Would have liked a bar open regularly

room was big and super comfortable. location was fantastic - walking distance / cab-able to everywhere. facilities were great.

tv was to the side of the room so i had to crane my neck. but not an issue if you dont watch tv i was locked out at 11.45am when i went to refill my bottle and wanted to go back in to use the washroom (15 minutes before check out). no issues since my luggage was already out but might be problematic if they weren’t.

Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again if back in Georgetown.

OZO Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Nous avons réservé une deluxe partial sea view. On nous a attribué une chambre au 17ieme avec une très belle vue mer. L’hôtel est situé aux portes du quartier historique, on peut donc le découvrir à pied. L’équipe est sympathique. La chambre est petite mais bien aménagée et équipée. Le lit est confortable. Petite salle de douche bien agencée. Bon petit déjeuner dans une salle au 20 avec belle vue mer.

wifi slow as hell 아침에 방 청소 표시 해놓고 나갔다 왔는데 안해줬었음. 오후 세 시에서야 와서 해준다고 함. 그래서 그냥 DND 해놓고 지냈음 샤워기가 조금 낡았음 호텔 잘못은 아니지만 중국인들과 인도인들이 복도에서 시끄럽게 떠들었다

The staff were very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The room was very clean, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The room size was also quite good. We arrived early, but that was no problem at all — we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. We had an amazing stay at OZO George Town in Penang — we would definitely come back anytime!

Had a great stay at the OZO in George Town. Our room was on the 19th floor, offering stunning views of the city, mountains and harbour. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, in particular Yoges at the front desk who kindly offered recommendations for food places and sight-seeing.

Dachpool ist unverzichtbar in der Stadt.

Check in im 20ten Stockwerk führt zu mehr Liftfahrten.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Zule was attentive and very good with customer service.

New hotel we'll thought out room set up with modern style and 55" TV that you can cast to. Good breakfast and staff generally helpful.

As per some other comments room cleaning could be improved. Our room wasnt vacuumed, sheets changed or shower cleaned in our 4 day stay.

Prima hotel met buiten oude gedeelte, maar gemakkelijk allemaal te lopen. Kamers helemaal goed. Je moet even vragen als ze de kamer moeten doen. Ontbijt prima, veel keuze, zelfs ijs bij ontbijt??

De receptie is op de 20 ste verdieping, niet altijd even handig.

Excellent location to walk around for sightseeing and local Georgetown sites. Stumbled upon so many finds in a short space of time. Thank you Putra for sorting us out with adjoining rooms for the family. A real super star for accommodating an earlier check-in so that I can meet an old friend for lunch at the nearby New World Cafe. Responsive, engaging and friendly staff team. Hotel located a few minutes walk to Eng Chai Tong, the best cafe selling fusion smoothies and famous herbal drink and herbal jelly. Within 12 minutes' walk, reach a few 7-elevens, and a Ban Heang shop to pick up foodie gifts. Opposite Caltex is the famous wan ton mee - Opens 7am to 2pm, closes tues-wed. Walking distance to Sixth Sense boutique, Chowrasta market, wholesalers, murals and much more.

Excellent staff customer service, large modern room, I was upgraded to a suite. Really nice roof top pool and gym, very close walking distance to George Town. Good value.

Très bon emplacement, hôtel très confortable. Nous avions une chambre au 18eme étage avec une vue magnifique. La piscine tout en haut est incroyable et la vue époustouflante. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.

It was quite disappointing to experience the check-in process at what is rated as a 4-star hotel. We arrived over the weekend, and from what we observed, there appeared to be only one staff member handling the check-in counter. The queue became quite long, and at the same time, he was also answering room service calls. It was clear he was doing his best under a very demanding situation. I don’t blame the staff member at all—it seemed like he was simply left to manage everything on his own. Another disappointing experience was the Wi-Fi. The connection in our room was too weak to watch a live match. We then went to the meeting room, where the hotel was showing the same live match, hoping the connection would be better, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi there was just as weak. I’m sorry to leave a review like this, but based on my stay, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations of a 4-star hotel. Having stayed at other nearby 4-star hotels, the difference in service and overall experience was quite noticeable.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for family time. Specially thanks a lot staff Jamil. He is taking care our room nicely and he is very helpful, also nicely talking 😊. I definitely will come back again. Location and others service overall was good.

Location was good and overall clean and quiet. Friendly reception staff. But staff at Restaurants need training. They were chatting in the kitchrn loudly and staff in restaurants were not so friendly. It would be nice to have some music there, too.

- Nice and easy parking lift system but only 6 slots for SUV - We were greeted by a friendly receiptionist and directly can check in at 3pm - Outstanding view from level 20 and 21 - Nice and excellent facilities condition, bed so comfy! - Strategic location in the middle of georgetown

- Nothing much but the check in only at level 20, you might need to wait for the lift - I booked for superior two bedroom and later realized that it is connecting two bedroom with one king bed and two single beds, not a big issue though, even I expect for a unit with two bedroom with dining area, haha

Sehr schönes,modernes,neueres Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr freundliches,kompetentes Personal. Schöner rooftop Pool. Wir hatten ein Deluxe 2Bett Zimmer im obersten Stock. Absolut empfehlenswert. Frühstück haben wit nicht ausprobiert,dazu gibt es viele Restaurants in nächster Nähe.

Ground floor reception doesn’t know anything, first day cleaner was not good.

Clean room, good water pressure with heated water. Central area near some good food options. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were excellent and efficient.

NO PARKING FOR BIG 7-seater CAR! The automated garage also has very limited space for normal-sized cars. Reception staff initially reassured they will assist but ended up telling us to look for our own parking by the roadside!! Really disappointed and upset with the Level 1 "security" people and male reception staff who said that. There were a few parking lots the hotel had leased but they REFUSED to let us have it, and those lots were empty in the late night and early morning. I was not even asking for a reserved parking space, but just to use the available ones on first-come-first-served basis. Despite the "no reservation" policy, the hotel seems to be doing "side reservations", which is really unfair. On the last night, we parked in an empty space next to the hotel and the security pasted a "no parking, private space!" notification on the windscreen. Later, they opened a gate and gave us a spot inside. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE EARLIER so we need not feel anxious every night searching for parking! Pool is really tiny, with about 7 - 8 resting chairs only.

Top locatie, dicht in de buurt van allerlei bezienswaardigheden en eettentjes. Super vriendelijk personeel. We mochten zelf kiezen welk uitzicht we voor onze kamer wilde. Ruime kamer en een super fijn bed. Ook van het zwembad hebben we goed kunnen genieten. We vonden het echt jammer toen we moesten uitchecken om door te reizen.

De douchekop was in onze kamer wel aan vernieuwing toe, deze leek een beetje uit elkaar te vallen. Gelukkig kwam er wel gewoon een goede straal uit. Tot slot mag de airco in de Gym wel iets harder koelen, maar ook dat was nog prima te doen.

Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Hôtel moderne, piscine en rooftop avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la ville. Parking gratuit pour notre voiture de location. Délicieux petit-déjeuner. A dix minutes à pied du centre. On a adoré Penang et notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

We had a beautiful and comfortable stay! The room was always clean thanks to our room attendant Hamid and we were always looking forward for the breakfast: very delicious food and it was a pleasure talking every morning with the chef Aaron. We will definitely come back. Greetings from Germany.

We had lunch at EAT. Enjoyed the food and coffee. The scenery both seaview and city, is excellent. Staff Kausar, Andika and others were friendly and very hospitable and made our dining there special.

The location is very good.

Upon check in on 7 May, the reception lady put us in room 909. That room was so contaminated with cigarette smoke small and possibly other allergens which made us sneeze and cough with running nose and teary eyes. When we asked to change to a different room the next day, the reception man told us right away that the 9th floor had smoking issues so he moved us to room 1110 which was was better. You should have cleaned room 909 thoroughly before you sell it again because it can be a health hazard. Ironically, the first reception lady who checked us in remarked that room 909 was a very nice room as if she was doing us a favour assigning that room to us.

First time trying this place and the ambience already sets the mood. Calm, inviting and nicely done. I ordered their signature dish, and it didn’t disappoint. The flavours were well-balanced and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Portion could be slightly bigger for the price, but overall it’s still a satisfying experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to. Thank you Kausar and Umi.

Modern, comfortable rooms with the fluffiest towels of any hotel! Super clean room thanks to Asad. Great staff who all made me feel really welcome. And they have filtered water on every floor you can fill up your bottles or the decanter left in each room. Nice pool on the top floor too! Really enjoyed my stay here.

Loved this well-cared for hotel! Great service all around…especially Asad, who took great care of my room…and Ariq, who was so helpful at the front desk. Nicely located to most sites…would definitely want to stay here again.

The refund was never processed even after several emails exchanged with both Booking.com and the hotel. Both agreed, but always blame the other. Very disappointed with their entire approach.
