Personnel de l’accueil, notamment Gigi, vraiment peu aimable et pas très agréable. En revanche, le reste du personnel est parfait : souriant, agréable et professionnel. Il manque également des porte-serviettes ainsi que des porte-manteaux dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, je l’ai trouvé assez moyen, avec peu de choix et une qualité qui pourrait être améliorée. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable malgré quelques points à revoir.

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal de los desayunos, su azotea, poder llevarte lo que quieras del desayuno. La verdad es que está muy bien, en líneas generales. Lo de tener disponible 24h café/tés es un puntazo.

Para tres, la habitación se me hace algo pequeña.pero al final, se está muy poco en ella. Algunos empleados de recepción no son demasiado amables, comparados con los que atienden el desayuno que son todos adorables. El desayuno es mejorable, demasiado repetitivo y de calidad media baja.

İlk verilen oda çok pisti, yerlerde toz birikintileri varken odayı teslim etmeleri büyük bir hata. Odayı değiştirdiler ve sorun çözüldü. Otel genelinde temizlik zayıf, asansörler ve lobinin çok daha sık temizlenmesi lazım. Yoğun bir otel ama lobide ortalığı temizleyen birisi görmedim.

El personal muy atento y agradable, el desayuno variado y muy bien atendido, hay café, te y chocolate instantáneo durante todo el día a disposición de los huéspedes, no dispone de restaurante pero está permitido traer comida de fuera y tomarla en las mesas disponibles dentro o en las terrazas. Es un hotel muy confortable y la ubicación muy céntrica, también resulta muy cómodo disponer de cocina en la habitación

Location was close to all the tourist things you’d want to see - times square is around the corner. Central Park, 5th avenue etc was all close by. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The breakfast was decent.

OUR pillows had a bad smell. Although the bedding was spotless the pillows had a soaked in smell of cooking or something that I smelled every time I moved around. Also the towels had a strong chemical smell. (Only some) .

La struttura è in un'ottima posizione per girare la città, la suite comoda e sufficientemente ampia per tre persone, pulita (il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni due giorni). E' stata molto ultile la lavanderia della quale abbiamo usufruito due volte. Colazioni abbondanti. Cucinino ben attrezzato. rapporto qualità prezzo molto, molto buono

Siamo italiani e nel bagno manca il bidet. la colazione era abbondante ma mancava di formaggi e salumi che solitamente sono presenti negli hotel di quella categoria.

The location is central in Manhattan so easy to access other neighborhoods via cab, bus, train or walking as well as easily accessing other boroughs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Shane and Gigi. A little snack corner off of the registration desk meant i could fill a late night urge for ice cream without having to run out. There is a fitness facility and a rooftop deck where one can sit and watch the sunset which i did. Breakfast was included with many options including hot prepared foods, cereals and fresh fruit and the ability to eat outside in the courtyard as well as indoors. Everything was clean.

The room looked out onto the courtyard so it got very little external light and the interior lighting was adequate but minimal so it was slightly dim.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Penn Station. Has many dining options and close to 7/11 and CVS.

1. We took a room for 3 people, and it was a bit small. 2 The staff come to make the room only from the 3rd night. We stayed 4 nights so we got clean towels only once. 3. There was not enough light next to a mirror, so when your partner is in the shower, you can't put on makeup, as there's not enough light in the room.

La ubicación es perfecta, el equipo es atento y las instalaciones están bien conservadas y limpias. Poder subir el desayuno a la habitación o llevarte el desayuno es un punto muy positivo.

Las camas se podrían mejorar poniendo colchones de viscoelástica en vez de muelles.

La ubicación era muy buena y sobretodo el servicio de bebidas calientes disponibles todo el día, está genial, puedes tomar un café o té a cualquier hora y sin ningún pago extra, luego puedes llevarte el desayuno a tu habitación en una tupper o simplemente para una excursión fuera del hotel, esto es top!

Pésima gestión con la fianza: cobro indebido e injustificado Nos retuvieron una fianza obligatorio de 88,12 € al hacer el check-in. Días después de haber abandonado el hotel, nos cobraron 22,03 € de ese depósito sin ningún tipo de explicación ni aviso previo. Dejamos la habitación en perfectas condiciones, exactamente igual que a nuestra llegada, y no realizamos ningún desperfecto ni consumo extra. Para colmo, tampoco nos han enviado ninguna factura ni desglose que justifique el motivo de ese cargo adicional. Nos parece una falta total de transparencia y una práctica muy poco profesional por parte del hotel. No recomiendo alojarse aquí por la falta de rigor con los cobros en la tarjeta de los clientes.

Stanza grande, confortevole silenziosa e dotata di tutto. Bellissimo rooftop, caffè e tea gratuiti durante il giorno, bellissimo rooftop panoramico, servizio deposito bagagli sia in check in che in check out.

Avevo specificamente indicato la necessità di una colazione senza lattosio, prescrizione disattesa. Nessuna indicazione degli allergeni in quanto presente nel buffet. Ogni giorno bisogna chiedere cosa si può mangiare, che alla fine si riduce veramente a poco.

Rooftop fantastico dove potete portarvi da mangiare e bere, stanza spaziosa per gli standard di new york, posizione top tra il madison square garden e times square, possibilità di farsi tè, caffè e cioccolata calda a tutte le ore, staff gentilissimo e accogliente, check out alle 12, cucinino in stanza, lavanderia a gettoni al piano terra, porte usb per ricarica ovunque nella stanza

La colazione: la sala è piccola per tutti gli ospiti e nell'orario di punta si rischia di restare con il piatto in mano aspettando che si liberi un tavolo. La stessa è varia ma per stomaci forti: pollo fajitas, tortillas, una specie di frullato di carne, totale assenza di salumi, beacon una sola volta in 5gg, uova stracotte; in compenso il dolce è poco ma c'è: muffin molto buoni, marmellate, yogurt, bagels, frutta e pancakes un paio di volte alla settimana. Di sicuro le colazioni a new york costano ma se siete tipi da cornetto e cappuccino dovrete farla per forza al bar. La pulizia della stanza ed il cambio asciugamani sono a richiesta ed al massimo ogni 2gg; la pulizia lascia parecchio a desiderare rispetto agli standard europei. Il phon in dotazione subisce continui cali di potenza ma è l'unica cosa che funziona a 110v. Nella strada c'è un centro di correzione ed accoglienza quindi preparatevi ad incrociare senzatetto e tossici, non ci hanno mai infastidito ma non è una bella sensazione; purtroppo la città ne è piena e la maggior parte si concentrano nel quartiere e li troverete ovunque oltre che nella strada dell'hotel.

Konumu turistik yerlere kolay ulaşım açısından çok iyi. Times Square yürüme mesafesinde ve yakında metro ve otobus durakları var. Biz sadece oda kahvaltı almıştık. Kahvaltıda çeşitler attırılabilir. Ayrıca çölyak kızımız için kahvaltıda ekmek, muffin, kurabiye istediğimizde her zaman rahatça alabildik.

A little cramped, crowded at the lobby area at times.

The bed was comfortable, loved the tea section and the hotel was close to different places we intended to attend. The different options of elevators were enough to take you to your room or lobby. Lobby was comfortable and relaxing. Room was spacious and loved the couch bed. Never used the kitchen but glad we had one..

The cups for water were too small had to get the coffee cups. To get our shower hot we had to run the water like 10mins to get it hot. But thats only when using it for the day later it was hot for the day showering in the evening. The breakfast would've loved waffles or donut. Bagels and toast was ok to have but having family kids love waffles etc. The availability of seats for breakfast was tight. Outside tables should have a cover since there are pigeons flying around. I didnt see a gift shop 😕, Wish we didnt had too wait till 4pm to check in coming from an early flight.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5–7 minute walk from Penn Station and only 7–10 minutes from Times Square. Broadway is also about a 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are very comfortable, especially for a longer stay. They are equipped with everything you might need—and even more! It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. My friends and I absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only downside for us was that smoking is not allowed on the outdoor terraces—although for many guests, that will probably be a plus! 🤪

What a great place to stay! The food, location, and staff are great but Reinetta was by far the best! Our initial flight was canceled and we were placed on a much earlier flight. This put us at the hotel way before check in. We were very hungry and didn't have a place to go as the room was obviously not ready. We checked our bags with Reinetta and she allowed us to go get breakfast even though we technically weren't guests yet. This kind gesture, and a good meal, improved a rather rough start to the day. She continued to take care of us during our stay and made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your kindness!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Jefferson, Reintta, and Aileen made us feel truly welcome. Since our flight arrived early in the morning, they kindly stored our luggage so we could start exploring the city without any hassle. They also went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in a couple of hours before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the entire staff was always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. A big thank you to Jefferson, Reintta, and Aileen for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. They truly made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay here for eight days thanks to excellent hospitality by all of hotel staffs. Especially we would like to appreciate both Jefferson and Kasee for their proffessional and exceptional services when we asked various issues. Among them, Jefferson's appropriate guidance for our transportation to JFK after check-out, was very helpful and saved us both time and cost substantially. Thus when we come back to Manhattan in future, we are sure to book and stay in this Homewood Suites by Hilton again. Of course, I will recommend this hotel to my friends who are coming to Manhattan. In addition, I appreciate Rahima Afroza, Front Office Manager for her kind hospitality to us.

The Homewood Suites at Midtown is a great stay for your time in NYC. The rooms were clean and easy to use. The pull out couch is as expected for a pull out but worked fine and was clean. The location is busy so I would not expect an early check in, but they do store luggage which is great. The location also has a paid self-serve laundry and gym. There’s also an outside space which was a nice reprieve. Breakfast is better than other continent breakfasts I’ve seen. The service is fantastic, especially Felix who helped our table. Would stay here again! Great location for the price!

Soy claustrofóbica y no utilizo elevador. Solicité en tres ocasiones una habitación en un piso bajo y solo pudieron ofrecerme el cuarto. Entiendo que depende de la disponibilidad, pero agradecería que este tipo de solicitudes pudieran considerarse con mayor atención.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo in 5 e là camera era pulita, fresca e accogliente. Ci è piaciuto molto anche la flessibilità nel check in e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff!

Our team travels for work all year round. It’s not often you get all the amenities of home in one place. Provided Breakfast, a kitchenette and a thoughtfully designed room for people staying for longer than a few days. On top of that the service the team provided is out numbered. Ana checked in with our team members daily. Offering her help each day to make us travelers more comfortable and supported. When you travel often it’s people like Ana that stand out and truly make you feel like an extended part of your team. Whenever we’re in NYC again we will be staying here! Hotel bem localizado para quem gosta da região mais movimentada de NY e que precisa se locomover muito de metrô. Quarto amplo, limpo, com utensílios para quem prepara coisas no quarto ou precisa guardar em geladeira. Equiper simpática, especialmente Jeorge e Felix, que atendem com muita prestatividade no café da manhã, que, por sinal, é muito bom para padrões americanos! Pudemos fazer comprar pela internet e a equipe de recepção recebeu sem problemas. Elevadores são rápidos e, apesar de o Hotel estar cheio, não tivemos problemas para chegar ao nosso apartamento!

A área é muito movimentada; apesar da facilidade no transporte, está sempre cheia de mendigos e usuários de drogas, o que tem sido um problema em Manhattan. Tivemos um pedido para troca de pilhas do controle remoto da TV que não foi atendido, só não ficamos sem TV porque meu marido tirou as pilhas de um aparelho eletrônico nosso para usarmos. Mas nada que tenha afetado nossa impressão quanto ao bom atendimento por toda equipe!

We have stayed here many times as our son pursues his Broadway dreams - and had made reservations for an upcoming 10-day stay many months ago. Suddenly we needed to adjust our arrival date to check in a day earlier. I was fortunate to be connected to Ana D. who compassionately listened to my plight and delivered some bad news about availability with sincere grace and kindness. About an hour later, she called me back to say there had been a cancellation and she was able to secure our room for that extra day! It would have been so easy to hang up after telling me no - and move on. But she embraced us as family and found a solution that worked! I will never forget her and her commitment to the customer - seeing it thru in a way that most would not have. Cannot wait to return again! To the folks at Hilton - Ana D. is a keeper!

The location was perfect, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, breakfast was delicious! All the staff was very friendly and courteous. At breakfast, Felix was quick to clean up our tables and offer help in getting anything we needed. He was extremely helpful.

This is a great location right in Midtown just a few minutes walk from Penn Station. Jefferson and Gigi were especially helpful and made my family's stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

I am very pleased with my stay here, as far as the room, room service, staff, even the guests were so pleasant. I have absolutely no complaints. I am interested at coming back to a location, anywhere with the name of Homewood suites. On the night that we were having dinner Marilyn D. and Bran J. served us with the best smile and delicious meal, saving me some time to just enjoy dinner with my partner.

Nunca había mesas disponibles al desayuno. Tocaba salir al jardín con demasiado calor o en la sala pegada a recepción. Casi toda la semana dejaban el carro del aseo en el pasillo cerca a la habitación. Da pésima imagen. Tocó un día bajar por escaleras por la alta ocupación de los ascensores y no paraba en nuestro piso.

Personál je milý a priateľský, preto sme si tento hotel zvolili už po druhýkrát. Nachádza sa vo vynikajúcej polohe, blízko atrakcií a centra mesta.Čistota a poriadok v hoteli.

Nefungoval automat na vodu. Bolo to pre nás sklamanie, nakoľko pri minulom pobyte sme si veľmi cenili možnosť dostatku pitnej vody v horúcom letnom počasí. Raňajky sú pomerne so slabým výberom.

Loved the spacious room, kitchenette, and pristine, modern bathrooms. Having a great gym and in-house laundry was super convenient. The location is incredibly walkable, and the staff was wonderfully helpful. Plus, the complimentary ice cream in the lobby was the perfect touch during a summer heatwave! Highly recommend.

The lobby was crowded and the water filter kept running out of water. But that was due to the peak travel season.

Top-Lage in Midtown. Times Square und viele weitere Attraktionen, wie auch Bus-Terminal fußläufig erreichbar. Personal super nett, aufmerksam und stets zu Späßen aufgelegt. Für NY-Verhältnisse üppiges Frühstück und toller Frühstücksbereich - mit Möglichkeit im Innenhof zu frühstücken. Zimmer sauber - keine Beanstandungen. Unsere Gruppe hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, so dass wir - nachdem wir kurzzeitig in Boston waren - gleich ne weitere Nacht dort gebucht haben.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the front desk team (Jefferson/Alieen) who helped me with check-in. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's convenient location and excellent breakfast buffet made my stay truly exceptional.
