El personal de recepción súper amable, amigable y predispuesto para ayudar en todo lo que se necesite. También tenemos que destacar la atención de Mike que tenía que acompañarnos a subir por escaleras por la fobia de mi prima al ascensor.

En mi habitación había un ruido como de un motor que aparecía constantemente y era muy molesto para dormir (2do piso). La limpieza no era mala pero tampoco destacaba. por ejemplo no le repusieron el jabón de ducha en toda la estadía.

The breakfast was cold and no flavor. Need to step that up. Also one elevator was down the wait times were long.

Room was the size of a closet and next ti something that smelled like gas and the sink did not drain unless you to the stopper out. Elevator was extremely slow.

The beds were small and the pillows were bad. The elevator also broke and only one was working. And lastly, the air conditioning was not working properly so it was hard to keep the room cool.

This hotel is a complete disaster. The service is nice and that's where it ends. Dirty!!! There is peeling paint, dirty grout and silicones in the bathroom. Dirty water in which I was disgusted to bathe!!! Cracked tiles, dirty room, tables by the bed disgusting. The bed headboards has dirty marks.Breakfast - anyone who called it that probably never ate breakfast. I do not recommend

I liked it

I would say for the staff to be more up to date on information surrounding the property. NY traffic is very strenuous. I chose valet through the hotel on my day of departure valet could not collect my car because of a parade in the area. So my daughter & I had to carry all of her bags a few blocks to the parking garage

Elevators were very very slow and at one times had to wait up to 15-20min to get an elevator. I had to walk the stairs down from the 11th floor because it was taking too long for an elevator to come. This hotel is WAY overpriced for a Courtyard.

La ubicación muy buena, personal atento en general, limpio, buenas camas y tiene un mini market 24 horas con lo necesario.

Only the location of the property was good, nothing else.

The property was extremely pricey, the rooms were bad, bathroom door was about to fall off, the night staff was very rude and the service was below par. On the first day they didn't even clean our room even though we requested and 3rd day onwards our shower gel ran out and they didn't refill even after requesting. All and all I would have been better off living somewhere else at the price I was paying for this courtyard. But the silver lining in this property was Paul, he was the most helpful, courteous and friendly staff.

strasznie brudno, weszliśmy do pokoju, a na podłodze leżały plastikowe śmieci, wykładzina nie była odkurzana bo leżały okruchy po orzeszkach bardzo dużo widocznego kurzu na szafkach nocnych i ramach łóżka Odpływ był kompletnie zatkany, woda zatrzymywała się do połowy wanny Spłuczka od toalety również była zepsuta Zatrzymaliśmy się na trzy noce, każdego dnia przychodziła sprzątaczka, która jedynie co robiła to ścieliła łóżka i wymieniała ręczniki - Nic więcej!!! nie było odkurzane ani myte Po zgłoszeniu problemów zapewniono nas, że służba od sprzątania przyjdzie raz jeszcze posprzątać dogłębnie, jednak tak nie nigdy nie stało Dopiero drugiego dnia przyszedł pan odetkać odpływ i naprawić spłuczkę, którą kolejnego dnia zepsuła sprzątaczka i znowu musiała być naprawiana

The facility needs a complete overall. Elevators were constantly out of order and water continuously leaking in the bathroom. Lastly, to make things worst, the level of hygiene in the room was completely disappointing.

The staff lacked attention to details. Emptying the trash can was the only job done by housekeeping. Elevators were out of order and people had to walk up all the way to their rooms but no assistance let alone attention was given by the staff. Furthermore, while the hotel is situated in a very convenient location, drug dealers were always gathering in the evening hours only a few steps away from the hotel but no staff were present at the hotel entrance all day.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, U-Bahn alles in der Nähe. Das Personal war stets sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Problem mit dem Aufzug war nicht so schlecht, wie in anderen Kommentaren beschrieben.

Location 2 min by foot (really) from Times Square is fantastic. Room was good, but dark, as the hotel is stuck between 2 other buildings. Staff was nice. Gym is good.

Cheese Omelette for breakfast was horrible. Overall good value for 200 USD, including breakfast, if you get this deal I got. Which is a good price for this location in August. Elevators were doing some funny things, and one broke down due to a storm, but apparently they are going to be renovated next year....

Hotel jest położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji-zaledwie kilka minut na piechotę od Times Square. W obiekcie było bardzo czysto; proces zameldowania oraz wymeldowania przebiegł bardzo szybko i sprawnie. Pokój był wystarczająco duży dla 3 osób, a łóżka były bardzo wygodne. W pokoju był zestaw do parzenia kawy, lodówka. Personel hotelu był bardzo uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Miłym dodatkiem do pobytu było to, że już po wymeldowaniu, ale jeszcze przed wyjazdem mogliśmy skorzystać z darmowej kawy i zimnego napoju.

Opłacone w cenie noclegu śniadanie było smaczne, ale wybór był dość skromny.

Del hotel el desayuno, las chavas se les va la onda a ratos, piden pases de más o te dan cosas de menos, o se hacen bolas. Que afuera del hotel caminando a la primera esquina se junta una palomilla de chavos que entregan en plataforma y todo el día fuman marihuana y están ahí sentados, es lo que no me gusto del barrio

Que las fotos muestran vistas de ciudad que en la realidad no existen, está entre paredes, la recepcionista de la primera noche nos cambió a un piso más alto , para que entre algo de luz natural, pero de muy mal modo, casi al maltrato. No hay agua disponible en recepción, salvo en algunas hs. del día. Nunca a la tardecita. No hay baño en PB. te mandan a un subsuelo que da miedo. Ascensor muy lento. Uno no funcionaba. La gente de limpieza y guarda de equipaje, súper amables. La confitería no está las 24 hs y a las 6 de la tarde tampoco había nadie.

O hotel é super bem localizado (ao lado do Bryant Park) tem funcionários mto educados e a limpeza e conforto são impecáveis!!! Esqueci uma bolsa durante o checkout e qdo retornei cerca de uma hora depois para buscar, haviam guardado no guarda-volume com o número do meu quarto, ou seja, perceberam q eu esqueci e etiquetaram a bolsa! Impagável!!!

La ubicación a solo pasos de times square es de las principales cosas positivas, el hotel bastante limpio y la recepción excelente, llegamos a las 6 am y nos dieron la habitación como a las 10 am lo cual agradecemos mucho

Para ser un hotel tan concurrido compartir 1 solo asesnsor se hace bastante difícil y molesto ya que es un edificio de bastante altura, yo estaba en un piso 15, subir caminando no es una opción

The hotel's location is perfect. The main attractions are easily and quickly accessible on foot or by metro. There are many lines nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Of the three elevators, sometimes only one was working, and even that one was extremely slow. We often chose to take the stairs instead. The breakfast was simply awful and is by far the hotel's biggest weakness. There was very little choice, and almost everything on offer was unhealthy, ultra-processed food. On some days, the only options were a few sweet pastries and nothing else. There were never any vegetables, and fruit was limited to the occasional banana. Avoid to pay for it and eat out instead.

Hotel muy mal conservado, y lo peor son los ascensores, tienen 3 solo funciona 1 y lo peor, la gente se queda atrapada o los ascensores tienen caídas libres mientras los usas, llamas y llamas y nadie hace nada, ni siquiera contestan las llamadas de emergencia al minuto y cuando finalmente logras salir ni pensar que alguien siquiera te ofrezca un vaso de agua o te consulte como estás. Varias veces tuvimos que usar las escaleras desde el piso 27. La pieza no estaba lista a las 22,00 hrs. se me ofreció un descuento diario y vales de consumo por el mal rato, a los 5 minutos me dicen que ahora sí está lista, obvio, ninguno de los ofrecimientos fue aplicado. El frigobar no funcionó, quedaron de cambiarlo, no ocurrió. En lobby tienen un living que parece cómodo, pero está lleno de pequeños zancudos, existen muchos aparatos electrónicos para repelerlos, podrían usarlos. Por tomar el ascensor apurada se me quedó una bolsa en una silla a la salida del ascensor con 2 jarros y un par de gafas, bajé, ya no estaba, nadie vio nada, claramente no es responsabilidad del hotel, pasa mucha gente por ahí, pero la preocupación del hotel fue nula.

Location was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The plumbing in our room was faulty, and at one point dirty water started to stream up through the drain and into the sink. The staff addressed it the next day, but it was very challenging to not have a sink until then. The fact that there was only 1 elevator working also was a challenge, as it sometimes meant waiting a long time to get to your room.

Only 2 out of 3 lifts were working as the 3rd was being serviced. This caused a lot of queuing to go up/down to room. Although there was signs up explaining the situation there didn't seem to be any contractors actually working on the issue which persisted for the week we stayed

I love that it was close to Time Square, Bryant Park and 5th Ave. The staff was very nice. Gray was exceptional, he is a great conversationalist and very attentive. He not only gave us a room with a great view, he also gave great recommendations. Paul was also very helpful when we needed a way to JFK. The rooms were large enough.

The location is great . Right in the center of time square . It’s located near most tourist attractions. 10 mins walk from the Empire State Building . Subway trains everywhere if you are trying to visit further out the New York City . And the best part of your room is available they will let you check in early . You can also leave your bags with them if your room is not available. During check out you can leave your luggage with them too before your travels if you still want to explore the city . Very great location worth every penny .

Les ascenseurs laissent à désirer. Épouvantablement long!!! Lors du départ avec nos valises nous n'avons jamais réussi à avoir l'ascenseur. Nous avons descendu 16 étages dans l'escalier avec nos valises. Les déjeuner étaient ordinaires, même choses à chaque jours. Il a manqué de nourriture. C'est mieux un buffet.

3 lifts for all floors 33 and one broken since Jan and one trapped and broken 15 year old boy ! Very distressing had to move from 9th floor to 4th floor midway stay so could use back door stairs

El personal de recepcion, gente mal educada y sucia, sin el mas minimo interes en atender, mi reservacion era de 3 habitaciones, solo reconocian 2 , aun mostrando mi codigo, recien aceptaron cuando me iba a comunicar con Booking. En otra oportunidad mi nieto quedo en el cuarto solo, las llaves no funcionaban y solo querian que bajase, tuve que discutir para que subieran ellos y abriesen la habitacion.

Person cleaned my room after 130p on 7/16/26 Wednesday room 508 stole my canister & Chanel sunglasses. Reasonable room price but no ventilation in the bathroom in order for the moist on the walls and ceilings trapped which dripped on us while we were taking a shower or washing our face and the walls were turning as if they have peed and rip it apart and the blankets had holes & stained. no microwave and the elevator is really slow. Best to take the stairs is available.

The customer service was terrible. The cleaners were rude when we had to get our bags and they didn’t refill the bath soap, hand soap, or towels. Even after requesting a room cleaning, the room was still dirty.

Our room was located next to a linen room, workers were in and out all night and it was very noisy. Would wake to people talking, doors slamming all night long and early in the morning. Laundry cart would be blocking the room door.

Elevator was too slow and need to be upgraded. For the price, breakfast should be included. It doesn't need to be continental breakfast, instead basic breakfast such like pastries and coffee.

Great staff, always there and ready to help you. The room was fine for a base, although the view from the window was completely blocked by other buildings. There's a great area to sit, relax, and eat on the ground floor .

Downside, 33 or so floors, 3 lifts, one permanently out of action and another playing up was a nightmare. Whenever you called the lift down to your floor, it was packed. You couldn't use the stairs because they were locked, you can get out in a fire for example, but not back in. The cleaner/maid for your room was a bit ad hoc, sometimes things like cups didn't get replaced (they use paper cups). Toilet roll wasn't replaced but staff were always helpful in getting replacements.

Идеальное месторасположение. Все топовые достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Все ветки метро которые проходят через Манхэттен имеют остановку рядом с отелем.

Немного обветшавший ремонт общих пространств и отсутствие стандартных для Европы завтраков. Спортзал по сути - только беговые дорожки и скамейка с гантелями.
