Amazing location, good room and bathroom, well maintained. Housekeeping was great. Eating are was nice. BF was ok.

The buffet bf had a lot of processed food with a badly set up serving area. There was a lot of guest crowding to get to the food. The receptionist at check in spoke very fast throwing a lot of information at me after a very long journey. She was not very helpful when asked to repeat. Bed was creaky, view was uninspiring, A/c was very noisy. No restaurant.

La habitación tenía algunas cosas a mejorar. No funcionaba uno de los veladores ni los enchufes del baño. El espacio de desayuno resulta bastante pequeño para la cantidad de gente en horarios pico.

Posizione perfetta in centro manhattan e a pochi passi da metro (diverse stazioni da harald square a penn station). Colazione americana. Buona pulizia. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo.

Da integrare qualche variazione nella colazione perche su più giorni risulta un po monotona, ma rimane sempre conveniente averla inclusa. Un giorno è saltata la pulizia giornaliera ma hanno prontamente rimediato. Da migliorare l' illuminazione in camera. Sono presenti lampade ai comodini, alla scrovania e all ingresso ma non illuminano sufficientemente tutta la camera. Noi eravamo in quadrupla al 14 esimo piano.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones limpias, el personal muy amable y predispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud. Herald sq station estaba en la misma cuadra y penn station a unas cuadras, lo que facilita el traslado a otros puntos. Cuando llegamos aún no estaba disponible nuestra habitación pero pudimos dejar las valijas, lo mismo cuando hicimos el check out. Café y agua disponibles las 24 horas.

La habitación era pequeña pero en general todas son así, igual es suficiente para dos personas y para el tiempo que estás en el hotel. El desayuno es básico, más allá de huevos, yogurt o fruta, no había ninguna otra opción sin gluten, creo que se podría mejorar este punto.

Emplacement parfait, chambre assez grande et bonne literie. Personnel aimable. Les cookies l'après midi sympas (nous n'en avons profité qu'une fois parce qu'on n'est pas à NYC pour passer du temps à l'hotel) :) Possibilité de manger dans la salle à manger le soir quand on ramène un take away. Nous sommes globalement très contents du séjour.

Petit déjeuner pratique et suffisant mais salle à manger trop petite par rapport à l'affluence. Le positionnement des assiettes et couverts n'est pas logique dans le flux de service, ce qui contribue à l'ambiance un peu brouillon du service. A mon avis, facile à corriger pour fluidifier. Propreté moyenne dans la chambre (lit et linge très bien mais espaces "cachés" moyens (portes, recoins). Attente aux ascenseurs aux heures de pointe, à anticiper. Mais sinon très bien !

La ubicacion y la amabilidad del personal, muy resolutivos y atentos. El desayuno estaba ok y variado. Te y cafe a disposicion todo el dia. La habitacion es comoda y lo justo que uno espera. Soy usuaria de hoteles Hampton inn desde 2005, solian tener como sello distintivo EXCELENTES camas, en esta ocasión no fue asi.Era comoda pero normal.

Las areas comunes NECESITAN una renovacion . El area de desayuno esta en muy mal estado. Las alfombras de los ascensores tambien, viejas y desgastadas. Dan muy feo aspecto.

Abbiamo prenotato camera per 4 persone ma i due letti matrimoniali erano in realtà 3/4 quindi piccolo per due adulti. Mancavano mobili per poter riposare i vestiti per una settimana per 4 persone che abbiamo dovuto tenere il valigia.

La posizione dell'hotel è strategica, a 20 metri dalla stazione metro 34th-Herald Sq e a 10 minuti a piedi da Time Square. A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e bar. La colazione è abbondante e può soddisfare le richieste di tutti

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I loved the hotel’s prime location, and having convenient snacks available for purchase was a great touch. The free breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the majority of your team was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my visit. I want to give special recognition to the concierge who worked the night shift on Thursday. When my phone got soaked in the rain and died, he went above and beyond to help me charge it and find the nearest store to buy a replacement charger. His kindness and attentiveness made my trip even more memorable—he truly delivered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I really appreciate the fantastic hospitality.

Unfortunately, my arrival left a very poor first impression. After experiencing flight delays and getting caught in a sudden NYC downpour on my way to the property, I walked into the lobby completely soaked. Instead of a warm greeting or even basic empathy, the front desk staff seemed visibly annoyed by my presence. It felt like I was being lumped in with people taking shelter outside, and I was checked in with a noticeably cold, unwelcoming tone. When a guest arrives exhausted, delayed, and drenched from bad weather, a friendly demeanor and a warm welcome go a long way. While the rest of the stay and several other team members were lovely, management should address how the front desk handles guest check-ins during chaotic weather days.

Excelente ubicacion, cerca del subte y se puede caminar para todos lados. Excelente habitacion y el desayuno fue genial. Tiene una zona en planta baja muy buena, al aire libre para sentarse y descansar en epoca de calor

Mucha gente en el desayuno y para poder tomar el ascensor se demoraba bastante.

Emplacement juste parfait pour visiter Manhattan, métro au pied de l'immeuble , times square à 10 min à pied . Salle de repas utilisable pour se poser le soir pour manger , très appréciable plutôt que dans la chambre ou au resto . Boissons à dispo. Chambre très propre . Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, mention spéciale pour les gaufres à préparer soi-même au top.

Les deux "grands lits" sont en fait des 1 place et demi , très compliqué de dormir à 2 adultes dedans . Les ventilations extérieures ( clim ) vraiment très bruyantes toute la nuit ... Mais on est dans Manhattan,on ne peut pas attendre le calme de la campagne !

Hotel com ótima localização ao lado do metrô e dos principais pontos de downtown. Diária com café da manhã incluso é um diferencial. Durante o check-in que foi muito cedo, o funcionário da recepção deixou que usássemos o banheiro da academia para nos trocarmos e pudemos tomar café.

Wi-Fi em determinados momentos era mais lento e como o quarto era em andar baixo virado para a rua da frente era mais barulhento (pessoas com insônia podem se incomodar), minha irmã ficou em um quarto para os fundos e era silencioso.

The location of this hotel is perfect for midtown, and make it very easy to get around the city. The mattress in the room was comfortable. Appreciated the amenities provided in the bathroom as well as its size. Water being present throughout the day at the ground floor is also really appreciated!

The breakfast is a little bit of a joke... while I appreciate that it is included in the price, the chaos every morning makes you question if it is worth it! It is really not a relaxing way to start the day. The space is extremely cramped, all the couches are in terrible condition, and if you find space to sit, it is your lucky day. I really wonder why they don't have staggered entry for breakfast, and assign slots to people during check in for when they can have breakfast. Additionally, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. While overall it was fine, the overflow hole in the sink was extremely disgusting, where I could see hair and dirt that had collected overtime from previous users! The shower curtain also had a moldy smell. Furthermore, the ice and water machine on the 9th floor did not work. Lastly, the very noisy air conditioner made it difficult to have undisturbed sleep.

La primera noche nos picó algo a mi amiga y a mí en las piernas y amanecimos llenas de picaduras. La única solución que nos dieron fue cambiar de habitación pero evidentemente no estuvimos a gusto.

Ya hice un comentario del otro. Excelente la gente que trabaja allí. Varios trabajadores de allí hablan español. Eso ayuda mucho a disfrutar la estadía.

C'est notre 2ème fois à Hampton inn et l'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter. On peut se servir d'un café ou thé 24 sur 24 mais cette fois çi j'ai pas eu droit à mes petits cookies ;)

Les lits sont petits pour 2 adultes et le petit déjeuner pas beaucoup de choix au prix qu'on paye. C'est dommage de voir que l'état des canapés de la salle du petit déjeuner se sont dégradés depuis notre passage en décembre 2024 et qu'ils n'ont toujours pas été réparé.

Siempre la ubicación del hotel depende del tema del viaje. En este caso, si se desea pasear o conocer Manhattan, la ubicación es perfecta. Por Herald square pasan 7 líneas de subte y está a dos cuadras de penn station. El desayuno es completo ( huevos, fruta, yogurt , tostadas, algunos brownies, waffles, etc) Lo que se sirve es fresco y una persona educada revisa el lugar. Además, ese sitio puede ser utilizado como comedor y llevando la comida, se puede almorzar y cenar con comodidad. Hay disponibles café y agua caliente todo el día. El baño de la habitación es completo y en perfecto estado. La vista al Empire State desde la habitación es un regalo extra inolvidable. El wifi funcionó perfecto. Las camas limpias y de colchón cómodo, aunque su tamaño es justo para dos personas de tamaño promedio.

Lamentablemente, al llegar a nuestro hogar, confirmamos que nos habían sustraído un par de zapatillas que habíamos comprado. Supongo que les costará mucho determinar quién fue, pues yo mismo había pedido que ese día no se hiciera servicio en la habitación porque habíamos dejado las compras esparcidas por la habitación y no habíamos tenido tiempo de ordenar las y guardarlas. Aún así, las zapatillas que ya estaban guardadas, desaparecieron. Una lástima. Un detalle que mancha la gran atención del resto del personal. Confío en que lo van a solucionar.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels quite dated and could use some serious maintenance and a deeper cleaning. The beds were noticeably worn and sagging, the blinds and curtains were not very clean, and several surfaces in the room were dirty. The bathroom showed significant wear, including water-damaged doors and stained/moldy caulking around the accessible roll-in shower. Even the clean towels had an unpleasant smell, and we found grains of sand on the box spring. Overall, great staff and location, but the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing and below what I would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Carpets and floors need an update. Air conditioning is good in general, but in-room A/C wasn’t working well… it was either super cold or no A/C at all. There was no point in the middle to choose. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and barely decent.

O Café da manhã, como já esperado, deixa a desejar para nós, brasileiros. A tampa do vaso do nosso quarto estava parcialmente solta e uma das cadeiras altas do café da manhã estava quebrada quando nosso filho se sentou. Apenas apontamentos, mas nada que tenha desabonado a nossa estadia.

Innanzitutto la posizione, veramente centrale. Dall'aeroporto con l'Airtrain e la metro E non ci abbiamo messo niente e speso pochissimo. È vicina alle linee per andare nei luoghi più iconici da visitare. La struttura offre servizi molto utili come acqua, caffè, tè e ghiaccio h24, area dove è possibile consumare cibo, possibilità di ordinare e avere la consegna gratuita, deposito bagagli gratuito. Personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La colazione non varia ma quello che offre è buono e soddisfacente, c'è la possibilità di farsi gli waffels freschi, il salato varia ogni giorno mancano sali e formaggi e niente cornetti e caffè espresso. Devo dire che provare i loro prodotti fa parte dell'esperienza.

La pulizia delle camere può essere migliorata nel senso che le camere erano pulite però il bagno spesso lasciava a desiderare, non sempre ci hanno rifornito di sapone e l'occorrente per il caffè però gli asciugamani vengono cambiati giornalmente La camera non è grandissima ma ci siamo comunque organizzati bene con un buon spirito di adattamento. La cosa peggiore è l'aria condizionata, totalmente fuori dal nostro controllo, credo fosse centralizzata per cui o gelavi o all'improvviso partiva l'aria calda e in più era rumorosissima e di notte bisognava spegnerla. Le finestre erano ben insonorizzare e ciò è importante visto che stiamo al centro di Manhattan

Nach einem Ausflug nach Washington D.C. waren wir zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal wollte ich gerne die Aussicht auf das Empire State Building haben! Das Zimmer lag im 14. Stock und das Empire State Building Tag und Nacht sehen zu können war toll. In meiner letzten Bewertung kann man bereits vieles zum Hotel lesen. Dieses Mal funktionierte die Steckdose für den Föhn im Bad! :-)

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war schon relativ teuer. Allerdings waren alle Hotels dieser Kategorie in Midtown relativ gleich vom Preis her. Das Frühstück war inklusive und man konnte nicht "ohne Frühstück" auf Booking.com buchen. Wir haben dennoch nicht gefrühstückt, denn das amerikanische Frühstück in Hotels ist oft so, dass es einem schwer im Magen liegt und mit Plastikbesteck und Pappteller serviert wird. Ein Gast, der sein Frühstück im Aufzug mit aufs Zimmer nahm, bestätigte unseren Eindruck ... Nicht schlimm, auch zu Hause frühstücken wir nie. Aber es nicht inklusive bezahlen zu müssen, wäre schön gewesen.

Das Hotel selbst liegt super! Das Empire State Building ist in 4-5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber auch für Konzerte ist es toll, da man den Madison Square Garden genauso schnell erreicht. Genauso wie Penn Station. Eine U-Bahn-Station liegt direkt neben dem Hotel. Zum Times Square, Bryant Park oder zum SUMMIT One Vanderbilt kann man ebenfalls gut laufen! Auch die Hudson Yards und die Aussichtsplattform Edge sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, auch sehr gute, in der Nähe. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte, wie z.B. diverse Delis und ein 7-Eleven. Empfehlen können wir die Trattoria Stella 34, die zu Macy's gehört, genau gegenüber. Das Zimmer selbst lag im 18. Stock, war vergleichsweise groß und ruhig. Es lag nach hinten hinaus, sodass man nicht viel vom Verkehr mitbekam. Gegenüber lag einfach eine andere Häuserzeile. Das Fenster konnte man ein kleines Stück öffnen und frische Luft hereinlassen. Ausgestattet war das Zimmer mit einem relativ großen Kühlschrank (in Europa sind sie oft kleiner), Safe, Bügeleisen und -brett, Kaffeemaschine, TV, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Das Bett war bequem, die Decken im heißen Sommer nicht zu warm! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super, allerdings war sie relativ laut, insbesondere nachts. Im Bad gab es viel Ablagefläche. Die Handtücher waren flauschig. Das Personal an der Rezeption, insbesondere die beiden Männer, waren super freundlich. Vor dem Hotel gab es einen Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglickeiten und Sonnenschirmen.

Als wir ankamen, fand ich im Bad noch fremde Haare auf dem Boden. Ein Make up-Spiegel im Bad wäre toll gewesen. Die Steckdose im Bad funktionierte nicht und man musste sich im Flur vor dem Spiegel föhnen ... Der Föhn ist eher ein billiges Model gewesen. Wir haben ein ähnliches Modell zu Hause, das wir im Jahr 2013 in den USA gekauft haben ... Der Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine war nicht besonders stark und schmeckte eher so, als sei es löslicher Kaffee gewesen ... Oder noch schwächer ... Richtige Tassen statt Pappbecher wären toll gewesen, aber das ist in den USA leider nicht üblich. Der Teppich in den Aufzügen hätte einmal getauscht werden müssen.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The location is fantastic, and the room was spotlessly clean and neat. Special thanks to the staff, who were extremely friendly, approachable, and professional.

The only minor area for improvement would be the breakfast. It is fairly basic and leans heavily toward sweet options, so if you prefer a savory breakfast, the choice is quite limited.

Perfect location for our trip! Literally steps from the subway station and one block over from Empire State Building. We were able to check in early and our room was cool and clean. The staff was FANTASTIC! They were so kind and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage the next day and we felt it was safe and secure. Warm cookies were a bonus! I lost an earring and the young man at the desk took me right back up to check the room. Very tasty breakfast with options. This was a smaller hotel but still had a known name attached. Nice alternative to a VRBO which I would usually use. This was our first trip to Manhattan and I was a little nervous about where to stay. This was a very good choice!

Our room was a little small but had everything we needed. I would have liked more counter space in the bathroom for getting ready but there was a mirror and desk in the room so not terrible. Breakfast setup was very small and squishy with a lot of people. If lots of bodies in a small space bothers you, just pace when you go. We were on 2nd floor which might have given us more street noise than if we were higher. And a view would have been nice BUT the noise didn’t keep me awake and I didn’t come to Manhattan to look out a window.

Honestly, nothing other than the location was convenient to walk to Grand Central and MSG.

The elevators were dated. Carpets in the elevator were torn up to the point that someone could trip. There was a housekeeping cart parked in the hallway the whole time we were there, which impeded our ability to walk through comfortably with luggage. The room was mediocre at best, but the mattress was horrendous! As soon as I lay down, I started rolling into the center. The mattress was so soft and sunken in, with zero support. The kicker was the air conditioning unit that was so loud that it kept us up all night. Between the mattress and the AC, this was hands-down the worst night's sleep I've had in a long time. The breakfast buffet was small, but honestly, the food was okay. We did have to eat it in our room, though, because most of the tables were full, and those that weren't were not bused, and there was garbage all over the place. And the coffee urn was empty. This week was a stark reminder of why we left the Hilton brands in exchange for Marriott.

Loved that they had Almond Milk for breakfast! Let us check in a half hour early when our room was open. Bread was comfortable. A/C worked great. Quiet room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient, close to subway, restaurants, attractions. Loved the warm cookies!

Could use a little re-do with carpeting. Fruit at breakfast was overripe and limited.
