a good view of the scenery as it is at the 78 storey. Good motivation when exercising for sure. Looking forward to the next five days we are here!

They offer free drinks and snacks in their lobby area during the day, so nice to grab a little bite to eat if you need it. They had great Western and Chinese choices at breakfast. The staff mostly spoke good English and were friendly.

Rooms are a bit outdated.

First the positives: 1. Extremely clean, modern and efficiently run hotel 2. Impressive buffet spread at breakfast 3. Outstanding service from housekeeping team led by XuLiMei & LuMiLang Then the negatives: 1. For an international 5-star hotel, the standard of spoken English could be better. Fortunately we spoke some Mandarin so we could get by most days. 2. Inconsistency of food quality at the Lounge for the happy hour How to improve: Suggest investing in conversational English training of your staff

Didnt provide child amenities like shower gel, bathrob and slippers for kids. They have baby cot though. Love the swim facilities and that they are open early at 6am and closes at 11pm. Breakfast options need a change. Options are limited. The room was really spacious and have a very nice view.

I should have stayed longer

Excellent location, close to everything in Beijing. The hotel is a bit dated, but everthing works perfectly. The breakfast and the restaurant in the upper floors are fantastic.
