Bikini Island & Mountain Port de Soller Hotel "Adults only"

Beautifully decorated, relaxing place with friendly staff and a huge warm pool. And very close to lots of great restaurants around the harbour. Plenty of sun-beds and good music playing. Good views too!

Great location for those who are mobile as it sits above the harbour with a short walk down 124 steps and a steep hill. The staff were mostly cert helpful. Little freebies like the free sun hat and sun cream and a postcard that you can write on to send home and The Bikini pay the postage. Pool towels available free of charge, free electric bike hire and SUP hire. The drink and food prices are more or less in line with that you'd pay in the resort centre. The vibe around the place is very relaxed, no loud music. The decor is bo-ho, hippyish, helping the laid back atmosphere. The waiting staff are excellent. Food is good at the snack bar, breakfast is plentiful, and we could order an omelette and fresh coffee as well as helping ourselves to coffee from a pot. We only ate at the restaurant once and were not disappointed.

One or two gripes. Firstly it's adult only but in the evening at the rooftop bar and restaurant there were children present, probably as the restaurant is a concession run affair and people can book. A little disappointed to hear children crying when you are expecting adults only. Secondly, the hotel says in the literature that reserving of sun beds is not allowed and they would " liberate any unattended bed after 30 minutes ". Sadly this isn't the case, sunbeds had towels laid on them from early morning and none were "liberated"

I like the relax and chill vibe, the hotel design is very cool, so as staff and guests. Roof top gym and yoga classes were great, i feel fit after the stay.

The styling and touches of this hotel are amazing, it is my second visit there in as many years. The restaurant is also gorgeous and the cocktail bar with very special views. All the staff very attentive and fun to chat to.

Quality not what expected with the price

We had the most amazing stay- food,drinks and service was 10/10!! Can’t wait to come again :)

This hotel is cute, if a little bit overboard on branding. The reception staff were very friendly and kind, however the waiters and bartenders at the hotel bar were rude, and acted exasperated at being asked to do or bring us anything. The receptionist told us that the tap water is not good to drink but pointed out that there are three places to refill water bottles around the property. By Wednesday night, two of the water stations were not functioning so the receptionist told me to go to the bar for drinkable water. At the bar, I was aggressively told “No, Ma’am, you must go up to the rooftop.” When I got to the stairs, there was no light on the stairs. Once I got to the rooftop, there it was completely dark and impossible to see anything. The room was spacious but completely lacked privacy for the bathroom. The wall “blocking” it from the rest of the room was a panel of clear glass. There was a sheer curtain hanging on the room side of the wall but if the light was on in the bathroom, nothing was left to the imagination. The door was a pocket slider that did not close all the way so all noises could be clearly heard in the room. The pool is nice enough, and the stairs down to the port are a huge selling point, but I will not be back after experiencing the rudeness of the bar staff and the lack of privacy in the room.

Visually the hotel is lovely, with a stunning view and everything was very clean. Unfortunately the service really let the hotel down and for a 5 star hotel we were extremely disappointed with our experience. We paid for a Bayside Plus room, with the “Plus” meaning a room with a view. When we finally checked into our room, around four hours after the rest of our party, there was no view at all. We went to reception to check we had been given the correct room and were told we had received what we booked. I read them the description directly from the website which clearly stated that the Plus room included a view. I was met with a blank expression, no explanation and no real attempt to help. We were then told they could potentially move us and to come back in 40 minutes. When we returned we were met with more hostility and raised voices and told they needed more time. We eventually asked to speak to a manager and within 2 minutes we were in a room with the view we had paid for. It seemed so simple and made us wonder why it had been made so difficult in the first place. The website also states that one of the benefits of booking directly is that, subject to availability, you may receive an upgrade. This definitely wasn’t our experience. We actually had to fight to get a room that matched the description of what we had booked. Unfortunately this level of service continued throughout our stay. Almost everything we asked for was met with hostility and it seemed like “no” was the default answer. This was especially disappointing as we spent a lot of money at the bars and restaurants during our stay. Our experience in the restaurant was particularly bad. For example, we asked for a light for our table as there were lights on every other table and we could barely see our food. The waitress was extremely rude and seemed distracted and irritated by us. We also couldn’t order the drinks we wanted, despite them being nothing complicated. I have never experienced such poor service at a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a stunning setting, but the service completely ruined our experience. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a group of friends in our thirties. The hotel is beautifully decorated, but the room was smaller than expected. Our room was the same level as the pool bar with a small balcony. The room was stocked with one water bottle, one beach bag and one suncream. When we asked for a second water bottle as there were two people per room, we were asked to pay €15 per bottle. The pool bar food was good and the pool bar staff were relatively helpful. I would say the drinks are pricy, a glass of sangria being €12. For our second night we booked the hotel restaurant which was disappointing. We had a set menu which was ok but the food wasn’t great. It was incredibly dark to the point we couldn’t see bones in the seabass so asked for an extra light for the table which seemed to be a nuisance to the waitress. We were told we could not order any cocktails or anything from the bar menu (which is right next to the restaurant) which was frustrating so a few of us didn’t have our drink of choice at dinner. When it came to the bill we were told only two card payments were possible which seemed odd as we could split by more at the pool bar. We do acknowledge splitting per person for a group can be annoying, but it seemed like any request was too much for the staff. We moved back to the bar area and were told we couldn’t order a cocktail as the barman had cleared up 30 minutes before closing time. This was incredible frustrating as we can understand cleaning up perhaps 10 minutes before closing, but we were told only wine or a spirit was possible. On our last day, we asked if it was possible to extend our checkout due to a later flight. Despite 6 rooms being available on booking.com we were told we could not extend our room in case someone decided to book last minute. It seemed any request was a hassle and we asked for the receptionist to speak to the manager. Eventually our request was granted at €30 per hour. The overall customer service was poor. Port de Sóller is a beautiful destination so I would encourage a visit but would suggest researching and staying at a different hotel.

Stayed here with a group of friends for 4 days. The hotel location and decor is beautiful, however, the service and staff let this hotel down. The staff often made us feel like an inconvenience. Dinner in neni was a shambles. As there were 8 of us we couldn’t order food they did a set menu, but we were surprised to then recieve 8 starters and mains from the à la carte, I don’t know why we couldn’t have just picked our own. Everything appeared to be a hassle including asking for a rum and coke was met with a grumble. After dinner we moved through to the bar at 11:30, despite shutting at 12 they advised us when they came to take our order they couldn’t do cocktails as the bar was closing and they had already cleaned up. A similar thing happened the following day at the pool bar. Any request was often met with a problem response. No effort to cater to their guests which really let this hotel down!

What an amazing hotel in Port de Soller. We travelled with teenagers and we all loved it. Fabulous interiors, great pool, wonderful breakfast, fantastic bars and stunning views! The only negative is that on occasion you may struggle to get a bed but we were poolside by 10 each day and it was fine. What a find and I’ll be sad if I never get the pleasure of returning. Thank you Bikini

This was our third stay at bikini island soller and it did not disappoint. As always staff are friendly and the hotel is perfect for a relax break. We had a noise issue with our room on the first night and we were changed immediately the next day. No problems and no issues. Signs of great management and good hotel. We will be back next year.

Overall a good hotel, a couple of things let it down but wouldn’t stop me returning Pros - lovely aesthetic of hotel, great interiors and design - the food in Neni restaurant was great, lovely views over the port - room was nice and quiet in Bay House, if a little small - shower room was great if you have a late flight Cons - I didn’t find any of the staff bar one or two particularly friendly or helpful at all - the pool gets very busy and big parts of it are shaded throughout the day depending on where you sit, so you tend to have to ‘bed hop’ if you want some sun - minimum if any gluten free options on breakfast or pool bar menu, making it pretty difficult to eat in the hotel if you’re GF or coeliac I would also point out in a heatwave of 33 degrees on an evening it was pretty tough going walking up the steep bank and steps from the port, we are two fit adult gym goers and did find it a bit of a pain. Not the hotels fault of course, just more for awareness for people with mobility issues Overall a nice hotel, give or take a few issues

The location of this hotel is fabulous, up on a hill with beautiful views of the bay but also a short downhill walk to the town with bars and restaurants. Beware there are a lot of steps uphill to get back! The decor was lovely, a little quirky which gave the hotel a nice unique feeling. Breakfast was great.

The room is very small and there was very limited storage space, there is no full length hanging space for dresses or trousers.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and would generally recommend to friends and family. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel’s location and views were excellent. Customer service on reception were helpful and we found the pool staff and pool bar to be very polite and helpful. I had the BEST massage I have ever had from a lovely lady called Laura. I cannot recommend her more highly and was enormously impressed by her professionalism and expertise. Prior to the massage I had had a little bit of discomfort/awkwardness in my shoulder and I don’t know what magic she worked but she fixed it for me - thank you Laura :) We ate two dinners at NENI. Whilst the food and drinks were lovely and the view was phenomenal the vegan food knowledge was a bit hit and miss and we found this to not be ‘stress free’ on the first night we had to use the QR code on the menu to work out what we had because the waitress was unsure and we were considered to see the receipt stated ‘butter cauliflower on it’ which we had eaten but did not match the menu. We had the same issue for breakfast whereby no one really knew what we could have and I was given a cappuccino with cows milk in when I had asked for oat milk. Thankfully Gia was a saving grace on our second night and she made the effort to find out what we could have and we enjoyed this much more. Thank you Gia!

We have just returned from a 5 day break here in a Bayside Plus room and we had a lovely time! I’ll highlight all areas for an honest review Pros ✅ - - Aesthetically beautiful with calm, peaceful areas around the hotel ☮️ - Bayaide plus room although small was bigger than we thought and all nooks and crannies of the room were used well - Aircon fabulous everywhere - Good WiFi - Food was good in all bars and in Neni - Staff were pleasant - not overly cheerful but pleasant - Use of pool bag, water bottle etc was a lovely thought - Incence to use on your balcony was a nice touch - La Bruket products were a delight! I’m fussy with shampoo and conditioner but chose these to use over my own! Beautiful scent with all products - Free yoga 🧘‍♀️ to sign up too during the week -Free towels to use whenever you needed them instead of towel cards etc. When you wanted to change you just popped them in the many baskets 🗑️ around the pool and got fresh ones - Breakfast was FABULOUS! Amazing selection and great quality produce. Coffee was amazing too and each cup made to order Cons ❌ - - The hotel is set up high and the stairs 🥵 and hill to the Port was brutal but we booked it knowing it was up high. If you have mobility issues you may wish to rethink unless you have a car - No milk 🥛or sweeteners provided in rooms for tea/coffee. You have to ask for milk at the bar each time. Some places in the fridge would be good - Although reusable water bottle was great, only giving one between two people was very odd and not helpful - Sunbeds were a bit of an issue and many reserved without anyone checking on whether they were being used. We did prefer to sleep later but didn’t as we knew we’d not be able to lie by the pool if we did which was a bit disappointing - Drinks and food a bit overpriced in my opinion 💷

We got upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Beautiful hotel, we loved everything and will definitely revisit.

More food choices at the pool bar would be great and extra pillows for the room.

Stayed here for a long weekend in April and would really recommend it. Really cool hotel with a great Ibiza Town style vibe to it. Rooms were great, and lovely pool area that overlooked the bay. Breakfast was great and bar meals were good and reasonably priced. Pint of Estrella was 6 euros which seemed very fair for a really nice hotel. Hotel is just a 10 min walk down the hill from Soler bay with its bars and restaurants. We loved it here and will definitely come back.

Room was small, bed was hard but we requested a pillow top which made it better. The bed had separate covers for each side which was not ideal. Some ants and bugs. Very limited parking.

This hotel is beautiful. The decor has all been very carefully thought out and means you discover new little quirky bits of it at every turn. It creates a really relaxing and welcoming vibe that is added to by the lovely staff. The pool area gets busy so it’s not always possible to get a subbed, but the team do a reasonable job of freeing up sun beds people are not using. The pool itself was great (deep!), a lovely temperature and a good place to hang out to get some respite from the heat. Food is a definite winner here. The breakfast was excellent, lunches by the pool very good & dinner fabulous (booking recommended as it’s popular!). The location was great, it’s a short but steep walk up and down to the main town which is full of lovely shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the tram to Soller and great market there. The only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 was the room. It is very small. Whilst cleverly designed, there is no full length hanging space, no table, limited storage in the bathroom and terrible lighting. On the positive side, the welcome touches are great; sun cream, hat citronella tea lights and a water bottle for use during your stay - although 2 people should = 2 water bottles to use! I would definitely return and definitely recommend 🌟.

Amazing, everything was above expectations, the breakfast, view, pool, restaurants and just the overall vibe. If you're in the Port de Soller then this is the place to stay.

Air con was controlled at 23 degrees in the room which is not that cool given the temperature outside. Beds by the pool were left empty for hours but with towels on them so you couldn’t take them. Rooms were small

Indretningen var super fancy, bortset fra badeværelserne, der trænger til en opgradering. Morgenmaden og servicen var god. Poolen var dejlig, men der var for få solstole, så der var kamp om dem. Det var fedt med gratis vand.

Badeværelset var trangt, billigt bygget og indrettet. Baren ved poolen manglede den hyggelige stemning, man forventer af et adults-only resort, og den lukkede alt for tidligt. Vi havde glædet os til at nyde cocktails ved poolen om aftenen. Gangene var alt for mørke, da lyset tændte alt for sent, og de trængte til en renovering. Rengøringssystemet var forvirrende, og standarden levede ikke op til andre hoteller, vi har besøgt.

We absolutely loved the hotel, boho vibes paired with top class service. A special name check for Massimo who was super friendly on the reception, nothing was too much trouble. We requested a few things from a mattress topper & a kettle all delivered super quick. Pool area was very nicely set out, lots of shaded areas to have lunch (it was super hot). The only negative & this was mainly because of the heat, the hotel location is set on top of a hill with a steep slope & two sets of stairs. We picked our visits to the port mostly in the evening. Tbh it was so lovely by the pool we didn’t miss the beach. All in all a really lovely hotel, just wish it could be moved down the hill! But then you wouldn’t get the fab views of the port.

Facilities, staff & the ambience was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the design of the interior & the pool area especially.

Nos gusto mucho porque es exótico y diferente al resto de hoteles de la zona. El personal muy simpático y atento. El restaurante Neni es fantástico, comida riquísima, terraza con vistas, cenamos genial, para no perdérselo. Las habitaciones muy correctas y acogedoras. Te dejan bolsa de playa y toallas, así como termo para rellenar en el propio hotel que tiene repartidos los grifos tipo cerveza pero con diferentes aguas, y así no gastar botellas de plástico. Una idea fantástica. Te regalan un sombrero de paja y un bote grande de protección solar corporal. Un detallazo. El desayuno muy rico y variado todo. La zona de piscina exótica y bonita. Y el acceso al puerto es una escalera que se hace sin problema y estás en el puerto en unos minutos. Ubicado muy bien. Repetiremos porque es un hotel muy diferente. Ah tiene una terraza con bicis estáticas, cinta, con vistas al puerto, ideal entrenar muy temprano. Una bonita experiencia.

Great hotel if you book the sea view, the partial view is a hit or miss of what you get. Love the staff they were extremely nice. I wanted to have dinner on the roof and they have a table reserved for guest that has no view which was a bummer I wish they saved some with the view for paying guest of the hotel instead of walk ins. It is a pricey hotel. Also when I was getting a massage it was interrupted a few times a girl even walked in the room during the massage through a staff door. The guest relations manager was extremely apologetic but I wish they would have a sign saying “massage in progress” so people aren’t opening the locked door ruining the mood. Overall I still recommended this to my friends and love the location, pool, and roof top gym is 10/10!!

Had a lovely stay at the Bikini Island hotel, staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good with lots on offer. Loved the free suncream and hat and the water bottle which you could use all of your stay and then buy at the end if you chose to.

The breakfast was exceptional, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The pool area was amazing - very relaxing and had a great vibe. Our hotel balcony was used a lot because the view was so beautiful. The facilities at the hotel were great.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. We loved our room with incredible views right across the bay. We loved all the little quirky things in the room like incense, citronella candles, gorgeous smelling toiletries, and lovely sarongs to use. It was a joy having breakfast at Neni’s after so many dinner’s we have had in the past. Loved the huge swimming pool. Loved the peace and tranquility of it being adults only. I’d love to come again.

Leuk trendy hotel. Mooie ligging (hoog), daardoor prachtig uitzicht.

De lunch mogelijkheden: weinig keuze en als je al iets kiest, in ons geval een Cesar salade, staat de prijs niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. Echt een fantasieloos bord salade ! Verder is de audio installatie bij het zwembad slecht - het geluid valt steeds weg. En de kamers zijn aan de kleine kant.

Great pool, rooms comfortable but does need an extra cupboard/desk for complete comfort. Cocktails at the pool bar were great and good value for money.

I wish there was more choice of different genre of food in the hotel. All Lebanese style at the moment.

This was our second visit to Bikini Hotel Port Sóller. And the hotel was a nice as ever. It is stunning and every room both common and guest rooms are decorated to an exceptional standard. So much thought has gone into every detail. The staff are friendly and approachable. We did go out but this hotel has it all. We even had the best meal of the trip in the hotel Restaurant on the top floor. The view from the restaurant is incredible but the restaurant itself is stunning so much so that you are spoilt for choice as to what to admire the most. The pool area is beautiful and there is a handy bar with snacks and waiter service. But the atmosphere is relaxed and definitely not stuffy.

The location is amazing. Parking is tight but alright if you know what you’re doing. Staff was exemplary, so was the food! Everything was clean and wonderfully decorated.

To book a massage you should go directly to the hotel reception. Don’t book over the site, because the massage people work outside the hotel and the booking at the reception has priority.

Ze pretenderen door minder schoonmaken van kamers het milieu te sparen maar halen wel na drie kwartier bij de bar je zonnebed handdoeken weg waardoor je allemaal weer nieuwe handdoeken moet pakken. De zwembad bodem was erg vuil. Sauna moet je helemaal voor naar boven om te vragen of ze hem aanzetten. De helling en trappen om bij het hotel wel erg vermoeiend. Cocktails 14,- erg duur maar ook nog eens erg waterig dus dat hebben we maar één keer gedaan.

Hôtel très bien équipé avec une super piscine, transats, bar de piscine et très bien placé pour se rendre au centre ville. Voiture et vélo a disposition. Calme avec une très bonne ambiance.

The hotel overall is lovely and has so much to offer.

The rooms are small and very dark. Decor is wonderful and so well thought out but the rooms are not luxurious, there is some lovely touches however.

Its an adorable Hotel Super Chilled vibe I felt like I was in Bali They serve this CRAZY delicious Hot Dog on a Brioche bun, toasted with butter and all kinds of condiments I have NEVER had a Hotdog like it...sounds hysterical and I dont EVER eat stuff like that 😋 but it was off the Richter scale delicious 😋

Everything was great No complaints

The hotel setting is beautiful with lovely views towards the port. Exceptionally well maintained with different quirks on every floor and in every corner. The vibe was very chilled and set the scene for your stay. Perfectly positioned higher up in the mountain with only a short (but steep) walk down to the port.

There is nothing I can really say here but if I was to be picky, the lighting in the room is a little dark for us girlies who want to do our make-up! But this is me being extremely picky!! The only other thing I would welcome is a welcome pack which gave you more details about things like pool bar opening times etc but tbh it wasn’t a problem because reception staff and pool staff was super attentive and couldn’t help enough.

Vakkert hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i Porto Soller åsen, kun 2-3 min gange fra havnen. Beplantningen og interiøret er eksepsjonelt og en fryd for alle sanser! Nydelig frokost som serveres på en fantastisk terrasse med utsikt over bukten. Likte veldig godt at vi fikk vannflasker som kunne fylles opp på to vannstasjoner. Ekstra pluss for gratis utlån av el-sykler.

Frukosten var fantastisk, allt fanns. Underbart att det fanns yoga och möjlighet att låna både bil och cyklar.

Lunchen vid poolen var undermålig, så låg kvalitet på maten. Åt en caesar sallad som inte var god, torr kyckling med konstig torr falafel och såsen var inte originalet. Hamburgaren var torr med få pommes frites Middagen på Nemi var också så dålig kvalitet i jämförelse med restauranger på byn. Och väldigt stressig personal som slängde fram maten. Och ett glas vin var inte ett glas utan ett halvt glas, trodde först att det var för jag skulle smaka men det var det man fick.

the design was awesome and it had a wonderful feel - from the décor to the small items placed around the hotel you felt like you had gone back in time a bit albeit modern and clean.

The bar service was terrible and when you did get served we found the staff to be dismissive and nonchalant. The sunbeds were challenging as there is a culture of leaving towels out to reserve them. There are little signs saying not to but the 30 min rule was not enforced.

This is a great hotel. Staff are always friendly and in a great location. I’ve stayed here a total of four times now and would still go back.

You’d only notice this if you had been to the hotel on more than one occasion but they have started to make cuts. The pool bar food options are limited. The size of the glass for coffee in the morning and you used to get vouchers for forgoing a room clean. Didn’t impact the stay but just noticed it.

We had a really relaxing stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location was excellent, only a 5-minute walk down to the port, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The breakfast wasn’t great value for money, as there wasn’t much variety and the quality could have been better. The shower pressure was also quite weak at times.

From its hillside location it gave fantastic views of the bay below and surrounding hills. It was compact whilst still giving a feel of space. Had a very relaxing vibe to the whole property by its design and layout.

Can’t say there was anything to dislike about the property.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec mon mari. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, propice à la détente et au dépaysement. Les chambres sont confortables, agréables et parfaitement entretenues. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner, varié et de grande qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus plaisante. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, ce qui facilite les déplacements et les visites. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Neni Restaurant is great. Breakfast as well.

Rooms are tiny. Bed is not very comfortable. Cleanliness is ok but not great. Overall value for money is not exceptional.

Beliggenheden og udsigten fra poolområdet og restauranten over bjergene og bugten. Morgenmaden var virkelig god. Fin design og interiør, belysning. Lækkert hotel.

Mange i personalet virkede ret uengagerede og småsure. Det var ikke en varm velkomst eller checkud. Der var også sød personale der, f eks i baren, poolbaren og nogle i restauranten, det var dejligt. Værelserne er små.

Lovely boutique hotel in beautiful spot with lovely views. Nice rooms and great pool area and really pretty terrace for breakfast. Super friendly staff.

The pillows weren’t great in the rooms and the hot stuff on the buffet breakfast wasn’t hot no matter what time we had breakfast - didn’t bother us that much as we dont usually have a hot breakfast. Apart from that it was superb.

En fantastisk fint hotell med bra läge. Vi hade en svit med två rum och två balkonger. Fin restaurang högst upp med utsikt. Härlig pool och poolområde med skön musik.

Die Einrichtung im Hotel und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und außergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber.

Das Servicepersonal ist spitze (Frühstückssteam, Rezeption und Reinigungspersonal) und die Anlage mit Ausblick ist toll.

Wir waren vor Ostern und haben permanent gefroren, da das Hotel beim Frühstück an der Gasheizung sparen wollte (abends im Neni-Restaurant wurden diese aber eingeschaltet)…Alle Hotelgäste saßen mit Daunenjacken, Schal und Decken beim Frühstück. Das hatte Null Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Und die Zimmer/Flure im untersten Level (Poollevel) ebenso dauerkalt und zugig, da Tag und Nacht die Türen offen sind.

The whole hotel was first class. From the vibe to the setting to the views. We fell in love with the place.

Only if I’m being really picky. I like a thick pillow which we didn’t have. Also our room was a little noisy. We were near reception, our balcony faced onto front door and we were next to main toilet.

Fik ingen oplysninger ved indtjekningen overhovedet. Personalet i receptionen hilste sjældent, når man kom og gik og i baren og restauranten var de heller ikke særligt opmærksomme. Virkelig dårlige parkeringsforhold, alt for få pladser.
