Travelodge by Wyndham Grand Falls

Wir hatten renovieret Queen-Bett-Zimmer. Alles sauber , neue Toiletten und Duschkabinen. Das Motel war nur ebenerdig, also keine Bewohner darüber; Tisch und Stühle am Zimmer (Parkplätze sowieso). Das Frühstück war klassisch amerikanisches Motel: Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Donoughts und Toasts, Marmelade und Butter, Obst, Joghurt und Kornflakes bzw. Zimtflakes. Auch der Speiseraum war sauber. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Nur der Preis war mit 97,—Euro/Nacht nicht günstig. Tipp: Am Besten ein Queen-Bett-Zimmer zur Einzelnutzung buchen, da die Betten recht schmal und die Zimmer recht klein sind.

We had to ask to have our room cleaned each day. The first day, they came and made the bed and provided fresh towels, but left the old towels and the garbage. The second day they gave us fresh towels and took away the old towels and garbage, but did not make the bed. The third day, the owner/manager? came to our room and gave me an f bomb laden tirade, saying he was sick of my f*****g shit, and that we should jus f*****g check out now (at 4:30 in the afternoon) and get off the property. When I tried to call booking.com to lodge a complaint, the CSR hung up on me. We should get a refund for the entire stay. I will never darken their doorstep again, and I plan to warn as many people as possible to stay away from this hotel

The entire motel is old and tired. The room was old. Tape on the furniture to hold it together. Mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom door was warped and did not want to stay closed. Towels were old and worn.

The advertising showed a continental breakfast, pan cakes eggs etc. they had a sign that said cold breakfast only and offered tea, coffee, juice and yogurt…some sketchy fruit.

All of it. Really takes you back to the 70’s and one small window in room, room was smelly. Also fan in bathroom didn’t work so whole room was musty. Also we had a king size bed that was more like two hammocks as both sides staged in terribly.

The gentleman that checked us in was polite and helpful. Location The bed was comfortable and bedding was good. We liked the chairs and table out front of our room. We picked up food to eat out there.

You need to invest money in presentation. It definitely needed a paint job. New floors. New entry door to the unit. Tidy it up with caulking joints.

Good location to work with my trip itinerary. Easy check in. Contact less check out.

Room is severely undermaintained. Decrepit AC, no amenities at all. Hard squeaky bed, badly in need of some reno. TV doesn't work.

Very run down and old facility. Needs a lot of updating. Very noisy. Could here people in both rooms beside me. Active train tracks across the road. Definitely not worth what I paid. I paid $100 less for a superb room at the Airport Hilton in Ottawa the night before. Definitely no comparison. Wouldn't recommend this Motel.

Malpropre, lit très inconfortable( des vieux matelas) mes draps avaient clairement accueilli quelqu'un avant moi. Pas d'eau en bouteille, pas de manette pour l'air climatisé, un ventilateur de salle de bain extrêmement bruyant. Le déjeuner aucun choix, même pas du simple beurre d'arachide.

Je n'ai rien apprécié. En plus 416$ pour cette chambre. C'est du vol!

No security lock on door was travelling alone so put items in front of the door. Fan was dirty and chain broken. Face clothes were thin and not white. Bathroom vent had a big gap beside it. Table missing the edge strip that ripped the chair. Did not feel welcomed by staff upon arrival.

Staff not helpful. Room very small and not clean. Linen on the bed had holes. The towels were very old and one face cloth looked like it was used to clean the floor. When it was wet it turned black. The one side of the bed was not possible to get out of without you hitting our head unless you bent over. Bathroom was very small and not very clean.

Desperately needs to be updated gave me uncomfortable experience safety wise customers allowed to smoke weed sitting by tables at the room door outside gross playing a banjo a few doors down late at night never stay at another travel lodge so nasty

Well situated

Non responsive staffs. Pressed on the bell like 10 times no one came to pick up the cards on check out. The door lock had to be fixed after we arrived. We had to reaaly pushed very hard each for opening the door.

La politique d'annulation

The Location was good as it was close to the Trans-Canada. It was also clean and pretty quiet.

The price was grossly overinflated given that it was basically a 1950's motel.

Dirty linen, hair in the bed sheets. The place is in serious need of a renovation. this is a 1 star motel at best.

We took a suit with one king bed and two queen beds, it consisted of two rooms and was quite spacious and comfortable. Both rooms had AC.

Breakfast is very basic, but I guess it goes with the motel format.

Propreté laisse a désiré. Absence d’aliment au déjeuner a 7:30 !!! Employé blasé de travailler . Employé homme bête le matin au service du déjeuner.

Included breakfast was good and as expected. No complaints. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was also very quiet during our very brief stay. Close enough to food access for us.

Bathroom was just a little bit tired looking. Sink did not drain very fast. In fact so slowly you could come back a few minutes later and the water was still in the sink. This was a turnoff and possibly an easy fix but absolutely needs to be taken care of. We did not notify to the staff about it.

Everything was okay, it was a good location and the bed was very comfortable.

There was a musty smell in the room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. For the price they could do more Light switch and tv power was in the back of the tv on the walk. Hard to find In one room there was nothing place to hang the cloth in my room it was in the way of getting into bed.
