Very tired room. Dirty walls, toilet old fixtures, patio door didn’t lock properly, enormous holes on dirty curtains, curtain off rails, pillows awful, air con unit had mould around it. When we raised with reception they said it would be fixed. Spoke to them again next morning and got told off saying “what do you expect as we are only 3 star engineers only visit in the morning.” Staff were rude. This was our 2nd visit this year and this one was vastly different from the first. We paid £255 per night for this. Definitely not worth the money.

Hotel was fantastic, staff great, good location, great gym. Was suprised with the quality and range of both the breakfast and the dinner buffets.

Rooms could do with a little upgrade, but we knew this going in and they better than most reviews make out. A minor upgrade would take the hotel to a another level, but overall it was brilliant and we will be coming back.

Mooi groot hotel met diverse fasciliteiten. Onze kamer had 2 bedden van 160x200. Heel fijn, maar dit was niet nodig.

De prijs is veel te hoog voor deze accomodatie. Dit zal ook wel met de popolariteit van Soller te maken hebben. Tevens een veel te klein zwembad in vergelijking tot het volume van het hotel.

Hôtel bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage et du port. Nous avons toujours trouvé à nous garer dans la rue. Chambre très confortable. Personnel toujours disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner "écolo" : pas de petits emballages pour le sucre, le beurre, la confiture mais des pots. C'est très agréable.

Bedrooms were dated, small and cramped. Room service didn’t replace towels, water or coffee. Was very expensive for what it is. The sauna and pool area had been refurbed and were nice. The bedrooms were a joke for the price.

Great food selection at breakfast/dinner; 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the bus stop to Palma; nice views; great staff. Extra bonus points for the ice-cream at every dinner.

The shower head was leaking heavily, we got a bottle of water on arrival, however would've liked it every day considering it was 36-39C every single day during our stay.

The breakfast was good.

Our first room had a whole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The second room we were given was dirty and it was dripping from the ceiling. For the inconvenience we did not receive anything from the hotel. There is also no drinking water available in the whole hotel, not even in the gym. The matress was very uncomfortable and small for two people.

The only minus was the room, booked for a single person, very small, almost claustrophobic, smelly and not cleaned properly (dirty and sandy floor). The location is very good as it’s within 5 mins walk from the promenade. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also quite decent. The view in our room was also spectacular. The wifi was very good as well.

The beds and especially the pillows are quite uncomfortable and ended up with a strained neck after the 1st night. Also, the double beds are just two single beds pushed together which caused the beds to split open in the middle of the night. The room is quite outdated and definitely needs a renovation (especially the bathroom with the old shower curtain). Also, the room walls are very thin and you can easily hear the people in the other rooms so if you’re a light sleeper, take some ear plugs. For the amount paid, we felt like it wasn’t good value for money. Would definitely be back if a renovation is implemented.

​Extremely Disappointing Stay – Severe Operational Issues, Unfriendly Staff, and Spoiled Baby Food ​I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel due to severe customer service, housekeeping, and safety failures. ​Baby Food Spoiled (Safety Hazard): Because our room lacked a freezer, we gave our baby’s frozen food to the hotel bar staff to keep in their freezer. They promised to store it properly. Upon checkout, they returned it completely thawed and ruined because it had not been kept frozen. Serving spoiled food to an infant poses serious health and toxicity risks. We had to throw all of it away and repurchase everything. ​Broken Promises at Checkout: On our checkout day, the front desk confirmed we could check out at 12:00 PM, allowing us to shower after returning from the beach. We returned to the hotel at 11:30 AM—half an hour before checkout—only to be told housekeeping had already cleaned the room and we were barred from entering. We were forced to wash up in the gym bathroom with a 6 months old baby. ​Unresponsive & Rude Front Desk: Reaching reception by phone from the room was nearly impossible, requiring dozens of unanswered calls. We had to get dressed and walk down to the lobby for every basic request, only to face long queues. One male receptionist in particular was consistently unhelpful, unsupportive, and openly rude to us. ​Housekeeping: Room cleaning were late till around 4 pm despite leaving the "Clean Room" sign on the door since early morning. ​Management needs to address their staff training, communication, and basic health/safety practices immediately. I would strongly advise against staying here.

I like the ambience of the hotel, a cosy feel with lots of plants and tonal furniture , it felt home from home.

Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und gemütlich! Es war auch nicht überfüllt. Auch der Empfangsbereich und die Bar waren sehr ansprechend.

Die Zimmern sind veraltet; was aber auf den Fotos auch ersichtlich war. Es könnte jedoch etwas genauer geputzt werden. Das Badezimmer sah teilweise schimmelig aus.

Nous avions demandé plusieurs semaine à l'avance un lit double car nous étions en lune de miel et nous avons eu des lits simples à ressort très inconfortables...Pour le prix nous étions très déçus. De plus le petit déjeuner n'était pas très bon, et l'option "snack" du bar inexistante, les pizza proposés n'existaient pas...

Personál v reštaurácií by sa mal určite viac snažiť usmievať sa. Raňajky extrémne slabé, taniere špinavé poháre až nechutné. Recepcia príjemná.

The reception and the pool area are renoved and nice. The staff at the reception were very friendly (and Adrian in the restaurant). The dinners were great with a variety of food each evening. The gym is free to use.

The hotel’s location is on a slighty elevated ground, so getting there is a bit of a hike every day. The rooms are quite old fashioned and need renovation overall. Specifically, the water pressure is very weak and the walls are extra thin so you can honestly hear the conversations being had in the next room. Its a smoke-free hotel, so if you are a smoker, you are not allowed to smoke around the pool nor on the balcony (you are allowed to smoke in front of the hotel). The gym needs more equipment.

3 nuits en août pour 2 personnes … Emplacement idéal à 200m du centre . Même si l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un parking nous avons réussi à nous garer dans la rue gratuitement sans aucun problème ! Le soir l’hôtel propose un buffet à 20€ très correct! Le personnel est très gentil.

L’insonorisation de la chambre 201 avec la chambre d’à côté ainsi que les portes des autres chambres qui claquent !

Les espaces communs

Les chambres sont vétustes contrairement aux espaces communs. Une toute petite baignoire en guise de douche, des carreaux cassés et des joints abîmés dans la salle de bain. Pas de gel douche dans les pots, obligé de demander à la réception. Pour le prix nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour.

Die Fliesen im Bad waren teils kaputt. Die Badewanne war zerkratzt und kaputt. Die Abluft der Küche und des Essensraumes werden via Klima in die Zimmer geleitet daher stinkt es im Zimmer nach Fett und Essen. Im Essensraum ist eine offene Kücheninsel bei der man sich je nach Gang etwas braten lasen kann, daher riecht man nach jedem Frühstück und Abendessen sehr stark nach Fett und Essen. In unserem Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage getropft und der ganze Boden war mehrfach nass mit Pfützen.

The view from the bedroom/balcony on the top floor was stunning. The balcony also offered a decent amount of privacy to relax and enjoy the view in peace. The beds were very comfortable. The aircon worked very well which was very important to us! The black out curtains were also highly appreciated. The main foyer, dining area and poolside looked modern and were nice to relax in. The staff were friendly and quick to help with any queries. Only a short walk to the sea front.

The bedroom was clean, but a little sandy in places from the previous occupants. The fridge did not cool effectively. We ran out of shower gel, which was not topped up. It would have been nice if the complimentary coffee sachets were renewed each day. It would have been better if a pool towel was included with the bedroom.

Tuvimos un percance importante la última noche con la puerta de entrada que no cerraba. Llamamos a los teléfonos que figuraban en el apartamento y no nos dieron solución .. de hecho nos trataron mal. Finalmente dimos con la persona de mantenimiento y nos solucionaron el problema . Al día siguiente se pusieron a disposición.

The cleanliness. Staff were really helpful and booked taxis for wherever we wanted to go. The gym allowed me to train at multiple points. Luggage storage meant we could use the facilities before flying out.

Nothing. But being really picky, it would’ve been useful for the gym to have some extra smaller plates for the barbell e.g. 2.5kg and 5kg plates to allow more flexibility with workouts.

Le stanze non sono minimamente insonorizzate (si sente persino sbadigliare i vicini di stanza), il cibo della mensa è spesso mediocre, gli orari della cena sono troppo ristretti per essere un posto caldo di vacanza e letteralmente portare via il cibo allo scoccare delle 21 lo abbiamo trovato poco confortevole. Lo staff della mensa non è accogliente (almeno il buongiorno alla mattina...), la palestra è grande ma ci sono letteralmente 4 attrezzi. La posizione è scomoda, il mare bello è da tutt'altra parte.

The location is great, 5 minute walk down the hill and you are at the beachfront. The The pool is good, a bit warm but it was very busy when we were there (mid July). Breakfast is included with the room and we really enjoyed this! The food choices are excellent.

Really really busy while we were there however you can always nip to the beach it's only down the hill. Rooms are a bit dated but the air con and everything worked well.

Decisamente da migliorare la cena. Noi abbiamo approfittato di un'offerta per la mezza pensione, ma dopo un paio di cene abbiamo optato per cenare altrove.

Das Frühstück war top. Der kleine Pool unten und der Rooftop Pool waren super. Die Lage ist am Hafen mit dem Bus sind wir vom Flughafen aber gut hingekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich.

De locatie was super. Op 10 minuten (met de auto) van Sóller vandaag en slechts 3 minuten wandelen van Port de Sóller. Echt een hele leuke plaats om te verblijven. Het ontbijt was prima (ga niet te laat, aan het einde wordt er niet meer bijgevuld). De sportschool was ook super. Het eten was prima voor de prijs/kwaliteit. Wij zaten hier 3 nachten, dat was perfect.

De kamer was wat gedateerd. Een douche in een bad met een douchegordijn voelt niet meer helemaal van deze tijd. Verder was de kamer prima en goed schoongemaakt. Er waren weinig bedjes bij het zwembad. Wij zaten in de week voor het hoogseizoen en hadden elke keer wel plek, maar ik kan me in het hoogseizoen voorstellen dat de bedjes snel vol raken.

Lovely small friendly hotel in a great location, just 5 minutes walk to the port. Lovely views of the port and the mountains. The public areas were modern and clearly recently updated. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty with an extensive selection of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, breads and pastries.

The bedrooms and bathrooms could do with modernising to fit in with the public areas. But they were clean and adequate.

Het ontbijt was goed, de kamer schoon, iedere dag schone handdoeken, airco op de kamer.

Het zwembad is erg saai, geen leuk achtergrond muziekje, en het restaurant is pas om 12 uur open, je kunt dus voor die tijd geen koffietje ofzo bestellen bij het zwembad. Weinig parasols bij het zwembad, en in de ochtend leggen de mensen al handdoeken op de bedjes waar een parasol staat dat je pal in de zon moet gaan liggen, dus dat vind ik een minpunt

Hervorragende Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Meer oder in die Berge einfach traumhaft. Die Poolbar hat ein umfassendes Angebot und ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr groß und lecker, jedoch könnte es etwas mehr Gemüse geben. Zu diesem Preis würde wir uns auch sofort wieder für das Abendbuffet entscheiden, es ist immer was leckeres dabei gewesen.

Der Pool ist nicht so groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Leider war dieser sehr dreckig, was auch an den vielen Leuten am Pool lag. Durch die wenigen Liegen kann es passieren, dass man keinen Platz bekommt: Hier gibt es leider keine Regelung zu Handtuchreservierungen, weshalb manche Liegen den ganzen Tag unbenutzt waren, besonders die wenigen schattigen Liegen sind bereits früh morgens reserviert. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Staff were exceptionally nice and very accommodating. The view over the bay is exceptional and this made up for everything else.

Pillows were to high and the walls are so thin that it felt like our neighbours were talking in our room. Can’t really complain about “someone else talking normally at midnight when you’re trying to sleep”. But overall it was just unlucky to have gotten neighbours like this.

With the all-you-can-eat dinner, this is fabulous value for money.

The guests at the room next door smoked on their balcony outside of a brief spell during the breakfast and the dinner, which made it impossible to keep the window open.

The pool area is very good, with sunshine until about 5-6pm in June and then shade (which is also very nice respite). The gym facilities are very good. The bed was huge, the area in reception modern.

Breakfast and dinner are good, but the quality of the food can be improved. Very good price for a buffet dinner though! The clientele of the hotel was very loud and rowdy. The bathrooms need some modernising. The area outside the hotel was ok, but very close to the centre which is great.

Wees reëel: de 3-sterren classificatie is correct. In die lijn van verwachtingen schrijf ik dit. Voor een meerdaagse solo trip op Mallorca was dit voor mij een goede uitvalsbasis. En als uitvalsbasis voldoet het hotel uitstekend. Verblijven je langer en ben je meer gebonden aan het hotel, begrijp dan dat het hier redelijk 'basis' is. De ligging in Port de Sóller is naar mijn inzien top! Gelegen in een rustige straat, weinig verkeer, met de boulevard op minimale loopafstand. Eigen parkeervoorzieningen heeft het hotel niet. Echter in de straat kon er gratis geparkeerd worden, ja het oogt druk. Toch vond ik altijd ergens plek ondanks dat het hotel met ongeveer 130 kamers volgeboekt was. 130 kamers maakt het rustig, afhankelijk van de gasten. Je loopt elkaar niet voor de voeten en behoeft niet te vechten om eens aan het zwembad te liggen op een bedje. De receptie en lobby zijn gemoderniseerd, dit creëerde bij mij verwachten over de kamers. Neen, die zijn gedateerd/oud, wel schoon en deels intact. Een werkend koelkastje, voldoende stopcontacten en okay sanitair. De airconditioning op mijn 1-persoonskamer liet te wensen over in juni/26. In de nacht bleef het te benauwd en warm. Aangegeven bij de receptie en men zou acties uitzetten. Echter door de grote hoeveelheid zon welke de kamers te voorduren hebben werd dat al als argument gebruikt... ik vermoed dat de klimaatbeheersing vandaag de dag niet meer afdoende is, te oud en het wordt langer warm. Als lange Nederlander ben ik gewend dat menig bed te klein is, zo ook hier. Maar het was voor mij niet storend, ik lag goed op het bed. Een extra kussen in wel aan te raden. Het mechanische kluisje in de kamer is als extra te huren, dus niet standaard beschikbaar. Dit telt ook voor zwembad/strand handdoeken! Het lopendontbijt is okay, voor ieder wat wils. Absoluut niet te hoogwaardig of luxe te noemen. Koffie uit de machine is matig. De verdere prijzen voor drinken bij de bar zijn normaal.

A great location just 5 mins walk from the port area. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially the staff on reception. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great with a wide selection of food. The room and balcony were spacious and there was a fridge and a large amount of wardrobe hanging space.

The aircon was not very strong but the outside temperature was so high that it was possibly struggling to cope!

Here’s a stronger version that stays factual while highlighting the issues you experienced. I avoided stating anything that can’t be substantiated (e.g. saying he “laughed at our claims”), Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. There was hair throughout the bathroom that clearly did not belong to us, visible soap scum and grime on the shower walls, mould around the bath and shower seals, and a general level of dirt that suggested the room had not been properly cleaned before check-in. To the hotel’s credit, they did offer us an alternative room after we raised our concerns. Unfortunately, the replacement room was smaller and, upon inspection, in an even poorer state of cleanliness than the original. We therefore returned to reception to explain why we could not accept it. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, the gentleman at reception appeared to dismiss them. When we showed him videos of the condition of the rooms, he seemed amused rather than concerned and remarked that if you use a camera flash and zoom in, “of course you’re going to find things.” As paying guests simply expecting a clean room, this response was both disappointing and unprofessional. The only resolution ultimately offered was to clean our original room. While this should certainly have been done, it is not compensation, it is the standard of cleanliness that should have been provided before guests arrived. We also requested that Booking.com review the matter and consider appropriate compensation. However, the hotel dismissed this request, relying on its no-refund policy rather than engaging with the concerns we had raised. A no-refund policy should not excuse accommodation that fails to meet basic cleanliness standards or the dismissive handling of legitimate guest complaints. The location is convenient, but cleanliness and customer service are fundamental expectations of any hotel.

Jamais vu ça Buffet repas de piètre qualité et avec un choix restreint Parking dans la rue certes gratuit mais encore faut-il trouver une place pour nous à distance de l'hôtel sachant que la rue est très pentue Et en plus c'est pas cadeau au niveau du prix Nous avons un tour de l'île et changé plusieurs fois d'hôtels et c'est de loin le moins bien et pourtant un des plus cher
