Excellent location

Not a great view from our room

The location was excellent, down the steps from the hotel and right onto the front. Our room was large and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner provided lots of choice and the food was fresh and tasty.

Location was the only good thing about the property.

Parking was not clear and it took 4 different conversations before even arriving. The staff was incredibly rude. The front desk was okay but both the restaurant and rooftop were incredibly unprofessional and terrible rude. Food was awful. If you’re staying here for AC just know it doesn’t work. We had 4 different rooms and none of us had it. The towels were dirty and had make up stains on them.

The sea view room charged 5* prices for a 3/4* at best. Room and especially the bathroom was dated and needs modernising. The air conditioning not as effective as needed. Standard of cleaning in the room was poor, our balcony was never swept or cleaned, bedding not changed. Parking an issue unless you reserve far in advance. Breakfast was chaotic and overly busy.

The reception staff were lovely, the buffet breakfast was fresh and had a huge variety, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The roof top for drinks was a great spot!

No on site parking, our last day we had no hot water and the man working the pool handing out towels was extremely rude snatching our towel vouchers off me and shoving me the towels

Excellent location in the heart of the Port. Loved the rooftop bar, best views in town, and great proximity to the beach and tram. Not usually a fan of a breakfast buffet but it was great.

The hotels were a little basic for a 4 star, but perfectly clean! The pool is too small for the number of guests so we spent most of the time in the beach (where you pay for chairs and umbrellas).

- cafe da manha parece Bandejao. Tem bastante variedade mas qualidade bem ruim! - chuveiro ruim. Banheira velha - a cama de casal e na verdade duas camas de solteiro juntas. Ruim de dormir - o ar condicionado so funciona se a varanda tiver trancada. Como tenho um bebe e quis ficar na varanda, foi ruim. Pois o bebê ficou no calor.

I really appreciated the excellent location, the high level of cleanliness, the good breakfast, the very helpful staff, and the proximity to the beach.

During the night it was occasionally quite loud because the garbage bins are located very close to the hotel. The sound of glass being disposed of was especially noticeable. The breakfast selection was good, although it remained the same every day.

Solo comentar que algunas de las instalaciones se cierran para eventos privados, se avisa por la mañana, pero si no te das cuenta, te joroba el plan. La piscina muy clorada, pero muy limpia y bien atendida.

We loved this hotel, the location is amazing, the breakfast was great, as well as the dinner. The facilities such as the rooftop bar was an added bonus, and being steps away from the beach was 10/10.

The pool was ridiculously small for the size of the hotel, people were reserving sun beds then disappearing for breakfast, lunch etc even though it says you can’t reserve sun beds the pool attendant did nothing to stop these people

Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. Bathroom facilities were clean and tidy. Liked that the room has a bath and a shower facility as we had a toddler with us. Balcony was very spacious with enough seating for us all. There was a fridge where we could keep drinks cool for an evening once back at the room. The food was delicious and there was a good range of different foods on offer each night.

One of the air con vents in our room was not working properly meaning only one side of the room became cool enough on a night. This wasn't a huge problem until the last night when it was very hot and it was difficult to cool down in the room.

We had a beautiful view of the promenade. The staff upgraded our room because they had availability. :) The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the beach.

You can hear the guests in the neighbouring rooms. One slightly unpleasant experience was with the parking. We had our own car, and the hotel provides paid parking. When we received the remote control, we paid for the parking in cash. Unfortunately, we threw away the receipt because we trusted the hotel. When checking out, we were asked to pay for the parking again because I could not prove that we had already paid. So just a little warning — make sure to keep your receipt!

The place

1) They wrongly registered my 17 old daughter as 1 year old and put a crib in the room 2) Then the sofa which they offered to convert into the bed was extremely dirty with lots of stains - really disgusting! 3) The wardrobe in the room is barely for one person let alone for 2 or 3 ! 4) And finally, we checked out yesterday and I left my Apple Watch in the room! I could locate it via my iPhone still to be in the hotel in the evening when I called them as soon as I realized. Almost 12 hours and 2 phone calls later, still no news about my Apple Watch !!

I was worried about our stay based on the fact that I had read some negative reviews just before going. I need not have worried!! On arrival we were greeted by a helpful and professional receptionist, and were shown where we could store our cases until our room was ready. We had a large room with comfy beds and a sofa. The bathroom had a double sink with a shower over the bath (lots of hot water). The balcony was large and got the sun all afternoon - the view was just fantastic!!! (Room 510) There was lots to choose from at breakfast - eggs, bacon and pancakes all cooked fresh (omelettes to order as well). The pool was lovely, and yes, people did put towels out once the pool area was open (usually just before 9ish). However, on one day, hotel policy was definitely followed as our 2 towels were removed after we'd been away from the pool for approx 1hr. So, the reviews that had commented about no sunbeds being free, it appears if you speak to the lifeguard, it will be resolved if possible. Our room was serviced every day and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. A visit to the rooftop bar at sunset is a must! We would definitely return.

Easy access to supermarket restaurants and port. Clean and hygiene. If you wish to rent a motorbike it’s just a 3mins walk . The Vespa motorbike costed me 56 euro for 23hrs. Hotel staffs are very kind and have positive attitude towards guest. I interacted with mimi and Laura honestly they will make sure your stay is comfortable. Yes always book a room with breakfast it’s has a wide spread and seriously you will love the breakfast spread.

Great location, room was spacious including balcony, staff were helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast and dinner was really good, fantastic choice of food well cooked. Rooftop bar was lovely with good cocktails.

A few issues for improvement - air con wasn’t really cold enough despite lowest setting. This should be a basic for a Mediterranean hotel. Fridge in room was a mini fridge with no freezer section for ice. Cleaners didn’t replace water/creamer after first clean. Basic drinking water wasn’t included at dinner for free. Bacon at breakfast wasn’t proper bacon (only a small point because everything else was great).

The room was great, clean and spacious. Perfect view. The staff was awesome. The pool and the amenities that came with it were great. Food (we had breakfast and dinner) was delicious.

The location is amazing. The pool is decent except the sun beds are schnarfed by your archetypal filth bags.

The room was tiny, the beds were uncomfortable - our kids pull out beds ridculously so, and the pillows were credit card like. They charged a fortune for water - no water for free. The food was salty, overcooked and not very nice.

V najinem primeru je bila soba katastrofalna. Izbrala sem dvoposteljno sobo brez balkona. Soba je bila ekstremno mala. Postelja je bila zelo ozka- max. 140cm, pomaknjena v kot, tako da si v njo lahko šel iz zelo ozke ene strani. Drugih sob nisem videla, vendar ta soba nikakor ne zasluži kategorizacijo 4 zvezdic. To bi lahko bila enoposteljna soba, oziroma soba v youth hostelu. V sobi sem se ponoči brez zraka počutila klavstrofobično. Zmeraj izberem 4zvezdični hotel, z oceno 8+, vendar še kaj tako slabega nisem doživela.

Clean, great location and nice staff.

The pool / beach towel system was a bit tricky i understand why they did it but they needed to have the guy dealing with towels open longer. And if possible stop people grabbing the sun beds for the day. Tricky but very annoying for other guests.

The lift broke regularly. Leading to having to walk up stairs many floors in the heat. My partner had a heart failure on the stairs, fell badly all when the lift was broken leading to an 18 day Intensive care hospital stay. When i checked out of the hotel early to move to Palma to be near him, I asked for some reimbursement for the two nights I cancelled and despite applying for this directly and via Booking.com they did nothing.

Cleaning in the bedroom was strictly minimum,The floors were not swiped properly .

Situation incroyable sur le front de mer. Parking très abordable en proximité immédiate, places réservées aux clients de l'hôtel. Chambres propres, confortables, fonctionnelles. Le port de Soller est un point de chute idéal pour visiter les superbes villages environnants. De nombreux restaurants, une plage vaste, propre et très sympa.

On a été déçu par le petit déjeuner malgré un buffet très varié.

Gorgeous location on the main promenade, with a nice pool, good breakfast and very well equipped room. To our delight we were upgraded to the very best room, which of course makes this review even more favourable!

The balcony had amazing views but unfortunately was facing right into the sun so was actually too hot to sit out on in the early evening, but in fairness it was an extremely hot day.

For the premium rooms with seaside view, they were spacious for one or two people with a very good sized balcony, basic facilities and good view. Big selection at buffet breakfast, but not exceptional quality.

Overly expensive and not great value given the condition of the property - old, damaged rooms and needs renovation. I personally didn’t like the lack of privacy on the balconies and crowded pool areas but that goes with this kind of large hotel.

Modern room, cleaned every day. Great pool with lots of different kind of loungers and umbrellas and service by the pool. Excellent breakfast buffet great coffee and many different choices of food. Great front desk staff who can’t do enough for you.

We were there out of season in June so there were enough loungers to go around but in high season I can see that being a bit more problematic. The sink in the bathroom was too big for the small size of the bathroom.

The location is perfect for staying in the port and access to the beach with surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was good with a large variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were neatly kept and good size.

There weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, we were having to queue 15 mins before opening time to fight for a bed, and then the lifeguard would threaten to remove our items if we were gone for 30 mins, although one time she did it after 5 mins! The room cleaning was ok but I noticed none of the hair was removed from the drains. Additionally the ‘gym’ consisted of a few broken cardio machines and one rack of weights, not good enough of the number of guests the hotel can accommodate!

Rooms were rather tired looking and bathroom needed a refresh. Only a small number of sunbeds around pool. This was understandable owing to the limited space but there was no attempt to police beds when they were left unattended for long periods

Really noisy! The stairs really echo and other guests were not so considerate about this. I had to use earplugs just to dull the noise a bit.

The elevators were not working for the tower we were in, so had to carry luggage up two floors after elevator stopped at 4th flr. The corridors were not air conditioned and very hot. The room was not well kept, slow bathroom drain and room AC was very touchy. Within 10mins if entering our room a elderly guest collapsed and had a serious medical issue. We assisted the couple and the staff on site. The ambulance took a very long time to arrive and my husband was asked by staff to assist in translating and assist EMTs with injured guest down the flights of stairs to the elevator. Staff was rude and hotel manager was dismissive. We had to leave early and argue amount the amount of refund.

Room was lovely. Nice orientation (sea view) and high up (5th floor). Room was large, with good sized bed(s). Shower room for check out was great - really nice touch / not just another room to shower in.

Things like water, coffee, make up pads removers, weren't replaced when staying multiple days. Some staff were great, none were bad, but some didn't quite have the right customer approach e.g. removing dining my plate when my partner was still eating.

Bed was little too narrow for two.

Abend Buffet erinnert einen an Kantinenessen; jedoch zumindest ausreichend umfangreiches Salat- Buffet (fairer Weise muss ich hinzufügen, dass das Buffet lediglich 5€/d kostete) Der Bitte um lediglich ein paar Eiswürfeln um 17:00 Uhr an der Bar konnte nicht nachgekommen werden; auch nicht gegen Bezahlung (wirkte alles sehr unprofessionell bei einem stolzen Zimmerpreis (direkter Meerblick) von 400 €/d)

Location is incredible with the hotel being right on the beach. The pool and rooftop bar have stunning views of the port. There are great restaurants all over the main strip and supermarkets close by for picking up bits and bobs.

I felt that the dinner time ended a bit early for my parter and I with it being served from 7PM until 9PM. When you are enjoying the beach during the long summer days, you don't want to cut it short to go back to your room at 6PM to go freshen up for dinner.

Perfect location right in the heart of Port Soller. Breakfast were perfectly acceptable and very friendly, helpful staff.

Would have enjoyed some evening entertainment but it didn't spoil our holiday.

The location was excellent. The sea view room we requested was more of a pool/ sea view room. Large bathroom. Extremely clean rooms and hotel in general. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good. Lovely pool area and very quiet. The beach was literally on the doorstep. Lovely rooftop terrace and bar with fabulous views.

The rooms were not very big. We had booked what we thought was a larger/ superior room but it still had 2 single beds pushed together. Very small wardrobe and storage. The lift seemed to break frequently and I got stuck in it for half an hour. No air conditioning as it was May.

The check-in process was efficient and friendly (Well done Lola!). There was a good view of Porto de Soller from the hotel.

Twin beds weren't really Twin: faux twin, i.e. right next to each other.

goeie locatie - goed buffet zowel in de ochtend als avond - zeer vriendelijke personeel - net en proper ( niet verwarmd zwembad) - ook reeds beperkt ontbijt beschiktbaar als je vroeg moet vertrekken.

de rooftopbar zorgt toch voor de kamers in de buurt (onderaan) voor veel geluidsoverlast - zo moesten we van kamer wisselen omdat de lift naar de rooftopbaar elke avond zorgde voor een geluid alsof een trein langs je kamer passeert; ook de nieuwe kamer onder de bar zorgde dat je niet met open raam kon slapen door muziek en gebabbel en het verplaatsen van tafels of stoelen op de bar hoorde je zeer goed . De fietsenberging is zeer beperkt en toch wel voor iedereen toegankelijk - fietsen kunnen niet mee op de kamer daarvoor is de kamer/lift te klein.

Das Hotel lebt von der 1a Lage! Ansonsten ist es ein solides Hotel. In dem man als Familie mit Kindern gut Urlaub machen kann. Wahlweise mit Frühstück oder Halbpension. Direkt unterhalb vom Hotel ist ein Supermarkt. Sehr praktisch! Man bekommt Strandhandtücher vom Hotel gestellt. Tipps für Restaurants & Cafés: Bikes & Bakes, Blai Bar, und wenn es mal entspannt und günstig(-er) sein darf: Bellame Pizzeria etwas oberhalb im Ort (liefern auch).

Die zweite Matratze des Ausziehsofas war eine Katastrophe. Alle anderen Matratzen gut und hart. Das Hotel scheint keine Buchungsprobleme zu haben. Das Buffet war so Menschen voll. Schade ist, dass die Dachterrasse nur Adult Only ist. Es ist wahrscheinlich die Beste Dachterrasse im Port, aber sie schien immer leer. Würde man Kinder erlauben, würde das dem Betrieb sicher gut tun.

hotel très bien situé(en front de mer avec commerces , bars et restaurants à proximité,disposant d un parking couvert (sur réservation et payant mais très pratique). nous avons eu une chambre 1 ère étage avec balcon,vue mer (chambre moderne avec douche , climatisation, très bonne literie ). propre.rien à dire de négatif. personnel tres agréable, parlant plusieurs langues ,notamment le français. restauration correcte mais rien d exceptionnel (étions en demi pension), système de buffet (boissons payantes) . hotel plutôt calme au moment où on y était, nous n avons pas été gene par le bruit . bon hotel dans sa globalité.
