Rooms was a bit small, and 1 of the 3 rooms i booked, didnt gave drinking water, have to boil myself!

Nice view of the sea and of the town. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a king size bed. Good location in the town area.

Everything is a little old, but nonetheless well maintained. Also we were looking forward to dining at the revolving restaurant, but then it closed down shortly before our stay.

The place was old, run down, smelt terrible. Was dusty, and in need of a lot of maintenance. Photos are nothing like the property. Do not stay here! The pool area was terrible, gardens not maintained. Pool water was nice and seemed clean but that was it.

Staff were very helpful. They did offer to do a deep clean of the room after we brought it to there attention.The view from the window is amazing.

Hotel room was big but was very dusty, we were expecting a pool bar and restaurant but the restaurant had closed down and they do not serve alcohol at this facility. Place is closing down for refurbishment and you can see they are not bothering to take care of the upkeep.

这是我第1次租到这样的房间，以前前3次都ok，这次给的房间很旧，床头2边的插坐不能用，电视机雪花画面，桌子多数有木刺。

Really love the hospitality and the building itself. Nearby to Kenny Hills Bakers, Soup Hameed and town. Clean, nice customer service and nice foods.

The room was a long long way from the lift. Not good for us especially my wife.

Parking lot

The location is superb. I can just walk to the mamak restaurant for lunch and buy souvenirs at Pasar Chowrasta. The room is very nice and facing the sea. I can rest and drink coffee in my room while enjoying the sea view as my room is at level 11

I requested to clean room and change my towel on the third day but was not done. The towel was only replaced at night I called

Room 634 • Upon check-in, I slipped and fell in the bathroom area between the toilet and the entrance because no bath mat was provided. I was informed by the staff that bath mats are only available upon request. For guest safety, I strongly recommend that bath mats be placed in every room by default. • Fortunately, I was not seriously injured. However, if this had happened to a child, the outcome could have been much worse. • At approximately 3:00 AM, the guests in the adjacent room were extremely noisy. They appeared to be celebrating a birthday and repeatedly knocked on our connecting door, causing my entire family to wake up. • We contacted the reception regarding the disturbance, and the staff responded professionally and were very helpful. Overall, I appreciate the assistance from the staff, but I hope these issues will be addressed to improve guest safety and comfort in the future.

Location is strategic, within walking distance to town. Staff were attentive when I called for housekeeping because the bathtub has no stopper and the kettle plug was faulty. The tv reception was bad too so the staff attended to it when called.

Parking was difficult and dark, drop off area is small and limited. Lounge and lobby was dim and not welcoming at night. Pool was small and too deep.

It is high time for this hotel to upgrade its rooms. Most of the furniture feels outdated and shows its age, which takes away from the overall guest experience. The front desk staff could also benefit from better training. When I asked a simple question about whether the hotel had sea-view rooms, I was told in a way that suggested there were none. However, the room I was eventually assigned had a sea view. For first-time guests, clear and accurate information is important. In addition, the hotel should do a better job of informing guests about the parking validation process, including exactly when and where parking cards need to be validated. This information should be communicated clearly at check-in to avoid confusion. Overall, there is room for improvement in both the hotel’s facilities and customer service standards.

House keeping n house keeper don't trust a guest. Pending my request for an astray. Check with the office etc. all matters done when I'm check in. This hotel look down on smokers.

Its very rundown. Should do a assessment on it. Room supplies are bad. Only 1 bathing towel which is torn worse than i thrown away rug at home...

Location: The location is very strategic and nearby to most visited places/restaurants in penang. Price: The price is affordable and cheap compared to other. View: I get the ocean view which is very beautiful during sunrise & sunset.

Room Facility: The room is acceptable since only use it to spend the night while we will spend most of the time outside. I also dont mind the oldschool style hotel. However, the room seems lack of maintenance. 2 to 3 plug sockets is out of services. Mini fridge was not closed tight when I checked in, thus melted the ice and dripping out from it and caused a bit smelly. Aircond also seems like not service for long time and dirty. Its a loss since the location is great.

We had one breakfast there, preferred to eat out once we got out walking around the town.

Room.s are about to be refurbished, so in not to good a state s from when I stayed there last time.

早餐还不错，孩子很喜欢游泳池。离槟城核心区不远，购物餐饮方便。外面清真寺悠扬的念经声催人入睡。

大堂的空调太冷了。倒是能看见远处的跨海大桥，但，湾景在哪？

Staffs were very helpful. Allowed us for early check-in, knowing we arrived very early.

The amenities in the room are pretty old: broken bathtub, leaking pipes and malfunctioning electrical appliances. Perhaps the hotel should provide more drinking water too

The view was excellent and room was upgraded on arrival. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Holes in the curtains. Toilet unclean. Housekeeping was haphazard, one day it was cleaned other days it was not. Bed was always made.
